Connor's Perspective: "... what?" I looked at the box, curious to know the contents. The sight of this gave me questions. I'm beginning to doubt what side is good anymore. Is chimichanga actually the victim here? Putting those questions aside, I inspected the box, seeing if any traps were added to it. It seemed like none were on, except the lock. The lock, it had a shimmer to it that certainly was not from this world. I decided to try to pry open the lock, positive the walls were soundproof as working with metal would certainly cause a ruckus. At first I tried the saw. It broke. Then a chainsaw. Broke also. Couple minutes later majority of the equipment in the room was broken. I sighed, and tried to inspect the lock further, in case I missed something. That was then I saw a little, barely noticeable niche in the left side of the lock. Seeing a long needle I pushed outward. Turns out it covered a passcode! Finally getting somewhere, I attempted a code. CHIMICHANGA = HOMOSEXUAL. Sure enough, it unlocked. About to open it, a voice suddenly could be heard behind me.
"You could have just asked." Drawing my Colt Python quickly and turning to face⦠Carl?
"You have some interesting questions about what's inside the box, don't you Connor?
"I very well do, what are you doing, TRYING TO KILL THE EARTH HERE?! WE ALL WOULD DIE!" I shouted pretty annoyed at this.
"First off, there's a difference between the name and the actual weapon." Carl was quite calm as he said this and, did I see a smirk? "And second, I was going to give it to you. Open it."
Now I was quite interested. Knowing it was like a weapon, maybe I could someone as target practice. How about that boy named Mina I had a burning hatred for. Oh wait, I already killed him. Oh whatever, I can ask Carl to revive him and kill him again, just because. While I pondered the wonderful thoughts of making Mina scream in pain and suffering, Carl took the weapon out of the box and handed it to me. It was a small globe, glowing a pretty lavender in the center.
"That pinkish glow looks pretty fu*king gay to me, my friend" I said to Carl, which earned me a cold glare from him that sent shivers up my spine.
"Well, this globe, which is apparently fu*king gay has the ability to destroy the world with its energy" Carl rebutted and I know my head, still thinking that the globe is pretty fu*king gay. "Anyways, I wanted to give this to you to power your suit. It'll multiply you power by tenfold, whatever that means" Carl proudly stated. Ok then, I thought as I replaced the core of the exoskeleton that was located on my back with the supposed world destroying globe. As I placed it on, I suddenly couldn't move! The power that surged through me was overwhelming, and I suddenly felt like I could do anything now.
"Anyways, let's have you try out your improved combat power now by testing your speed first" Carl said as the wall opened up in front of me and I saw and long hallways as far as the eye could see. I readied myself to sprint and started to move forward. But I couldn't even register what was happening. AHHHHHHHH! I screamed as I plowed into the end of the hallways at full speed, surprised I could go that fast. As I lay back contemplating what just happened. Carl loomed over me with a smirk.
"How's that for a gay globe, motherfu*ker?" he questioned me as I admitted defeat. His smirk then changed into a grim frown as he then started talking. "Anyways I think we have to get serious now. I just discovered that someone might be controlling Chimichanga against her will. That person might have commanded her to kill my parents, and so we need to hurry up to maybe save her, as much I hate to admit it." I realized how much this meant to Carl, to capture the person who killed his parents.
"THEN LET'S DO THIS BOIIII!" I screamed. Carl smiled as I let out my favorite warscreech. "REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
(Your favorite monkey hater and gun loving writer is back! Sorry for the long wait ladies and gentlemen! I'll start writing more, after freaking finals is over.
