Chapter 10: That's Illegal, Kingdom Hearts
Outside The Casino
Before Mog could attack the heroes, another force of unfamiliar people storm onto the scene. Both ally and villain alike all turn to face a huge crowd of fans that had appeared from out of nowhere. The crowd consisted of teenagers and adults, all wearing various Kingdom Hearts products and carrying replica keyblades.
"What the? Who the hell are you people?" Maddenox demands.
"We are the readers of this fic!" spoke a young adult female who stood in front of the crowd. "We are here to end your nonsensical charade!"
"What in the world are you talking about?! I'll have you all fined and arrested for this ridiculous interruption!" Maddenox yells at the woman angrily.
"Good luck trying to do that. Us fans exist outside of your power and jurisdiction," the young woman responds, smiling menacingly at Maddenox as she and the other mass multitude of fans start to encroach upon the annoying antagonist.
"You can't do this to me! I am judge, jury, and executioner!" Maddenox proclaims, as he and Mog are both overwhelmed by the fans who started jumping them both.
After several minutes of fighting, the fans manage to bag both villains and start to haul them away from the casino. The young woman approaches Sora and smiles.
"Uh…thanks! But…why did you guys come into this story to help us?" Sora asks.
"It's simple! If that Maddenox freak defeated you, it would be the end of these stories! We can't have the star of Kingdom Hearts be put behind bars now, can we?" the young man responds with a wink.
Sora laughs. "You have a point. Again, thanks. I don't think we'll have to worry about that jerk and his pesky Moogle anymore."
"Anytime!" the young woman says, waving Sora goodbye as she leaves to catch up with her fellow fanfic readers.
Sora lets out a sigh of relief. "I wonder if this is really the last we'll see him," Sora wonders out loud.
Cid, Yuffie, Leon, and Merlin approach Sora and stands by his side.
"Whatever happens, we'll be ready for what's to come," Leon reassures him.
Meanwhile…
Overlooking the whole incident from a castle in the distance, both Axel and Roxas watch as the action dies down, and Maddenox and Mog being defeated by a bunch of fanboys and fangirls.
"…Huh…that was odd. Cool, but odd," Roxas commented.
"This certainly won't be an event I'll forget. Anyways, come to bed with me, we have some…cuddling to catch up on now that we no longer will face arrest," Axel coaxes Roxas, who replies with a wide excited grin.
