Please forgive me for not updating in so long but life really got in the way big time. First off, my dad was diagnosed with cancer and had to take chemo for the last three months of 2014. One of the other reasons for my lack of updating is that my computer messed up on me so I had to wait until I was able to get it replaced with my iPad that I received for Christmas.

Chapter 9
Will had everything set up at Chez Rouge because he wanted a romantic setting so he could ask Sonny if he wanted to go away with him for the weekend.
"I am happy that you and my nephew have decided to tie the knot. Have you set a date for the wedding yet?"
"Not yet. Sonny wants to wait a little bit so Arianna with be older and will know what is going on."
"I understand that."
"Are you really happy that Sonny has decided to settle down with me instead of doing all that traveling he used to do?" Will knew deep down that Victor Kiriakis had never like his great-nephew traveling abroad. He in fact wanted Jackson to come home and take over the family businesses where his own father had refused by becoming a lawyer.
"I am very happy that my nephew has chosen to settle down with you William. I just don't want you to hurt him. Jackson has always been an independent young man with a very strong sense of self but he also has a tendency to wear his heart on his sleeve."
"Mr. Kiriakis, I love Sonny more than I ever thought I would. I couldn't hurt him for anything in this world. It was his choice to stay in Salem three years ago when he came back. Some say he came back to let you know that he was gay and then he had plans to hit the road again. Instead, he met someone and fell in love. Maybe he stayed here for me, I don't know. I'm just glad he decided to stay here and share his life with me and my daughter."
"Maybe he did stay for you. I think you make him happy. And I know he makes you happy. Plus he loves Arianna Grace as if she was his own."
"In my opinion, Ari is Sonny's daughter as much as she is mine. It has nothing to do with blood."
"I'll be on my way." Will watched as Sonny's uncle walked out of the restaurant.
He nervously walked around the room trying to make sure everything was just perfect for the love of his life.
He was lost in his thoughts when he felt two arms wrap around his waist and two lips kiss his neck.
"Hello there sexy." Will turned around in Sonny's arms and kissed his hopefully future husband on the lips.
"You're the sexy one." He wrapped his arms around Sonny's neck and pulled him into one of the most passionate kisses he had ever given him.
"Will, why are we here? Where is Ari?"
"Ari is with my mom for the weekend because I am hoping that we are going to be celebrating tonight and I didn't want to be disturbed by our beautiful little girl."
"What are we celebrating?" Sonny asked as Will led him to their table where it was set up with their meal of oysters, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. "Will, what is going on here?" Sonny watched as Will pulled the key to the Horton cabin out of his pocket and handed it to him.
"I think you recognize the key to my great-grandparents cabin on Smith Island."
"Sure I know what that key looks like. Why do you have the key to the Horton cabin?"
"Because I wanted to ask you if you would like to spend the weekend out at the cabin."
"I would love to spend the whole weekend by ourselves, alone in the cabin making love around the clock."
"Good. why don't get this deliciously romantic meal to go and we can head on out to the cabin?"
"But baby, we don't have any bags packed."
"Baby, we're not going to need any clothes."
"this sounds like my kind of weekend." He kissed Will passionately.
"Jackson Steven Kiriakis, love of my life, father to our daughter, changer of my life and mate to my soul, I am so happy that you asked me to marry you. Without you, my life wouldn't be worth living."
Sonny let the tears fall as he kissed Will. "Let me go tell Aunt Maggie that we're getting this meal to go and then we can leave."
"Then hurry up baby because I don't know how long I can wait to get you alone." Sonny sat down at the table and watched his sexy fiancé walk over to their aunt to let her know that they were going to leave.
