Hey everybody! If you think you know where this story is going, just you wait. =) Shout out to Typhlosion8, TMNTFANGIRLFOREVE, Firebird Scratches, and yukio87.
Disclaimer: You know the deal.
The ride in the Shell Raiser was silent- far more silent than either teen was used to, but neither could gather up the courage to break it. Shredder and Splinter, mortal enemies who would love nothing more than to get rid of the other, were now sitting next to each other. Their eyes were daggered filled weapons ready to strike. They probably should've told Splinter about the deal sooner, but they couldn't dwell on the past. Leo, Raph, and Karai needed them. Hopefully the two ninja masters would be able to put their feud aside and work together.
No longer able to keep up the uncomfortable silence, Mikey broke it. "Are we there yet?"
Donnie sighed. "No Mikey, but we're closing in on it. We'll be there within the next few minutes."
"Good. The sooner we arrive, the sooner I can get my revenge on this Rabbit eyes for stealing what belongs to me," Shredder said. The knives on his gauntlet shined against the moonlight to create a perfect mix of terrifying and deadly. Splinter just stared at him with a blank expression.
"Karai is not an object for you to own."
"Just as Tang Shen was not yours to claim as your own."
Splinter growled. "When will you learn that you've let rage cloud your judgement? It is the reason why Tang Shen is dead in the first place."
The long knife on Shredder's gauntlet appeared as he banged his fist on the wall. "She is dead because you were not enough of a man to face me. And even now, you hide like the rat you are while your sons are beaten into the dust."
Splinter pulled out his ninja stars as the two ex friends stared at each other. Donnie, who was currently driving, could only watch through the mirror above him. Mikey on the other hand was tired of being silent.
"Stop it! BOTH OF YOU JUST STOP IT!" All eyes fell on the lime green turtle. Splinter's jaw was silently open. It was a rare sight to see Mikey upset, but when he was, it made everyone stop and listen.
"How can you two fight at a time like this? Some crazy freak has be toying with us for the past two weeks and I'm not about to let him get away just because you two wanna fight a 15 year old feud! Listen I know you two hate each other, but you both have something in common. Rabbit eyes stole someone you care about. You should be fighting him and not each other. So please, for the love of all that is holy, can you two get along for one night so I don't have to bury my brothers."
Tears streamed down Mikey's face. His breathing was labored as if he had just finished training. He immediately regretted what he said. Baby blue eyes faced the floor as he was unable to meet his father's gaze. He was dead. Deader than dead. Even Raph wasn't bold enough to talk to Sensei that way. A paw ran over his face. The youngest turtle braced himself for the blow to his pressure point, but it never came. Instead, the paw wiped away the river of tears.
"My son…"
"I'm sorry Sensei. I didn't mean to. It's just with everything that's been going on and nothing working out I just exploded. I couldn't help it. Just the thought of-" A hand covered his mouth and put an end to his talking.
"My son, you are right. There are more important things at risk right now. Right Orako?"
Shredder just stared at the rat with a completely blank expression. His shoulders sank after a few seconds. "Right Hamato. Our differences can wait… for now."
The tension in the air disappeared and both turtles were pretty sure that this was the first thing the two rivals had agreed on 15 years. Donnie felt the weight lift off his chest. Finally he could think again. The purple clad turtle turned back to the wheel and jumped. A semi was heading straight for them. The teen swerved off the road. The shell-raiser went off the side of the road and slid down the wooded landscape. The only thing that stopped the vehicle from going further was a fallen tree.
Everyone got out of the vehicle and looked at the damage. The hood was smoking and a window was cracked, but besides that it was fine. However, there was no way they would be riding in it right now.
"Great, now how are we going to find Leo and Raph?" Mikey groaned and slammed his head on a nearby wall.
Donnie's shell cell went off and reddish brown eyes widened to the size of quarters. "Actually Mikey, according to my readings, we're right above them."
"What?! Leo and Raph are dead?"
"Not exactly, my son." Splinter started pushing against the side of the shell raiser. Reluctantly joining him, Shredder pushed along side his childhood friend. As it moved, a metal plate shined against the moonlight. Looks like his rabbit side had some influences over him.
"Donatello, how long until the Shell-raiser is back working?"
"Uhm, if I start now about two hours."
"Make it one. We're going after the others and we need this working ASAP," Shredder said.
Donnie sighed and nodded. He wanted to get even with the rabbit, but he was needed here. Splinter turned to his youngest son. "Come Michelangelo. Let's save your brothers."

Working for Rabbit eyes wasn't as bad as Raph thought it would be. At least now he was allowed access to his weapons and could train again. His muscles ached from lack of use, but that pain made him push harder. It would take awhile for his right wrist to heal, but at least it was wrapped. Fighting against mind controlled Karai wasn't as satisfying as usual. Yeah her skills were still up to par, but she helped him up everytime he fell- which was a lot. It was a lot more satisfying fighting somebody knowing they were trying to kill you.
"You're doing well Raphael. Father will be pleased with you." The red clad turtle gasped for breath. His brain wasn't processing her words. All he could think about was Leo, who was still sleeping in the medical part of the lair. Rabbit eyes he wanted the pain medicine to wear off first before he wiped Leo's memory. And as if reading his mind, he also promised Raph that he would be able to be present for it. A part of Raph felt like an idiot for trusting the villain, but that part was hushed out by the overprotective brotherly part.
The doors of the training room opening took Raph out of his thoughts. Speak of the devil. Rabbit eyes walked in with a huge smile on his face. Karai immediately ran over and hugged him. The sight was disturbing to say the least. Not wanting to anger him, Raph walked over to the rabbit and hugged him too. The sickening feeling of his fur against his skin made him sick. His "daddy" rubbed his shell for much longer than he liked.
"I feel like you're part of the family already. Don't you sweetheart?"
Karai nodded quickly. Rabbit eyes pulled two bottles of water out of his jacket and handed them to the warriors. The princess of the foot quickly downed hers, but Raph was hesitant. For all he knew, the villain could have poisoned it. Rabbit eyes put his arm over Raph's shoulders. He leaned down close to him.
"I suggest you drink up. Unless you want that memory burned into Leonardo's brain forever." The bottle was empty before he could even finish the sentence. The mutant smiled and tapped the hothead's cheek.
"Karai, Turtle boy and I will be back in a few minutes. Stay here and work on your katas."
"Yes daddy."
The two mutants turned and left the room. The smell of fake lemons filled the red clad turtle's nose as he was led down what he thought was a hallway. The villain twisted his mask over his eyes so that he was completely blind. Rabbit eyes was his eyes now and the thought of that made him sick. Whatever he was planning, the villain knew he would attempt to run from it.
"Where are we going?"
Nothing. The only sound he heard was a door opening. He pushed inside and landed on something soft. He ran his fingers over whatever he was on. The texture of it reminded Raph of… oh no.. it was a blanket. Turning his mask around, the turtle's worst fears were confirmed. He was lying a large bed with rope next to his head. The room itself was very plain. It was brown and only a single light hanging from the ceiling. It was what was in the center of the room, that made Raph's heart jump. It was a video camera.
"No." He whimpered.
Rabbit eyes pushed him down and laid on top of him. "Yes."

The three ninjas ran through the twisting hallways of Rabbit eyes' lair. It had been nearly half an hour and they still hadn't found anything. At least Mikey could have comfort in the fact that it was three of them and one of him.
Splinter closed his eyes and pressed his fingers against his temples. "Leonardo's close. I can sense him."
"You were always one for philosophy Yoshi."
Not knowing whether to take that for an insult or compliment, the rat ignored it. He let his son's spirit lead him to the right location. It was one of the only doors in a completely white hallway. The ninja master said a small prayer and opened the door. He nearly collapsed at the sight in front of him. Leo was lying on a bed in the middle of the room. His left leg was bandaged up the upper thigh down. The heart monitor gave soft pings showing his weak heart was still fighting. Splinter fought back tears. Leonardo looked so small and helpless like this. Maybe it was because his son was thinner than he remembered. Who knows how long it's been since he had a good meal. The rat placed a kiss on his son's forehead and held his hand. Feeling his son's warmth made the old rat's heart lift with joy.
"S-sensei."
Mikey held his hand over Leo's, but didn't touch him. His father nodded and the youngest turtle lifted his big brother's hand as if it was made of glass. Splinter could tell he was holding back tears. His sons were so much stronger than he realized. A strange pang in his gut pulled him away from the touching moment.
The sound of metal slicing through the air hit his ears. Before he could even turn around, two fingers were in front of his face with a ninja star between them. The eyes of the two enemies met briefly before breaking apart.
"These stars are poison tipped. I suggest you be careful, old friend."
The lights in the room went out. To the untrained eye, it would be nearly impossible to see. However, this was a room filled with ninjas. "Michelangelo, protect your brother at all costs."
"Hai Sensei."
Three more stars rained down from the support beams above. They were easily dodged and now rested in the ground. The two old friends look at each other and nodded. Shredder and Splinter jumped up into the support beams. The wood was sturdy, but old. It wouldn't be able to handle much more weight. Standing back to back, they surveyed the area.
"Your ward or mine?"
"If it were Raphael, Rabbit eyes would've used his brute strength to his advantage."
"Hum, you're smarter than father said." Karai jumped down from an above beam. "But that won't save you."
Shredder stared at his daughter. Her now purple eyes bore holes into his heart. The girl he raised from birth was standing in front of him ready to strike at any moment. Their gazes met. The ninja master tried to look for any sign of her, but he came up empty. There was no reasoning with her. If she wanted a fight, then a fight she would get.
The two ran at each other, determination in their eyes. The kunoichi brought down her blade, but was blocked by Shredder's gauntlet. He swung at her from the side, nearly knocking her off. She flipped over his head and kicked him in between the shoulder blades. Splinter jumped out from the shadows and brought down his cane. Karai rolled away. She tossed two more ninja stars into the air. The mutant dodged both, but barely. She ran at him, striking his cane with her blade. Her movements were fluid, but predictable. There were too restrained.
Shredder pounced on his daughter and put her in a chokehold. "Karai, I do not wish to hurt you."
She kicked her leg up and knocked Splinter under the chin. Then she swept her legs up and wrapped her calves around Shredder's head. Karai slammed him on the beam, causing it to shake. The mind controlled ninja prepared to thrust his sword into his heart. The villain flipped up and kicked his daughter under her chin.
"But I will if I must."
He ran at her bombarding her with punches to her upper body. Karai managed to grab his onto his wrist and twist his arm in an odd angle. The villain groaned as the bone popped out of place. Shredder looked back, but his daughter had disappeared.
"Catch me if you can little man," Karai's voice came from the upper beams.
Shredder growled and jumped up towards her. Ninja stars flew by him left and right, but he dodged them all. Once he got to the top, the darkness was nearly all consuming. He slowed his breathing and closed his eyes. She was close. He punched the air behind him and hit Karai straight in the face. He didn't need to see to know her nose was broken. He could hear the sound of her blood dripping on the floor.
She charged at him. Swords locked together, neither even close to giving in. The villain twisted the sword out of her hand, leaving her weaponless. Before she could react, he lifted her up by the neck and slammed her back first into the wooden beam.
"Finish me. You know you what to."
"No child. You are my daughter and if you are to perish, it won't be by my hand." Shredder pressed his fingers into the pressure point on her neck, instantly knocking her out.
"Hamato, it is -" He was cut off by the beams shifting beneath his feet. With his good arm, the villain picked up Karai and held her over the edge.
"Michelangelo."
The orange clad turtle poked his head out from below. Shredder threw Karai off the edge. Mikey caught her with ease and laid her down on the ground. The beams beneath Shredder's feet broke. The villain managed to jump down to another beam before he fell. The villain landed on a weak spot in the wood. It broke almost instantly, but he managed to hold onto a solid piece. Being weakened from his previous fight and being injured, the odds of surviving were not in his favor. Shredder sighed and closed his eyes as his good arm finally gave out. He prepared to feel his neck break on the hard floor, but he never did. The ninja master looked up to a shocking sight. Splinter was above him, keeping him from falling to his death. The old rat managed to pull up his old friend and fell back.
"You… saved me."
"As my sons would say, I owed you one."
And as if only for a moment, the two ninja felt like they were school children and best friends again.
TMNT
Raphael stopped trying to break free of Rabbit eyes bindings long ago. Instead he just closed his eyes and waited for his torment to come. Instead of getting it over with like a normal villain, the sick bastard teased him with fleeting touches. A lick here, a kiss there, anything to get a reaction out of him. The rabbit was currently running his fingers up and down Raph's sides.
"Come on Raphie boy. Give me a smile. You know you want to." Raph was extremely ticklish, but he wasn't about to give these prick what he wanted. Besides, he hadn't opened his eyes for a while. Who knows what would happen if he opened his mouth. The hot head buried his face further in the pillow.
"Fine. If you want to do this the hard way, then that's how it'll go." Rabbit eyes snapped his fingers and Raph found himself face down on the bed. Fur crawled over his shell. Heavy breathing was on the back of his neck. The sai wielder gripped the sheets at the feeling of fur on his hands.
"Huh, why look at that. Your brother did the same thing when I screwed him. I wonder if you're a cryer too?"
"You're a bastard. A sick, perverted bastard who should've got mutated into a worm!" Small claws gripped his windpipes.
"It wouldn't change anything. It would just make it easier for me to slither into-"
The weight was suddenly lifted off of his shell. A loud crash followed shortly after. Raph didn't know what to think. He felt movement behind him- and by several people. Did Rabbit eye's have friends? The sai wielder jumped when a cold hand touched him.
"G-get away from me."
"Raphael?"
The red clad turtle's eyes shot wide open. It couldn't be. "Sensei?"
The ropes were cut from around his wrists and ankles. Raphael sat up and turned to see the tear filled face of his father. The second oldest turtle grabbed him and hugged him for dear life. The orange clad turtle instantly returned it. The mutants cried on each other's shoulders like they hadn't seen each other in years. Raph broke the hug and looked at Splinter. He had aged. The dark bags under his eyes made him look so much older. His face was thinner which was a telltale sign that he hadn't been eating properly.
"I never thought I'd see you again."
"Neither did I my son. Neither did I."
Raphael's warmth seemed to seep into his body and heal his aching heart. Having his son in his arms was everything he could've asked for and more. Hazel eyes shot open as Sensei sensed a presence behind him. Splinter's cane came out of nowhere and cracked his near attacker over the head. Rabbit eyes smiled and held out his glowing hand.
"Look out." Raph knocked his father out of the way before the glowing beams could hit him.
Rabbit eyes smirked and held out his hand. Splinter wrapped his hands around his neck as an invisible force lifted him above the ground."Hehehe. You may be a master of ninjutsu, but I am a master of the mystic arts." The villain slammed the rat on the ground before throwing him into a nearby wall. The ninja master gripped his arm. How was a mere rabbit besting him?
Splinter looked up and saw Rabbit eyes standing over him with glowing yellow eyes. A flash of red smashed the creature across the face. A long cut bled across the villain's face. He shifted his eyes at the sight of Raphael standing in front of his father, sais at the ready.
"Ah, ah, ah turtle boy. Have you forgotten about our deal? You agreed to stay here and not fight against me."
The red clad turtle smirked. "That's right, but I only agreed to not fight against you if you didn't hurt my brothers or my sensei."
The rabbit's face fell to the floor. "Deal's off cotton tail."
Raph gets to help his family cause Rabbit eyes hurt Sensei. Deal is off and fans everywhere rejoyce! Please review =)
