Sorry it took so long guys I am working 50 hour work weeks...not a lot of time for writing. For those that have stuck with me since the beginning here is Chapter 10 with more on the way.

Derek POV

Penelope sashayed into his office that afternoon when they got home from the case and pulled him down for a heated kiss. "If you ever do that again Hot Stuff I will stop talking to you."

"Do what?" She had him so lost he honestly had no idea what she was talking about.

"You know exactly what you did. Jumping off a cliff to catch and unsub is not ok." Penelope pulled away leaving him wanting more.

"Come on, Baby Girl, it was a 10 foot drop and we almost lost him."

"Don't 'come on baby girl' me, Derek Morgan."

"Penelope I have been gone for 3 weeks if you don't get your ass over here right now I will go over there and it won't be pretty." Knowing it had been an exceptionally long case she caved and went to sit on his lap. She leaned in a pressed her blood red lips against his ear. "Is that a roll of quarters or are you just happy to see me?" Derek growled and moved her so she was straddling him. They had never done it in his office before but he figured now would be a good of a time as any. But right as shit was starting to get good Reid called. He was going to send it straight to voicemail when Garcia told him not to. "It could be about Lettie." He knew Garcia was still worried about Scarlette. Hell they all were. She didn't have any of her old memories back. Which sucked because he was really missing Leah. He nodded and picked up the phone. His voice was still husky. "This had better be good Reid."

"Not Reid." Said a distinctively female.

"Well hello there kitten."Oops Derek thought to himself. Derek had been careful not to call her kitten not wanting to make her her uncomfortable.

"Derek what have I told you about calling me kitten, but you need to get over here and revive Reid. I think I killed him."

"What?" He asked.

"Just get over here." With that she hung up. It was like having the old Lettie back. He gently picked Garcia up and set her on the floor in front of him. She looked puzzled. "We have to get to Reid's." She still looked confused. "Baby Girl she sounded like the old Lettie." Garcia quickly got her stuff together and away they went.

They got to Reid's apartment and found Scarlette trying to reason with him. He was just standing there looking 50 different kinds of pissed.

Derek spoke first. "What is going on here?"

"Well first and foremost I have my memories back..." Garcia squealed and ran up to her but Derek was just confused. "What's with Reid?"

Scarlette took a big breath and asked them to sit down and wait. She told them Hotch and the rest of the team were on their way. Within minutes the rest of the team walked in.

JJ POV

They walked into Reid's living room and took in the scene. Reid looked very angry Garcia and Derek looked confused and Lettie looked worried. They filed into the room and Lettie had them sit down. Reid still hadn't moved from that spot. Then Scarlette spoke. "I guess I should start by telling you guys I have my memories back..." The celebration was enthusiastic but muted. They knew that whatever was coming next wasn't going to be good. Before she could continue Reid snapped his head over to Scarlette. "Don't stop there Scarlette. Tell them all of it." Reid snapped harshly. Before anyone could jump to her defense. She whipped her head around and stared at him. "This is not the time. If you want to be an inconsiderate asshole wait until our guests have left." After that Spencer looked a little sheepish but he kept his petulant attitude. Scarlette once again turned her stare to the rest of the team. "As Spencer so kindly reminded me to tell you..." And she was once again interrupted by Spencer. "Sarcasm is beneath you."

"And pouting is beneath you but yet here we are."

Rossi looked at the two of them glaring at each other. "I know you invited us but it seems we are interrupting something." He said.

"He had plenty of time to say something before you got here." She said shaking her head. "I am trying to to tell you I am pregnant. Reid is pissed because I want to keep it." At that Reid broke. He fell to his knees and they watched him crumble. Scarlette ran over to him and held him. JJ couldn't help but feeling like they were intruding. After several minutes Hotch broke the silence. "From here on out you are on desk duty." Scarlette nodded and with that they fell into silence. After a couple of minutes even Spencer's sobbing stopped.
