I am so sorry for taking this long to update! I just have been so busy it isn't funny! This isn't much, but I had writer's block and then after not working on it for so long, I forgot where I was going with this. I wanted to include a little something I saw on Tumblr about the two of them... but now I can't find it. Oh well. In the next few chapters, I plan on focusing more of the demigod side and developing Nico and Will's relationship before bringing back the Avengers for some more fun with them.

Happy reading!

Chapter Nine

"Oh come on Will!" Nico complained as the demigod healer pinned him to Tony's floor, trying to force Nico to drink some more ambrosia. "I'm fine!"

"Who's the doctor here? That's right, me. Now I say you drink a little bit more," Will demanded.

"What… is going on here?" Steve curiously asked as he walked into the room, followed by Clint and Natasha. Will looked up at the super soldier's words and Nico used it to his advantage and shoved Will off of him and leaped behind a couch.

"Nothing," Will stated at the same time Nico cried, "He's trying to kill me!"

"Now why would I kill you? After all this time Sunshine?" Will retorted, a pout on his face. Natasha raised an eyebrow at the endearment but didn't say anything, filing the information away.

"Don't call me that!" Nico scowled.

"What else should I call you?" Will retorted, a 'duh' clear in his tone.

"Not that!" Pouted Nico.

"Well- what about-"

"What is going on again?" Steve asked, interrupting Will. Tony dragged Banner into the room.

"I was trying to ah- convince Nico to drink so more ambrosia since he is refusing to spend some time in the infirmary so I can make sure he is okay." Will said defensively.

"Ambrosia? What is that? Some kind of alcohol?" Steve asked.

Tony snorted. "Please, if it was alcohol I would know, and that it is not."

Frowning, Nico responded, "Ambrosia is the food and drink of the gods. It has some healing properties when consumed."

"Really? Then pass it around. I don't know about you, but I am feeling this fight and I could really use a pick-me-up." Tony exclaimed.

"It's deadly to mortals." Will deadpanned. "If demigods ate too much, they would begin to burn from the inside out."

"Oh,"

"Yeah," Nico rolled his eyes. "But anyways, Will wanted me to drink some more since he believes I have some kind of injury that I'm hiding from him, but I'm fine!" Nico snapped.

"With your record di Angelo? I'd rather be safe than sorry!"

"What record?" Natasha piped up. Will and Nico met eyes, and Will raised his eyebrows and Nico shrugged his shoulders in response. "It's a long story," Will sighed, shrugging. He gave a pointed look a Nico, "Are you sure you feel okay? If I find you passed out somewhere, I will tie you to a hospital bed for the next week!" Will threatened.

"Annnyyywaaayysss," Tony dragged out the word, glancing between the two of them with a raised eyebrow. "You guys want to get shawarma? I want shawarma? Let's go get shawarma." Tony got up and started to drag Banner from the room as well. Clint and Natasha shared a look before following Tony and Banner. Steve looked at the two demigods and asked, "You guys coming?"

"We should probably get back to camp…" Nico trailed off and Will nodded in agreement.

"Alright then," Steve nodded. The three of them climbed into the elevator. "Do we have a way to contact you if we would need you again?" Steve asked.

Nico shrugged. "Not really. Demigods don't use cellphones or electronic unless absolutely necessary; it attracts monsters like nobody's business."

"Besides Sunshine, you couldn't work anything technological that came after the 40's." Will joked as the trio stepped out of the elevator. Tony, Banner, Natasha, and Clint stood waiting for them by the door.

"What do you mean?"

"I'm from the 30's and 40's remember?" Nico sighed. They stopped by the others.

"You guys coming?" Tony asked, looking at Nico and Will.

Will shook his head. "We're going back to Camp."

"You keep talking about a camp. What are you talking about?" Clint asked.

"Its kinda like a summer camp for demigods. It's where we train and learn now things. There is a Greek camp and a Roman camp. Both places are the two places in the entire world where demigods are completely safe." Will explained.

"That's where your parents live as well?"

"Uh, no. My Dad lives in the Underworld and I have to go to him if I want to see him. The rest of our godly parents live in Olympus. They visit occasionally, but usually we're on our own. As for our mortal parents… they can't enter the camps since they are mortal. Percy's mom and stepdad live in Brooklyn and Will's mom lives in Texas, right?" Nico confirmed as Will nodded his head.

"So… you guys live alone?" Steve asked, shocked.

"Well, we're not alone. We have each other. And we do technically have a resident god at each Camp, but uh… they aren't necessarily the best role model." Will said.

Nico snorted. "That is if you consider a drunk and a statue a role model." At the adults' confused looks, the son of the god of the underworld shook his head. "You don't want to know, trust me, you just don't." He elaborated.

"You guys got a ride back to you camp? We can swing that way on our way to shawarma." Tony offered.

"Nah, we'll be fine." Nico smirked. He grabbed Will's hand and the shadows engulfed them and in the next moment, they were gone.
