Hey guys, here come another one. I couldn't help but write another chapter to this awesome story. I am going to try and speed the first season along a little bit, but I wan't the characters to build their friendships. Kagome has only known these guys for about 2 days, not enough time in my opinion, but it will grow. So without further ado, here is Chapter 10

"Why have you brought us here Bakura. Why have you taken us to the shadow realm?" Yami demanded. Bakura chuckled darkly.

"Bakura? Bakura's not longer here" he replied darkly. This startled Yami.

"If you're not Bakura, then who are you?" he questioned again. He did not like what was going on. His friends and Kagome had all collapsed, worrying his mind.

"I am a thief, and a stealer of souls," he replied honestly, a dark glint in his eyes. Like Yami when he come more merged and present with Yugi, this Bakura had changed in appearance, sharper features and the cast of a shadow on his face. "I have done terrible things in my quest to possess the Millennium Items. You do remember the legends, don't you?"

Yami Yugi seemed startled at evil Bakura's free admission to his crimes.

"Whosoever wields all 7 Millennium Items and the Item of the Pure one, will possess power unimaginable." he spoke again. "And before I'm done with you, your millennium puzzle will be mine."

"Thats not going to happen, who ever you are." Yami stated confidently and clutched his puzzle.

"Then let the Shadow Game begin."

Yami Yugi went first and played down a monster, the Cyber Commander in defense mode. Tristans favorite card.

"Tristan?" Yugi gasped in disbalief as Tristan dressed as the Cyber Commander appeared in the field standing on his card.

"Huh? what a weird dream." Tristan said to himself, holding up the machine gun in his arms. "Where am I? Whats going on here?" he started freaking out as he looked around at his surroundings and saw giant Yugi sitting there with cards in hands.

"Bakura must have used his Millennium Ring to trap his soul in his favorite card." Yugi said to himself. Evil Bakura laughed

"Who's your little friend, Yugi?" he taunted. "He looks pretty tough, but can he deal with this?" Bakura laid down a card. "The White Magical Hat. Attack!"

"Oh, man! I must still be dreaming." Tristan said to himself as he faced the man in the white hat and cape. "This is just a bad dream. Yeah, just a really bad- ah!" the man in the hat struck his in the chest and Tristan disappeared in a red light.

"No! Tristan!" Yugi Yami yelled, seeing his friend be destroyed and sent to the graveyard. Evil Bakura just laughed maliciously.

"Aw, looks like that card's been defeated. And your poor friend's soul was trapped within it." he taunted.

"Where is he?" ground out Yami, getting angry. "What have you done with Tristan?"

"Your friend is gone." he replied. "on his way to the discard pile. Or the Graveyard, as we call it in Duel Monsters."

"It can't be. Tristan can't be gone" he tried to convince himself.

"When you duel in the Shadow realm, the stakes are always higher, Yugi" said Evil Bakura. "You made a sloppy move, and now your friend, he paid for it with his very soul. Now which of your friends will you sacrifice next?"

Yugi looked at the cards in his hand. Most of them being monster cards. 'I would avoid playing cards with my friends souls trapped in them if I could, but to save my friends, I have to win.' He pulled a card and laid it on the field. 'I only have one card that can beat his White Magical Hat.'

"Joey's favorite card: The Flame Swordsman." he summoned the monster and up popped Joey, completely armored up in his favorite cards outfit, a flaming red sword in hand.

"Hey? what gives?" he was as confused as Tristan when he was first summoned. "Hey, Yugi- AAH!" he yelled loudly at seeing Yami Yugi giant sized above him. "What da- you're a giant! Oh, man, I finally cracked.

"Joey, listen to me. Your soul has been sealed inside your favorite card." Yugi tried to explain "You've become the Flame swordsman."

"I'm da who?" he yelled out, freaking out.

"If I don't win this duel, " Yami Yugi continued, "We can't restore you to normal. But if you're defeated in this battle, you'll be carried off to the card graveyard just like Tristan was!" he tried to explain and convince his this was all real, not in his head.

"Graveyard!?" he freaked out even more.

"In Order for me to win this duel," he continued past Joey's interruption, "Restore you all back to your bodies and get us out of this Shadow Realm, I'm gong to need your help."

"You want my help, you got my help" Joey said happily calming down slightly.

"Are you sure your ok?" Yugi asked.

"Ok? I figure I've lost my mind, but I'm gonna go with it." He turned around and faced Bakura. "Now who wants a beatin' eh? AAH!" He freaked out again at seeing the giant evil Bakura. "Giant Bakura?! Now I know I know I'm nuts. I'm like 6 inches tall wearing' a dress, about to fight my giant friend?"

"Thats not really Bakura." said Yugi. "An evil spirit from his Millennium Ring has taken him over."

"Well" said Joey. "I have no idea what you're talkin' about, so here goes nothin." and with a battle cry he ran forward and destroyed the White Magical Hat. Bakura's life points dropped to 1200. "Whoa, man. I did it, Yugi! Now what?"

"Now its his turn"

Bakura laid down 2 cards, one in defense and one in the magic/trap area. Joey got hasty and attacked it, revealing a Morphing jar, and both players cards in hand were sent to the graveyard. He picked up The Dark Magician and a monster reborn. What would happen if he played his own card?. Bakura laid down another two cards, one in defense and the other either a magic or trap card. Yami took a chance and played down the Dark Magician.

"I also play a card that allows me to revive monsters from the grave, Monster Reborn." he informed, and down on the field Tristans card Cyber Commander came back as Yugi took in his surroundings as a an even smaller figure than normal.

"Yugi? Joey? you guys are dreaming this too?" Tristan asked.

"Naw, this aint no dream, this is just me going insane. S'all one big delusion." Joey explained, what he thought, was the truth. It just seemed to confuse Tristan more.

"But just one second ago, I was up there." Yugi explained, though slightly confused. Wasn't he the one who had been dueling just now?

"If your down here, who's that up there?" Joey asked, pointing at Yami.

"I-I don't know" Yugi stuttered.

"Don't you?" Yami asked, trying to get Yugi to think and actually acknowledge his presence.

"Well" Yugi though. "I always felt a presence, ancient and powerful, calling out to me when I duel sometimes, from my millennium puzzle. An ancient wisdom calling out from its depths." The look alike boys stared at each other, Yami broke the connection by nodding his head in affirmation. "I'm not sure what its all about guys, but I think we can trust him. He hasn't done anything to hurt us, so.."

"Well if he's ok in your book, he's ok in mine" Joey reassured. Tristan nodded in consent.

"So now what?"

"Maybe we should try and find Tea and Kagome." Tristan suggested.

"They must still be in the deck."

"Then we should try and win this thing before their cards get drawn or played." said Joey as he turned towards the evil Bakura. "Now I'm gonna bash me some Bakura!" He lifted his sword, eager to protect his friends.

"Hold on Joey, I was just played so its my turn." Yugi remind him, before he turned to the face down in front of him. "Dark Magic attack!" the card flipped up revealing another morphing jar be fore it pixilated and disappeared. Luckily, Yami did not have Tea or Kagomes cards in hand.

However luck was not on his side this time. he Picked up Kagome's Healers Blessing, and Tea's Magician of Faith.

"Aren't those Kagome and Tea's cards?" asked the evil Bakura. "I wonder if their solids are locked away inside like the others. Maybe you should play them and find out. Then again you don't know what I am playing here" he played a face down in defense mode. "so you might be putting them in danger. A dilemma, and while you decide I'll just activate this trap card."

A white spectral hand reached up from the hard and started choking Yami and an electrical shock hit his system. Once it let go, he clutched his chest, over his heart, panting for breath.

"Just Desserts takes 500 points for every monster card in play on your field. And you'll feel like each and every point is being ripped from your heart." The evil Bakura smirked in delight at the suffering of his enemy.

'Yami!' a voice called out.

"Big Yugi, are you ok?" Tristan asked.

"Yes, but another attack like that and its over." 'it cold be over for all of us.' he thought. He looked to his cards. 'Their soul cards are not safe in my hands, I'll have to play them both somehow.'

'Yami' the voice called out again. Healers blessing started glowing a soft blue. 'Yami'

Yami played Magician of Faith face down, summoning Tea to the field, but hiding beneath the card. She was confused as to where she was before she saw the others.

"Hey! whats up?" the boys got into a panic and started to cover her card. "Uh, guys... It's a little early for halloween, don't you think? Huh?" she looked down and found her self holding a half crescent scepter in one hand.

"Shuch!" Joey tried to get her to be quiet. "Bakura and Yugi are big dueling giants, and are fighting for our souls.

"But Yugi's right here!" she was confused.

"Yeah, well the the big guys not really me, but he's not really not me." Yugi tried to explain, "Looks its complicated, but it has something to do with the Millennium Items Bakura and I have. It's some kind of magic."

Yami pulled out Healers Blessing, only this time face up in defense mode.

She was beautiful as she was summoned and everyone was quiet for a moment. In blue traditional mike garbs, holding a bow and a stock of leaf herb in either hand, was Kagome. Her eyes, were closed for a moment before opening and revealing her usually stunning blue eyes. She looked around a second, confused on what was going on.

"uh oh, please tell me this is not another magic were I got shrunk into doll size." she complained as she looked up at Yami and the evil Bakura. "It is magic isn't it?" Yami nodded in affirmation. "One of Healers Blessings special abilities is that when I get hit with damage by that of a spell or trap card, she is automatically summoned from my hand to the field in defense mode. So here you are.

"Magic? So I'm not crazy." said Tea.

"Not unless we're all going crazy." Yugi replied.

"Just think of it This way Tea." Joey spoke up. "There's two Yugi's, the cool one up there, and the puny one down here." Yugi got a little angry.

"Argh, thats not how it works at all!" he yelled.

"Just a joke, relax" Joey tried to placate.

"You forget while I am here, I have the powers of the Dark Magician."

"Uh, Yugi, I wouldn't do that if I-" Tristan tried to reason.

"I'll so you who's puny around here." He point to the face down and a little electrical creature popped up.

"Yugi, wait!" Yami tried to stop him.

"Dark Magic Attack!" Yugi raised his hand and destroyed the creature. No life points were lost, but suddenly Yugi was on the ground in pain, some electricity flashed over his body.

"What was that?" Kagome asked concerned, she knelt down next to him.

"What ever it was, it's making me go numb." he couldn't stop shaking.

"Heh heh, you can't attack the Electric Lizard without some rather shocking feedback. A lesson your little Yugi won't soon forget." Yami growled and pulled a card from his hand and placed it in the magic/trap area.

"Alright, soul stealer. I'll play my card face down, And its your move." Yami said. Joey and Tristan tried to cover up Tea again, but it was useless.

"Don't bother trying to hide her, I can see her perfectly well." said Evil Bakura. "Now I have all five of you right where I want you, easy prey for my Man-Eater Bug!" he placed it face down in defense mode.

"Man eater? Glad I am a girl" Kagome said.

"Yugi, what's that card do?" Joey asked. Yugi was still in pain but was able to speak.

"The Man-Eater has the ability to destroy one creature on the field as soon as it's flipped up." he ground out. Tea gasped and Tristan got the chills.

"Well, that's certainly not good"

"Guy's, I really don't wanna go back to that grave yard" said Tristan.

"Don't you worry Tristan, none of us are going back. We'll destroy that bug before he play's it.

"That won't work" Said Kagome, as her hands started to glow blue and try to remove some of the damage on Yugi. "The moment we make an attack, that card will activate."

"Grave Yard here I come."

"What are you saying, 'Gome? That one of us is going to end up worm food?" Kagome sighed.

"She's saying there is only one way out of this and we're standing on it." they all looked down to the card on the field.

"Right, the trap card big Yugi laid down.

"Yeah, but I'm afraid to use it. the card requires that we sacrifice a creature." Said Yugi, his breathing became a little bit easier with what ever Kagome was doing to him. He would have to ask her about it later. Or maybe it was something to do with the card she was playing, she was a healer after all.

"Don't worry, I'll go." said Tristan.

"No way, Tristan!" protested Tea.

"Look, either way we are gong to loose someone, by that card or by the Man-Eater. At least this way I'm taking it out too." Suddenly he doubled over in pain, Joey had shoved the hilt of his sword into his gut shutting him up.

"You just got back from the Graveyard." he said. "If anyone's going, it's me."

"Joey, wait!" Yugi tried to protest. But it was too late, Joey went charging at the beast and got it into a head lock.

"Big Yugi! Us the trap! Do i! Do it now!" he saw the big guys hesitance. "Please! I don't want my friends to get hurt!" Yami nodded.

"I'm activating a trap, Sacrificing my Flamed Swordsman to do so." he flipped the card up. "The horn of Heaven! Blasting its celestial tune, directly at your Man-Eater Bug, obliterating him from the field."

Both the Man-Eater and their friend were destroyed in a bright light.

"Don't worry, you'll soon be joining him in the graveyard." Bakura chuckled darkly. "You can spend an eternity together."

"I hope you don't harbor any illusions on bringing your friend Joey back. You've already played Reborn the Monster, the only way to get him back. And soon the Reaper of Cards will have his soul."

Everyone felt the despair in the air.

"He can't be gone, he just can't be." Tea's tears fell from her eyes, and dripped down to the floor below. Suddenly Tea started glowing with her card. Everone became confused on what was going on.

"Wait! She's the Magician of Faith. TeA's tear activated the magic effect of her card." Said Yugi.

"Thats right, and the effect of the Magician of Faith allows me to bring back one magic card from the discard pile and add it to my hand. and the card I choose, Reborn the Monster!"

Suddenly Joey was there and alive, screaming in terror on the ground before he realized he wasn't about to be reaped.

"Your back!"

"Alright!" Joey smiled happily.

"You waste your time and efforts on these foolish mortals." said Bakura to Yami.

"My friends are never a waste of time." he shot back. "Make your move." Bakura chuckled darkly.

"Oh, I'll move, and you will loose. This is the play that will end the match, and win me your millennium puzzle." he placed a monster in attack mode to the field. "First I will play the Lady of Fate, and then the card that will turn your friends against one another. Change of Heart!"

"Change of Heart? Isn't that Bakura's favorite card?" Kagome asked.

"And a very magical card it is. With this card I can turn you Yugi, against your comrades. The very friends you sought to protect you will now destroy."

"No, I refuse!"

"You won't have a choice in the matter!" The Chnage of heart card allows me to control any apposing monster, and i choose you, little Yugi."

"Leave the young one out of this!" Yami ground out in anger.

"Why should I? By simply destroying him I defeat you swell. You're here to guide and protect him? Then protect him against this!" he played the Change of Heart and everyone had to cover their eyes at the bright light. When they looked again, Bakura soul was in his favorite card.

"Bakura! The real Bakura, your soul was trapped in you favorite card too!" Yugi said. Bakura nodded and flew into the Lady of Fate and took over.

"I want to help but we have to act quickly" he said. I've taken control of one of his cards instead of yours. I'll control her while you attack me, you can win against the evil Bakura!"

"I can't! I'd be destroying you, sending you to the Graveyard."

"I don't care. It's better than being enslaved by an evil spirit. Do it!"

"Quiet!" the evil Bakura yelled.

"I have a better idea." Yami spoke up. They all looked to him, as a golden yellow egyptian eye glowed upon his forehead and so did the Puzzle. "If the evil power of Bakura's Millenium ring can pull souls from people, perhaps the power of my millennium puzzle can put them back." This time Kagome's bracelet also started glowing and then stopped when Bakura was back in his body.

"Alright! Our Bakura's back where he belongs." said Joey.

"Yugi, attack with Dark Magicians power, send him to the Graveyard! End this now." Yami said.

"You got it. Dark Magic Attack!" he blasted the black spell and the evil Bakura's spirit into shards and to the Graveyard. His life points hit zero and everything started fading back, and everyones souls returned to their bodies.

Yugi, Kagome, and Bakura were the first to wake up.

"Are you ok Bakura? Yugi?" Kaogme asked. The both nodded.

"I am now. Thanks to Yugi." said Bakura.

"Huh, where did you get your Millennium Ring?" Yugi asked.

"My father picked it up on one of his trips. He said it was from Ancient Egypt. I thinks thats where they're all from. He was shopping in a merchant bazaar when the millennium ring caught his eye. The man who sold the ring to my father said it had something to do with duel monsters. But that never made any sense to me since the card game is new and the ring is clearly ancient. When my father got back he gave it to me. He said he felt I was destined to have it."

"It might have to do with the fact you guys look exactly alike." said Kagome. "Maybe you were the only one that it could use because of the similarities. It would make sense it it was kinda like your ancestor or something." They all nodded in agreement before turning to the sound of the others waking up.

"I just dreamt Bakura went totally mental" said Tristan, still kinda sleepy. "Same here. Last time I sleep with dueling cards under my pillow." said Joey. Bakura got a look in his eyes and walked over, hands behind his back and a friendly smile on his face.

"Sleep well, guys?" said Bakura. The jumped and hugged each other in terror.

"Bakura!" suddenly they got a look on their face.

"Hey hands off" "You grabbed me" they looked at each other then jumped away. Everyone started laughing at the two goofballs.

"I dreamt we were dressed as duel Monsters. And there were two Yugi's! Tea stated. The three millennium wielders became a little nervous.

"uh.." suddenly there was a terrified yell coming from the forest.

"what was that?!" Joey asked, panicked.

"I don't know, lets check it out." Said Kagome and she stared running towards the terrified screaming she heard.

When they finally reached their destination it was Mai and a very large man wearing a black trench coat.

"Mai! Are you ok?" Kagome asked as she got closer. Mai just shook her head.

"You're too late." she said

"Too late for what?" asked Yugi.

"This sideshow fear going you a hard time?" said Joey.

"Thats right, just like Pegasus pays me to do, root out all the Dueling filth on this island and dispose of it." the mystery guy said.

"Doesn't that make you a garbage man?" Tristan quipped.

"This is no joke." urged Mai. "Panic is one of the Islands eliminators and if you don't get out of here he's going to do to you what he did to me."

"Eliminator, whats that?" asked Yugi. Panic got handy and grabbed Mai's wrist and showed of the now empty duel glove.

"This is what she means, right here. Not a star chip left." he said.

"But that would mean you've been disqualified!" Said Kagome, starting to get a little angry at the situation.

"I am. It happened so fast. The way he duels, I just lost it." Mai looked utterly defeated.

"She was one of my easiest victims yet!" he gloated and shoved her away from him, Kagome caught her just as Joey tried to charge at panic, Bakura and Tristan held him back.

"You need to calm down, he's more that twice our size" Bakura tried to reason with him.

"I can take him."

"No, Joey. Fists aren't the answer." said Yugi. "Violence won't solve anything. I've dealt with a lot of bullies in my life, and I'm afraid there is only one way to deal with them."

"What do you mean?" asked Joey. Kagome let go of Mai and also stood foreword.

"You have to stand up to them." She said. Both of their items started glowing and Yugi was now with Yami. "Lets see you use your intimidation tactics against me, Panik. I'm not that easy to scare."

"No, Kagome let me do this." Yami/Yugi tried to protest. Kagome shook her head and gave him a smile.

"This one's mine. You just got done with that Shadow game. This guys mine."

She turned to him.

"Lets duel."
