Chapter 10

Previously on not what you think:

"What is HE doing here!"

I frowned, "Hey! Don't start up this shit all right! We all came together to eat and that is what we will do. If you don't have anything nice to say shut your mouth!"

Vince then stopped his fit but still glared at Brian here and there.

'This is going to be a long day. Even though I agree with Vince something is fishy with this guy. All he ever does is ask us questions like he is a cop or something. I got to keep an eye on this guy.' I thought with determination.

Now: Bella's POV

Vince stormed away got in his car and drove off causing me to sigh.

'Damn it Vince!'

I shuck my head and went to set up the table before Dom was done with the food.

Jesse then came to me with a smile, "Hey B."

I smiled at him, "Jesse, how are you?"

He smiled back shyly, "I'm fine, just hanging around, and helping Dom."

I laughed, "Keeping him out of trouble, huh? Or are you joining him and getting in trouble also?"

Jesse looked panicked, "U-um…uh…"

I looked at him in suspicion but quickly masked it with a fake smile and laugh, "Jesse, I was kidding! Man maybe I'm getting a little rusty." I say playfully hitting his shoulder.

Jesse laughed nervously and walked away quickly.

'What the hell just happened.'

It was then Dom called, "Bella, can you give me a little help?"

I looked at Dom, "Yeah."

I went to Dom and he gave me the cooked meat to place on the table. I quickly put in in the center, and went back to get the rice and mash potatoes. Dom and Brian then came with the rest of the food setting it on the table.

"Foods ready!" I called to Leon, Jesse, Mia, and Letty.

They all came and we sat down at the table. Dom was at the head of the table and Leon was opposite of him. Jesse sat the left of Dom, Mia next to him, and then Brian who was at Leon's right. I sat on Dom left, Letty right next to me, and an empty spot next to her where Vince was suppose to sit. Before anyone said anything Jesse touched the food first.

Dom then stopped him before he can do anything else, "Wait, hold up, because you touched the food before anyone else, you say grace."

Dom the put his hands together in a praying position in front of his face and closed his eyes. I noticed Brian looked surprised when Dom said this to Jesse. Jesse looked at everyone at the table and stopped at me.

I smiled encouragingly, "You can do it. We are all family here."

He nodded a little more confidently; I didn't notice Dom and Brian staring at me as I say this to Jesse. Dom had a look of happiness and something else. Brian, however, had a look of surprise and guilt.

He then went into the praying position also and said, " Dear heavenly uh…"

Leon then made an input, "spirit."

Jesse nodded, "Right… Spirit Thank you."

Jesse then started name car parts and such making everyone smile. When he was done everyone clapped for Jesse.

Leon smiled, "Amen."

Dom smiled at Jesse, "Not bad."

Brain smile, "Amen."

Letty laughed, "Praise the car gods."

I laughed, "Amen."

Everyone then started eating and I noticed Brian was looking at us with an unreadable look on his face.

I then noticed Vince coming our way, "Well I'll be damned look who's here."

Letty bopped me on the head, "Leave him alone chica."

Leon laughed at my words and at the fact I got bopped on my head by Letty.

"I thought you said you weren't hungry?" Leon said mockingly

Vince looked at Leon, "I gotta eat."

Letty rolled her eyes at Vince, "He's always hungry."

Dom looked at Vince silently.

I looked at Dom, "Come on Dom. He's Vince he will always have a temper, besides you know it takes a while for him to accept anyone to the group."

I remembered the time it took for Vince to warm up to me, and how he and I bonded after fighting a group that tried to jump us when Dom got enough of our snapping at each other, and getting into each others faces, sending us to get some take out with a few cases of Coronas and sodas.

Dom sighed and nodded remembering that time too, "Alright, come one, sit down."

Vince came and kissed Dom on his head as thanks.

He then came to me kissing me on my head in thanks, "Gracias Pequeña."(Thank you little one).

I smiled at him, "De nada." (You're Welcome)

He then grabbed his seat and made himself a plate. He then grabbed a Corona and drank it while looking at Brian. Brian then drank his beer looking at Vince.

I rolled my eyes, "Hombres y sus concursos meando." (Men and their pissing contests)

Letty snickered next to me and coughed on her sip of beer, "Pero es tan divertido ver." (But it's so funny to watch)

Mia glared at us, "Basta!" (Stop)

Brian looked at us in confusion, "What?"

I looked at Brian, "Rule number one: If you're going to be around for a while learn some Spanish. I had learn when I started to hang around these guys, and Vince talking about me right in front of me in Spanish."

Vince laughed, "I remember that. We were at each others throats like two dogs after the same bone."

I rolled my eyes at him and smirked, "We both know who won those battle, Vince, and no it wasn't you."

Vince glared at me playfully as everyone laughed.

Ok done for now! A little short : ( but I hope to update soon this week or next week. Thank you guys for waiting and sorry if my Spanish is a little off I am a little rusty. Anyway Read and Review. Follow or Favorite either one is ok with me.
