This is the last chapter. Thank you to all the lovely people who have been reading this fic through all the clichés, typos and horrible update speeds. Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy this epilogue. Please do review!

Chitose fingered the ring in his pocket as Akria ranted to him about the 101 diffferent exciting things they could do in Bali. The couple had been going strong all through high school and college albeit some major fights which got washed away by the millions of happy memories. They had been together for almost 11 years now and Chitose was sure that he was meant to marry Akira.

He had been internally debating on how to propose to Akira for almost 4 months, (it was a miracle that Akira hadn't found the ring and if she had she had the decency not to mention it at all) after all every couple needs their romantic, usually imperfect proposal story. He was going to resort to the simple nice restaurant proposal when Shiraishi (surprisingly they hadn't parted) stepped in and arranged a couple's getaway to Bali for a week. Then Chitose had the marvellous idea of proposing in the plane. He had it all figured out and had planned to every last minute detail. He was dead-tired from burning the midnight oil. Along with planning the proposal he had to work extra hours so that he could take a week off for this trip.

They were already in the aircraft and were waiting for departure. Suddenly, an airhostess walked up to them "Ma'am, I'll need you to come with me, nothing to worry about."

Akira looked worried, who wouldn't but she followed the airhostess. Just as they were out of sight, Chitose stood up "Hey!" he said pretty loudly.

All the passengers turned to stare at him. Chitose felt himself flush under all their eyes but carried on "The lady who was sitting next to me, she's been my girlfriend for 11 years and I really want to propose. So, if I could have your co-operation, that'd be great."

The previously bored passengers now peaked up with interest. Chitose went on "If you guys are willing I'd like you guys to pass these post-its to her over the duration of the flight. Are anyone of you willing?" he asked hopefully.

Silence resonated through the aircraft. Finally an old lady piped up "Ah young love! Hand me on of the papers, boys."

Chitose grinned and handed her a piece of paper. Slowly, more people volunteered to help till all the post-its had been doled out.

Hearing footsteps, Chitose quickly sat down and tried to keep his face composed though his insides were doing jumping jacks. "Why'd they call you?" he asked, trying to keep his voice level.

Akira shrugged "No biggie, they just wanted to transfer one of my carry-ons as part of the luggage."

A few minutes after the departure, the young boy sitting next to tapped Akira on the shoulder "Here you go nee-chan." He said handing her a post-it with one word scrawled on it 'Hey!'

"Hey look at this" Akira said half-confused, half-excited. Chitose smiled, his plan was going well.

"I think it's that guy from the back. I noticed him checking me out earlier." She said with a small giggle.

Chitose frowned. Akira immediately noticed. "Don't frown Chitose, I'm just kidding. By the way aren't you going to grab some shuteye. You mentioned you were really tired?"

Chitose considered protesting but decided to go along with "Yeah, you're right" he said, closing his eyes halfway pretending to sleep as he watched Akira receive more of the papers. By now, she had figured out something was going on and was assembling them on her tray table.

But, unluckily for Chitose, due to pure exhaustion after the first half hour he was out like a light. Mid-way through the flight, (With Chitose still fast asleep) Akira had received all the post its and had pieced them together to read:

Hey! The blue giant to your side would really like to know if you would marry him.

She resisted the urge to stand up and squeal. Her insides felt kind of like jelly. Suddenly she noticed all the other passengers looking at her expectantly. She turned around and smiled giving them a thumbs-up. She smiled to herself and her turned to her sleeping boyfriend. She hadn't seen the ring but she knew that Chitose was planning on proposing to her. She had known 4 months ago. But after 2 months of zero proposals or anything even mildly close, she had convinced herself that it was probably all in her head. She couldn't wait to tell Yuki.

When Chitose woke up, he found a post-it stuck to his forehead. It was the one that said 'Marry' Akira had added a question mark to the word at the back she had scrawled the single most amazing word (excluding supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, because come on, nothing beats supercalifragilisticexpialidocious):

Yes

Fin.
