Toothless s Speech Explanation:
Hello guys, I felt like I owe you an explanation on Toothless's current situation regarding his speech.
The reason why he had such an easy time speaking before is because the new human vocal cords haven't made themselves known in the body yet. When they did make themselves known, his body immediately tries to reject them, making the original draconic vocal cords dominant over the human ones. Don't worry though, my plans are to slowly increase the presence the human vocal cords overtime. It will eventually reach the point where they would become mostly dominant over the original draconic ones. The original ones will never truly go away though, they'll only just be existing in the background until they are to be used when such a time for their need arises.
I have absolutely no idea when I'll reach that certain point in the story. I don't know because the story could go on for a long time and it could take many chapters to be written in order to reach that point. It looks like only time will tell what the future will hold yet again in this case.
