Chapter 9
Inside the Googolplex Mall, Candace had caught up to Linda.
"Mom!" said Candace "Phineas and Ferb are outside driving a monster truck, and they're in the middle of this big robot fight, and there's waffles falling from the sky, and you have to come with me and bust them!"
"Candace, can't you see I'm waiting in line?" said Linda. She was waiting in an extremely long checkout line. So long, in fact, that the person in front of her had a pop-up tent set up.
"Aarrgh!" said Candace, in frustration.
As Timmy got off of the cab, he saw his dad strapped in the metal chair.
"Dad!" said Timmy, rushing over to him. Everyone else followed, and the fairies poofed the restraints off of him.
"Timmy!" said Mr. Turner "Quick, we have to get out of here before Dinkleberg gets..."
Mr. Turner was interrupted by the sound of slow-clapping as Dinkleberg stepped out of the shadows.
"Bravo, Timmy Turner. You've gotten farther than I had thought you would." said Dinkleberg, with an evil smile on his face.
"Give it up, Mr. Dinkleberg." said Timmy "You're outnumbered."
"Oh, I think you're mistaken." said Dinkleberg, snapping his fingers. Suddenly, about a dozen Dinklebots showed up and surrounded them. "I believe it's YOU who's outnumbered."
The gang ran from the Dinklebots, narrowly avoiding laser blasts. As they ran back to the truck, they noticed that the two rear wheels were missing.
"What happened to the wheels?" said Phineas.
Meanwhile, the farmer and his wife were arguing again, standing next to a big tractor that was missing the two big wheels.
"I can't believe that you decided to buy a tractor in the middle of this robot uprising, and you didn't even check to see if it had wheels!" said the farmer's wife, angrily "I mean, did you think that a gigantic pair of wheels was just gonna fall from the sky?!"
Suddenly, the two rear wheels from the monster truck bounced over, while inserting themselves into the tractor's axles. They fit perfectly.
The farmer's wife looked up at the sky hopefully and said "I mean, did you think that a million dollars was just going to fall from the sky?"
"It doesn't work like that." said the farmer.
"Then how does it work?!" said the farmer's wife, exasperated.
The gang ducked behind the truck, giving them temporary cover from the lasers.
"Alright, " said Phineas "me and Ferb will distract the Dinklebots while you guys go for the Black-Magic-Attract-Inator and that robot control panel over there. "
"But how would getting rid of the Inator help us?" asked Timmy.
"It looks like the Inator is what's keeping the Anti-Fairies here." said Perry "If we switch it to reverse, the Anti-Fairies should disappear."
So, Phineas and Ferb jumped on top of the truck while Timmy, Perry, and the fairies headed for the Inator and the control panel. As the Dinklebots focused on Phineas and Ferb, the two boys pulled baseball launchers from out of nowhere.
"Alright Ferb," said Phineas "let's do this!"
They started firing at the Dinklebots as more kept coming. Dinkleberg, however, noticed that Perry was rewiring the Black-Magic-Attract-Inator and started towards him with a piece of pipe in his hand. Perry saw him coming, and jumped out of the way as Dinkleberg lunged at him. Timmy, noticing the fight, looked up from the control panel.
"Perry's in trouble!" said Timmy. Then, he saw the Dinklebots catch Phineas and Ferb's remote-controlled baseballs and crush them in their metal hands. "And so are Phineas and Ferb!" He looked back at the control panel and noticed inside it was a small, glowing circular device with lots of wires attached to it.
"This looks important!" said Timmy as he yanked out the device.
Immediately, all the Dinklebots started shutting down. The ones surrounding Phineas and Ferb dropped their weapons and collapsed onto the ground. The Dinklebots swarming Danville started dropping like stones from the sky as the resistance fighters cheered.
"Has anyone seen my pants?" asked Baljeet, wearing only the top half of the beak suit.
"Yeah, they're over there." said Buford, pointing to Irving, who was wearing them.
"Wolverines!" shouted Irving.
Meanwhile, Dinkleberg stopped focusing on Perry and turned towards the Danville monitor.
"What?!" said Dinkleberg "But how?!"
Phineas and Ferb ran back to the truck and manned the Re-Good-Inator.
"He's distracted. Blast him!" said Phineas.
Ferb tried to move the Re-Good-Inator, but it wouldn't budge.
"Apparently, it doesn't swivel." said Ferb.
"What kind of person would build a laser that can't move?" said Phineas.
Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz was trying to play with a paddleball, but the ball just flailed around wildly, never making contact with the paddle.
"Why can't I master this?!" said Doof, in frustration.
"Well, where's it pointing now?" asked Phineas. Ferb pointed to a huge painting on one of the walls, which had a large red X on it. "Wow, talk about conveniently-placed artwork."
Phineas motioned for Timmy to lure Dinkleberg towards the painting. Timmy seemed to get the message, because he nodded and threw a cupcake at Dinkleberg.
"Over here!" shouted Timmy, holding up the device.
"Get back here with that power supply!" shouted Dinkleberg, chasing after Timmy. Timmy began to climb up the scaffolding in front of the wall, with Dinkleberg on his tail. Once he reached the top platform, positioned in front of the painting, Dinkleberg grabbed a severed Dinklebot arm, which rapidly extended and grabbed Timmy.
"Gotcha!" said Dinkleberg, triumphantly. Then, he noticed Phineas and Ferb at the Re-Good-Inator. Dinkleberg smiled evilly and backed just out of the Inator's range.
"He's backed out of range!" said Phineas.
"I wish the Re-Good-Inator could swivel!" shouted Timmy. But before the fairies could grant the wish, Dinkleberg snatched them out of the air with a large butterfly net.
"You think you came so close to stopping me, huh, Turner?" said Dinkleberg "Well, news flash: you've stopped nothing! After I get rid of you and your little friends, I'll rebuild my Dinklebot army. This time, they'll be stronger, faster, and deadlier. And nothing will stop me from crushing your resistance forces and taking over your universes! But don't be too hard on yourself, you never stood a chance against me anyway. After all, you're nothing but a pink-hatted, buck-toothed, weak-minded fool."
Then, Timmy's eyes widened as he got an idea.
"Guys! Fire the Inator!" shouted Timmy.
Phineas and Ferb were taken aback by this, and the fairies started pleading with Phineas, Ferb, and Timmy to rethink things.
"Guys! Trust me!" shouted Timmy.
Phineas and Ferb looked at each other briefly before making up their minds. They both nodded and fired the Re-Good-Inator.
As the blue beam shot from the Re-Good-Inator's tip, Timmy opened his mouth wide, flashing his huge buck teeth.
"Huh?" said Dinkleberg, confused.
Then, the beam bounced cleanly off Timmy's teeth and hit Dinkleberg squarely in the face.
Dinkleberg was knocked backwards by the force of the beam hitting him, causing him to fall off the scaffolding, drop the butterfly net, and catapult Timmy into the air. As Dinkleberg landed on a pile of broken Dinklebot parts, Timmy flew across the room until he went through an open window, disappearing from view.
"TIMMY!" shouted everybody in unison. They all rushed out to the balcony and saw Timmy hanging on by the ledge.
"A little help here, guys?" said Timmy.
As soon as Timmy got back up, he said "Alright, Dinkleberg's been taken care of, now let's get rid of those Anti-Fairies."
They went back inside and Perry pressed a button on the Black-Magic-Attract-Inator. The Inator fired a deep-purple beam at the wall, creating a portal to Anti-Fairy World. The portal then formed a giant vacuum and began sucking up all the Anti-Fairies, sending them back to Anti-Fairy World.
As Anti-Cosmo started to get sucked up by the portal, Timmy decided to have some fun.
"Oh, I always love this part." said Timmy.
"Nay! Nay, I say!" Anti-Cosmo protested "You'll pay for this, Timmy Turner, if it's the last thing I doooooooooo..."
As the last of the Anti-Fairies were sucked into the portal, the vacuum disappeared and the portal shrunk until it had completely vanished.
The resistance fighters in Dimmsdale began cheering so loud that even from so high up, the gang could hear them. Then, Perry pressed a button on the Black-Magic-Attract-Inator, and it blew up.
"Music to my ears." said Perry, listening to the sound of the explosion.
Yes! Dinkleberg has been defeated! But it's not the end of the story yet! Stay tuned for a couple more chapters!
