Chapter 8: All hail the Overlord
The Drunken Mule
The crew arrived at the local inn known as the "Drunken Mule", it's a simple inn where the best booze is served there and filled with off-duty farmers and villagers enjoying their peaceful afternoon. The barkeep is behind the counter cleaning a pint glass with a cloth; he is a tall broad man with dark skin. He turns to see Ezio with Luffy and the crew.
"Ah, welcome" said the barkeep "Welcome to the "Drunken Mule", names Archie"
"Archie, I believe we have a room reserved" said Ezio "under the name of Desmond Miles"
"Ah yes" said Archie as he knows what Ezio meant "he's at the back"
"Grazie" said Ezio "Edward, Luffy with me"
"At ease men" said Luffy to the rest of the crew "We'll regroup later on."
"Aye" said Sabo
"Aye" said Zoro
"Aye" said Adewale
But Faulkner is already at the counter, drinking a pint from a pewter tankard.
Back Room
Ezio, Kenway and Luffy arrives at the back room of the Drunken Mule, in the room is a man in a white hooded cowl, his face is partially covered but he shade of his hood but has a grey long goatee to show his old age. He is sitting at the table, drinking a pint and remains silent.
"Master Altair" said Ezio bowing to the old man in the cowl, "I have them as you requested"
"Thank you Ezio" said Altair "You are dismissed"
"Grazie" said Ezio as he leaves the room to give Kenway and Luffy to privacy with Altair.
"First thing's first: Kenway, welcome back" said Altair "I trust you didn't do anything rash on your travels"
"Not at all" said Kenway "apart from getting caught by the Marines by an incompetent bounty hunter with no sense of direction what so ever"
"Well at least you've returned to us" said Altair "You are free to do as you please"
"Finally" said Kenway as he then starts to leave the room
Altair now turns his attention to Luffy and smiles at him.
"I must say that it's an honour to have met you, Mugiwara" said Altair "Or should I say Gol D Luffy"
"You know my father?" asked Luffy
"Indeed, Roger was an old friend of mine. Once tried to recruit me to his band of cut-throats, but I respectfully declines since I have other duties as an Assassin." said Altair "But he did well without regardless. Once a young man hungry for adventure now became the world's ruthless pirate and a nefarious Overlord in history. I trust you learned more about him"
"Aye" said Luffy holding out his gauntlet. "The Gauntlet showed me everything that's to know about my father, I even sought out some of his old crew, friends and rivals to learn more about him. And I was not disappointed, what I learned about my father was worth it."
"Glad to hear it", asked Altair smiling at the young pirate."Tell me, do you know Haki?"
"A little, did a short course on my way back to the East Blue." said Luffy "I'm good with Kenbunshoku but I'm still working on Busoshoku and Haoshoku. But I really don't need Haoshoku to intimidate and overwhelm my enemies"
"With your reputation, you don't" said Altair "But it's best to master the remaining colours before you reach the New World. Oh, that reminds me."
Altair rummages through his pockets and pulls out a letter.
"When the time is right, I was instructed to give this to you" said Altair as he gives Luffy the letter "It's from your father, and also I need to show you something as well. I'll give you some privacy to read the letter"
"Thanks" said Luffy as Altair leaves the room for a while, Luffy opens up the letter and starts to read the contents of it.
Dear Luffy
If you are reading this, then you are at the rightful age to claim your heritage. I'm sure you already know who I am but in case you don't: I am your father, Gol D Roger or Gold Roger by reputation.
I'm sorry for not being with you and watch grow up to be a fine young man along with Ace, for you see I was succumbed with a terrible illness that is killing me inside, Crocus did all he can to keep me alive, but I must face the facts and accept them...no matter cruel. Anyway, I assure that you'll love being my successor, you will have adventures, fame, fortune, not to mention the ladies as a bonus he he he…anyway I don't know what'd happen to the spells runes and the minions hives after I've gone. But if they're gone from the tower, you'll be in an amazing treasure hunt as each spells and minions on those runes and hives. Anyway, my time is running out and the Marines are on their way to arrest me. Good luck and remember that your mother and I will always love you"

Luffy finished reading the letter and sighed at this, he smiled and a few tears seep out from his eyes. He wiped them away and stands up to leave the room.
Drunken Mule
Luffy returns to the Inn and Altair is waiting for him by the door.
"I believe what Roger wrote assured you?" asked Altair
"Aye, just some words of comfort" said Luffy
"Good, some words of comfort does help" said Altair as he patted Luffy's left shoulder and smiled at him. "Anyway, let's go"
"Where are we going?" asked Luffy
"There's something I need to show you" said Altair as he heads to the door to leave the pub.
Outside of Spree
A couple of metres away from Spree, Luffy and Altair approach towards an ancient ruin that is centuries old, vine covered pillars formed in a ring and in the centre is a circular stone slab with arcane carvings on it.
"What is this?" asked Luffy
"This is one of the Waypoint gates that lead to your father's domain." answered Altair, "However since the ruination of the tower years after your father's execution, the waypoint gates were shut down."
"But are they operational?" asked Luffy
"But only with the Tower Heart" said Altair "If you place the Tower Heart on the gate, it will operate"
"Then all we need to do is bring the heart here to this gate" said Luffy
"It won't be easy, Marines patrol this island and the sight of the heart will alert them" said Altair "Spies informed me about your little raid at Marine base #153 and the death of "Ax-hand Morgan"
"Then we need to do this stealthily as possible" said Luffy
"Precisely" said Altair "but it won't be easy"
"It never does" said Luffy with a smirk "and that's the way I like it.
Meanwhile
Kenway and Zoro at the "Drunken Mule" having a few pints of Spree's best beverages and enjoying their break from pirating, Ezio and Sabo accompanies them at the table and also enjoying their drinks.
"So, you were captured by the Marines, eh" asked Ezio
"Aye" said Kenway as he then glares are Zoro "no thanks to that moss headed moron over here"
"Ah shut it" said Zoro continuing his drink.
"Ah don't worry about it" said Ezio "At least you got out in one piece"
"True" said Kenway "And despite what Zoro did, It's great to be free again.
Zoro merely grunted under his pint while he drinks.
"So what now?" asked Ezio "What will you do with your freedom?"
"Serve under the nefarious Mugiwara, the dreaded Overlord of the Sea" said Kenway "He hired me and now I am part of his fleet"
"His fleet?" asked Ezio
"Don't you know, he's forming up a fleet to oppose the world government and conquer the 5 seas" said Kenway "I'd be a fool to miss all the fun"
"Amazing, I wish I could join in the fun" said Ezio
"And why not, I assure Luffy wouldn't mind you joining" said Sabo
"You sure about that?" said Ezio
"I'm positive" said Sabo "as the fleet's quartermaster, I'm sure the captain will be honoured to have you in our crew."
"Well Grazie mio amico" said Ezio "And I would like to join the crew"
"Welcome aboard" said Sabo as he raise his glass and taps it with Ezio.
"So…what position would I be in?" said Ezio
"You'll be the lookout on the Jackdaw" said Kenway "You're one of the Assassins with the keenest Eagle Vision."
Ezio thought about his new position in Kenway's crew and merely shrugged as it's better than nothing. And Kenway does prove a point, his Eagle Vision is unrivalled than the other Assassins within the Creed.
"Meh, work is work" said Ezio
"Well at least you get some action in the future" said Sabo
Then they all laugh and continue their merriment in the Inn.
Luffy returns to the Inn with the Master Assassin, Sabo noticed and waves them welcome.
"Welcome back, Luffy" said Sabo to his brother, "did you find the Waypoint Gate?"
"Yeah, but it's deactivated" said Luffy
"Hey, where's Master Altair?" said Kenway as he just realised that Altair isn't here.
"He said he is picking 2 of his best Assassins to assist us" said Luffy
10 minutes later, Altair returns to the pub and with him are 2 available assassins: one is a dark skinned woman in her late 20s, dark brown hair tied into a ponytail. Unlike the other assassins, her assassin garbs are dark, and instead of a hood she wears a navy blue tricorn hat with red edges. The second is a tall broad man with brown hair and moustache; his garbs an almost similar to Ezios but wears a thick white coat and a red scarf.
"Mugiwara, I like to introduce you to Aveline de Grandpré and Nikolai Orelov, Aveline works in "La Bella Rosa" as barkeep and Nikolai is the bouncer to kick out troublemakers at the "La Bella Rosa"." said Altair "I called them here to the Drunken Mule to aid you in transporting precious cargo to the Waypoint gate."
"Nice yo meet you" said Luffy to Aveline and Nikolai.
"The feeling is mutral, even if I have to work with Kenway here" said Aveline giving Kenway a glare.
Kenway chuckles nervously.
"Aveline, not now" said Nikolai "I know you have no good opinions for this arsehole, but we have a job to do"
*sigh* fine" said Aveline before giving Kenway one more hateful glare.
"Finished?" said Luffy to the female assassin, getting a nod in response. "Good. So here is the plan, Ezio and Kenway will create a diversion at the marine base"
Luffy explains the plan while demonstrating it with the map of Spree. "What we need is a distraction and the Marine Base is perfect. There should be a munitions shed full of gunpowder in the base. Setting it off will alert the patrols and rushes towards the base. Aveline and Orelov will accompany Sabo and Zoro as protection while they bring the cargo to its destination. If there any Marines in the area kill them if necessary, we can't draw any attention to the enemy. This is a smuggling mission; avoid detection and conflicts at all costs. Is that understood?"
"Da" said Orelov
"Aye" said Aveline
"Sounds about right" said Kenway
"Capito" said Ezio
"Good" said Luffy "the cargo will be loaded any minute now, so get to your positions."
"And what will you do, sir?" asked Ezio
"I will be at the Marine harbour of Spree, decimating the military strength and raiding them." Said Luffy pulling a predatory smirk.
"Oh you get all the fun" said Sabo sulking like a child
"You had your fill of raiding, Sabo" said Luffy "It's my turn"
"So basically we're doing all the work while you go out to play, is that right?" said Kenway
"Yep" said Luffy
"and that's okay because? Asked Kenway
"I'm the boss and I said so" said Luffy
"Oh man" said Kenway, who is now sulking too.
"Oh stop whining, Kenway" said Aveline
"hn" said Kenway
Everyone just laughed at this and Luffy just shook his head.
"So is everyone ready?" said Luffy
"Aye" said everyone
"Then go" said Luffy and they all did, only him and Altair remain in the table. "Well I best be off"
"Good luck, Luffy" said Altair "I have hope you will make the government tremble in fear"
"Thanks" said Luffy before he leaves the inn.
Altair remains for a while to finish his drink and sighed.
"Well now that my business is over, the assassins posted in the East Blue will assist you, Mugiwara. And just like to your father, they are loyal" said Altair before he vanishes in thin air.
Marine Base #55: courtyard
Ezio and Kenway stealthily infiltrate Marine base branch 55, the base was formerly an old castle once owned by a Nobleman before Spree was once attacked decades ago by Roger before he became the Overlord of the Sea. Now it's a Marine base and it's highly fortified. But even fortified bases can be infiltrated and it's a cakewalk for the 2 assassins. Using the shadows to their advantage, Kenway and Ezio stealthily walk pass the guards and killed some if necessary and hide their corpses in haystacks or throw them into wells.
"Here it is" said Ezio as he spotted the door to the munitions room.
"Good, let's blow up this place" said Kenway as he approaches the room and enters it. "Give me a minute to prepare"
"okay" said Ezio as he waits outside the door to look out, he activates his Eagle Vision to enhance his sight. The Marines are all glowing red to indicate as hostile. 5 minutes later, Kenway exits the munitions room. Glowing gold in Ezio's vision, Kenway gives him the thumbs up. "All done?"
"Aye, the fuse is 5 minutes long so it'll give us time to get to a safe distance"
"How much gunpowder is in there?" said Ezio
"3 dozen kegs and, *gulp* a couple of Dnya stones capsules" said Kenway nervously as he showed his fellow assassin a capsule containing the world's most unstable and explosive mineral. The Dyna Stone.
"DYNA STONES!" Ezio whispered loudly in shock "that'll obliterate the entire base"
"I know" said Kenway as he tried to mask his crying with laughter "If I'd hadn't noticed, we'd be blown up as well"
"Then get it out of the room of you'll blow us to smithereens" said Ezio "we're trying to create a diversion, NOT blow up the entire island"
"Okay" said Kenway trembling with fear of the destructive stones. Kenway enters the munitions store to retrieve the Dyna stone capsules and returned. "Got them, I also extended the fuse to 15 minutes"
"I can't believe it, why would there be Dyna Stone in a local marine base?" said Ezio
"Don't ask me, let's scam of we'll be blown up" said Kenway
"Be careful with those, if you crack the glass the stones will detonate if they're oxidized."
"Well you take one" said Kenway as he gives Ezio the second Dyna Stone capsule. "Let's scram"
Ezio and Kenway then leave the base carefully due to them carrying a highly explosive known as Dnya Stone.
At the cove
The cargo from the Jackdaw such as the tower heart and the Evil presence spell rune are loaded up in carts, all secure and ready to go, the 2 pirates and the 2 assassins are ready and waiting for the explosion of the marine base so they can travel with no trouble.
BOOM!
"There's the signal" said Sabo "Let's go"
"Yah" said Orelov to the horses strapped to the carts and a way they go.
The carts go up the slope from the cove and on their way to the plains. The large cloud of smoke is seen in the distance so the marines that are on patrol will approch there to investigate. Kenway and Ezio succeeded on creating a diversion and now there are no problems for the 4 to transport the cargo to the Waypoint gate.
"I never believed that this plan is so simple" said Aveline
"When it comes to planning, Luffy's no amateur" said Sabo "All of our heists were a near success thanks to Luffy"
"Heists?" said Orelov
"After Luffy returned to the East Blue and united with me and Ace, we started a small 3 man crime gang. You know highway robberies, bank robberies, smuggling, looting, etc. And it's all thanks to our Devil fruit powers to bypass the security."
"So what's the total of Beri you have in your heists" said Orelov
"Let's say we don't need to worry about going hungry for a thousand years" said Sabo with a smirk "Especially when Luffy has a HUGE appetite."
"Impressive" said Zoro "So where's the loot?"
"It's safe," said Sabo "only I and Luffy knows where it is. Ace took his share so it's a 50-50 split between us."
"Well I might say that I now envy you" said Aveline "I wish I could have what amount you have and retire early"
"Me too" said Orelov chuckling
Then suddenly they heard a rustling and stopped the carts. All draw out their weapons and Orelov activates his Eagle Vision, he sees 2 figures but are glowing in blue.
"Relax, it's just Ezio and...Kenway." said Aveline while saying Kenway's name in a disheartened tone.
"Hey" said Kenway with Ezio when they leave the bushes. "At least try and sound happy to see me, Aveline"
"Ok, how about this?" said Aveline as she clear her throat and put on a mock happy expression. "Oh thank Oda you're safe, I thought I would've mourn you death and suffer in grief years to come."
"Now you're just mocking me" said Kenway with an not amused look on his face.
"So, did it go well?" asked Sabo
"Oh yeah" said Ezio
"Good, you can help us escor…what in Oda are THOSE!?" said Aveline referring to the large capsules on their backs.
"Should I tell them or you?" asked Kenway to Ezio
"You do it, you found them" Ezio
"*groan* fine" said Kenway "They're Dyna Stones"
Only silence was heard until suddenly
"WHAAAAT!" exclaimed Sabo, Aveline and Nikolai in shock and horror when they heard Kenway said Dyna Stones. Aveline jumped out of the carrage and grabs Kenway by the collar, shaking him violently in anger.
"How on Oda did you possess FUCKING DNYA STONES?" exclaimed Aveline still shaking Kenway.
"Hey don't scream at me for possessing the world's most destructive weapon ever" Kenway yelled back as he is getting nauseous and dizzy, "What else should I do with it, I couldn't leave it in the base while it gets blown up. It'll detonate and all of us will be blown up along with the ENTIRE Island"
"Edward has a point, Aveline" said Ezio "Besides, the Capitano will love to possess these"
"Are you kidding, it'll be like an early Christmas present for him" said Sabo grinning with excitement but also feeling scared about the Dyna stones due to the mass destructive capacity. "Anyway lets us all take the cargo to the Waypoint gate before the Marines return to investigate the yelling you all did"
Aveline and Kenway laughed nervously at this and nod in agreement. And as they are near a river, Luffy suddenly appears as he rises up from it to greet them.
"Any problems?" asked Luffy
"No, no problem" said Kenway "Although, we made a unique discovery"
"Oh, and what did you find?" said Luffy until he heard someone approaching them. But he stopped as he remembered the mission. "Never mind. Tell me later, let's get everything to the waypoint gate."
"Aye" said everyone as they return to work.
Luffy and his allies rush towards the old ruins where the waypoint gate resides. As they approach, the gate responds to the Tower Heart and activates.
"Load everything up" said Luffy
"Aye" said the crew as they place the carts on the gate and watch them vanish.
"Good, now everyone in" said Luffy
With no hesitation, everyone steps on the gate and vanish in a flash. Luffy joins them also and he also vanish, barely made as a group of Marines arrive to the ruins and they saw nothing and no one.
The other side of the gate
Luffy and the crew were teleported to somewhere dark and internal. Luffy dusted his overcoat and sighed.
"It's good to be back here again" said Luffy while raising his gauntlet and summons his Browns. "Minions, take the Heart back where it belongs"
The minions unquestionably obey their master as they huddle around the Tower Heart and carries it away to place it on its resting place. The minions took 8 minutes to carry the heart due to its size and weight. But later on, the heart returns and the torches around the Tower walls suddenly starts to light up. A surge of power pulses all around the area around the tower. The derelict city also illuminates with dark magic and starts to slowly repair itself.
Pulses of dark magic beats like a heart, up in the air and down deep in the sea. Luffy reaches the tower balcony to observe this, the city, the tower, everything within this dark dominion is coming back to life. Luffy grinned with excitement and feeling all giddy and ecstatic from overflowing euphoria.
"Shishishi, I did it" chuckles Luffy as he skips happily like an excited boy who waited for his birthday present. "I fucking did it, Ha Ha!
"Ah, it seems the tower heart has returned once again. I can feel its power coursing though these walls."
Luffy stops celebrating and pulled out his sword as a disembodied voice echoes in the room of the Abyss Tower, the others too draw out their weapons as both are keeping their guard up.
"Who's there?" said Luffy looking around, trying to find the source of the voice.
"Oh excuse me, how rude of me. Ever since the tower became dormant and vacant, I decided to take a small nap." Gnarl suddenly appeared between the new Overlord and his crew. The old minion master then gulped and belched out some insect husks and wings. "And a little snack."
"Oh, it's just Gnarl" said Luffy recognising the old minion and sheathed his sword.
"The one and only" said Gnarl with pride. "No. 1 Minion Master, Loyal Advisor of the Overlord, and Devoted servant of Darkness. I've been preparing for your coronation, Master. Although the catering is a bit complicated as great caterers wouldn't dare sail to the Dark Blue. But I managed."
"So when is this coronation?" asked Luffy
"Right away, master" said Gnarl as the room up more to reveal a mighty throne lead by red velvet carpets and between a pair of stone Dragons with their mouths open and burning inside and holding the shield bearing a golden "D" engraved on it. "Please follow me to the throne"
Luffy nods as be walk with Gnarl towards the throne, slowly the hoard of minions crowds up around the room to watch Luffy approach the throne. Sabo, Zoro, Kenway and the assassins also watches as this is the moment to witness.
"Please kneel and present your sword to me, master" said Gnarl
Luffy nods as he kneels to Gnarl and draws out his Sword of Triton. Gnarl takes the sword and places it on Luffy's shoulder.
"Minions! As the tower chose your ancestors who bore the Name of D, that legacy lives on in you" said Gnarl putting the blade shoulder to shoulder at Luffy. "For centuries, each generation, the Gol D's have been thriving than the previous D wielders. Now at long last, let us welcome our new Overlord"
"Master!" exclaimed the minions as they chant in cheer. "Master!"
"Arise, my Master" said Gnarl to Luffy before returning the Sword of Triton. "Arise as our new Overlord"
Luffy stands up and face his army and crewmate to show them his nw status.
"All hail our new Overlord!" said Gnarl kneeling down before Luffy.
"All hail our new Overlord!" chants he minions.
"All hail Mugiwara, Overlord of the seas" said Sabo, Kenway and the 3 Assassins.
"..." grunted Zoro respectfully and slightly bows to Luffy.
"My loyal servants and crewmates, it is a prili...priv..., honour to be your new Overlord. Ever since the discovery of this tower and the truth of my heritage, my life as a pirate just got even better and exciting than ever. My original dream was to be King of the pirates, but that dream got better by being your new Overlord. So let us celebrate, AND HAVE A HELLUVA GOOD TIME!"
The minions and crew yell as the celebrations started to mark this gracious occasion. Kegs of grog is hauled here, bountiful feasts and music is playing loudly and merrily in the throne room of the Abyss Tower.
All drink and feast, sing tone deafly at shanties with the music, this celebration is barbaric to the eyes of noble and sophisticated people, but to pirates, it's a special and joyful time. Minions haul out brawls as entertainment for the newly crowned Overlord and his crew, laughing and cheering as 2 Browns fight to the death in the brawl. Minion blood is spilled for their master's amusement but they loyally spill more as he wants to.
This crude barbaric celebration continues for hours and hours, and with the clouds constantly covering the Dark Blue you cannot tell it its day or night. But the new Overlord doesn't care, he enjoys this glory of gluttony and violence. Luffy gorges himself with the buffet and gulps down the booze while demanding more foods and grog. Zoro, Kenway and Ezio has a little drinking contest, each betting 10'000 beris on each other to win. Zoro is a heavy drinker as he finished 12 pints while Kenway is close with 11 and Ezio has a stronger tolerance from downing 15 pints and going on his 16th.
Nikolai and Aveline are conversing with each other while tolerating the chaos from the minions with their merrymaking, plus trying not to see a drunken Brown performing sodemy with a 3-year-old ewe. They try to drink off that terrifying vision and also by conversing with slightly slurred but average forms of conversations.
Sabo joins with the feasting and drinking with Luffy like brothers do, mutilate the jester into the bloody mess for everyone to see and laugh. The Jester is immortal so it can be the Overlord's personal punching bag, and Luffy help the Jester serve that purpose through shanking, shooting, slashing, bludgeoning, dismemberment, disembowelling, etc. Despite all those forms of mutilation, the Jester remains alive and regenerate quickly and continues taunting Luffy.
Luffy invite his crew in the fun of mutilating this annoying Jester. Sabo impales and break bones with his Bo staff, Zoro practices his 3 swords style techniques, Ezio and the 2 assassins use their arsenal and stealth to practice their assassination. Blood stains he floor and walls, the Jester plea for mercy but gets none and never be spared from the savagery and sadism of Luffy and his crew. They are having a hell of a good time, a good time to be evil.
Sabo laughs from excitement after having fun mutilating the Jester, who is now hanging by the neck and constantly getting beaten like a piñata. He gets everyone attention via shooting in the air.
"Can I have your attention please?" asked Sabo before making a speech, despite the slurriness in his voice. "Now, I known Luffy for 13 years when Ace and I were nothing but common street rats (although I was a noble but ran away from home) who steal from merchants, nobles (despite being a noble myself) and give a fuck about anyone else. Now ever since Luffy saved my life from death by the hands of a Celestial Dragon and was taken by said Celestial Dragon *sniff* we were devastated. But 3 years later, Luffy back as a wanted criminal. He helped Ace and I grow from common thief into professional bastards who terrorize Goa through theivery, raiding, murders. Oh the murders, my first was my former noble family that I beaten in to a bloody pulp until my staff and suit was red with blood and viscera. I reeked in their blood for days but I kept killing and stealing.
I never had so much fun like that, that I wanted more. That's is why I joined Luffy in his evil and exciting quest. Just to get the 2 M's: Murder and Money"
"To murder and Money" called out Kenway
"To murder and money" called out the rest of the crew.
"Now, as a token of that appreciation of achieving the murders and the money." said Sabo as he signals the minions to carry to containers. "I, and the crew bestow these gifts to you, my Lord"
Luffy grinned insanely and ecstatically as he saw what the containers contain. Dyna Stones, the world's most volatile explosives that can destroy an entire country. Luffy rushed and starts caressing it like if it is the most beautiful woman in the world.
Dy-Dyna-Dyna Stones, shishishishishi!" giggled Luffy like an excited little boy with a new toy. "I've got DYNA STONES, SHISHISHISHISHI! And I know just the perfect place to use them on.
Luffy grinned sadistically and darkly as he know exactly where to use it once he returns there after his escape. But in the mean time, the partying continues.

RUMBLE
At the palace of Marijois, a sudden quake shook and everyone started to panic as windows shatter, chandeliers collapse from the ceiling and priceless ornaments fall off and break once they made contact of the floor. The celestial dragons panic as they were caught by that sudden quake and had their fancy clothes dirtied by dust and their hair messed up.
"What on the 20 kingdoms was that" said Saint Shalulia, now a mature woman but still snooty and braty as she was as a child. She fixed her veil that cover her mouth and nose and her shades to conceal her elegant eyes.
"I do not know, my dear" said Saint Roswald, Shalulia's fatherand now got old after the years are the incident 13 years ago. He get up off the floor with the help of his cane. "But this was not the first time Marijois was struck by a sudden quake like that. Not since... Gol D Roger became Overlord of the Seas. But it got even worse when he became King of the Pirates."
"Why, poppa. Why was it worse whe that filthy pirate became 'King' of the Pirates?" said Shalulia.
"Let's say that Marijois palace needed to be insured and rebuilt" said Roswald. "Palace and Life Insurance"
Shaluila widen in shook at this until Saint Charlos, Roswald's fat and idiotic son barges through the door, his bubble helmet is cracked but not shattered yet.
"Father, the Marines has informed us about that murderous pirate that killed Uncle Jalmack" said Charlos as he shows his father the news article.
MUGIWARA LOOSE IN EAST BLUE
The notorious pirate prodigy known as "Mugiwara" (Name: Unknown) was seen at Yutsuba Island's Marine Base: Branch 153 at the East Blue. Assisted by "Gentleman thief" Sabo Outlook IV, "Pirate Hunter" Roronoa Zoro and "Pirate Assassin" Edward Kenway. Mugiwara murdered Branch 153's Cptn. "Axe-Hand" Morgan and attacked a Marine Ship captained by Capt. Haytham Kenway, whom has survived the attack and witnessed Mugiwara in person. Branch 153's new Captain, Cptn. Ripper, was distraught of this incident and paid his condolences to the families of those died by Mugiwara's hands.
Bounty updates on those wanted criminals will be posted on tomorrow. Anyone who witnessed them, please report to the nearby Marine Outpost immediately.
"So, that little monster dare show his face once again" said Roswald glaring at the article and then at the photo of Mugiwara from his old bounty poster. "For 13 years that monster escaped Marijois and killed Jalmack. For 13 years he still wanders around, insulting us by showing our brand with no fear or respect to out name. He has walked this world as a free man too much, he must be punished for his heinous crimes against the Saint Family."
Roswald thump his cane on the floor and summons a hoard of Golden armoured men with white capes and horse hair crests on their helmets. The kneel to the Celestial Dragons with loyalty, respect and worship. One of them is not wearing a helmet, showing his grey skinned face with long golden locks and long chin beard. He has a long straight and thin horn poking out of his forehead.
"Sir Sparkles, I have a mission for you and your Paladins" said Saint Roswald.
"And what is it you desire, my Lord" said Sir Sparkles. His voice is nasal and annoying with mean-girl streak to it. He is the commander of the Shining Justice Paladin Squad, The Celestial Dragon's personal army.
"Go to the East Blue. Find Mugiwara and bring him to me alive, I want to punish him myself before I'll have him executed" said Roswald. "You are free to use any methods necessary, but he must be alive. Now go, hunt down that monster."
"I will send one of my best to track down this heretic and bring him to Justice" said Sir Sparkles as he and his Paladins salutes and silently leaves the palace and venture off to search for Luffy, the hunt is on.
