Dani's POV

A year. That is how long we have been trying to find Loki. There is no trace of him, not even Heimdall can see him. Thor has searched the other realms while I took care of Niflheim. But now I am teaching so I have been limited to when I can search for him.

As I was teaching I noticed Director Fury standing outside the door. There was only four minutes left of class so I dismissed them early.

"What's wrong?" I asked leading him in.

"We found Loki, the bad news is that he just destroyed a secret underground base and stole an ancient artifact called the tesseract." He said, "I know of your connection to him but we need to stop him. We'll leave after school is out we have your things packed and ready to go."

"Wait!" I yelled but he was already gone.

I find it hard Loki would attack earth and what is a tesseract? I didn't trust government agencies completely because of the GIW and with S.H.I.E.L.D. they kept everything secret. Something that made me rather nervous.

School seemed to drag on even though I only had one more class to teach. Once it was over I hurried to my home. There was a S.H.I.E.L.D. car waiting for me and a duffel bag there. I hurried in and they took me to an airfield where I boarded a plane. Steve Rogers was already on the plane looking over the folders of information I had already read.

"Hello ma'am." he said politely nodding his head at me. He waited a second before asking "Is it true your um… a ghost?"

I smiled and replied, "Yes but the actual name is Ragnor."

Agent Coulson then started to talk to him. I saw the ship we we're going to land. Once we landed I walked out to see agents rushing around. We saw Banner walking around. We shook his hand and introduced ourselves.

Banner looked at me and said, "Is it true that you're half dead? I just find that hard to believe that someone could be like that."

"It's true." Was all I said.

Agent Maria Hill approached us. "I think you may want to step inside. It going to get a little hard to breath soon."

"Is this a submarine?" Steve asked.

"They want me in a submerged metal container?" Banner asked.

That is when it started to lift off the water. "Oh this is worse." He said.

We all walked into the helicarrier. In the command room I saw Steve give Fury some money for some reason. Coulson also asked him to sign his Captain America cards he collected as a kid. They were running scans through all of the camera so that they may find where Loki is hiding.

Loki what is happening I thought to myself.
