(Hundreds of years ago)

The plain horizons stretched as far as the eye can see, covering miles of dirt fields with beautiful grass fields, past that was a beautiful village, the pavements were created form large stones, the houses made from several types of woods, hundreds of homes there were, not to mention shops where merchants opened to sell goods and supplies for the people to live on.

Continuing through the small village and another section still in relation with the town was there, the houses however were much bigger and majestic looking, they were crafted out of concrete and dazzling stones, one would know this to be the aristocrat's side.

The day was as quiet as ever, apart from the sounds of the villagers talking while on the merchants strip everything was normal, almost.

The sounds of broken glass had startled many of the village people; they stopped in their tracks and fled for cover under the shops and houses.

The direction of the sound was unknown, but several more noises were heard, more glass had been broken.

"Stop! Thieves!"

The woman screamed in horror and fear, children held onto their mothers tightly, while the rest shook in fright.

"Up there!" A merchant shouted as he pointed up onto the roofs of one of the houses, four figures came into sight, covered and in disguise to protect their identities.

They appeared to be male, due to the fact that they had a more bulky look to their upper body, they appeared to be wearing black pants and boots, a white shirt and a long white coat with arm bands around the bicep area, the symbol embroider on to the bands was unidentified, their faces were also unrecognizable from the black headbands they wore around their heads that had a long sash loosely hanging on the side, their eyes were the only things to be seen since the bottom of their face was also covered from a white bandanna.

Other than the color of the four figures eyes being noticeable, their hair was also in sight, one of them being black, the other brown, and the last two purple and green.

They each carried a large sack over their shoulders as they continued running across the roofs.

"I said stop!" a graceful white figure shot up from behind one of the houses the criminals passed by, it shot itself from the air onto the roof and it was followed by three other white figures who landed beside her, the clue to them being female was their voices, and of course their long swaying hair which were tied into pony tails.

Blue, orange, and two browns were the colors, they rapidly took off towards the thieves, their outfits portrayed them as saviors of evil, the four females wore mid thigh white gowns which were tied in the waist with a large red sash that loosely hung from behind, a second sash was also tied above and below the larger red one, these being gold instead, white boots that reached to their knees and that were tied in swerves with another red ribbon, the sleeves from their outfits passed the wrist completely shielding the arm entirely, a red scarf that seemed a mile long was wrapped around their necks and lower face while a white head band with a gold linen tracing around it was shielding their foreheads.

A chase continued throughout the village, from house to house they were close to catching up with the criminals.

"Hakura!" The blue haired figure shouted at the brunette on her left who stared back at her still keeping her pace as they ran.

"Take the lead, I will take a different route on ground and see if I can block them in time."

The brunette nodded, "Be careful Hikari."

"I will". And with that being said the bluentte upon coming close to the edge of the house they were on jumped off and looked as the other three jumped across.

"They will not get away this time, I will destroy them if it is the last thing I do." When she landed she rolled onto the ground jumping back up and taking off once again, the civilians gasping and moving out of the way for her.

She lifted her hand slightly letting the sleeve fall to reveal her hand now holding a rope with a hook on the end; she held it over her head and circled it around waiting for the right moment to throw it.

Her eyes shifted onto the large tree standing in between two houses and struck the hook towards it; it tangled itself around the branch tightly and allowed her to swing forward and off her feet.

The people shrieked upon seeing her as she swung higher into the air, she saw the four males who were just about to pass by and released herself from the rope doing a front flip and coming down with a kick striking the purple headed male against the hard roof, the sack he carried rolled off allowing the valuables inside to fall out.

The other three stopped and were about to attack Hikari when the other three females slickly came in striking each of them with a fist and kick knocking them to the ground.

"Ugh…." they groaned, after about a minute they got back up, now standing face to face with the females who were way shorter than them.

"You idiots just marked your death today." The green haired boy spat.

The short haired brunette laughed mockingly "Assassins are never afraid to die, especially if it means protecting the people from criminals such as you."

"Years, years it has been ever since your kind has invaded the people of the village, have you no shame stealing from those who worked hard to earn their belongings?!" The bluenette grabbed the purplettes shirt bringing him closer to her, their eyes now making intense contact.

However, his eyes showed no type of emotion, they seemed dark and cold, "I could care less who I steal from as long as I get what I want".

She furrowed her eyes, "Have you no regrets for the lives you have destroyed!" She shook him, the rest stood back, not daring to interfere with the level of ferocity being exposed now.

He stared into her eyes once again and then looked away, "No, and I never will".

She shoved him and then flung a blade directly at him, he blocked it with the knife he had in his own hand.

His eyes shifted over to the items they had stolen which were now scattered across the ground, "You win today….those people will get their belongings back, but it won't be like this the next time".

"Are you serious?" spoke the brunette who now glared at his partner.

"There is no point to fight with them right now, let's go".

They agreed and took off onto the other house across, the purple headed male being behind though continued staring at Hikari, "When every life meets another life, something will be born".

The final words he spoke before leaving and joining the other three.

She pulled off her band revealing her face, beautiful she was, the other three followed as well pulling their own off, the image and purity of an angel was shining through their faces, they were gorgeous.

"Hikari….." the red head attempted to cheer her up but Hikari shook her head.

"Kasumi, Hakura, Leaf…let's collect these things and return them to their owners."

One by one they picked each item off the ground and placed them back in the bags, Leaf stopped when she noticed a white orb floating near her.

"What…is that?" the rest stopped and stared, walking over to see it, the brightness within it increased more.

Hikari reached out to it and touched it with the tip of her finger, then it was Leaf, and then Hakura and finally Kasumi, their fingers now making contact with it, it began glowing a beautiful mix of colors, almost like a rainbow.

"It's…so beautiful." Kasumi breathed out.

"I've never seen anything so amazing before". The reflection of its light glowed through Hikari's eyes

Before they knew it, a bright light flashed out of it, blinding them for a matter of seconds but then disappearing, the orb was now gone.

*When every life meets another life, something will be born, Shinji, Hikari, Satoshi, Kasumi, Leaf, Shigeru, Hakura, Shu, my search for the eight guardians just came to an end….I have found you all*

(Third Person POV Master Telekinesis)

"Welcome everyone! To Master Psychic 302, I am Mr. Goyo and this is Ms. Natsume."

Dawn looked up at the beautiful duo, Mr. Goyo who said he prefers to be called Lucian was tall, he had long purple locks, dark shaded glasses and wore a velvet suit, his partner who also preferred to be called Sabrina was fairly shorter than him, but she had beautiful piercing green eyes and a beautiful shade of purple and blue hair, she wore white pants, a purple tube top and green energy based cuffs that were wrapped around her wrists.

She then looked to her side with a smile and was about to speak with her seating neighbor but quickly stopped when she realized who she was assigned to sit next to….that's right…..Paul.

He turned to look at her and gave her a glare as she returned a disgusted look of her own.

Just behind her was N seated to…. you guessed right, White, his head buried into his hands as she stared with gleaming eyes towards the psychic masters.

"So I'm sure some of you are here wondering why you need such a course when you're already powerful enough as it is." Everyone nodded.

Sabrina smirked, "Well let me tell you this, compared to me and Lucian…you're just beginners." Their eyes widened and then furrowed with mad expressions onto the two mentors.

"See what I did there?" She chuckled.

The class stood silent, and then Paul sighed boredly and spoke out, "You read our minds."

"Correct Mr. Shinji."

"There is more to being a Psychic besides just levitating objects and teleporting, if you work hard enough us psychics can unleash an endless amount of skill and power from within, some of which will definitely surprise you."

Dawn and Paul both raised their hands, Lucian spotted her and nudged his hand gesturing her to speak, "How so?" Dawn spoke first.

"With all due respect, I don't think there is anything more to learn from our powers, I doubt there's something that can widely surprise me."

Both masters had stared at each other with a smirk and then let out a small chuckle, "We will see about that."

A large field rose up from the ground and Sabrina had made her way to the front along with Lucian who had teleported the book he had away.

He held his hand to both teens and then wiggled it once towards him, suddenly they both felt a rush of air and they were sharply brought on their feet and dragged to the center now standing on the field as well.

"Whoa….." N muttered.

"Let's fight then." Sabrina gestured with a sure fired confident smile.

"You're on." Paul stared her down but it had no effect on her as she mocked him with a notorious smile.

"And you will fight me." Lucian gestured nicely towards the bluenette, she stopped and looked taken aback but smiled with roaring fire and nodded in agreement.

"So when do start?" Paul growled.

"Hm…" She placed her finger on her lip and started thinking, before he knew it the older female was gone in a blink and appeared just behind striking her now glowing fists into his back and throwing him harshly down onto the floor.

Dawn quickly took up her guard and spun around attempting to do a high kick on Lucian but he stood there calmly and just grabbed her ankle twisting it enough to make her yelp in pain and building green energy on his palm that he struck it directly into her rib side pushing her rather far and making her crash onto the ground.

"Ughn…" She supported herself up with her elbows glaring at Lucian now, "He's really good" she mumbled.

Paul got up, now on his knees as he wiped the dust off his face, "Not bad."

The energy on Sabrina's hands grew larger, she grabbed Paul by his back collar but this time he was the one to disappear behind her, attempting to strike his black glowing fist onto her back he failed when she teleported again this time above him where she placed her hand on his head and did a twirl back flip landing behind him again where she took his hand behind his back placing her left foot in between his legs she kicked it towards his right foot making him slip and fall down but not make any contact with the floor as she then began pulling his hand behind more making him reflect off the ground and into the air as she spinned him up.

"A big no no." she circled her hands and arms in a large motion where she struck him this time in the gut, a powerful sound wave blew threw his outfit from behind and ripped a giant hole inside, sending him flying and violently crashing against the wall.

"I'm not done yet, just wait."

Punch after punch and hit after hit she kept trying to land a blow on him but failed miserably every time, he was moving swiftly left to right and teleporting behind and in front of her multiple times it was hard for her to keep up with him.

"Is that all?" he taunted her disappointingly, she struck her fist again, she gasped as well as the class when he easily, without hesitation caught her fist into his palm.

"What…" she looked up at him now staring into his eyes.

His voice was now echoing in her head *Fight against Paul not me*

Her eyes were overridden with a green glow; she pulled her fist away and turned to where Paul was at now.

"What's she doing now?" White scooted to the edge of her seat.

She sprinted over to Paul who was just getting back on his feet, without any noise she jumped onto his shoulders pulling her weight back where she caught herself with her hands and then pulled Paul down and over as she kept him in a chokehold with her legs, she flipped him back onto his face and then did a flip herself where she now sat on his back.

She grabbed a chunk of his hair and pulled his head up where he was now breathing angrily, obviously pissed and now raged with anger.

"What the hell is your problem you moron!"

Lucian began mumbling under his breath, the movement of his lips matched perfectly to how Dawn's were moving along "How rude for you to call me a moron, I should teach you a lesson."

Sabrina giggled, she calmly strutted towards the the scene and with her right hand she controlled Dawns body which was moved away from Paul's, the older female then looked back at the class and showed them her left hand which was burning with energy, it suddenly then all disappeared and reappeared again but only on the tips as sharp energy flames.

She picked up Paul and struck her tips right on his back where his eyes shot out open and he gasped out receiving a series of shrieks from the class as they now stared in interest.

She pushed forward and revealed multiple strings of the green energy sticking out of the purple headed boy's back; she had him in her control now.

"You see…..the more advanced and mentally prepared you are, the faster you will be able to unleash puppetry from your powers, there are several ways one can do it, voice, sight, touch, sometimes even by taste, a kiss is sufficient enough to hold a person under your command."

Lucian closed his eyes as well as Dawn, now opening them back up her trance was broken; Sabrina clenched her hand together breaking the strings purposely off which had freed Paul from his own trance as well.

"Wha…what the hell happened?" He looked over at Dawn who looked just as clueless when she shrugged.

"You think you're masters at telekinesis?"

The class nodded, some shouted yes, others shouted hell yes, while the rest looked downright offended.

"I bet none of you can even do this." She looked over at Lucian who awaited her signal, when she nodded he placed his attention onto the wall on his left.

He held his hand out and shut it tightly into a fist; the entire wall had crumpled up like a piece of paper.

Jaws nearly dropped, Sabrina stuck her finger out towards the other wall and she simply swiped it in a line, nothing happened however, suddenly a loud piercing sound had irritated the student's ears, a bright light bursted through the line slashed in the wall and suddenly broke in half.

"For people like you, attempting to do such a thing like we did will automatically waste most of your energy, but for experts like me and Lucian, it is simply another easy job".

N rubbed his neck nervously, "Amazing….they didn't even budge or hesitate to pull off any of that".

"You…young man". He looked up and saw Sabrina wiggling her finger towards him.

He pointed at himself, "Me?" she nodded.

He walked over to her and stood facing the older female.

"Attack me". She had ordered, he looked at her in surprise.

"Go on".

He stood still, debating in his mind whether he should or not, he took in a deep breath and nodded in response, when he struck his palm towards her stomach she stopped him just inches away.

She quickly jumped back and held her hand facing him; she placed her thumb and index finger together and flicked it at him without making sure to make contact with the green haired male.

Everybody was taken aback when he was sent crashing towards the wall with a powerful sonic boom blast.

"N!" Dawn rushed over to him as he layed unconscious on the ground.

"See? Little effort and I was still able to create a powerful sonic bloom with just two fingers".

Everyone's attention was now onto Sabrina, Paul and whites however were towards Dawn who was kneeling beside N helping him get up.

A shadow covered the two teens now on the floor, they looked up and saw Lucian, reading a book and then looking down at them as he shut it close.

"N? Was it?" He nodded.

"I was informed you aren't particularly…a telekinetic but more of a vision gifted student."

"Yeah, I pretty much have visions about future or past events; they sometimes appear in my dreams or just occur randomly throughout the day".

"Is that so…..well, that is certainly interesting, I think I may have the perfect tutor for you then".

"Nigh!" the blue haired girl fell on her butt and began holding her head tightly in between her hands.

*Millions of voices….their rushing through my head, I can't make out any of them, but it hurts so much*

Lucian knelt by her side as well as N who had recovered quickly, "Dawn, are you ok?"

(Master Pryokinesis)

One by one the students were aligned perfectly into a row, they were to face a wall and under the instructions of the Mentors Flannery and Blaine, they were to demonstrate just how hot there power was.

May had looked to her left, and then to her right, the rest of the students all definitely looked like they were born with an intense flame within, the boy next to her who was incredibly tall stared down at her, his blonde hair was spiked straight up with red streaks running down the sides, he growled at her flashing his unnatural sharp teeth.

"Gee…what a hot head." She rolled her eyes and looked the other way, a girl was on her left this time, she had long red hair with several spikes of hair sticking out from the sides, it seemed almost as if she was trying to look like a salamence.

Flannery, one of the instructors, walked up front for the whole class to see, she placed her hands on her hips and shot them a cold expression, she then pointed with one hand towards the wall which was covered in a clear solid material that was divided into sections, one for each student.

"That material…..is Graphite, you know what that means?"

Everyone shook their heads, except for of course May, who rose her hand instead, as the criminal that she is, the brunette had plenty of run ins with the powerful material.

"Well…it means its undesctructable, graphite is the strongest material in the world, and it can't be broken, burnt or taken down".

Flannery seemed surprised at the brunette's accurate answer, "And how would you know about this? The introduction of this component hasn't even been released to the public." She quirked an eyebrow.

May kept her composure as all eyes were on her, "I have a family member who worked in the facilities that founded graphite."

The redhead seemed unsure but let it be, "Now here's what your first test is, we want you to give all your power into trying to do damage on the graphite, it is ok if you don't but the way you display your powers will be judged, begin."

One by one each student held in their arms as they begin building up energy into their fists, May looked on her sides, awkwardly staring at everyone who was doing the same.

She closed her eyes and breathed in, then breathed out, "Ok May…let's do this."

She clenched her right fist as tight as she could; a tiny streak of fire outlined her entire fist before converting itself into a roaring flame.

She stood still, letting the flame build more power, the other students had already begun firing, shooting striking fireballs at the graphite sheets and sending powerful blasts of heat as well, but not even the slightest damage was done, it was as clear as ever.

The students were now dripping streaks of sweat from all the energy they used up, Flannery stood on the sidelines, leaning chillingly against the wall as she closely observed each student, she turned her attention onto May who kept her position, still building the energy she wanted.

"What is she doing?" mumbled the red head.

*Concentrate May, you and the other girls had always had trouble trying to get past through missions where they used graphite to block buildings, everything has a weak point, so this must have one too, burning it into crisp sounds reasonable enough*

Her eyes opened up, she took in another breath and the flame already surrounding her fist had increased size by double, she took off towards the graphite and lifted her fist up striking it straight against the powerful component, the fire had split several ways once it made contact with the graphite, she pulled away once the substance countered with its components pushing the brunette and her attack away.

"Shit." She shook her hand slightly from the pain and then held it in her other hand.

She could hear the students whispering and chattering in the background.

"That was really impressive." She turned to her left and saw Blaine walking to her with his cane supporting him along the way.

"…..Thanks". She looked down at her hand and saw the intense red coloring on her knuckles.

"It really was impressive…..but you still failed to damage the graphite, what is your name?"

"It's May, sir."

"Well…May…." She looked and Saw that Flannery was now standing behind her.

"It seems like you need to work on building energy up on the quickness."

"What do you mean?"

He chuckled and then looked at the brunette, "In a battle you definitely will not have enough time to charge up energy for a powerful attack, you're going to have to build energy without letting the opponent know that you are, that way they get a surprise when you actually strike a powerhouse on them, get me?"

She thought about it, and then stood quiet and then her face lit up when she finally understood.

"Grwwwlll" She clutched her stomach making her entire face go red.

"Are you hungry?" She nodded; Blaine laughed and then reached into his pocket giving her a chocolate bar.

"Thank you, and I'm sorry about that, I just always have to eat something when I'm hungry otherwise I start feeling weak and powerless."

Both mentors had turned their heads to each other, slightly shocked and all they were.

"Tell me May…When you starve….what happens?" Flannery seemed very interested to hear what the girls answer would be.

"Well…I start to feel my energy draining, I lose my breath and then my powers start…"

She was interrupted by Blaine, "That's very interesting, May, do you mind showing us another attack when you are done eating?"

She nodded, "Of course".

They left her to finish her candy and ordered the class to continue with their attacks.

After the final bite Blaine and Flannery returned, standing beside the girl to see her performance.

"Whenever you are ready." Blaine smiled down at her; she nodded and took in another deep breath.

She focused her energy onto both her hands where the flames that appeared had begun to spiral and increase in size, she rotated her arms in a circular manner and then brought her wrists together where her palms faced the target shooting out a powerful thermo blast of heat.

The flames had once again split when they came into contact with the graphite, she shoved her palms further out grunting from the amount of power she was now forcing on it, pupils turning red and teeth gritting, she had controlled the flames that were splitting several ways to curve back that way the entire sheet of graphite was now coated in fire.

Flannery squinted at the long stream of fire and then gasped as she spotted something within the attack, her eyes growing wider as she continued to stare at it, Blaine turned to look at her and where she was staring at, a tiny grin crossed his lips.

The attack disappeared leaving the class to gawk at the display of May's use of fire.

Both mentors turned their back to her and made their way to the door, Flannery crossed her arms, now serious than ever, "Did you see it too or was I just imagining it?"

"You mean the blue flame that was sparked within? No, you weren't imagining it."

"Blaine… you don't think she has…."

He sighed, placing both his hands on the tip of his cane he stared at his old star students eyes, "The girl looses oxygen, she created a blue flame, and her powers show great potential, this girl no doubt has the ability to conjure up color flames, not only that, but with help she might unlock a second state ability".

"I thought I was the only one able to conjure up color flames, well besides you, how is this possible?" She leaned against the wall still in a state of shock.

"My dear, pyrokinetics born with these abilities are born ever so rarely, I remember when you were just barely figuring out you were one of them, this girl, like how you were my student, she will be yours now, this girl is all yours".

The red head sighed, looking down at her palm where a white swirling flame appeared, "I only ever mastered the red, blue and white flames, but never could I create the rainbow fire."

"The rainbow fire is only the most powerful level a fire user can control and create; some pyros just weren't meant to learn that type of force."

"But you can create it…"

"And I never use it, do you know why? Because fire like that is undeniably powerful and destructive, I would not dare to use it on a person, even if they are of the worst kind, the pain and damage is just too much even for words to describe".

They stood quiet, unbeknownst to the fact that the brunette was right on the other side of the door, her blue cerulean eye peeking out through the open slot, she looked away and leaned against the wall sliding down on the ground, she stared up at the open ceiling.

She stared into the sun "Rainbow fire…"

"Ugh!" suddenly a powerful force of pain had inflicted the brunette in her head, she held in between her hands squeezing it as tight as she could, "Millions…of voices….I could hear them talking all at once and so fast….why is this happening?" she whimpered more as the pain increased.

(Master Xylokinesis)

"Welcome everybody! We will be you mentors into the world of master Xylokinesis, now me and my partner hate being called Ms. And such because it makes us feel old so you can just call me Gardenia".

"And you can all call me Erika; now to begin with, we can just skip the whole orientation about this class and let me break it down to you kids about how we really do things in this class".

The class looked pretty terrified as they stared at the two female instructors, there evil grins had no help in calming the students, Leaf gulped and looked taken aback.

She mumbled under breath "Why do I get the feeling I am going to be put through hell…"

Gardenia stepped up and took over, "Xylokinesis as everybody knows is the ability to manipulate wood, but within the depths of this incredible power unravels a majority of different types of evolutionary stages, while having Xylokinesis, one may be able to advance through power growth and learn how to manipulate leaves, flowers, fruits and vegetables, now it doesn't always have to be about growing and controlling nature".

Gardenia had given her attention over to Erika who now took full center, "Xylokinesis is a very incredible gift to be born with, and as you advance you may be able to learn how to heal with plants, how to listen to senses, and how to communicate with the very life you control".

Leaf placed her elbows on her knees and her chin on her palm, growing more and more interested in the topic being discussed.

"Now I see some confused expressions in the group so I will give you all an example of what I mean".

The class was now heading outside where the fields were pure grassy.

"Now look….trees and grass…..it is pretty much all you see, right?" Everyone nodded.

Erika smirked, "Not anymore".

She made her way over to the nearest tree, she closed her eyes and placed her palm gently against it, a bright and gorgeous green glow had surrounded the tall plant; it started growing taller and taller and had begun sprouting apples.

The crowd gasped at the beautiful sight and then frowned as they started noticing the tree shrinking and quickly dying out, the apples shriveled up into mold and the tree tore apart.

The class clapped at the sight, Leaf shortly stopped when her head began hurting with an unbearable pain, she heard voices, but they being interrupted and sounding out incomplete.

She looked to her sides but nobody was speaking besides Erika, being in the back of the crowd she slowly slipped away from the rest and made her way to a nearby tree hiding behind it, she slipped into the ground now resting her head on her knees.

Erika who had now given the class's attention back to Gardenia was keeping a watchful eye out, it was shortly lived when her eyes caught sight of the tree in which Leaf was hiding behind from, the tree was blinking a green glow.

She walked over slowly and carefully, she peeked behind only to see Leaf, her face still shoved against her knees, the grass underneath her feet had begun growing into long strands that were slithering up her feet and coiling itself around, the grass beside her had begun sprouting several different flowers rapidly.

"No….way….."

(Master Hydrokinesis)

The class was talking nonstop, the instructors were nowhere to be, Misty sat in the front keeping to herself as she knew nobody from the course.

A beep was enough for everybody to quiet down; suddenly the field had split into two revealing a large pool.

A large and powerful whirpool was created in the center and began rising up into the air, a man descended from inside earning himself a large applause and cheer from the class. He kept his stature on top of the whirlpool and then jumped off landing in front of the group.

"Welcome Everybody to Master Hydrokinesis, I am Mr. Mikuri, but you can all call me Wallace".

"And I am Ms. Kanna, but everybody calls me Lorelei". Heads twisted back and forth in search for the second voice.

The students became startled when a large splash of water bursted from within the pool and into the air converting itself into a wave, ready to crash down on them.

But it stopped halfway, and was now bridged over them like an arch, the lights flashing down through the water made it glisten beautifully; it then shattered leaving only tiny dews of sprinkled water to rain over them. A woman was now standing beside Wallace, red hair, and glasses but extremely beautiful.

"Once again, welcome everybody, to Master Hydrokinesis".

Misty gazed upon the two Master water users, Wallace a handsome young man and then Lorelei who seemed awfully familiar but not clue why.

The red headed instructor also gazed upon each student, but when her eyes reached and made contact with Misty's, things felt…..different.

Her mouth began opening little by little and her eyes began growing wider and wider, Misty however was left clueless as to why she felt something when he made full eye contact with her instructor.

The woman looked away closing her eyes and then turning to Wallace who looked at her worriedly, she shook her head.

"Anyhow, shall we begin? Today me and Lorelei will be examining where your skills lie in the art of mastering water, orientation might have concluded you to be at Master rank but the real test is with us, if we feel you are not worthy to hold such rank, then believe me you will know".

"Now….I want all of you to line up around the pool and surround it." The red head pointed to the pool where everybody had begun to head for.

"The person who is across from you will be your partner, the challenge for this is sort of similar to a game of tug of war, except reverse, you see, with your powers you will conjure up a small wave and send it back to the person across from you, they however must keep the wave from being shattered or soaking them and then send it back to you full force, you do the same as well until one gives in and no longer can keep control of the wave, is everybody ready?"

"Yes!"

"Very well, begin!"

Misty looked at her opponent, a female, she had long blue icy hair and piercing gray eyes, a sinister look in her as well, she was the first to conjure up the wave and send it racing dangerously towards Misty.

"So she wants to go big eh?" smirked the red head spinning around swiping her hands along to send the wave shooting back at her opponent.

Lorelei and Wallace stood by the sidelines examining every students performance, Wallace pointed over to Misty and her partner.

Right off the bat some had lost and been soaked head to toe, the numbers decreased as the ones who were already finished were sitting in the bleachers. When the fourth to last person had been soaked the only ones remaining were Misty and the ice haired teen, neither of them were prepared to give in.

"I must say…those two are impressive, neither one looks even tired".

"Hmmm" Lorelei kept her eyes onto Misty, staring intently at the res headed student.

"Take this!" The girl got frustrated, she pushed her arms and palms forwards sending the wave racing dangerously back at Misty, "Right back at ya!" she shouted mimicking her opponents moves, the wave grew larger and larger until it struck down on the female soaking her completely.

"Excellent job you two!" Wallace patted Misty on the back, suddenly she shrieked of pain and fell on her knees when she started experiencing a powerful headache, the voices had reached her, racing continuously with a feeling of no chance at stopping.

Wallace knelt beside her and held her for support, "Are you ok dear?"

Lorelei rushed to her side as well, "She doesn't look very well".

(Down at the Cross Vault)

Eight majestic crowns were placed side by side, resting on an individual velvet pillow. The vault door had opened revealing Steven and Riley, one by one the four queen crowns had begun to lit up from the top jewel, first the diamond, second was the ruby, third was emerald and the final one was sapphire.

"That must mean the queens reincarnations are here, and very close by".

"Indeed Steven, but if we have yet to track down the kings ever since they lit up not too long ago then it will be difficult searching for the other four".

"We will just have to wait, the eight keepers will come to us, and soon I suspect".

"Sirs!" a second younger male rushed in sweating and breathing heavily.

"What is it?" they turned to look at the young man.

"A mutant….attack…has been reported, not too far from the east side of the island".

"Have they reported what type of code it is?"

The kid nodded, "Code red".

"Call up the cross hunters".

Ok so I will stop the chapter there! Make sure to review and all! And let me know what you as well, and now for more sneak previews of future chapters!Hooray!

He held her slim neck in his tight grasp, choking and killing the blue haired girl's breath, her feet hovered above the ground, their covered faces were hard to determine what they were thinking, but their eyes said it all.

He took out a syringe and needle full with a blue liquid substance and injected it into her arm, she endured the pain and shut her eyes tightly, flinching from the unbearable pain, he released her and left to fall on the ground, now laying half unconscious, her vision began getting blurry, she reached her hand out but was too weak to do so.

"What…what did you do…to me?"

He stopped, and then turned slightly back to stare in her glistening sad filled eyes, he closed his.

"I injected you with a special liquid…you no longer have your powers, they are gone….forever".

The last image in her mind was of him jumping out the window and disappearing, and then, she fell in a deep state of unconsciousness.

"I kissed her…." They all dropped their forks, staring at the spiky haired brunette; he sighed and buried his head into hand.

"I thought you loved Leaf man". Ash quirked an eyebrow.

"I do…but I suddenly gained feelings for Emerald". They stared at him again, there faces enraged.

"You fell for the enemy!" Paul shouted slamming his fist on the table.

"How can you love two people at once?" Drew shook his head.

"Shut up! I didn't think it was possible either, but I love Emeralds mysteriousness, but at the same time I Love Leaf's feistiness".

The sound of the door being knocked over had started the three girls and N, they rushed into the living room and Saw Paul and the boys with White standing over it.

"What the hell!" Misty shouted pointing at their now broken door.

"Where's troublesome?!" The atmosphere had changed in a matter of seconds.

The girls moods had turned dim, they frowned and looked away while N sighed and shook his head slowly, all of them avoiding to make eye contact with the rest.

"Where…is…she?!" his voice became colder, sending chills down everybody's backs.

May walked over to him, her head still hanging but she held a small note in her hands, holding it out for him he took it and began reading.

His arms and hands fell to his sides and without warning he took off out the door leaving the note to slowly fall, Gary reached for it and then read it, growing the same expression as the girls.

"What is it?" Ash asked, now curious more than ever.

"She's…..gone…"

"What do you mean she's gone?" White shook her head in denial.

"She left! She's gone! She's not coming back!"

"But why?!" Ash pressured the question further.

"Dawn lost her powers…..that's why…..she lost them forever and figured there was no need for her to stay anymore, she felt useless, and now she's gone".

He continued running out, making his way to the schools front gate he found rows of black cars one by one driving off, his heart was racing and breath was running short, he looked up at the sky and saw an airplane flying above, "Troublesome….."
