Hello, everyone!

I know that this is not an update to Beautiful Disaster, but I felt like I had to put this author's note out there. Some of you might not care - which I'm betting a lot won't - but for those that do, here it is.

First of all, since I, poopforbrains, has posted this, it means that obviously, I am very much alive. Though our area recieved quite the strong end of typhoon Yolanda/Haiyan, my family members are all okay. And fortunately, so are all of our friends.

However, I probably won't be able to update for a while because of two reasons.

Have you guys heard of what's happening here in Philippines? Specifically, Tacloban City? If you haven't, then let me make you aware. Out of all the islands here in the Philippines, Tacloban probably got hit the worst. It is 95% destroyed and it's so bad that a mayor said, "There is no more Tacloban City." I wanted to cry when I heard that. Not only that, but the people who survived the storm in Tacloban downtown have become barbaric. For the houses or stores that have not completely died down, they would steal all the food and even kill. The prisoners who've escaped raided a mall there because of hunger and starvation. Families get massacred and children get killed because of hopelessness. Ever since the storm, Tacloban has been dubbed as a literal ghost town. They've declared Martial Law around the area. Also, stealing and hold up is now legal there. Truly, every day is a struggle for the people living in the area.

I did not tell you guys this so you'll feel bad for us. You might think that I'm only saying this because I want your attention.

NO.

I told you guys this tragic situation because it brings us to the first reason why I won't update for a while. Since a lot of areas, not only Tacloban, were hit massively by the typhoon, my friends and I will be very busy with volunteer works and fund raising for the next few weeks, even months - who knows. Plus with the start of second semester and other priorities that I have, I would probably have few to no time to even sit and write the next chapter.

Second, would be for a more personal reason. The typhoon hit our country last Friday, November 8. The day after that, November 9, just when the lights to my house came back, our transformer exploded and nearly burned our house. Because of that, my family and I haven't had electricity since Yolanda. Thus, making it hard for me to update.

With that said, I ask that you, my dear readers, please be patient with me. From the start, I promised you guys that I would finish this book, AND I WILL. Just please bear with me. Life is hard right now as it is.

Thank you, all. And I love each and every one of you.

PS. Once I've updated, I will delete this Author's Note.

Until next chapter! (:
