Chapter 10

Long time no see Part 2

"Long time no see Kevin." Kyle smirked.

Kevin stared up at Kyle.

"What you already forgot about me?" Kyle started to walk down stairs. "I'm offended." Once he reached Kevin he stood right next to him. "Well I haven't forgot about you. The moment I walked Into that classroom I knew it was you."

"I haven't forgotten about you." Kevin mumbled.

"Oh you haven't? That makes me happy to hear." Kyle laughed. "And here I thought that you forgot the persons life you ruined."

"I already apologized for what happened." Kyle spoke up.

"Apologized?" Kyle laughed. Kyle grabbed Kevin's by the collar and pushed him against the wall. "An apologize isn't going to cut it. You ruined my life Kevin. As long as I'm here I'm going to make your life a living hell."

Kevin looked down, he didn't respond. He knew he deserved what's coming to him it was only a matter of better to make Kevin's life hell then the person he ruined.

"Edd..."

Kevin immediately looked up when Kyle said Edds name.

"Oh? So you are friends him." Kyle smirked. "I didn't think you would be friends with a geek like that. I didn't believe it when someone told me, but when I saw you two together at lunch...well let's say I was shocked."

"If you lay a hand on Edd..." Kevin grabbed Kyle's hand away from his collar. He began squeezed it.

Kyle pulled his hand away. He rubbed it gently. "Ooh? So he's that special to you?" Kyle smirked. Kevin glared back at Kyle.

"Don't worry I wont lay a hand on him." Kyle said sacastily.

"You.." Kevin began to say until he heard a voice.

"Hey what are you doing in the hall?" It was a teacher who Kevin didn't recinise. He walked toward them.

"Sorry about that teacher, I'm new and I got lost. I just ask this student to help me find my way." Kyle smiled.

The teacher looked at Kevin.

"I was heading to the nurses office when he asked me for help." Kevin told him.

The teacher looked at that them both. "On your way then."

They both said, "Yes sir."

Kevin began to walk, he looked back at Kyle who never looked back.

'Shit.' Kevin thought.

Kevin spend all of last class in the nurses office. He didn't get a wink so sleep when he was there. All he did was think about Kyle. "As long as I'm here I going to make your life a living hell." Those words were playing around in Kevin's head over and over again. 'If he lays a hand on Edd...' Kevin clenched his fist.

"Kevin." The nurse open the curtain. "School's over."

Once Kevin got his things together and said his thanks, he headed towards the front.
The hole time Kevin was looking down as he walked.

"Kevin!"

Kevin looked up as he heard his name. Edd was running up to him.

"You feeling better?"

"Ya thanks." Kevin smiled.

Edd closed in. "You still look pale."

"Really? I feel fine." Kevin lied.

"..." Edd stared at Kevin.

"Really I'm fine." Kevin laughed.

"...Ok." Edd took a step back. "I trust you."

When Edd said those words Kevin heart hurt.

Kevin scratch his head. "Well we should get going."

"Yes." Edd agreed.

Both boys began to walk towards home. Which was almost in the same direction.

"Thanks for waiting for me."

"Don't mention it." Edd blushed.

There was an awkward silence before Edd spoke up.

"Make sure you get a goodnight rest."

When Kevin heard this he couldn't help but laugh. Edd was so worried for him. It felt nice that someone thought about him besides his sister.

"I will." Kevin smiled.

"Well this is goodbye, until tommorow." Edd waved.

"Wait." Kevin looked around before he grabbed Edds chin and kissed him on the lips. "A goodbye kiss." Kevin smiled.

Edd was stunned for a moment. His face began to get red. "Wha!?" Edd covered his mouth. Now he was as red as a lobster.

"See you tomorrow." Kevin smiled. He walked away leaving Edd to his thoughts.

Once Kevin made it home he immidetly fell on to his bed.

"Ugh." Kevin looked up at his ceiling. 'What a long day.'

"..." Kevin threw his pillow across his room in a sudden burst of frustration. One of his football trophies fell from the desk. Kevin stared at it for a moment.

'Why of all times...' Kevin signed.
