Both Dan and J'onn watched Green Lantern worked then they suddenly looked up.

"We haven't much time." J'onn spoke as he directed his gaze toward Dan.

Dan narrowed his eyes and smirked. "Yeah, it's the Imperium. Right?"

J'onn nodded and they both looked back toward Green Lantern working on the wall.

Finally they made a hole in the wall, they all quickly went inside, they gasped at the seen before them.

"Great Hera." Wonder Woman gasped as seeing the states of Superman and Hawk Girl.

Superman and Hawkgirl was suspended up-side-down, groaning and in pain. Everyone but J'onn and Dan stayed in the back.

"Wait, something is not right." J'onn commented.

Then suddenly Superman and Hawkgirl's eyes opened revealing that they are imposters, then an unknown gas filled the room poisoning the heroes.

Wonder Woman coughed,crawling on the ground trying to stay conscious , " Green Lantern, the ring."

Green Lantern replied while is consciousness is slipping away, " Can't... Stay focused..."

Every hero in the room had fallen to deep slumber.

(Room where Superman and Hawkgirl was held.)

"J'onn!.. J'onn! Wake up!" Superman shouted, calling out to the martian, trying to wake the martian.

The martian groaned in response, after his head was cleared, he looked up to the person who was calling him, "Superman?"

Superman spoke, " You shouldn't have risked your lives for us."

The martian countered, "Would you have done less for me?"

Then Flash, who was held up next to J'onn, groaned signalling that he is awake, "Aaah~ My aching head," he spoked weakly.

Out of nowhere a voice was heard behind Flash and J'onn, " Your not the only one with an aching head." The awake heroes turned their head toward the voice and saw Dan.

Then the four looked up the figure that was approaching them. The figure spoke, "Earth mighties heroes," then the figure morphed into a human being, " Welcome."

Superman recognized the appearance and glared at him, "Senator Carter."

Senator Carter answered, "Sorry, to say unfortunately, the real Senator Carter never returned from Mars." the impostor smirked.

Superman's glare deepened, " And you used me to weaken Earth's defenses."

Senator Carter countered, " You were so eager to cooperate, thanks to you the humans were defenseless against us."

Superman gritted his teeth, "It's not over yet."

Senator Carter spoke, "Wrong again Superman."

The ceiling above them opened and a small alien ship arrived. The landed and as the door of the ship opens, Senator Carter bowed followed by other Invaders, "All Hail the Imperium."

A giant mutated floating pink jellyfish appeared. Superman and Dan looked at J'onn. The Imperium spoke, "J'onn J'onzz, it has been a long time." Then the martian was brought up in front of the Imperium then was electrocuted.

The all of the heroes have awaken and helplessly watched J'onn being electrocuted, with their mouth opened, J'onn morphed back to his original form then fallen to the ground.

The imperium spoke, " Much better, you have been defiling us for many centuries."

J'onn tried to get up, " And I will never bow before you or any of your kind."

The Imperium answered, " Then we will personally finish what we haven't accomplished long ago." The Imperium tentacles wriggled toward the standing Martian, " The elimination of the last Martian." The tenticled went inside the martian's body and the martian groaned and shouted in pain.

The heroes watched the last martian, in horror, being swallowed by the Imperium. Lights flashes and the martian continues to shout in pain inside the Imperium, tortured to his death.

Superman shouts, "Let go of you filthy!" Superman struggles to get free.

The Imperium ignored superman and spoke to the Martian inside of him. "Give up, J'onn J'onzz."

J'onn shouted, "Never!"

The Imperium asked and tried to convince the martian that he lost. "Why do you resist? Embrace the truth that after all these years you have finally lost."

J'onn looked up, struggling, "How...I..."

The Imperium panicked, "Your hiding something! A secret hidden in the creases deep inside your mind. Is this another one of your martian tricks!?"

J'onn spoke, "I sense fear."

The Imperium shock the martian, " What are you hiding?"

J'onn morphed back to his super hero form and shouts, "Now!"

As on cue, an explosion erupted from the crystal. After the smoke faded Batman appeared. The heroes was surprised.

Flash gaped, "Batman?"

Wonder Woman was confused, "It can't be?"

Dan smirked, "Not bad."

J'onn continues to struggled to get free, " I mentally shielded him so he wouldn't be detected."

Batman puts a small device on the crystal, then the crystal changed color to blue spreading through the whole room.

Senator Carter shouted, " What have you done?!"

Batman answered, "Reversed the I-on charge."

Imperium ordered, " The crystal, destroy it!"

The Invaders followed the order and started shooting at the crystal, Batman took out his grappling hook and swing away to avoid getting shot, the shots had no affects on the crystal.

Senator Carter was surprised, "It's shielded!"

A huge blue beam shot out to the sky, clearing the dark dirty clouds, revealing the clear blue sky. From the opened ceiling sunlight poured down, burning few of the Invaders. The Imperium was boiled and because of the weakened state, J'onn was able to get free.

"No!" the Imperium shouted.

The Martian pulled the Imperium into the light, " You have lived underground and shunned the light! Why does it burn your pale putrid skin?!" The Imperium burns and boils under the sunlight, shouting and screaming in pain.

The heroes watched Imperium burn, then Flash commented in disgust, "That's one nasty sunburn." Dan chuckled, "Agreed." Batman came swinging down and landed in front of superman.

Batman explained the weakness while freeing Wonder Woman with his laser gun. "Ultra- violet rays, Coming from the depth of space, they have no resistance again our sun's radiation."

Superman used his laser eyes to free him self. Wonder Woman commented while being freed by Batman, "So you did find the weakness after." Dan used his ghost ray slowly freeing himself.

Imperium screams in pain then shouted in agony, "Destroy them!"

The Invaders started shooting at the heroes from the shadow. Wonder Woman used her bracelet, shielding Batman, deflecting the shots. Superman flew toward the Invaders and used his super strength lifting the floor, using it as a shield to protect the heroes while they free themselves or helping others. Superman used his laser eyes to free Hawkgirl's hand. Hawkgirl used her mace to free herself and Green Lantern. After Dan freed himself, Dan helped Flash. Green Lantern used his ring to free his other arms and legs. Wonder Woman help Dan to free Flash.

The freed heroes went toward the Invaders. Hawkgirl used her mace to smash the Invaders. Flash used his speed making the Invaders fall. Green Lantern used his ring trapping the Invaders. Superman flew outside and used his super strength making holes to the roof, burning the Invaders. Wonder Woman assisted Superman, making more holes and widening the holes with her Amazonian super strength. Green Lantern and Dan soon followed Wonder Woman making more holes.

The Imperium shocked J'onn making him unconscious giving a chance for the Imperium to escape. Senator Carter saw the Imperium escaping, he ran and grabbed onto the Imperium, "Imperium!"

21h agoThe Imperium floated toward his ship, " Unhand me you worm!" The Imperium slapped the Senator Carter making him fall to the ground. While the fake senator burned to death the Imperium escaped to his ship.

Wonder Woman saw the ship escaping, she used her lasso of truth and caught the ship. She pulled down the escaping ship. Dan flew down next to her, he used his Ecto Goo and help Wonder Woman to pull down the escaping ship.

Superman flew down and picked up the fallen Martian and used his laser eyes to make a hole on the wall, burning the shooting Invaders.

The escaping ship shot at Dan and Wonder Woman used her bracelet to shield Dan and deflect the shot, but causing them to lose hold of the ship. The small escaping ship flew up toward a huge alien ship. Hawkgirl flew up after the small ship and used her mace, smashing it. Dan and Wonder Woman soon flew up toward the escaping ship and got hold of the lasso and pulled it down.

The ship crashed down to the factory. Flash ran toward the kneeling Batman, saving him getting crushed. Flash put down Batman, "Hate to lose you again." The whole place was falling apart, Flash suggested, "Maybe we should get out of here."

Then Superman and Dan flew past over them, "Not without them." Superman points toward the captured civilians. Superman used his laser eyes to free the civilians, then the Invaders started to shoot at him. J'onn used his flight and intangibility to knock out the shooting Invaders. Superman called Flash, "Flash, give me a hand."

Flash quickly sped up the unconscious civilians. Flash touched one of the civilians, the civilians were covered with unknown icky sticky substance, "Ewww. Gross." Dan carried few civilians over his shoulders and grimaced over his suite that was covered with the sticky substance, "Agreed!" Superman was carrying few of the civilians, "Now!" Flash quickly grabbed hold of the civilian and followed Superman.

Hawkgirl came flying down toward the huddled civilians with super heroes surrounding them, "The place is ganna blow!" Then Green Lantern ordered, "Everyone stay close!" He used his ring to make a dome around the civilians and took them outside to safety. Superman carrying Flash and Wonder Woman carrying Batman, then Dan, followed flying after Green Lantern.

The whole factory blew up as the huge alien ship soared through the air, flying up into the sky, going back to space. The dark dirty clouds clearing and fades away showing the city the bright sun and clear blue sky. The heroes watched the scenery from the roof of a tall building.

The heroes scattered to destroy the remaining factories and three legged alien machines that the Invaders left behind.

Some times after the Invasion

(Watchtower)

Dan couldn't believe what he was seeing before his eyes. He was in freaking space, he is Dan now but he is still Danny so his love for space didn't change.

Dan was walking around the place, a spacecraft created by Batman called the Watchtower.

Then Dan met up with Flash and Wonder Woman in the kitchen. "Iced Mocha?" Flash offered. Dan accepted the drink and smirked, "Thanks."

The three went to where Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, and J'onn is. They heard Batman talking, "This place serves as an early warning system for detecting an invasion from space." Then Flash commented as he, Wonder Woman, and Dan entered the room, "And it has a fully stocked kitchen."

They walked up to Superman and Batman. Flash offered a drink to Superman, "Iced Mocha?" Superman declined politely, "No thanks." Wonder Woman took a sip of her drink, " hmmm... We don't have these in Thamyscara ." Flash sped up to Wonder Woman and clanked his cup with her cup, " Sit around, Princess." Then Dan came up next to Flash, "You will see and experience a whole new adventure and pleasure if you do." Then Dan clanked his cup against Flash's with a mischievous smirk. Then Flash agreed to Dan and winked at Wonder Woman, "Yeah, and we will show you the ropes." Wonder Woman smiled, "Perhaps I will."

Then Green Lantern and Hawkgirl came flying down. "Impressive installation , most impressive. But so what's this got to do with us?" Green Lantern asked referring to the Watchtower.

Superman looked out the window and walked toward the Earth, "I once thought that I could protect the world by myself... but I was wrong." Superman admitted then looked back at the heroes behind him. "Working together we saved the planet." Superman walking up to them, " and I believe if we stayed together as a team. We would be a force that can truly work for the ideals of Peace and Justice."

"What? Like a bunch of super friends?" Flash asked half joking, making Dan smirk, "Or a super League." Dan softly elbowed Flash on his arm.

Superman smiled, "More like a... Justice League."

Flash walked up to Superman, "Do you have any idea how corny that sounds?" Flash continued, "But... the Big Guy's got a point, with all of us behind it, it might just work. Count me in." Flash took hands with Superman.

Green Lantern spoke up, "Me too." Then he walked up to Superman and Flash, followed by Hawkgirl, "And me." She placed her hand on top of Green Lantern's.

Wonder Woman spoke sadly, "My mother may not approve." She changed her expression, "I find the Man's world to be intriguing. I'll gladly join you." She walked up and placed her hand.

Superman turned to Dan and Batman, " What about you two?"

Batman answered, "I'm not a people person, but when you need me." Batman said firmly, "Which you will, call me."

Dan spoke up, "I agree with the Bats, I don't intend to socialize with people. I also have many important things to do and one of them involves a kid and the other is an old man." Dan referring to Danny and Clockworks. "But I will help you when you need me, as the Bats said, call me." Batman walked away.

"Understood, then we all agreed," Superman confirmed. Then Wonder Woman interrupted looking around the place, " Wait, J'onzz not here." Flash agreed, "Yeah, where is he?"

Superman looked up and flew up toward J'onn, followed by Dan. "J'onn, are you alright?"

J'onn answered," My family and loved ones are all gone, I am the last of my kind." Superman comforted, "I know the feeling." J'onn continued, "Now Mars is dead and I am alone in this universe."

Dan walked up to J'onn, "J'onn, I understand how you feel. As you can see I'm not human. There was only few of my kind, in fact there was only Three of our kind." J'onn and Superman was surprised by Dan's statement. "Then something happened causing me to be the last of my kind" Dan referring to Danny, "but another thing happened that prevented me to be the last of my kind. Right now we are still three of our kind or maybe two. I haven't seen the youngest of my kind for a long time so I have no idea what has happened to her." Dan referring to Dani. "But even so, I still considered Earth as my home."

Superman spoke up to the Martian, " Dan, is right. We could never replace your family and loved ones but we will be honored if you considered Earth your home." Superman smiled and the smile was returned, "Come on."

The three flew down to the rest of the heroes and huddled together, then Dan left into the shadows walking into the clock like portal leading to Clockwork's Tower.

(Present Time: Clockworks Tower)

Dan clicked his tongue, "Tch, I remember." He sighed, "Fine guess, the Justice League is capable of taking care of Danny."

Clockworks smiled, "Exactly, the heroes has each other if they need help taking care of young Daniel."

Dan glared at Clockworks,"You made me go help the heroes so that it would be easier to convince me, leaving Danny to the Justice League, right."

Clockworks chuckled, "That is correct."

Dan crossed his arms and clicked his tongue again, "I hate you."

"Whoa... That was the longest staring contest ever..." Muttered Cez to his sister.

"I know right?" Agreed the black and pink themed ghost.

Clockworks looked at the time stream watching Danny, "Dan, I think it's about time you should call the Justice League for a meeting and leave young Daniel in their hands. You have to save another Daniel that is suffering of an illness remember?"

Dan cursed, " Damn!"

Clockwork smirked and materialized a communicator and Dan swiped it out of the time ghost's grasp.

"Dan to Watchtower, Dan to Watchtower. Can you hear me?"

Then someone answered, "This is J'onn J'onzz to Dan, J'onn J'onzz to Dan. Heard you loud and clear. What has happened?"

Dan sighed in relief, "J'onn call all the heroes, we need to have a meeting and I need everyone's help."

J'onn answered, "Understood, I will contacted everyone and have them gathered in the meeting room."

Dan smirked, " Thanks, J'onn, I will now cut the connection."

J'onn spoke, "Understood."

They broke off the connection, Dan continues to fly toward home hoping that Danny is there and isn't in any trouble.

"Ummm... Dan? I think you need to look at this." Ceza called out as she and her twin were watching one of the time screens. Clockwork and Dan all floated to where the twins are looking at.

What they saw were 2 people playing with a child that looked like a mini version of Danny. Well, the male was playing with him and the green dog. The female of the group was calmly sipping tea.

"Is that Danny?" asked Cez.

Ceza shrugged, "It seems so. What's he doing all the way in Japan? With a green dog too!"

Dan's eye twitched, "I'm gonna have to travel to Japan first, aren't I?"

Clockwork smirked, "Yes. Yes you should."

I'm too tired to answer the reviews. But I do like to thank you for the wonderful comments! ^^
