So sorry I haven't been able to update in a while. School controls my life right now, so not much extra time. But here is a chapter to hold you over until I can get this story over with and start on a new one. I'm excited. Next week there will be no updates because I will be away on a school trip. So as soon as I get back I will write. Yay!
Okay, so, I seriously need more reviews if you guys want more. I've written 9 chapters before this and only have 11 reviews! Come on! So get to it.
And in the last chapter: yes, I did tell Charlie Bella was dead. I know some of you wouldn't do that and would want him to know—but that is what makes this unique, not everything is going to be happy and perfect. So brace yourself for more madness.
So here it is!

Chapter 10: No Closure for the Damned
Bella POV
I was sitting in the bed, with Alice next to me. Then I heard people screaming and yelling. And suddenly I smelt it. Blood. The sent was intoxicating and I wanted it. I couldn't hold back. I jumped up and ran to the door. I was just about there when Alice pinned me to the ground and was on top of me.
"Don't move," she said through clenched teeth.
"I WANT IT!" I yelled. Hopefully no one would hear. But to my dismay, Edward did. He rushed in. When the door opened I got a gust of them smell blown in my face. I jumped up and let a growl rip through my chest. I would hurt anyone who tried to stop me.
"Bella," Edward whispered, "think about this." I looked at him. His eyes were pleading—he didn't want me to feel this. I stopped. I felt every emotion possible and it was too much. I fell to the floor, wanting everyone to disappear and not to have seen me in my moment of shame.
"It's okay, Bella. This happens to everyone," Edward said in a calming voice. He got down to my level and pulled me in to him.
"I don't want to be a monster, Edward."
"You are NOT a monster. And don't ever think of yourself that way. You are merely hours old to this life, it's to be expected." I nodded. I stood up and went over to the bed.
"How am I going to deal with the funeral? All of those people?" This was a big problem.
"Easy," Alice piped up, "you won't be breathing." She had a smile on her face.
"Yeah, I guess." I didn't know if it would be that easy. Knowing all of those people were there, full of blood, and just feet away. I sighed.
"Don't worry, love. Everything will work out."
--
Today is the day of the funeral. In about 1 hour I will be lying in a casket for everyone to see. I can do this, I can do this. I just had to not breathe for about 2 hours, no big deal. I rolled my eyes.
"What are you thinking?" Edward asked. He was going to stay with me the whole time.
"Just about holding my breath for 2 hours." I smiled.
"Oh. Don't worry. It's actually not that hard."
"Sure, sure." Knowing me, I would accidentally move and ruin everything.
"Once everyone's gone you will be free to do what you will," Edward told me.
"Yeah, after you dig me out of my grave," I laughed.
I heard someone coming down the hall. Edward and I both looked at the door. Carlisle walked in.
"It's time," he said simply.
I got off of the chair I was sitting on and into the casket. I lay down on the soft padding. Creepy. Edward leaned over me and kissed my lips.
"I love you," he said
I love you, too," I replied, "forever." I smiled.
He smiled back, "time to play dead."
"Yay!" I said sarcastically.
My father walked into the room just after I closed my eyes and stopped breathing. He walked over and touched my face. His warm skin felt good—I wished he could keep it there forever. But all too soon he pulled away.
"I'm ready," he said. I could tell he was crying. This was hurting him so much. And seeing him hurt just killed me inside.
I felt myself being wheeled away into the church. Ironic. As I came in I could hear everyone's hearts beating. It was maddening. I just wanted to make it stop. I wanted this to be over. Charlie came up to say a few words first.
"Bella. What can I say about Bella? She was the light of my life. I don't know how I would have gotten this far without her. She was my everything and I will miss her so much." He finished and walked to his seat.
Edward came up next. "I loved Bella from the day I met her. From the second we talked I knew I wanted to be with her my entire life. I wanted to be with her forever, but I didn't know forever would come so soon." Wow. He was a good actor. But I knew these words were true to what he was feeling.
All too soon everyone was done talking. And I was wheeled to the plot. They closed the lid and lowered me down. I felt the casket hit the bottom and knew that it was only a matter of time until I was out of here and could move on with my life. I sat there for only half an hour before I could hear dirt moving above me. They were digging me out. It only took a minute for them to reach me.
"Hey, Bella! Have a nice nap?" Emmett asked.
"Why thank you, Emmett, it was wonderful," I giggled. He burst into laughter.
I grabbed his hand and he helped me get out. Once we were out of the 6 foot hole he grabbed me in a giant bear hug.
"I'm glad to call you my little sister. Welcome to the family!" I smiled at him.
"Thanks. I'm glad I could be part of this family, too." I looked at Edward and he had his crooked smile on. It made my heart melt. In that second it was just me and him. But the moment was shattered by Alice squealing and jumping on me. What an annoying little pixie.
I smiled at her, "hey, Alice. Nice to see you too." She got off and looked up at me.
"Bella, I think it's time you looked in the mirror." She was beaming from ear to ear.
"Why?"
"Because, love, you're making Rosalie jealous," Edward replied.
I looked over at Rosalie. He was right. She was looking daggers at me. The saying 'if looks could kill' came to mind.
"Fine," I sighed. It was inevitable.
--
When we got back to the house Alice rushed me upstairs. She led me into her room and brought me to a full length mirror. I stepped in front of it and gasped. Oh my! I was gorgeous. My hair was long and flowing, it had volume—it didn't just hang there. My skin was flawless and pale, with just a hint of pink around my cheeks. My lips were full and pink and my nose was perfect. But what scared me the most was the eyes. They were a dark red, almost black. I starred at them for the longest time. Alice caught on to what I was looking at.
"They will change," she said, "in time, they will become gold." She smiled at me, I politely smiled back.
The rest of the family walked in behind me. I turned around to see Edward a few inches away. He came up to me and grabbed me in a hug. He kissed me passionately—I didn't even care that his whole family was watching. It was just him and me.
"You're gorgeous," he whispered against my lips.
"So are you," I whispered back.
I heard everyone let out a small chuckle. I pulled back from Edward and he put his hand around m waist. I turned to face the rest of my new family. Every one of them was mine now. I was going to love this life.
Why does Bella have to be prettier than me? She get's everything! Rosalie thought. I gasped

Sorry but I had to do it.
Okay, let's make a deal: just 5 reviews and I will get another chapter up ASAP. Does that sound good? I think so.
I hope you enjoyed it.
