"It's rude to sneak up on people especially when they're sleeping you know, Mukuro."
A low cynical chuckle echoed from the darkness of the room. "There really is no point in trying to trick you innit, my dear Primo." his glamour melted away revealing the lanky illusionist. "That intuition of yours is really annoying." he said as his heterochromatic eyes bore deep into the younger boy's own golden orbs.
Knock! Knock!
"Primo, representative from Varia and CEDEF are here." said a voice from behind the door. "I'll be there in a minute." replied Tsuna. He sat up with a lazy sigh, buttoning up his shirt, and ruffled his disheveled hair, completely disregarding the presence of his Mist Guardian. "Another meeting, huh? For someone who use to reject his inheritance, aren't you working hard?"
"Why are you here, Mukuro?" Tsuna asks in monotone.
"About the task you gave Chrome the other day, the deed is done. I personally oversees it."
"That's very uncharacteristic of you."
"When I gave Chrome to you, I thought she will be in good hands." said the illusionist. said Mukuro, slightly threatening
"You gave her to us because you don't want to deal with her yourself."
Mukuro bang his trident in warning. "No more mission that will hurt her, Vongola!" his tone clearly imply that its not a request.
Tsuna let out a chuckle, "It's her duty as a Guardian. You make her your proxy remember? If you take your position seriously she didn't have to."
"Coming back from the dead really change someone, innit?" said Mukuro in a sarcastic tone.
"Maybe you should try dying sometimes. You could use some changes." Tsuna replied as he steps out of the door. Mukuro's face contorted in a grim smile before his person disappears into thin air.
