And here's number 10. I hope you enjoy it. Sorry that I suck at fight scenes. I just suck at describing things. Oh well. I still hope you enjoy this chapter. I'm just gonna cut to the chase and start the chapter.

Chapter 10: The Earth That Crushes All Like Stone
"I wonder how this will end up." Kaze said as he looked down at the arena.
"Huh? Didn't you help him train during the month?" Shikamaru asked, leaning on the railing. Kaze shook his head.
"Nope. He said that he didn't want my help then started to train with Jiraiya." Kaze said with a smirk. "Even I don't know all of the stuff he knows now. That's why I'm excited to see this."
"Troublesome."
"Your fight is after this, isn't it?" Shikamaru nodded his head and sighed. "You should watch closely, just in case you end up fighting him afterwards."
"Ladies first. Heikai Hamaguri!" Chikyū said as she lifted her hands, making two giant pieces of earth come up. "Be crushed!" She closed her hand which made the two pices slam into Naruto, trapping him. "Man that was quick. I guess Kaze-kun's pupil sucked."
"Kaze Suraisā!" She quickly moved to the right just in time to dodged two blades of wind. The wind continued until it hit the stadium wall and cracked the cement. "Kaze no Suteppu!" She moved to the left before Naruto appeared behind her and tried to kick her. "Man your good." He said as he put his foot down. "I didn't think you could dodge that."
"How are you still fine? I thought I crushed you." Chikyū said with some irritation in her voice. He lifted his foot to show some wind going around it.
"I'm using the wind to move faster." He said.
"But I thought you said you could only use that when you release your third seal. Your chakra doesn't feel like it's any different from the begining of the preliminaries." She said.
"I have been training this month." He said with a sweat-drop. 'That attack is what she used against Kiba and Akamaru. If she really is like aniki then she has total control of the earth. It's better if I'm in the sky.' He made a hand sign and started to gather chakra on the bottom on his feet. "Kaze Sanpo!" He started running up the air like it was stairs. Most of the people were in shock by this, even the kage.
"I guess Kaze-nii wasn't just waisting his time." Chikyū said with a smirk. "Iwa Nadare!" Giant piece of earth came up from the ground and started going for Naruto.
"Damnit!" He started moved around and dodging them. For the ones he couldn't dodge he ended up cutting them in half. "So what next?" She just continued to smirk.
"Drop!" She moved her hand down and Naruto looked up to see the same rocks coming down. This time he couldn't dodge them.
"Damn." He took his jacket and shirt off and everyone saw that he had some seals on his chest. One of them started to glow. "Seal Release: Level 1! Shunkō!" There was a blast and all of the rocks were destroyed and sent falling to the ground.
"Since when can he use that technique!?" Suigetsu exclaimed as he sat there and watched the fight.
"What do you mean?" Jugo asked.
"When we first met, only Kaze could use that technique. It was powerful, but this one seems weaker for some reason." Haku explained.
"That's because Kaze's is a perfected one. The one Naruto's using isn't a perfected one." They turned to Yoruichi who was a seat below them. "Both Kaze and I have a perfected Shunkō which is shown when you see lightning discharge out of mine and a wind discharge from Kaze's. The one Naruto is using is only blasts of the spiritual part of chakra. I don't think he can use it for long though."
"Still, something like that is amazing. He only had to release one seal to use it." Tsukuyo said, next to Yoruichi.
"Man I'm glad he didn't use that against me. It would still be awesome to fight against it though." Kenji said.
"Wow. Now that I get to see you without your shirt I must admit, you look hot. Maybe you could dump your girlfriend for me." Chikyū said with a seductive smile. They could all feel a dark aura and looked at the area where the other participant were and saw Hinata looking very scary with then other backing away from her.
"Sorry, but I would never leave her. Now let's get back to the fight." He said as he stopped the attack. "Fūton: Kasukēdingu Tatsumaki!" A huge wind vortex appeared above him as he raised his hands. He dropped his hands and the tornado went with it, slamming into the ground. He floated down to the ground and got ready for another attack. When the dust cleared everyone saw a bunch of rocks together.
"Iwa Bakuhatsu!" The rocks were all launched at Naruto. Just as Naruto was about to dodge, the rocks started to explode. "Heh. Looks like he fell for it."
"Seal Release: Levels 2 and 3. Zettai Kaze Bōei." Another vortex of wind came flying up and everyone saw that Naruto was on the middle of it. He started to do some hand signs. "Fūton: Arekuruu Kaze Tatsumaki!" Now tornados form all directions where going all around the stadium and they were all following Naruto's hand movements. Chikyū started to lift pieces of rocks and threw them at the blond, but they just got caught in one of the many vortexes. 'There's no way she can dodge all of these.'
'Damn him!' She thought as she tried to dodge them, but still got cuts from some of them.
"He better be carful. He's using up a lot of chakra by using that as long as he has." A woman with black hair said as she went and sat down next to Kenji. A guy with green hair nodded and sat next to her.
"Ah! Sensei, Robin-san. You guys came." Kenji said.
"We wanted to see who beat you." The green haired guy said. "You need more training."
"I know. I'm sorry." Kenji said as he turned back to the fight.
"That amount of chakra is amazing. If he can use that as long as he has then he must have a large reserve of it." The black haired woman, Robin, said.
"He is a jinchuriki. Even so, he is still using up his chakra with this attack." Tsukuyo said.
"This is getting tiresome." Chikyū said. "Iwa no Supaiku!" She lifted two of her fingers and giant earth spikes came up from the ground, getting in the way of the attacks.
"What!? Why can't I destroy them?" Naruto wondered as the wind just hit them, but did nothing.
"That's because it's not just earth. There is also metal in here and I doubt your wind can cut it." Chikyū said with a smirk. The wind attacks suddenly stopped. "Hm. Looks like you're out of chakra." Naruto just grinned and he suddenly disappeared in a puff of smoke. "What!? A kage bunshin!?"
"Kaze Suraisā!" She turned around just to get hit with four blades of wind. "Looks like I got a real hit in." Naruto said, coming out of nowhere. Chikyū slowly stood up and everyone saw that she had pieces of rock around her body.
"Iwa Yoroi." She said. "Now I'm pissed." He stomped her foot on the ground and the whole arena started to shake. She rushed at him, delivered a punch to his gut that sent him flying and slammed into the stadium wall, coughing up blood. "Iwa Nadare!" Rocks around the arena started to float and went for Naruto.
"Shunkō!" More of the energy blasted out of his body and shielded him from the rocks.
"Bakuhatsu!" Just as more rocks were about to hit him, they exploded and sent him crashing into the wall again. He slowly got up and everyone could see that he was bleeding a lot, but the wounds slowly healed.
"Do you need my help?" Kurama said from inside the blond's head.
'No. I want to do this by myself, I've trained a lot and I won't let all that go to waist.' He thought back.
'That's my boy. Just trust in everything you've learned.' Minato said from inside his head.
'Go kick her ass! She ain't got nothing on you, ttebane!' Kushina yelled, making them all sweat-drop.
'Right...' He stood up and looked at his opponent. "Ya know, this is kinda fun." Chikyū just gave a confused look. "I mean this is what I trained for, a strong opponent like you." He started to do some more hand signs. "Seal Release: Level 4." The whole area was flooded with a massive amount of chakra that if it wasn't for some of the shinobi blocking it with their own all of the civilians would have been knocked out. "This is the most I will go on this fight. I can't release the last seal here."
"Hm. Looks like you're really getting serious." She said with a smirk. "Fine. So will I." She unzipped her sweater, making a lot of men pay closer attention, and Naruto saw that she had a bandage wrapped around her torso. She started to undo the bandage until it was completely off. That's when he saw that she had a kanji for Earth on her stomach, it was brown. She threw the bandage in the air and did a hand sign. The bandage was gone in a puff of smoke and in it place were a pair of gauntlets. She put them on and the people saw that the one on the right was black with a white circle in the middle and the left was an inverted version. On the right there was the kanji for Earth and on the left there was the kanji for Demon. "Yin Yang Gauntlets."
"What the...?"
"Oi, Naruto. I'm getting the same feeling I get when Kaze uses his sword. You better watch out. You don't know what those things can do." Kurama mentally said.
'I know.' He got into a fighting stance and was ready to defend himself. She ran up to him, but he just quickly side stepped it. She turned around and went for a punch, but he just dodged again. Thinking she was going to try and attack him again, he got ready for another hit, but was shocked when she continued with her previous punch. Her covered fist hit the ground the the whole stadium shook as the ground broke apart.
'WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED!?' Everyone thought.
"That's some crazy power you have there." Naruto said as he continued to dodge more punches.
"I wouldn't be talking if I were you. You might lose your footing and fall." She said with a smirk. She tried to punch him again, but it was just a repeat of what happened moments ago.
"How can your punches be that stong? I can tell there isn't much force to them." Naruto asked.
"It's because I am the Earth. The earth is strong and had amazing power, both in offense and defense. These gauntlets increase my power by getting it from the earth and at the moment I hit something all that stored energy comes rushing out and destroys anything I touch." She said. "The only reason I'm telling you this is because I know I'll hit you, and when I do you'll be destroyed." She said as she rushed at him again.
"Kaze Sanpo!" He jumped in the air again and narrowly dodged the attack. 'She can't get me if I'm up here.'
"Saidai Hōshutsu!" She punched where he was standing and a huge blast came flying out of her fist. The blast went on until it got closer to Naruto.
'What!?' He quickly put up his wind shield, but some of the attack still went through and ended up hitting him. He lost control of the jutsu and ended up falling to the ground. "Damn. I didn't know she could do that. Is this the true power of an Element?" Naruto said as he tried to get back up. 'Aniki never seemed this strong and she's suppose to be the weakest among them. Has aniki been holding back this much, if not more, this whole time? Damnit!'
'Naruto, listen to me.' He opened his eyes when he heard his dad's voice. 'I'm giving you permission to use that justsu. It might be strong enough to destroy those gauntlets. If they're destroyed then she can't use that stored up energy.' Minato said.
'Okay. I'll try it.' He thought as he got up.
"Oh? You can still stand? You really are a one of a kind man. Are you sure you don't want to be my boyfriend?" She said with a flirtatious tone. "I'm sure I could convince the Tsuchikage-Ji-san to let a Konoha shinobi join our village."
"Heh. You're crazy of you think that. This village is my home and I have friends here who believe in me. This is where I grew up and I'd never betray them, no matter what." Her grin turned into a frown. "Besides...I made a promise to my teammates that the three of us would make it far enough to fight each other in this and I intend to keep that promise." He said as he looked up at her in determination.
"Hm. You still think you can win? You really are foolish. A normal shinobi can't fathom the true power of an Element. I've been going easy on you just in case you changed your mind and decided to be my boyfriend, but never mind that. I'm just going to crush you right here and now." She said as he pumped chakra to her feet and rushed at him. She was too fast and ended up getting a hit on his gut. So,e energy was coming from the ground and started to flow into the gauntlets. "Oh yeah. I forgot to mention that the longer I'm in touch with something the more stored up energy it releases." She said with a smirk. After a few seconds the gauntlets started to glow and Naruto was sent flying at fast speed. "Hm. I win." Just as he hit the wall, Naruto was gone in a puff of smoke. "A bunshin!?"
"You better watch out. You back is wide open." She turned around to see Naruto standing there with a blue orb in his hand. "I'll win this!" He yelled as he ran towards her.
"I don't think so." She reeled her fist back and as he got closer she used both her fists to try and over power him. "Saidai Hōshutsu!"
"Rasengan!" The two attacks clashed and the amount of energy released from it was enough to make everyone feel like the attacks were headed for them. "Ahhhhh!" The two continued to push each other until something else happened. Naruto's jutsu was destroyed and ended up pushing both of them back aways. "W-what!?"
"Heh. Looks like I wi-" before Chikyū could say any more, she saw that the gauntlets were coming apart and ended up falling to the floor. "What!? How is that possible!?"
"Damn that was intense." Temari said. "It looks we have a winner."
"I don't think so." They all looked at Kaze. "Remember, looks can be deceiving."
"But still, if she can't use that power and Naruto-kun can just break any rock she uses against him doesn't that mean he would win?" Hinata asked.
"Yes, but you must remember. Just because she's the weakest Element, doesn't mean she's weak at all. She still has one nasty trick up her sleeve and if Naru isn't careful...he'll be crushed." Kaze said with a serious face.
'Looks like he still remembers those abilities.' Kaminari thought. 'If she's not careful, Chikyū will begin to suffer the curse. Then she'll definitely be in major trouble.'
"You broke them..." Chikyū muttered with her head down and her hair covering her eyes. "You. Broke. Them..." She looked up and Naruto saw that she had complete rage in her eyes. "You'll pay!" She did a hand sign and Naruto saw that the kanji for Earth on her stomach started to change. It turned into another word altogether. Now instead of Earth the kanji was one that said Stone. "I'll turn you to stone."
'What's going on? I thought her trump card was those gauntlets.' Naruto thought.
"Be carful. I have a bad feeling." Kurama said.
'Got any good news?' Naruto thought.
"It's probably her last ability, but also her most powerful." The fox said.
'I said something good! I never said something else that's bad!' He could just feel the fox spirit shrug like it wasn't his problem. 'Damn fox.' He saw that she was rushing at him again and used the wind to get away again just as she tried to kick him. Just as his he got his balance again he saw her headed straight for him. 'Damn she's fast.' He thought as he continued to dodge her kicks. That's when his back hit one of the trees that was there. He saw her going for a kick to his head and quickly ducked and rolled away. The top half of the tree fell to the ground and Naruto's eyes went wide at what he saw. The part of the tree that was hit was no longer wood, but was stone. "How did she...?"
"This is my last resort. This power is called Ishi Fureru." She said calmly, shocking Naruto. She rushed at Naruto and he continued to narrowly dodge the kicks sent his way.
'Damnit. She's gotten faster. I can hardly keep up with her.' Naruto thought.
'Pay attention to the fight and stop worrying about it!' Kushina yelled in her son's mind. He listened to what she said and saw that Chikyū was about to get him. He use the wind and barely moved to the right. Her heel hit the ground, turned it to stone and made spiderweb cracks on it.
'Naruto, I think I figured out the way her power works.' Minato said. 'Anything she touches turns to stone and with the power of her kicks the object get destroyed. On the flip side, all she's been doing is kicking, so as long as she hit you with a kicks then you won't turn to stone.'
'Really!? Thank, tou-chan!' Naruto thought. He looked and saw her going for another kick. He bent down to dodge it, but as the kick passed him she got her balance and went for a punch. 'That won't work.'
"Naruto, dodge!" Kurama yelled. Doing as told, he quickly moved to the side just as she punched the ground. Like her heel, the ground turned to stone and broke apart. "It doesn't matter what part of her body touches you, as long as she gets a hit in then you'll be turned into stone."
'Damn! Now what do I do?! I can't land a hit on her like this!' He thought as she continued to let out attacks. She kick up some dust and went for another kick, but he just rolled out of the way. 'Crap! Now I can't see anything!'
"Hm. You are good at dodging, but now that you cannot see, you will be turned to stone." She said with a serious voice.
'There's something off with her. Her personality changed.' Kushina said. She then remember her son's situation. 'Now what? You don't know any water jutsu and I doubt it'll just go away without her landing a hit.'
"I thought of something." They all payed close attention to the giant fox. "I found a memory that could help you out here." He showed it to them.
"Remember, Naru. Wind users are strong since they use wind to slice and cut anything up, but there is more to wind than just that." Kaze said as he and Naruto were in their house.
"Really? How? Do you mean the ways you use wind for your jutsu?" Naruto asked.
"Yes and no. What I mean is that there will be opponents that may be more flexible and agile than you and that's when you can use the wind." Naruto payed close attention to this. "This is also very useful when you're fighting against someone like Zabuza who uses jutsu to blind his opponent. To be a true wind user you have to feel the wind when something is coming towards you or going away from you. Also remember to always listen to the 'voice of the wind'."
"'Voice of the wind'? What's that?" The blond asked.
"The 'voice of the wind' is how the wind moves when that something that's around you is moving. The wind can tell you the way the person is moving and you'll find a rhythm. Once you have that rhythm then you can move your body acordingly." Kaze said. "Think about it like if you and your opponent are in a dance. When you find out the way they move then you can 'dance' with them."
'I see! Now I know what to do!' Naruto thought with a smile. 'I'm glad I have great people in my life.' He thought as he left his mind. He stood up straight and took a deep breath.
"Are you giving up? No one would blame you." Chikyū said as she saw the blond stand up straight.
"I never give up, no matter what." He got in a stance. "Now come at me." Doing as told, Chikyū rushed at him again with a barrage of punches and kicks. 'I have to first feel the wind.' He focused on where her hits where going and could feel a small breeze with every one of her hits. 'There it is. Now I have to find the rhythm and go with it.' After a few more hits, he noticed the way the hits where moving and dodged each one with ease. 'I found it. Now's my chance to hit back.'
'How is he dodging all of my attacks like he knows where I'm going to hit before I know?' Chikyū thought as she continued to let out hits. The two started moving around the arena and with every kick she sent, he just moved slightly to the side or just jumped over it. With every punch she sent he just moved his upper body to the side or ducked under them. 'What the hell!?'
"Shunkō!" There was the blast of energy again just as she was about to land a hit. He just easily blocked it with his own attack, shocking most of the people. "As long as I have Shunkō activated then there will be a shield that your hit won't get through. Now I can fight back." Now with every punch and kick she sent at him he just returned it with his own hit. Both of their kicks hit each other and sent them back. "Damn you're good."
"I must admit. For someone who's not an Element you are a good fighter. No normal shinobi has lasted this long against me in battle. I'll give credit where it's due, but this will be the last hit that will make me the winner."
"You're wrong. This last hit will make me the winner." They both ran straight of each other with their fists reeled back. Everyone waited on anticipation as they got closer and closer. Just as they were about to clash, Naruto's Shunkō focused on his fist. Chikyū went for his head, but Naruto just ducked and ended up punching her in the stomach and sent her back, falling to the ground. Dust flew into the air and they all waited in anticipation. When the dust cleared they all saw that she was laying on the ground.
"N-no way...I...I lost?" She said as she laid on the ground with cuts and bruises.
"The winner of the first match is Naruto Uzumaki!" Genma yelled as the people all started cheering loudly.
"Wh-what will happen n-now...?" She asked to no one. "I-I don't w-want to die!" She said as she started to cry. "H-he'll k-kill me..." She said as the tears rolled down her face.
"It was a great fight." Naruto said as he walked over to her.
"N-no! G-get away! I don't want to die!" She yelled out as he got closer. He said as he bent down, picked her up and put her over his shoulder. "Huh?"
"No one's going to kill you. You are a great fighter and I'm glad that you could be my first opponent in the finals." He said as he started walking away. "I promise that you won't die. You have my word." She just continued to cry. "Now let's go get you fixed up."
"Told you he would win." Kaze said with a smile. "After all, he had me to teach him about the wind." He said, puffing out his chest.
"Wow. I didn't expect him to win. Man this is so troublesome. I'm not sure I want to fight at all now." Shikamaru said with a sigh.
"Oh hell no. You're going to fight me and that's that." Temari said, walking up to him.
"Why are woman so troublesome?" He ended up getting hit in the head by Temari's fan, a jab to his side by Hinata and two hits to his crotch by Kasai and Mizu.
"You really need to learn when to be quit, Shika." Kaze said with a sweat-drop. Shikamaru just groaned on the ground while holding his crotch.
"Told ya he would win." Yoruichi said as she and the others got money from people who betted against the blond.
"Damnit. I didn't think he could actually win." Suigetsu said with as sigh.
"It was quit amazing to see that he was that strong." Robin said. "I can see why you lost against him, Kenshi." She said as she looked at the boy who was sweating like crazy. "Is something wrong?"
"Um...well...you see..."
"He just gave up during the preliminaries, that's why he lost." Sai said, getting a death glare from the other male.
"You did what!?" Kenshi quickly got up and ran away from the green haired man.
"Damn. I didn't think he could actually win that fight. I must admit that the kid was strong." A said as Mei nodded her head.
"That truly was an amazing fight. Now I am curious as to see what else a Konoha shinobi can do." She said.
"In all honesty I'm more concerned as to the damages this place will get with the rest of the fights to go." Hiruzen said with a sigh. "I have a feeling that I'm going to have a lot of paperwork for repairs." The othe kage gave him a sympathetic look, understanding how the dreaded paperwork was worst than anything.
"It looks like they're about to start the next match." Mei said as they all looked down at the arena.
"The next match is about to begin! Will the two participantes please come down!" Genma said.
"See you at the bottom, lazy bum." Temari said as she jumped down and flew down on her fan.
"Do I have to?" Shikamaru complained. His answer was Kaze, Hinata and Neji pushing him off the railing. "What the...!? You guys suck!" He yelled as he fell to the ground. Just as he was about to hit the ground some wind held him up and Kaze gave him a thumbs up. "I'll kill those three...maybe." He said as he stood up.
"Hey, aniki!" They turned and saw Naruto running up to them.
"Oh, Naru. Nice match." He said as the two high-fived.
"Thanks." He them was tackled into a hug by Hinata.
"If a girl ever acts like that again I'll kill them." She said in a demonic tone, scaring most of them.
"R-right. Got it." He said.
"The match is about to start." Neji calmly said. They all looked and saw Temari and Shikamaru standing in front of each other.
"The next match is Temari vs Shikamaru Nara! The rules are the same! Are both competitors ready?" Genma asked, looking at the two.
"Yeah." Temari said.
"Sure." Shikamaru lazily said.
"HAJIMARU!"

Monkey: Shut up. If it wasn't for Kurama and your parents then you would have lost. Let's not forget that it was also Kaze to taught you about the wind.
Naruto: You can't just give me my moment?
Monkey: Not really. I think the ending of the fight sucked the most, but someone else might like it...maybe. Now next chapter will have two fights in it. I'm excited to make Shikamaru vs Temari cuz I added something special for it. Now remember to please leave a review and have a non-track suit day.
