Days passed in minimal peace, everyone gathering to try and figure out the best course of plan in fighting against Eevee.

Things seemed to go well, at least until a hurricane came in, with a ranking beyond normal and in a size that would make even a tsunami look harmless.

"This has to be Eevee's doing," Yelan growled softly.

"Hai, it's definitely his work, I recognize the method," Suicune growled, "I'll stop the hurricane. Raikou, I'll need your help."

"Right."

"Should…" Li started before Entei stepped between them.

"Stay here, I'll search for a suitable place for our fight, away from civilians. The more isolated we are, the less likely we are to have unnecessary casualties."

Shuddering slightly, the boy nodded as he and everyone else hurried in doors to get what they need.

As they did that, the legendary Pokémon charged off to their locations, Entei searching for where it's safest to fight freely.

Suicune and Raikou charged for the waters, racing across the surface towards the controlled cyclone forming.

"So what's the plan? It's twice as large as last time!"

"He's nearly full strength, dammit, we're out of time," Suicune whispered to herself before shouting orders over the gales.

Taking a deep breath, the blue legend exhaled, snow like particles released into the water. Despite being saltwater, the temperatures dropped so quickly, it froze within seconds upon contact.

While she may be the guardian of Aqueous, that didn't mean she was bound to use solely water type moves.

As she did that, Raikou stood back enough to summon a rainstorm, having taken her job of using Rain Dance so she may concentrate with offensive skills.

Not only would it work in her favor, but his as well when the clouds formed and crackled with lighting, thunder roaring above, rain crashing down onto them.

With a mighty roar, he summoned the strongest of bolts, striking the outer ring of the hurricane, disrupting its flow long enough for the ice to form and thicken.

Second the cyclone made contact; it began to break through, but slowly, exactly as the pair had hoped.

With a roar of her own, Suicune's body glowed, her eyes glowing a brilliant shade of blue and white, a giant cyclone of water forming above her crown.

Rearing onto her hind legs, she let out another roar, thrusting her head forward, nearly throwing hers into the other, the two forces colliding.

With one more roar, more lightning crashed into both, namely Suicune's, adding even more power to it as it ripped through the cyclone.

Calming her raging mind, she focused her energy before opening her eyes a second time, the brilliant red irises glowing with more power.

Exhaling with more force than before, what remained of the cyclone froze, Raikou destroying it with his fangs, his canines engulfed in electricity.

Finding no other visible danger heading their way, they made their way back, both tired from fighting the hurricane back.

"Dammit, that thing was far stronger than last time, not just size alone!" Raikou snarled into the air, trying not to show his exhaustion.

"I know that, it's as we feared, Eevee's gotten much stronger since last time…" Suicune replied, angered by this realization.

"What are we going to do then? If he's gotten this strong, how could we beat him? Even with those kids harmonized with their elements, they're not experienced with fighting, not to this degree!"

"I know that, Raikou! I can only hope that we will win, that they and the others will be able to retaliate with enough strength."

Silence forming between them, they returned to the rest just as Entei arrived, looking none too pleased.

"Entei, what is it?"

"I found Eevee…or more, hecame before me," he growled angrily.

"What?"

"He's challenging us, that what he did, what you two stopped is only the beginning. If we don't bring those children, bring Rita-chan especially, he'll create only more, enough to destroy this entire planet."

"He's truly lost it," Raikou spat in disgust.

"We really have no choice then, we have to stop him at all costs," Suicune sighed, squeezing her eyes shut, fighting back tears.

"Eevee's going to destroy the world if we don't come?" a voice spoke up, the three turning, realizing their masters and the others overheard them.

"I'm afraid so," Entei sighed in defeat, seeing how scared they all looked, even those who rarely showed fear were frightened.

"If that's the case, then it's as you said, we have to stop him," Li stated, small sparks dancing off his body.

"You must know, there is a chance you could die, exhaust yourselves where your elements cannot revitalize you."

"We know, but it isn't going to change anything if he's going to destroy the world. At least if we fight him, we have a chance to stop him. Even if we can't kill him, if we can weaken him, we can search for the other Elements so we can stop him for good," Sakura stated, her eyes showing determination.

She was scared, but the idea that if she hid or failed to give it her all, everyone she knows will die. Her friends, her family, people she's met and people she's yet to meet will all die.

"She's right, this isn't some fight, but what Eevee has done is declare war against us, against the world," Eli added, his guardians in their true forms as were the girl's.

"And they won't be alone, they will have us to fight alongside them," Kero added with a grin. "And we have magic on our side; we'll be able to counter whatever crap he throws at us."

"I pray that it will be enough," Suicune whispered to herself before lowering herself down for her master to climb on.

Just as the girl did, the Pokémon was surprised when Tori hopped on as well, but the extra weight didn't bother her.

The other Pokémon lowered themselves, having their masters climb up along with at least one other person.

Madison climbed on with Meilin while Eli climbed up with Li, the pair holding on with all their might when they took off.

The remainders followed through flight, Yelan carried by Yue, Rita carried by Ruby than letting the pair take chase.

The airborne group were astonished how fast the legendary Pokémon were, which explained how they could evade their eyes for so long with such speed.

Within hours, they were outside the city, brought to an old forest before a deserted factory came into view.

"Why would he take us out so far? If he was going to kill everyone, wouldn't he take it straight to town, use our hesitance to his advantage?" Rita called out towards the others, understanding her concern.

"We'll have to ask Suicune-san and the others about that. If there is a chance a shred of his old self remains, even if killing doesn't have an effect on him, having an honorable fight may," Yue answered just loud enough for her to be heard.

"If that's true, then maybe there is a chance to…"

"Listen, you heard them, they tried and failed. It's best we put Eevee out of our misery," Ruby scolded, the girl's eyes misting over.

"That's rather harsh, even for you," the angelic male countered, eyes narrowing, hearing his host's own complaint.

"I'm just stating the facts!" the other countered before they began to land and rejoin everyone.

"So where is he hiding?" Spinner asked, having heard the conversation, but decided not to bring it up, not now at least.

Soon as those words left his mouth, an animal like scream was ripped out of his throat when fiery fangs dug into fur and flesh.

A misting blur had hooked itself into his side, taking the panther off guard, ripping a chunk of his skin off before leaping off before others could move in.

"Sp-Spinner!" Eli screamed, running towards his guardian.

"I'll live," he grunted as he nursed his wound, finding it hurt worse than it actually looked.

"He's already on the attack!" Raikou shouted just as the blur went to dive towards another, but was stopped by a violet colored ball firing from Entei's mouth.

Everyone gathered around the fallen panther, knowing he needs time to recover and heal, leaving him open to attacks.

They could something that looked a cross between a fox and cat, yet with the mist, they couldn't be certain if it had a mane, two tails or one, maybe more.

Whatever sort of power it had, it was unreal, more so when it glowing white, almost pink eyes stared at them.

"I gave you the chance to surrender and die, yet you ignored it. Do not blame me for your suffering," the former guardian growled, its voice far deeper than they would have expected from something so small.

"Like hell we're going down!" Meilin shouted as she manifested fire upon the tips of her fingers.

Flicking them like pebbles, they exploded, the flames choking each other whenever they missed.

With a mighty roar, fire flowed forth from Entei's mouth, engulfing the entire area in flames, creating a literal ring of fire, reaching immense heights.

"So you finallymastered Sacred Flame, Entei? Ho-Oh would be proud if he were here," Eevee taunted before letting out a distorted shriek.

"Don't speak his name!" the fire type shouted, attempting to control his anger, not fall for the other's bait.

But it was too late; somehow meteors fell from the sky, the Pokémon barely having time to dodge before violent bolts of lightning tore through them. Many were destroyed, the few that weren't, were redirected, thrown just outside the flaming walls.

He hardly had to look to know it was both Raikou and his master, uttering thanks before settling his mind.

A similar glow formed much like it had with Suicune's before releasing another shadowy sphere with more ferocity than before.

He can't fall for such a childish trick again, falling for such easy bait and prayed the others won't either.

Eevee continued dodging one blow after another, yet the times when some actually did hit him, it did barley any damage.

"Shield, protect the injured!" Sakura shouted while manipulating nearby water to put out flames Eevee created.

Soon as the barrier was up, she felt more confident in using her full power, releasing more cards, Li and Suicune protecting her as she did so.

"What are we going to do?" Madison asked with tears in her eyes.

She was currently helping with bandaging Kero, the lion unconscious, having been struck hard in the head where his helmet cracked.

"Eevee's stronger than we anticipated, far stronger…" Eli groaned, hugging his ribs, knowing some are cracked, possibly broken.

Hearing something burst out, he was shocked to see Zo-chan, the fox holding a determined look on her face.

"Zo!" it cried out, eager to fight, more so when seeing him and others hurt.

"Zo-chan, he's too strong for you," he begged, attempting to recall her into the ball, but she dodged the beam.

A few more barks, she suddenly took off, escaping the barrier somehow, her body glowing to look like Raikou.

"Zo-chan!"

Glaring at the small fox let a series of what could be made out as colorful curses towards the enemy, seeing it glare in return.

"You honestly thinkyou can trick me with such childish games?" Eevee snarled, seeing the fox whimper, its Illusion failing.

"Zo-chan! Get out of there!" Eli shouted, attempting to get to his feet, grunting when his ribs ached further. "Zo-chan!"

Hearing her friend's cry, any fear she felt was gone, replaced with new vigor as she was suddenly engulfed in a crimson like aura.

"Fuck!" Raikou cursed, instantly grabbing Li as did the others, "Take cover!"

"What's going on?" Sakura asked, as she rode on her guardian's back, Li's mother riding with her.

"Appears the little one is stronger than we suspected," she commented as they took shelter within Shield. "Pray this holds until it passes."

On cue, whatever Zo-chan was prepping for, she slammed her blue paws down, a mix of red and pink energy exploding from her body, striking everything around her.

It struck Shield, Sakura feeling it waver, the power surprising it, but held as it continued being bombarded with blast after blast of this energy.

"What is that attack?" Tori asked, unsure whether to be in awe or in fear of what he was seeing.

"It's known as Night Daze," Entei answered, "it's one of the strongest of dark type moves. It's learned solely by those of Zo-chan's kind and her evolved form."

"One of the strongest?" Eli whispered, clearly in awe of what his longtime companion was truly capable of.

The boulders, the meteors that were rained down upon them among other debris were crushed, the flames nearly blown away even.

If this is her strongest attack, he could only wonder what else she is capable of, what other secrets she's hiding.

Did she always know or is fighting merely on instinct?

The boy's thoughts were cut short when the attack stopped right as Eevee somehow tore through, signs of damage taking root.

He sunk his hidden fangs into her side, the small fox screaming in agony as blood dripped from her wound and mouth.

"Zo-chan!" he cried out, somehow ignoring his pain, running out, swinging his staff, creating orbs of light. "By burning stars and reflecting waters, strike and purify!"

The orbs obeyed, slamming into the creature, forcing it to release the fox as he raced to her side, picking her up.

She let out a small whimper of pain, attempting to be strong for her friend, signs of tears forming in her eyes.

"Zo-chan, you…you nearly got yourself killed!" Eli cried, tears forming before blinking them away.

Now isn't the time, he has to get back to the others, hearing the legends and his friends already running out to join him.

As he ran back, running past the others, they heard him congratulating her for her efforts, how proud he is.

Sakura felt tears forming in her eyes, seeing how upset her friend was, seeing the tears falling from his eyes.

Glaring at the Pokémon before them, the monstrosity created out of greed, she knew they had to stop him.

Seeing the injuries though, it showed they had a chance; they just needed to throw their all into it, just as Zo-chan had!

Drawing water from nearby streams, creating a pillar, she called out towards her guardian and friend, "Suicune-san, I need you to freeze all this water!"

As she said this, she split it, making several pillars than one alone, all in various shapes and sizes. They weren't huge, but large enough to cause damage, more so as they froze from the Pokémon's icy breath.

Any water that didn't freeze, Sakura had wrapped around the pillars to hold them up, grunting at the stress.

With a shout, she threw one icy spear, the enemy barley dodging, hearing a startled yelp from the swift attack.

Throwing the rest, she managed to corner him, watching as his back arched much like a cats, a dangerous snarl escaping the tiny body.

A twinge of pity hit her, knowing all of this wasn't his fault, yet what could she do? How could she save him?

If he was a rogue card or could be turned into one, she would do so, to help him heal emotionally and mentally.

But that isn't the case…

"Sakura-chan!"

She realized she was distracted, crying out when engulfed in electricity, vines digging into her body making her scream louder.

"Sakura!" Tori shouted, ignoring the others as he ran out, fighting through the vines, horrified by what he was seeing.

"Stand back!" Suicune called, managing to push the teen away while engulfing the girl and vines in ice.

The plants instantly died, the temperatures too much while the girl began losing consciousness from the pain and ice.

Right after, the Pokémon released scalding water, melting the ice, the water rejuvenating the injured child's body.

"Sakura!" the teen called out, ignoring the hot water as he held her in his arms, tears forming in his eyes. "Wake up, please!"

"T-Tori?" she whimpered softly, regaining her senses.

"Thank god, you're okay!" he cried, hugging her close.

"Eevee! You're going to pay!" the water Pokémon snarled, baring her fangs towards the other.
