*Le Gasp!* Is this an update?! Well, kinda. I'm watching Iron Man 3 with Iron Patriot and all I can think of is how he looks like Cap and Iron Man had a love child…. So finally, I'm writing a one-shot about it! If anyone else has written one about this, I'm not stealing ideas! Promise!

Clint Barton yawned as he entered the common room of the Avenger's Tower. He flopped down on the couch next to Natasha, who was watching the morning news on Stark's huge flatscreen TV.
"Anything good?" he mumbled, rubbing his eyes.
Natasha opened her mouth to reply but was interrupted by the blonde newswoman wearing way too much makeup.
"The Government announced today that in light of the recent threats made by the Mandarin, the Iron Patriot would be the US government's American Hero. He will be in charge of tracking the Mandarin." The image on the screen changed to the president making a speech, the red, white and blue armored man stood next to him.
Clint slowly turned to Natasha, a grin slowly spreading across his face.
Natasha, who had learned to be wary of that look, eyed her partner. "What?" she asked cautiously.
Clint just shook his head and darted from the room. From her spot on the couch, she could hear him shouting "Hey Steve! Did you and Tony have a love child?"
Natasha groaned, letting her head fall backwards onto the back of the couch. Raising her head once more, she looked at the figure on the screen. Not that she would even tell Clint, but he really did look like a Captain America/Iron Man love child….
