Chapter 9: The End

Paige's Pov-

I was in my apartment furious over both Caleb and Emily I couldn't belive anyone off them, I ignored all phone calls from both off them.

I had told Toby about it and he was about as mad at Caleb as I was, but he'd still talk with Caleb, mostly to make sure he wouldn't try to talk to me.

The thing that angered me most was that I still had feelings for Emily even after all she's told me. I slammed my fist against the wall in anger.

I wanted to me angrier at Emily but I just couldn't there was something about te look in her eyes when she told me the truth that made it so much harder for me to be mad at her, I just chose to ignore her since it was easier than to call her and scream at her.

I just sat down on the sofa and tried to get some rest I was just to frustrated and tried to do anything.

Emily's Pov-

I was packing for Pairs, now that Paige was mad at me there was no reason for me to stay.

I had told Hanna that I was still together with Maya and I had also told Hanna about the bet.

"Are you sure that you can't patch things up with Paige?" Hanna said as she handed me one of my tops.

"It's impossible, Paige hates me more than anything now." I answered.

"That means that she has strong feelings for you." Hanna said.

"Had. She had feelings for me." I corrected.

"And she won't talk to me anymore so what's the point?" I continued.

"When will your plan leave?" Hanna asked.

"Tomorrow at 2 am." I said, as I checked my ticket.

"Maybe you should call her one last time." Hanna said.

"What's the point? She'll just ignore me." I said and Hanna nodded hinting that she had given up.

Then she handed me my jacket and asked "So, will you call a cab or do you want me to drive you to the airport?"

Paige's Pov-

The next day at noon:

I had just gotten home when I found a letter on my coffee table. I picked it up and read it.

"Paige I'm sorry for everything that I've done to you. I feel worse than awful when I think about what I did to you.

I want you to know that I loved the time we had together it was the happiest days of my life.

I'll take the 2 am plan to Paris today so you won't have to worry about seeing me again, goodbye, Emily"

I looked at the clock, it was noon I had two hours to talk to Emily, I didn't wanted to lose her I just had to tell her that, I grabbed my phone but when I called her I only reached her voice mail.

I ran outside and yelled for a taxi, once he found out that I didn't have any money he drove away so I called Toby and asked him to give me a lift to the airport I had to stop Emily from leaving.

Toby arrived a few minutes later and Spencer was also in the car.

"Come on, we need to get to the airport fast!" I said as I went into the car and Toby started driving, very slowly I might add.

Everytime I told Toby to step on it Spencer told me that the traffic was there for a reason so he'd drive very slow but there was still a chance that we'd reach the airport in time.

When we had driven for a while on the highway the road was blocked by a police roadblock. Toby had no choise but to stop the car and there was 15 cars a head of use that was standing still. I checked the time, I only had half an hour to get to the airport but it would take at least two hours to get passed the roadblock.

I couldn't belive it, I was going to lose her, suddenly I looked at the car next to me, it was a taxi and the driver was Jason, if anyone was crazy enough to drive past the cops in the name of love it would be him.

I went outside and went up to his cab.

"Hey, it's you the girl with the crush." Jason said.

"You know that guy?" Spencer asked.

"I'll tell you guys later." I said to Spencer

"Hi, look the love of my life is on the airport and I need to get there now." I said.

"Say no more, get in." Jason said and before I put on my seat belt Jason stepped n the gas so I fell back in the seat, Jason was really flooring it.

When I saw the police further ahead I knew that it was over.

I sigh and said. "Pull over, the police will arrest us if you keep driving."

"No, hold on tight!" Jason said and drove past the road block and keep driving faster.

"This is how I lost my love, I pulled over. I will not let you do the same mistake that I did." I said as he drove as fast as he could to reach the airport.

I looked at the clock, it was 1:45 am I still needed more time, I called Caleb.

"Paige listen I'm so sorry about that I didn't..."

"Caleb! I don't care about that right now, I need you to prevent the next plane from Paris to take off." I said.

"Ok, I'll make sure that flight will be delayed." Caleb said and then he hanged up. I knew I could trust Caleb, he had that voice when he was about to do something and when he was that deferment nothing would stop him.

I arrived at the airport a few minutes later, the police where right behind us.

"You go, I'll deal with the cops." Jason said when I went out of the cab.

"Thank you." I said and ran inside the airport.

I got inside and saw that Emily's flight was delayed, I don't know what Caleb had done but it worked. I saw that Emily's flight was at gate 15.

I went to the info booth and asked the woman where gate 15 was, but she only answered that I was too late.

I had to act fast, I looked around and saw a lost kid so I brought him to the info desk and asked the woman if she could help finding the kids parents, once the woman unlocked the booth and exited I ran past her and locked the door so I was alone inside the booth.

I turned on the microphone while the woman called the guard.

"Emily! It's Paige. Are you listening? I've got something to say." I said in the microphone hoping that Emily would hear me.

"I was drunk when I slept with that other girl, it was so stupid, so idiotic. Don't leave because of that, Emily!" I said as the security guard was trying to open the door.

"I know I haven't answered when you've called but I've needed time to think. I'm still mad at you and Caleb, and you're mad at me but forget it all, Emily! Because I'm deeply in love with you." I said and apparently lots of people heard what I was saying I only hoped that Emily was one of them.

"I've realized now it's you I want, only you. So Emily if you can hear me don't get on that plane! Paris isn't for you, I promise you. We've got to get love a chance, you and me. Emily... i love you." I said those three word and I didn't cared how many people heard it, I loved her and it was the truth.

"I want to be with you. Hollywood movies aren't like this, they don't have unhappy endings." I said then I saw that the plane took off.

I couldn't belive it after everything I had done it still wasn't enough.

I unlocked the door and the guard said it was very stong off me to do that, than he told me that I still had to follow him.

As we walked Toby and Spencer walked up to me.

"Are you out off your mind?" Toby asked.

"Maybe I am." I answered.

"We'll call Caleb and see if he can sort this out." Toby said.

"Are you ok?" Spencer asked me.

I just nodded.

"Paige!" I heard a scream and then Emily appeared from out of no where and she was walking towards me.

"Go." The security guard said and smiled at me.

I ran to Emily and we embraced each other.

Emily's Pov-

I had heard everything Paige had said and then I knew that I loved her more than Maya.

Now I was in Paige's arms and I pressed my lips against hers.

"You came." Paige said.

"Of course I did." I answered and we kissed again.

"How did you know I was here?" I asked.

"Your letter." Paige answered.

I was confused since I never sent her a letter

"I did..." I said but then I saw Caleb putting his finger in front of his mouth and winking at me so I stayed quiet.

I smiled and gave Paige a hug and discreetly smiled at Caleb.

Then me and Paige kissed again this time I nibbled on her bottom lip asking for access wich she granted, as we deepened the kiss everyone started to gather around us and applause. It felt like the ending of a Hollywood movie

Epilogue:

Caleb's Pov-

I was watching my best friend kissing the girl of her dreams and I was happy for the both off them.

"Hi, aren't you Survivor Caleb?" A pretty blonde girl asked me.

"Yes that's me." I answered.

"My name is Hanna and I loved you when you where on that show." She said.

"You want to take a coffee?" She asked me.

"Yes I'm just going to talk to my friend first, I got some apologizing to do, I'll meet you at the café later." I said and Hanna kissed my cheek, it's a date.

I walked up to Toby and Spener who was applauding for Paige and Emily, I went next to Spencer and whispered.

"You haven't told Toby anything about our bet, right?"
