Chapter 9: Homecoming...

"Kisama..." Ikaku growled in his cell, shackled and chained. He was just rebelling for the thrill of it and to keep anyone from them, his two precious people.

'Tch,' he thought, 'Just so long as those two are alive and well, I can leave this damned world happy.'

They were two ( his little sisters) special people, but they didn't need to suffer because of his foolish and reckless actions to join the rebellion. 'I only joined because Satori Tori gave a good, persuasive offer and I didn't refuse it. Hell, who would refuse countless fights and battles, huh?'

'No matter how persuasive that bastard was, that was the only reason I joined, I didn't do it for his sick and twisted, stupid reasons.

He wished that damned Uchiha bastard would just hurry up and kill him already. He supposed he was taking his precious time, wondering how he should go about doing it.

The cell bars opened and Ikaku raised his head a bit; seeing a blackish-blue hakama; he smirked, "Fujioka?"

Despite his plight, Ikaku smirked. "Keke, wow, Uchiha, I'm touched. You came to visit me, so kind of you."

Shin's voice cut through steel; "Cut the shit, Fujioka. Why did you and the others rebel?" Shin bent down to his level and smirked at him in the irritatingly smug Uchiha fashion, "Was it for power?"

Ikaku scoffed at the words. "I didn't join the rebellion for power, Uchiha."

Shin laughed humorously. "Isn't that what a lot of men want? Power, after all, power – "

Ikaku cut him off before he could finish. "I don't want that corrupted piece of shit!"

"I'm surprised to hear that," Shin no longer stood within Ikaku's vision. "I'll return at some point, Fujioka, don't disappoint me." He said.

The cells were now quiet however; it didn't stay that way for long, though. "Let me out! Let me out!" A prisoner yelled, banging against the bars, "Let me out of here! A demon, that Uchiha is a demon!"

Ikaku shouted, annoyed, "Oi, shut up, will you?" The other prisoner's blabbering was getting annoying. He closed his eyes and decided to sleep to block out the prisoner, but if he stayed awake he might have seen what happened.

Shin, after dealing with Ikaku and the rebels for a little while, went home to spend a little time with his family.

About a couple of weeks ago, Shin told his wife, Hisami ,and son, Haku about the Wizarding World. Well, some of it. However, on that same day was the anniversary of Nana's passing. And, let's just say it was ok, it went something like this:

"Must you leave us and the village, Shin?" Hisami, Shin's wife, asked, as she prepared a meal.

Little Haku had his head down and wasn't looking at his father either.

"Hn," He got up, picked up Haku and grabbed Hisami by the waist, cutting off the fire. "Don't be that way, both of you, I need to leave, but you of all people should know I can't be gone for long. I am the kage of this village, after all."

"Otou-sama, when I get older, can I go to this wizarding world too?"

Shin liked his son's curiosity, but not for that stupid world, not for some wizards that didn't know how to get rid of their old, foolish ways and most definitely not to a world that kept parents and comrades out.

"No, musuko… Don't you still want to be ninja of the Dai li?"

Haku's face morphed into a thoughtful one, before it bloomed into one of complete certainty. "Hai, I want to be the best Dai li officer so I can protect you and Okaa-san, Outo-san!"

Shin placed Haku down and ruffled his son's jet-black hair. "Ha-ha..." Haku giggled with a laugh, but his small slip of happiness was temporary, as his mother told him to go play in the garden.

Haku being more perceptive than other kids, frowned, but did as his mother requested with a smile. Once he was gone, Hisami twisted out of Shin's grip and whirled on him.

"That's just it, Shin! You're this village's kage! You can't just leave for a world which you abandoned! Or, are you going to abandon all that you worked for?!"

"I never said so, woman!" Shin wasn't yelling, but now he looked angry and such he might as well have been. He ran a hand through his slick black bangs. "Look, I'll go for a little while then return, I promise you that, woman."

Hisami looked downcast, biting her lip, looking sad and sorrowful. A small rueful smile spread on her features, her lilac eyes glistening. "You should go before Haku goes to train later."

"Hisami..." Silence greeted him. Why did that idiotic, sugar-coating world that was known as the wizarding world always lead to this? But, then this woman was stubborn and hard to get through once she set her mind on a belief. He saw that she was about to walk away from him, but like hell he was going to allow that.

"Don't you have somewhere you need to be? You should get-"

"You're one foolish woman, Hisami," he shook her just a bit so she was looking at him,"We've been married for four years and have a son, not only that you're the lady of this village get that through your head, woman."

He let her go only to grab her hand, "Come on, woman. You're coming with me to the grave to crush that stupid foolishness of yours."

"Haku is outside-"

"Hn, he can be watched by the guards, but I grow tired of your shallow little mind. Honestly, you may be an Uchiha through our marriage and born a Hyūga, but your weakness is astonishing."

'As a woman I've become weak,' she thought to herself before taking in a deep breath. Hisami knelt in front of the grave smiling bitterly; 'I shouldn't feel these emotions, I mean you saved my life. I never came to visit, neither did I say thank you even when I was and still am grateful to you. Nana, I apologize for not being stronger, and depending on your quick actions to save my life. I hope that you can forgive me, a shallow person such as myself.'

She placed the flowers of white lilacs on the grave and stood, 'I'm glad I stopped by, Nana-san.' A calming wind blew and Hisami turned to step away and give the other person with her some time with Nana.

A few minutes later, he stood and set his flowers as well before turning to her. "Let's go," He stuffed his hands in his pockets, "Head back to the mansion, I'm going to stop by Ein and Zwei before I leave."

Hisami nodded and watched him go before teleporting ( using Shunshin) back to the house, feeling much better than she did earlier.

Now, currently, everything was understood and well. Now, Shin watched as his son played in the garden.

"Okaa-san! Oto-san!" Haku was running towards them, happily carrying some flowers from the gardens, oh, they were flower tiaras. He grinned childishly and innocently,"Here Okaa-san, I made you a tiara."

"Oh, thank you, Haku-kun," Hisami said with a bright motherly smile. "Is the other one for your Tou-san?"

Haku smiled brightly and turned to face his father holding out a similar flower tiara.

After spending time with his family, Shin went to see Ein once more, but left soon after a small chat. He then set out to leave Hamaguri no Sato for the night; "Che, damn shiro–baka, always so loud and quick to get angered."

Tsked; "You sure picked a fine time to leave us, Uchiha," Shin didn't even need to turn around; it was his barrier captain, Shoheki Soul.

"Hn. Not you too, you moron…"

Soul smirked in a laid back manner; "Feh...me too, Uchiha. You just can't take it that we don't want you to go to some stuck-up wannabe's for kami knows how long."

"Hn," It sounded like he was smirking with that noncommittal phrase.

Soul tsked as if annoyed and waltzed from his laid-back position and placed a hand on Shin's shoulder. "Look, Uchiha, aren't your former teammates supposed to be doing this kind of thing?" He clicked his tongue as if to say forget it, "Well, look, you'd better come back; you still this damn village's kage."

Soul removed his hand and waved, leaving Shin to his own devices. But, it seemed that one of them had one more thing to say, "Captain, don't do anything to Fujioka until I return."

Back still turned, Soul smirked, giving a lazy wave of yea, yeah. "Whatever, Uchiha, I'm out."

"Hn, itoko," Sasuke said in his usual way of greeting Shin.

"How was the appointment?" Shin asked glancing a little bit at his second cousin.

"It went well," Sasuke answered. "Aniki will just have to rest up for a bit, that's all. You're leaving?"

Shin nodded: "Yes, only for a little while, though, I still need to do paperwork; after all, even with you two I'm still this village Kage."

Sasuke smirked. "Hn, you sound like Hisami and Hinata."

Shin chuckled "Well, I was wondering where Hisami gets her boldness from."

A few moments of quiet peace, "You be careful, itoko. We will contact you if anything happens," a little smirk sprung to life.

"Hn," Shin smirked back.

Lo and behold, he was standing on a building of someone's home overseeing the godforsaken world below that was isolated and hidden from the rest of the world; that's right he was overlooking the wizarding world community as the people went about their daily lives, muttering about the return of one Harry Potter.

It made Shin sick to his stomach and to think before his clone- Shin shook his head throwing away silly thoughts. Getting sick of the sight, he vanished sticking to the shadows. Reappearing on a cliff that would lead him to that utterly hopeless school, he let out a breath of agitation.

Why in the hell did he return indeed? Oh, that's right, Potter. He was paying back his debt nothing more-well, that James did save his magical self and allowed it to live till its time; "Hn, such a pity, but keep to my words even if they should no longer matter."

Dumbledore and the others would just have to wait to see him when the boy would arrive. However, there was plenty of time for that and seeing that the wizarding world was still the same, he vanished for the second time.

"What the hell? You damned brat!" Tsunade bellowed, sounding angry. Ever since Naruto took her position, she has been traveling and enjoying herself whenever possible.

Naruto pleaded; "Please, Baa-chan! It's only for a few years!" For a few years he was stepping down to raise his newborns with his wife.

Tsunade didn't have anything to throw, but she was mad; "A few years, Naruto? A few years will turn into more than just that, brat! "

Naruto pleaded again.

Tsunade sighed, "Fine, but as soon as the few years are up, I'm resigning and you are taking back the Hokage position, understood?!"

Naruto opened his eyes, looked up and grinned. "You bet, baa-chan."

"Come on, boy!" Vernon bellowed, pulling Potter by the ear. Vernon, a normal, non-magical person hated anything magical, just like his wife, Petunia. Currently, he and his family were bringing the freak to the train station. There was only one good thing about all of this, a good laugh and finally a way to get rid of the boy; maybe for good.

He locked the door once the boy was finally inside and headed off towards the station. "What's the station number, boy?"

It took him a moment, but the boy finally understood. "Err, 9 ¾ quarters."

Petunia, Vernon's wife snorted as his son laughed. "You don't say? Well, we'll drop you off and you can ask around."

Dudley laughed even harder.

They dropped him off, just as his aunt said and Harry asked around. Was that all just some huge joke? Why didn't anyone know of the train station? As, if someone finally answered him he heard a red haired woman shouting in a whisper, 9 ¾ quarters.

He was about to head over when someone tapped him on the shoulder. Harry turned around and was met with a very intimidating foreign looking person.

The person had sharp black eyes and sharp, hardened features; dressed in weird clothing that wasn't like the folk bustling about or the guards. "Er?"

"Be more careful with your things, boy," Harry blinked and nodded, taking the item from the man.

"Thank you, sir. I should be going, my train leaves very soon."

"Hn," the man said nothing further and turned to leave, not giving Harry a glance.

Harry shrugged his pondering thoughts and ran toward the red-haired woman, Molly Weasley; running straight into the brick. Upon finding the train he entered and found a seat, but within a few minutes his compartment opened. Within that meeting he made a friend Ron Weasley. However, now they were just arriving at Hogwarts and being sorted.

"First years line up and come up once your name is called!" McGonagall, a strict-looking woman yelled, giving her instructions so the students could be sorted without a problem. But, let's skip the process for a moment and go into before the students arrived, shall we?

"Everyone is present? Good," Dumbledore said genially. Every teacher from Minerva McGonagall, Filius Flitwick, Pomona Sprout, and a select few of returning teachers such as Quirenus Quirrell who once taught muggle studies.

"Albus, the ceremony is going to start within a few hours. We still have to prepare for when classes begin Monday! Why did you suddenly call us all?" Minerva asked sternly.

"Yes," Sprout the herbology teacher nodded in agreement with the transfiguration teacher, Minerva.

Dumbledore's eyes twinkled. "Why it's simple, dears. The potion position has been re-opened."

"What?! The – Severus has returned!" The voices didn't belong to just Minerva McGonagall.

"W-Who is Severus?" Quirrell asked, stuttering.

"That would be me, but I prefer another name over that," A silky, baritone voice answered, coming out of the shadows. He had changed, literally changed. There was nothing more to describe as the professors were just too shocked to say anything.

"Ah, my boy," Dumbledore's eyes twinkled missing the raven's twitch. "You have finally returned! Joyous, we shall celebrate even more tonight! Come, come, we shall all go and get ready now that our potions professor has returned." Dumbledore said genially, a little bit too happy.

"Where have you been for the past ten years, Severus?" Minerva asked genuinely curious.

"Yes," Flitwik a short professor who conjured up a stool said, nodding also with curiosity.

"Hn, we have a ceremony to prepare for. Good night," was their only reply and he left without another word to them. He didn't feel like wasting time on such useless idiots.

Now back to the present, "Draco Malfoy!"

Draco, a platinum boy was sorted into Slytherin.

"Harry Potter!" The whole hall went quiet and whispers broke out. Harry nervously sat on the stool and waited for the hat to sort him.

The Great Hall was as silent as a mouse.

"GRYFFINDOR!" The hat yelled and the house with the colors of red and gold clapped joyously.

After all the students were sorted and seated in their respective houses, Dumbledore clapped his hands and stood. "Welcome, welcome all! I have a few announcements to make."

The hall fell silent once again.

"First I'd like to give a few warnings," His warnings consisted of at least a few, such as stay away from the third corridor, and the forbidden forest was strictly forbidden. Well, that was a few of them. Now, "On a happier note, I'd like to welcome a returning teacher, Quirenus Quirrell. He will be your DADA teacher and secondly, I'd like to say that, the potions course which has been closed off for the past ten years has finally been accepted for students to take. "

Harry leaned to whisper to Ron. "Why was the potion class closed for so long?"

"You don't know?" Ron whispered. Harry shook his head. "It's because there never was a professor to teach it."

"I'd like you all to welcome the potions master," Dumbledore spoke over Harry and Ron's whispering. "Severus Snape!"

Like Quirrell previously did the one called Severus Snape stood and Harry nearly choked on his pumpkin juice.

"Hey," Ron called, sounding worried. "You alright, mate?"

Harry nodded mutely and whispered, "I sort of met him earlier. I didn't know he was a professor."

Oh, that explained it. "What was he like, mate? Not like he looks now, I mean, he looks scary."

Harry looked back at the teacher's table, "I'll tell you later, k?"

Ron nodded eagerly.

Dumbledore was beginning to end his speech. "Now that we have dined and filled our bellies," he smiled welcoming and grandfatherly. "BED!"

After the prefects left to escort the rest of the students to their dorms, the teachers remained. "Ah, Severus my boy, was the food not to your liking? Or-"

"Hn," was the reply as the raven stood and excused himself. "I have a class to prepare for, good night."

Shin entered the dungeon's chambers and scowled. "I only just returned and they immediately asked what I've been up to. " He looked around taking in the various veils, potions, cauldron and tables that haven't been touched in a good while.

"Hn, they could have at least had someone fill in until I returned."

Casually walking up the stairs that led back to the halls of the school, Shin sighed. How troubling was this job going to be?

Well, there was a bright side, this school and the wizarding world was going to get a lot of surprises from him. He couldn't wait to see their surprised faces...to learn that he was not loyal to their pathetic sham.

"Hn."
