~This chapter came out faster then I expected, but anyways I hope you all enjoy reviews are loved whether it be criticism or just saying you're thoughts on the chapter/story.~

Dell walked right into Nigaito's house opening the door and shutting it quickly the green haired man heard and quickly turned "Ah Dell what brings you here?" he asked
"Hey do you keep track of Akaito and his collaborators?" Dell said, Nigaito turned his face into a frown
"I told you we don't involve ourselves with outside matters." Sighing he opened a small drawer pulling out some papers "I personally kept track of him though..." handing him the papers Dell started to leave "The one thing I want to know is how did Mikuo get resources to build a machine like that..."
Dell nodded in agreement "I mean, I was the head of Arcus and I didn't even have enough resources to build anything close to that. What about you?"
"We have the resources but that's another reason why I kept this place secluded so Akaito couldn't get his hands on anything useful... How did he do it?"
"That's what I want to know too..." Dell trailed off before shaking his head "I have a favor to ask."
"Shoot." Nigaito smiled
"Is there anyway you could check on the city of Xyo and see if they're ok? Akaito attacked it before we fled here and there was an old friend of ours who stayed back?"
"That's tricky... I guess I have no choice though." He said before whistling a hawk landed on his shoulder
"Wait what!" Dell exclaimed "I'm surprised that their are any birds left."
"Ah yes this is Tohru, I picked him up when he was a little hatch-ling and raised him myself, he's an excellent messenger. I'll have him fly to Xyo with a note and hopefully whoever is there will send a return letter."
"Alright, thanks Nigaito." Dell said before leaving

Entering their home Dell went straight into a small room with a desk "What's going Dell?" Rin asked much to his surprise
"Oh Rin, you're still here?" Dell asked turning to face her
"Len and Gakupo and training in the back and Neru went with Al and Luka, I wanted a little bit of time by myself to relax"
"Sorry for interrupting you then, may I ask where Jack? We don't want any issues."
"Hehe, don't worry Cul's with him. Meiko and Miku, Lily went over to help with the purging."
"Figures they would want to help even when it's our "R and R time." He sighed "Wait what's Lily doing there?"
"No idea maybe she wants to learn how to heal or something?" She shrugged, looking over at the papers. "R and R? Coming from the guy doing paperwork? So what's it about?"
"Nothing yet, but if it turns out to be something to big to ignore I'll tell everyone. Go relax, you've earned it."
"We all have Dell including you." She said before leaving. Looking over the papers Dell took out the four that were there.
Kiyoteru ?: Genius, willing to do anything for science, last seen two years ago Arcus talking with Akaito. Personal thoughts: It's unknown wether or not he can actually fight but his mind his second to none.
Akaito Shion: Insane, bloodthirsty, conniving, last seen year ago Arcus.
"No personal thoughts huh Nigaito?" Dell said aloud "Figures though."
Dell Honne: Capable fighter, Strategist, Figure-head of Arcus, last seen six hours ago entering Seung. Personal thoughts: He's had ties to Akaito so I'm still debating whether or not to trust but if the others do. I'll just keep an eye on him
"Keeping an eye on me huh... Well I'm not so trusting of your own citizens myself." Dell scoffed
Yuuma Sanageyama, Not much is known about Yuuma besides his last name, went missing a year and a half ago.
"You!" Dell exclaimed looking right at the paper "I knew something was up. Yumeyama Asunaga... Yuuma Saneyagama... Rearrange the letters and hah!" He exclaimed "Yumeyama Asunaga fits right with Yuuma Sanageyama. If you wanted to be a inside agent you should've used an entirely different name." Dell lept up from his seat as he head to the door a hand tapped him on the shoulder
"Dell where are you going?" Len asked looking at him
"What does it matter?" Dell replied "Don't you have training or something to do?"
Len looked at him questioningly "Dell you don't normally hide stuff from me... come on man what could it possibly be that you won't tell me?"
"Len you trust me right?" Dell asked
"With my life."
"Alright so don't press into this then." Dell said "I can handle this, if I can't I'll tell you." before walking out the door
Sighing Len walked away "Alright!"

"There you are..." Dell said spying Yume
"Oh, uuummm Dell was it?" Yume asked smiling "What's up?"
"Mind if I talk to you in private?" Dell asked
"Right this way then?" Yume lead him to a small secluded place "Ok, so again what's up?"
"How did you know about Jack being Jack the Ripper? He became known just a couple months ago and you said you've been here for a year and a half now?"
"O-oh that word travels fast." Yume said scratching his neck
"It wouldn't because Nigaito doesn't even know who Jack is and he said that this place doesn't know anything about the world outside. So Yuuma just what are you doing here." Dell said readying his hand by his dagger
"HehehehahahaHAHAHAHAHA!" Yume burst out into laughter "It took an outsider too figure me out huh? Rich." Dell sprung on him placing his knife on his throat "WOAH THERE! We wouldn't want anything bad to happen to Haku now would we?" Dell froze in place "That's right, we have her and I have explicit orders to call in every hour since you guys are here. If I don't bad things might happen to Haku, who knows?" He shrugged
"You're bluffing.." Dell said dead cold
"Yuuma, it's me Kiyo what's happening." came a voice from Yuuma's pocket
"That would be them, mind if I get this?" Yuuma asked slowly reaching for it "Hey, so I have a visitor that doubts our little cargo." He grinned a loud sigh came from the radio
"Dell Honne I assume?" Kiyoteru asked
"Say hi." Yuuma gave it to him
"Where's Haku." Dell asked sternly
"Right beside me." Kiyoteru said "She's my assistant either that or Akaito's torture dummy, so be happy I'm saving her."
"Dell..." A kind hearted voice said "I'm ok, They haven't done anything to me."
"Yet." Kiyoteru cut in
Dell snarled "What are you going to do with her?"
"Nothing as long as you don't rat out Yuuma. Even I won't be able to hold Akaito back."
"Give her back!" Dell yelled
"I'll consider it. But she's been quite helpful so I may just say no."
"I will kill you."
"I'm sure you can but you won't get the chance." Kiyoteru said calmly "Now I think this is goodbye." Yuuma snatched the radio before walking away waving
"Remember our little deal."

"Come on Len, you gotta stop thinking and just moving, be like water body and blade." Gakupo said dodging Len's attacks "I can read you miles away."
Len huffed looking at the purple haired man "Alright I'll mix things up become one with the blade as you say." Len again continued to attack swinging with his dominant hand, right in the middle of his swing he let go of the blade sending it floating to his other hand. Len caught the training sword and slashed at Gakupo who was moving away from where he previously swung, still he managed to dodge but Len was gaining on him. flicking his wrist so that the blade spun in place for a few seconds Len crouched low tripping Gakupo before catching the sword and aiming at him
"I think I won this time?" Len smirked
"I think you've gotten better, but still you aren't up to my level yet." Gakupo teased brushing himself off "That's enough for today." heading inside the two saw an angry Jack enter the room
"Oh hey guys." He said quickly changing his tune
"What's up?" Gakupo asked "And where's Cul?"
Jack laughed slightly rubbing his arm "We kinda had a disagreement."

half an hour ago "Hey there ladies, do you like bad boys?" Jack said sliding up to two young women chatting "Because if so I happ- Ow.." Getting cut off by a sharp pain in his arm. looking over to Cul who was staring at him fuming "I can explain?" He said defensively
"I'm going to find Miku and Meiko.." Cul said not even responding
"Alright have fun." Jack said sheepishly "I've done it this time..."

"So you flirted with other girls in her face?" Len asked slightly annoyed
"I guess you could call it that..." Jack said grinning
"You're an idiot Jack..." Gakupo said face palming "Do you actually love her."
"Yes of course." He shrugged
"Do you actually express your love though?"
Jack sighed "Not really no. It's no big deal she'll come too eventually always does." turning his attention to the creak of the door opening Dell walked in before stopping quickly
"What'd I miss?" He asked looking at the scene
"Nothing new... Just Jack." Len sighed "Hey did you find what you were looking for?"
Dell nodded "Yea it's nothing. I was imagining things."
"Well that's good... I think."

"Is there anything good to do here Luka?" Al asked the returning pink haired companion
"There's a pub but..." Luka trailed off looking at Neru
"Am I stopping you guys from having fun?" Neru said looking down
Al patted her on the head reassuringly "No, not at all Neru. We'll find something that we can all do."
"Yay!" Neru cheered "I'm going to explore for a bit is that okay?" Without waiting for an answer Neru ran off ahead
"Going off without an answer... She was definitely raised by Rin" Luka sighed
Al shook his head "Len had a huge help in that aspect. Really though what is there to do here, it's not a very tourist friendly area..."
"Well there is the beach." A townsperson said "We live near the ocean so you could go there."
"Oh yea!" Luka said snapping her fingers "But... We don't have any clothes"
The man scratched his chin "You're with Nigaito are you not?" They nodded "Then it's no bother just tell me what you need and I'll fix it up for you."
"Really? That's great we'll need five shorts for our guys... six womens and one girls" Luka listed
"I'll have them sent to you when ready" He said before leaving
Al lent over to Luka "How does he know where we're staying.."
"It's a small place Al don't be rude." She said punching him
"I was just asking... geez." He groaned looking around "Shit! Where's Neru."
Gasping Luka scanned around "I don't see her... Rin's gunna be pissed, come on let's hurry up." She said running to where Neru was last seen.
"Neru!" Al called out. "Come on now! Luka let's split up." thirty minutes of searching and still they couldn't find the girl at all
"Wait..." Al said sighing a slight bit "I hear laughter
Luka stood a bit and listened "Yea it's Neru alright..." She said happily. The too walked over to see Yuuma chatting with Neru before noticing them
"Ah there you guys are, she mentioned she got lost so I stayed with her until we could find you guys." Yuuma said pointing to Neru
"Oh thanks alot Yume." Al said before turning to Neru "No more heading off on your own young lady."
"You guys let her off on her own? That's just silly." Yuuma said laughing "You wouldn't want something bad to happen to her like last time?" He added quickly and quieter
"What was that Yume?" Luka asked turning her attention away from Neru
He waved them off "Oh nothing at all. See you guys later"
Neru looked at them "He's a nice person."
"He seems like a nice kid doesn't he?" Luka said before turning to Al "But I can't shake this weird feeling"
"So it's not just you huh?" Al responded "No.. nows the time to relax so let's just forget it, it's probably nothing anyhow."
"This isn't something we can just ignore you said so yourself..." Luka pointed out
Al sighed and started to head back "Come on Neru we're going home."
"I thought we were going to do something together?" She asked pouting
Luka grabbed her hand and followed Al "We have a surprise." She said smiling

"Oh Cul when did you get here?" Miku said leaving a small gathering with Meiko and Lily
Cul sighed before looking at them "Just you know Jack problems..."
"What now dear?" Lily asked looking at her. They found a nice little clearing before Cul explained what happened awhile ago
"Are you sure he even cares about you? I mean he never seems to show it." Meiko asked suspiciously
Cul nodded "He does show it more then you know but at the same time, I kinda doubt him."
"Cul, you've know him longer then any of us. So we can't really help you there." Miku said
"I guess you're right..." She said pouting "God this is like some high school girl drama shit."
"I can see you're back to being yourself" Lily said cheerily "But yea it's nice to relax for a bit, not have to worry about running around or seeing Akaito"
Cul turned to Lily before realizing "Wait what were you doing there?"
"Oh at that gathering for the purge? I wanted to see if anyone knew how to train me into doing that but they all said ask Nigaito." Lily pouted "I don't want to trouble him for more then we need to."
Meiko grabbed her hand and started to head to Nigaito's place "Trust me he's a nice guy just we had a conflict of opinions, I'm sure he'll train you."
"There goes those two." Miku said smiling at Cul "Now I have a plan."
Cul stared at her waiting for her to continue "Oh did you want me to ask what it is?" Miku furiously nodded her head "Alright what is it.."
"Remember when the guys got us nice dresses. Well we're going to repay the favor to them."
"How are we going to do that?"
"I've been looking into the trade centers around here and there is one that specializes in clothes. The only problem is I need the guys measurements.." Miku said looking down
"I'm sure we can find a way." Cul smiled "I'll help you do this... Wait a second why not add on to that we can all make them a nice dinner or something."
Miku snapped her fingers "Perfect, can you get the measurements, I'll look into the dinner and tell the other girls."
Standing up Cul brushed herself off before heading out "Alright I'm going to search for a measuring tape or something along those lines."
"Good luck!" Miku called waving her off "This is going to be great." She said to herself

Lily and Meiko knocked on Nigaito's door to which it slowly opened "Ah Meiko.. and Lily was it?"
"Yes, I have a small favor to ask." Lily said looking at the man
"Go ahead I'm sure I can do it." He smiled lightly
Meiko sighed slightly "I'm just going to say it. Lily wants you to teach her how to master her essence."
"Ah I see so she wants to heal... Sure I can help." Nigaito said grinning "Come this way."
"Well I'll leave you two alone." Meiko said waving them off.
"So I'll explain this in simple terms." Nigaito started "What you're doing is using you're own essence, spirit, life, however you want to call it and you're giving it to others."
"So like Miku we're giving away our own life, slowly carving it away?" She asked looking at him
"No not like that, the chants I'm going to teach you help regulate it so you can use a little just enough to help but not enough to make an impact on you're own life. Wait Miku doesn't need to chant?"
Lily gasped quickly "Did we never tell you? She just has the intention of helping and it happens. Anyways how did this all come to be anyhow?"
"Ah well it was founded by my family, monks you know how they are." Nigaito chuckled "Teaching us that violence isn't the way and how to help others. Akaito on the other hand had other ideas."

Ten years ago at the Shion family shrine "This is idiotic" A teenage Akaito yelled "With that power we could end anyone. No one would defy us."
Nigaito brushed his hands through his hair before looking at his younger brothers "I've told you no, Mom and Dad have forbid us from practicing that technique."
"Brother you should listen to Big Bro" Kaito said looking at the two
"Shut it Kai this is between me and them." Akaito snapped "Why? Why heal when we can kill? We could be gods!"
Nigaito patted his younger brother on the shoulder "You're letting the power you don't even have already control you, I knew you shouldn't have been introduced to this until you were at least seven-teen.."
"Two years hardly makes a difference!" Akaito said "Now and then I would still do it"
"Stop it Akaito, for starters you're body wouldn't be able to handle it... Controlling death is a trickier thing than controlling life." Nigaito grabbed the two and started heading off "Let's get back I don't want to hear anymore of this."

The next morning Nigaito awoke to a little Kaito pushing him "Big Bro! Wake up Brother's missing!"
Nigaito shot up like a rocket "Where are the parents Kai!?"
"They went out while you were sleeping."
Quickly Nigaito ran up to the shrine "He better not have!" Catching sight of red hair he slowed his pace and what he saw was Akaito holding a rabbit in his hands grinning wildly "Akaito what are you doing?"
"You said a couldn't handle it!" Akaito said holding the rabbit that was squirming to escape before becoming lifeless in an instant "See! I can do it!"

"Shortly after that Akaito we disowned him and sent him off into the world" Nigaito sighed "Sometimes I wish I could've changed things"
Lily patted him on the back "It's alright, it's not your fault. Sounds like he was troubled from the start."
Quickly regaining his old self Nigaito grinned at Lily quickly "Sorry for taking up you're time now just follow what I do."
"Alright." Lily watched closely as Nigaito brought a small blade close to her hand and cut it watching a single blood drop slide down
"Sorry bout that. Now I'm going to concentrate on the cut itself closing." Nigaito closed his eyes touching the cut. "Holy gods above grant me the power to save all" Right when he was done a warm sensation ran through Lily's hand "It's gone, that's amazing."
"Now you try" He said cutting his hand
"Wait don't I need you do anything else?"
Nigaito shook his head "Nope it's in everyone I just know how to awaken it."
"How is tha-" she couldn't continue because her mouth was busy with other things, Nigaito had firmly planted a kiss on her lips. The two sat there for a while beofre he pulled away "So you do that with everyone?"
"No I just need some sort of physical connection." He smiled gently
"Oh so this is a hidden way to hit on me hmm?" Lily said blushing
"You could call it that.. but my hands still bleeding so could you try that now?" He said looking at his hand
Lily jumped up grabbing his hand "I'm sorry! Holy gods above grant me the power to save all." She repeated and like her own hand Nigaito's was healed as well. "I did it."
"That you did. I can teach you some more chants faster or longer depending on the situation. Why don't we do that over some lunch or dinner?"
"Now you're asking me out huh?" She laughed
"You could call it that yes." Nigaito shrugged smiling
"Deal." Lily said "Just come by whenever you want tomorrow."
Nigaito beamed "I'll do that."
