A/N And we finally reach chapter ten~! :D Yay~! X3 I thank anyone for reading. Much appreciated. :3 But throw in a review once in a while. X3
Momochan77 – Aw, thank you. You're making me blush. X3 I absolutely adore them all. :D Hopefully he shows up more, I just love the guy. :D I also love the hilarious drinking scenes other than everyone being all relaxed and whatnot. Gives it more life. :D Thank god you don't find it weird, I was panicking and thinking that everyone would find it weird. XD I also love the pun. X3
Chibi-Onee-chan – A drunk Yuna is a better Yuna. :D In my opinion. XD
A Fan what else – Thank you~! :D He is also my favorite. X3 Heck, they're all my favorite~! :D
DeathKnight KiraKira – Ah, yeah, homework. Those really suck. XP And when they finally send my work, I'll be doing that, too. DX Don't want to, but I gotta if I want to go into the subject I want to. Did you pass whatever homework you had? :D
DemonVermin – Woot~! =D Another person that's fine with the friends with benefits. X3 Yeah... they don't care who listens. :D Hiroshi will definitely be the bestest bro to Ako. X3 And Miyu will run... :D She won't, but she wants to. X3
DreamingInThePast – And you make me happy every time you review~! :D I'm serious, I wait for your review and when I get one I get all giddy. X3 Ryoichi one of a kind. XD He can irritate people to their limits and beyond, and can't paint worth anything. His friends try to get him to stop, but he doesn't care what they think. DX To be honest, out of the three pairings(that have yet to get together) I really like Ako and Hitsugaya's... acquaintanceship. :D They can't be called friends if they don't like each other. XD Yes, they need to start their relationship! DX They barely talked to each other. Which was the same problem I had with Byakuya and Kaori. X3 They're the best trio ever. XD Especially love Yuna when she's drinking. XD Friend's with benefits... XD I kinda dived into it, but I'm glad people are okay with it. :D
Guest – First off, thank you for actually reading with an open mind, at first. Anyway, I will not rewrite this, because one: I wrote this to get back into writing 'cause I got out of it for a while. And two: I'm too lazy to actually rewrite this. If this story is too non-original then don't read. I like my sense of humour, since hey! This is my story! D: Or did you not know? Anyway, I'm just going to ignore your "suggestions", because you are a "Guest" reviewer and I don't take the flamers seriously on here if they don't have any stories to show how it's done. Okay? :D Okay. Good day to you, sir, or madam. If you feel pissed off and flame me again, then go ahead and do so, 'cause I ain't gonna care. Yes, I do see you as a flamer. And the reason for the amount of reviews is 'cause I take a long time to update. So that's probably why. :D I'm also quite aware of grammar mistakes, but I try to fix as many as I can.
Chibianimefan18 – So, it was good? :D
I'm sorry once again for taking so long. I just keep losing motivation. DX
And just so everyone knows, that this story does have a plot! It may be similar to other stories, it might not, but who gives a damn, right?! :D
And I can't stress this enough, but look at that annotation up there? What does it say?
"Don't like, don't read."
If you don't like the story, then don't read it. :/ Don't know why people just continue reading if they don't like it. And when someone says they're going into a story with an open mind, they're obviously not going to like the story. I've seen a few reviews like this(remember, I look at the reviews first to have an idea of what's gonna happen) and every time they say they don't like it.
It's friggin' weird. o.O
I'm sorry for mistakes! DX
Disclaimer – I do not own Bleach.
Warning – Swearing... and a lot of stuff happening so you might get confused. Hopefully not. :D

Hitsugaya tried staying up, he really did. But this was hard when he was sick. Asking the nurse to check on his division, more preferably the paperwork, just made her more of a horrible person. Right now she was in the kitchen to cook him something to eat. When he asked that she check on his division she had snapped at him and snarled that she wasn't going there and that she was to stay and make sure he recovered. Work was more important than health... Then again, they go hand in hand. In order to work longer the one working needed to be healthy.
"Kurotsuchi Taicho will be done with the cure soon?"
Oh, he almost forgot she was here. "Yes." Hitsugaya rasped out, giving a slow nod. His eyelids felt heavy.
But he tried keeping himself up. Opening his eyes he turned to stare at one of his longest friends, one close enough to be called a sister.
Hinamori stared at him worriedly, but she still hoped for the best. The cure was going to be made, and then he would be okay. Then he would be right back in his work. She smiled at the thought. Even though everyone underestimated him he still worked harder than most. That's what made most people respect him, she supposed. And he was one of the most powerful shinigami in the Soul Society. Sometimes, she had to admit she envied him. She had been in the Seireitei longer, yet he jumped much farther than she did.
"Should I go help her?" Hinamori murmured, turning to stare at the door curiously.
"Why?" Hitsugaya opened his eyes. He didn't even realized he closed them.
"She's... cursing down there." Hinamori said, biting her lip when she heard a particularly loud curse.
The prodigy scowled, straining to hear what was going on with the nurse. Yes, Hinamori wasn't lying. She was cursing down there. Sighing lightly, he heard her say, "Agh, my freakin' hand!" He idly wondered if she burned herself. He told his oldest friend to just ignore her. If she wanted help, she could ask for it—No, she'd most likely just try to do it herself. Turning over, he closed his eyes and scowled. He felt like dying, this pain was just too much sometimes. Especially if he stayed in one position too long, then his limbs started to ache.
"Oh, Shiro-chan," She smiled when he told her not to call him that. "The Cherry Blossoms festival is coming up. Do you want to go together?"
"That depends on my schedule." Hitsugaya murmured, eyes closed and body started to relax.
Hinamori furrowed her brows, opening her mouth to convince him to go with her before pausing when she noticed his breathing evened out. He fell asleep. Letting out a sigh, Hinamori reached up and ran her fingers through his hair before she pushed herself to a stand. Turning around, she walked towards the door and slid it closed behind herself, saying she would see him tomorrow. Walking downstairs, she felt slight irritation that he seemed to be more focused on work. He needed something else to take that focus off, just enough so he didn't work nearly as much.
"Son of a...! Agh...!"
She blinked at the strained voice(as if the person speaking was trying to be quiet), looking around the corner to see the small nurse suck on her finger with tears stinging her eyes. Ako shook her hand before she stirred whatever was in the pan. Hinamori paused and gave a greeting when the redhead blinked and turned her head to stare at her.
"Hello." Hinamori gave a smile.
"Good morning, Hinamori fukutaicho," Ako said, blinking almost cutely. "You're leaving already?"
"Hitsugaya-kun fell asleep," She gave a smile and shrugged. "I'll just see him tomorrow, if Kurotsuchi Taicho doesn't finish that cure."
"Huh... If ya want, I can go kick him awake so you can spend some time together." Ako gave a wide, almost demonic grin.
Hinamori jumped with wide eyes and shook her head. "N-No, that's alright! It's best to just let him sleep, right?"
"Yeah..." Ako frowned and clicked her tongue against the top of her mouth. "You can come back later, I'm sure he'll appreciate it." She gave a smile.
"No, that's alright," Hinamori waved her hand and shrugged lightly with a smile. "I have to work, anyway."
"Oh... Well, I'll make sure he knows you want to spend more time together." Ako said, giving a wide grin.
Hinamori blinked before her smile started growing. "Thank you~!"
This woman was mean at first, but... she was kind of nice.
Ako looked back at the pan and scowled. "Fuck... I burned it again. God fuckin' sakes. Why the hell can't I fuckin' cook?"
...When she wasn't swearing.
Dry mouths always sucked.
Yuna scrunched up her face and licked her lips and the inside of her mouth. Head sore, felt like she stayed up all night, feeling like she wanted to throw up... Yep, sure signs that she had gotten drunk last night. Letting out a groan, she just prayed nothing too crazy happened. Sometimes she woke up to... uncomfortable situations. Eyes slowly opening, warily, she glanced around the room and relaxed. Ah, okay, it's Satoshi's room. Suddenly curious, she lifted the blankets and looked down her body. Clothes still on...
A look of relief crossed her face. She and Satoshi hadn't done anything, which she had to admit was strange. Pushing herself up she looked around the small room, looking to the side of the futon and raising her eyebrows when she saw Fuyu laying just beside the soft material while he snored loudly. He looked messy. Her eyes flicked to the other side of the room, snorting when she saw Satoshi sprawled on his back while he also snored loudly, looking quite comfortable where he was. Well, they were all drunk last night.
"No," Fuyu mumbled, turning over and stretching. "Don't give me... paperwork..."
Yuna pulled a face, raising an eyebrow. What the heck was he dreaming about? Reaching up and holding her head, she closed her eyes and sighed. What time was it? Glancing at the clock beside the bed made her wince and rub her eyes. Dammit. She was late for work... And with a headache the size of a Menos Grande there was no chance she was going to work on the paperwork. Not that she wanted to. Pushing herself up, she wobbled before she turned to head for the door. She had to pause, though...
What was on Satoshi's face?
Squinting her eyes, the blonde bent down and stared at the brunette's face before her eyes grew wide. Who the hell drew on his face?! Suddenly tensing, she touched her face lightly. Did she also have drawings on her face? A look at Fuyu's face showed nothing. What the hell were they doing after they decided to go to bed? Hold on...
Truth or dare...
Hell, she hoped that they only drew on each others' face. She got a little crazy after a few drinks, but drinking was required to calm her down. Especially after being so stressed. Letting out a groan she hung her head before standing up. And it was time to go back to work. Heading for the door she slid it open, rubbing her head with a hazy look in her eyes. Some people walked by, pausing when they saw her before heading forward. Ignoring them she turned to head for the bathroom, if she could find it.
It took a while, but she finally found it. What confused her was that everyone kept looking at her. Did she have something on her face? Before she walked in she looked outside the nearest window, grumbling when he saw it was a cloudy day. It might rain. It was on days like this that she got even more tired.
Once she walked into the room, the blonde looked up and froze.
Four pairs of eyes turned towards her and hardened.
Yuna blinked, eyes wide before she gave a nervous smile when she saw four women in the bathroom. Ignoring them she quickly went to one of the stalls and did her business. Walking out of the tiny stall had her cringing when she realized the women were still there. Desperately ignoring them she walked over to one of the sinks and washed her hands, looking up at the same time.
A choked sound escaped her. "What the...?!" Yuna leaned forward, staring at the ink on her face. What the hell?!
She reached up and touched her face lightly, eyes growing wide at the little drawings on her face. Who did this?! She scowled when she saw 'Stupid' scribbled on her forehead. Stupid is what she felt like right now. Gathering water in her hands she splashed her face, trying to get the ink off so she could get started on that paperwork. She mused on the thought of just having the day off and just go home. This headache was starting to become annoying. Plus, she was always lazy. On days like this, she became even more lazy.
Turning, she once again desperately ignored the women(all glaring at her) as she walked towards the exit.
Man, why was everyone in this division so creepy?
Walking outside, she rubbed her face and let out a small moan. Did she have to work? Considering Kyoraku Taicho sent her there for paperwork... then yeah, most likely she had to work. Turning, she walked down the hallway, frowning when some people ran around the corner while they snarled. She widened her eyes when he saw them completely covered in ink, including their sleeping kimonos. They growled when they saw her, running towards her.
"Ya seen Genjiro?!" The large man in front snarled, hands fisted by his sides and eyes wild.
Yuna blinked up at him with wide eyes. Might be best... if she just plays dumb. "No... I haven't seen him." She gave a nervous smile.
"Fuck! You guys check his room again ta see if he came back!" He ordered, seeing the two other men nod and turn to run down the hallway while the leader ran down another.
The blonde blinked once more.
What the hell did they do last night?
"Ugh, I don't even wanna be partners with that..." Renji grumbled to himself, angrily looking over the form in front of him. "Annoyin'... ugh..."
Byakuya didn't even raise his head to acknowledge the muttering coming from his fukutaicho. Whatever his problems were his own. He stared at the papers once more, reading them over and signing the transfer papers. The man had a good record, he would be good in his division. He tried ignoring the stares from his fukutaicho, growing slightly irritated when Renji would glance at him briefly before looking back at the forms before looking back a couple minutes later. Kuchikis' had endless amounts of patience, but after the tenth 'quick' glance from the redhead he was fed up.
"What is it, Renji?" Byakuya looked up, sharp eyes staring the other man down.
Renji jumped, sweating for a moment before he rubbed the back of his neck. "I-I was just wondering... if Taicho was going to come in tomorrow?"
"Why do you ask?" His eyes thinned for a moment.
"Uh... 'cause in a couple days is..." Renji did not have to finish.
Pain his the noble's chest for a brief moment, averting his eyes back to his paperwork and staying silent. Renji hesitated, opening his mouth to apologize before looking at his hands and silently cursing himself. He shouldn't have said anything. Dammit, he should have kept his mouth shut and—
"We shall see."
Renji blinked in surprise and looked up, seeing the Taicho go back to work. So, that meant he might or might not come into work. Inwardly, he hoped he would come to work so he wouldn't be alone. It was around this time every year that he stayed home and did not show his face for a couple days. He didn't know if he cried or not(he most likely brooded, he could never see the man cry), but during an anniversary someone shouldn't be alone.
Besides, he might not have known his wife, but she was important to both Kuchiki Taicho and Rukia.
"We, uh... y'know, have a lesson tomorrow," Renji mumbled, fiddling with the sleeve of his shihakusho before clearing his throat. "So, y'know... might have to come." He looked up and gave a tense grin.
All Byakuya did was hum lightly and lift his brush. Shoulders slumped at the response. Well, if he wanted to stay home who was he to say otherwise? Sighing, the fukutaicho looked back to his forms, looking slightly dejected. Ukitake Taicho might say something to get him to join the class, but Byakuya didn't listen to much people.
...He didn't listen to anyone other than the Soutaicho, actually.
Renji huffed lightly and went back to work. It might be best if he keeps his mouth quiet, but tomorrow... if he has to, he'll drag him to work!
...Maybe not.
He doesn't want to die.
Another group of students, another year of going to the Shino academy so the Soutaicho could give them an inspiring speech. The wise and matured shinigami stood in front of all the new and young people with seated officers standing behind him, with each and every student listening in awe. Some were indifferent to the appearance of the man. Three seated officers stood behind the Soutaicho, standing straight with their arms behind their backs.
"So, Kazuhiko," The raven haired man's eyes slowly slid sideways to look to the side, staring at the third seat. Okikiba Genshiro stared straight ahead, but had his attention on the fourth seat. "Your birthday is in two weeks. Do you have anything planned?"
The third seat was a model shinigami, one that Hiroshi couldn't help but respect, but when they were alone he lost a lot of that edge. He was nothing but calm when amongst the younger generations, but when he was with the older people he was much more relaxed and even teasing. The fact he was even trying to converse with him while their Taicho was talking was shocking itself.
"Is it?" Hiroshi murmured, both careful to keep their voices lowered. "I did not know." Their looks were levelled, no one even aware they were speaking to one another. But by the disapproving stare Sasakibe sent them he knew. "But no, I do not have anything planned, nor do I intend to plan any event."
"Why is that?" Genshiro asked, almost smirking when he saw a scowl cross the other man's face(who was only a couple centuries younger than him).
"Those kids always say I am getting old and I need to retire," Hiroshi's eyes hardened, still looking as serious as ever. "They can never seem to forget my birthday."
"Those young ones care for you," Genshiro kept his gaze forward, they both did, making sure the Soutaicho did not hear them. "Why else do you think they always celebrate your birthday."
Hiroshi frowned. "You should know those that come from the Rukongai do not care for birthdays. Whether I'm a year younger or older does not matter to me."
"If you want, Kazuhiko, we can celebrate with a few drinks, just ourselves."
"Careful, Okikiba, I'll think you want to further our relationship," Hiroshi almost smirked when he heard the other man huff. "If those kids do not celebrate then I will share drinks with you, then." The other man nodded, fine with drinks among friends.
"Enough." Sasakibe ordered softly, seeing the two straighten and nod.
They grew quiet when the Soutaicho's speech ended, the entire room erupting in applause. The seated officers turned and left the room, following the ancient man as he walked down the hallways to head back to the division. They suddenly stopped when Yamamoto halted and turned his head to stare at them, both his third and fourth seat frowning when they saw his stare.
"If you feel the need to talk," Their faces coloured at the statement. He obviously heard them. "then do it when you are off duty."
"Yes, sir." They both dipped their chins in acknowledgement.
Though once he turned around Hiroshi turned his head to send the third seat a dry stare, receiving a blank look before they huffed lightly in amusement. Sasakibe ordered them to hurry up, receiving nods before they did as they were told. They became serious once more, dismissing the playful atmosphere they had moments before.
Haruki smiled, dipping his chin to silently greet other members of the twelfth division as he walked by. He was on his way to feed some of the subjects, which was one of his tasks. He wasn't a senior yet so he couldn't work on any serious experiments. The purple haired man pouted at the thought. Wheeling the cart to the room where they kept the live subjects he smiled to himself, waving to some people that smiled at him.
Finding the room he pushed it open, frowning when he couldn't wheel the cart in fast enough. He finally decided to push the door open with his foot and was inside. Letting out a small huff he looked up and grinned.
Dozens of hollows turned and roared at him.
This room was his favourite.
The wheels on the cart squeaked as it was wheeled by, waking some of the hollows. Hungry eyes stared at the shinigami, most hollows licking their mouths and roaring at the man. Only, he couldn't hear them. He could see them roaring, but did nothing to dissuade it. After all, some people(and even hollows) needed to vent their anger~! A wide smile crossed his face when he found which button needed to be pushed to feed the hollows. The food in the cart were for other ones.
As soon as the food fell, the beasts ripped into them, tearing apart the meat that was given to them. Which was sad, Haruki decided. They were meant to devour souls, not raw meat. Furrowing his eyebrows, he watched as the beasts ate before he turned to wheel the cart to another part of the room.
The residents in the room looked up when they heard the cart, narrowing their eyes when they noticed the shinigami.
Hello, Haruki smiled, opening a small slot in one of the cells and pushing a plate inside.
"Oi, shinigami!"
"Ugh, how many times have we told ya, he can't fuckin' hear ya!"
"And I'm telling you... he's playing it!"
Inside the cells... were arrancar, all glaring and sneering at each other. The two arrancar glared at one another, one being red haired and the other a brunette. No matter how many times they told the redhead he never seemed to believe that the shinigami feeding them was deaf.
"We've been here the longest, I think we fuckin' know he's deaf by now!" The brunette held a hand out to himself and the other two arrancar.
"I bet you if I screamed he would jump," The redhead kept his narrowed eyes trained on the shinigami, frowning when the plate was pushed into his cell from the slot. "This guy isn't really deaf. He's a fake!" He yelled, scowling when the purple haired man didn't even twitch. "Damn, I thought I would've got him by now."
"He's deaf, he's not joking!" The other arrancar turned to glare at him. "Just leave the guy alone!"
"Why doesn't he ever talk to us, then, hmm?" The redhead turned and glared at the two arrancar that were arguing with him, his hollow bone situated over his left eye. "He's got to talk to the other shinigami! We just need one of them to come in here with him, and when they start talking to each other, busted!" He gave a wide grin before he tore into his food.
The older arrancar rolled his eyes and groaned. "Ya ever seen 'im move his hands when he's lookin' at us?" The redhead frowned, mouth full of food before he nodded. "That's how he communicates, ya stupid idiot!"
"Stupid?!" The arrancar scowled. "He's obviously faking, I bet he hears everything but he just plays it up in front of us!"
"He's—I give up, the idiot's impossible to talk with." The brunette turned away from the redhead's cell and grabbed his plate, eating with a scowl on his face.
"Why didn't they grab another arrancar, instead of him?" The silent one up until now finally spoke, nodding at the redhead with a frown.
Haruki, who knew they were talking(he could see their mouths move), smiled and waved at them in goodbye. The older arrancar, who was the only civil one with him, gave him a nod of acknowledgement. The others just ignored them and even made a funny face if he looked directly into their eyes. Turning, he wheeled the empty cart away, giving a bright grin when he saw all the hollows turn and roar at him.
He liked being here.
Miyu and Ryoichi blinked, seeing Kisho nodding lazily to a woman that was mouthing off to him. And by the glazed look in his eyes he wasn't listening to a single word. Arms crossed over his chest, the cook kept nodding every once in a while while the woman raged and waved her arms around like a crazy person. It was only five minutes later that she realized that he wasn't listening. Huffing, she turned and walked towards the exit with her head held high. Ryoichi moved to the side, holding his hands out as if to ward her off.
"Kisho," Miyu greeted, walking up the blonde and grinning before she furrowed her brows. "Who was that?" She turned, pointing after the woman.
"Some snooty customer," Kisho answered, chewing on a toothpick with his arms still crossed. By the look on his face he was not happy. "She was telling me that I need to update my menus, the seating was horrible, and that the owner of the restaurant needs to be where's he's needed." He scoffed and rolled his eyes. "When she owns her own restaurant... then maybe she should follow her own fuckin' advice."
Miyu widened her eyes. He was pissed. Taking a step back, a nervous smile crossed her face while Ryoichi tightened his lips. They glanced at one another before looking back.
"So, what do you want?" Kisho asked sharply, curling his lip back while he narrowed his eyes.
"O-Oh, you know," Ryoichi chuckled nervously and rubbed the back of his neck. "The... usual."
Kisho hummed, turning to head for the kitchen(causing all the customers to stare at him uneasily when they noticed he was stomping lightly). The members from the thirteenth division winced and turned to find a table, finding one with two seats while they waited.
"Something must've pissed him off," Ryoichi commented, staring at the door that lead to the kitchen. "Y'know, other than that woman mouthin' off at him."
"He still looks mad." Miyu commented, staring at the kitchen through the opening(so the waitresses could grab the food easier).
She gulped when Kisho grabbed the frying pan from one of the cooks and looked at the food, slamming it down and yelling at the poor man to cook it again. Ryoichi blinked before he gave the woman a supportive smile.
"If anyone can calm him down," He held up his hands and pointed at himself. "It's this guy."
"I'm sure." Miyu said dryly, rolling her eyes with a smirk.
They thanked the woman that brought them their drinks, frowning lightly when the same woman brought their food. Strange. Kisho usually brought their food. They turned their heads, staring at the kitchen to see the man actually doing his job. Huh... Something was definitely wrong. Not that working was bad, but he usually talked to them for a bit before he went back to work.
"Hey, Kisho!" Ryoichi yelled, waving his arm with a grin. The blonde turned his head, sending him a glare while waiting to see what he wanted. "Come 'ere!" The sixth seat motioned for the cook, letting a bright grin cross his face.
The owner of the restaurant frowned and sent him a glare, which made the raven haired male blink before he sent the woman a wide-eyed stare that said he was a little scared. Miyu chewed on her food idly, glancing between the two and smiling when she saw Kisho roll his eyes and head for the door. The sixth seat turned his head with a pout, perking up when he saw the blonde making his way to their table.
"What?" Kisho frowned down at them.
"Don't get mad at me, he's the want that wants to talk to you." Miyu said, pointing at the grinning man.
"So, what crawled up your ass and died?" Ever the blunt one. Ryoichi tilted his head and smirked, seeing the man give him a cold stare. "C'mon, dude, the only time I've ever seen you really pissed off is when me an' Satoshi switched all the salt with sugar."
"...On a work day...!"
"I know, just sit down an' tell your buddy what's wrong." Ryoichi patted the seat next to him with an innocent smile on his face.
Kisho rolled his eyes and groaned lightly, sitting down and sending the man a glare. "I had to refund all the people that ate here until I finally realized why every dish was being sent back." The cook sighed and crossed his arms, seeing the sixth seat bite his lip and give a large smile.
Miyu frowned. "I didn't hear of this." She sent the man sitting across from her a glare.
"'Cause I didn't want everyone getting mad at me!" Ryoichi threw his arms in the air and pouted before he smirked at the blonde. "So, you're angry." He commented, rubbing his chin and humming loudly as he studied the man. He snapped his fingers and pointed his finger at the fifth seat. "Problem at home?"
Kisho blinked lazily, staring at the man through his glasses.
"That's a yes!" Ryoichi went far enough to high-five himself, which gained him strange stares from their neighbours. He ignored the confused stares from his two friends, since the blonde didn't deny or confirm it. "So, a problem at home..." Ryoichi scratched the back of his neck and leaned back, looking up in thought with a frown. His expression turned serious just for a second before he glanced at his friend. "It's the wife?"
Kisho narrowed his eyes and curled his lip back. Miyu furrowed her brows and sighed, glancing at Ryoichi to see him rub the back of his neck and sigh. The blonde closed his eyes and took a deep breath, glancing at the raven haired duo with a frown.
"So, you have something to say?" Kisho asked, seeing the two stare at him with looks of pity.
"C'mon, dude!" Ryoichi threw his arms in the air and scowled. "She's been giving you the bad attitude for close to a year now and you just take it! I say just force her to sit down, slap her, and say we're gonna be happy, so shut up! That's what I would do if I had a wife!"
Kisho sent him a dry stare. "...You would slap a woman?"
"If she pissed me off, yeah!" Ryoichi blinked and turned his head, seeing two women sneering him at. "...What?" He gave them a glare, daring them to say something to him. "Mind your own business, ya dumb bimbos!" The two gasped before glaring at him.
"...This is why you can't keep a girlfriend." Kisho drawled, sending the confused man a flat stare.
"Aw, c'mon, you guys were married for what?" Ryoichi looked up and mentally started counting the years. "A... hundred and thirty-six years?"
"Your point?" Kisho rose an eyebrow.
"To us," Ryoichi held a hand up to himself and everyone else in the restaurant. "we're like dogs. Instead, seven years is like... one year for us. So you guys were married for..." He looked up and started counting his fingers.
"About nineteen years?" Kisho gave the man a flat stare, seeing him grin and quickly nod. "...I feel insulted that you called me a dog."
"So, it's true! We are like dogs! You guys have been married far longer than most couples! You should consider yourselves lucky! But is your weifu happy and feelin' lucky? No! She's startin' to become a mean bitch to you." He crossed his arms and scowled, seeing the blonde sending him a glare.
"Did you just call my wife—"
"Yes, I did, and I would do it again!"
"Ryoichi, just... just shut up," Miyu shook her head and sighed before staring at the blonde. "Kisho, if you two are still having problems you can talk to someone at the fourth division." She suggested with a supportive smile.
"No, it's not that she's giving me an attitude, it's just..." Kisho groaned and rolled his eyes out of irritation before he stood up. "I have to work, enjoy your meal." He turned and walked towards the kitchen.
The two stared after him before Miyu turned her head to glare at Ryoichi, who blinked at the stare.
"What?"
He yelped a second later.
"Don't kick me! What the hell did I do?!"
Kenpachi frowned, looking in the office and seeing no one. Where the hell was that woman? Shrugging lightly, he walked in and was about to grab his sword to train(he forgot it in there, friggin' Ikkaku was talking to him when they walked out so he didn't realize he didn't grab it at the time) when he heard a sound. He paused and frowned, looking around the office slowly. What the hell was that? Turning, he rose an eyebrow before he walked over towards the couch, where the sound was originating from, peering over with a slightly curious look on his face. What he saw made him snort.
Yuna snored lightly, laying on her back with her arms above her head and one of her legs hanging over the side.
Wasn't she supposed to be working?
Shrugging lightly, he turned about to head for the door(not really caring if the paperwork was finished) before he paused. He didn't know her long, hell, he couldn't even remember her name(was it Yun Yun?), but in the short time she was there she bitched every time someone messed something up with the forms. So, being the generous man he was...
He turned and kicked the back of the couch, sending the blonde flying off.
The tall man watched as she flew clear over the table and onto the other couch, seeing her sit up and breathe heavily with wide eyes. She looked around wildly, holding onto the couch as if her life depended on it. He heard her mumble, running a hand through her hair and glancing at him momentarily before looking around the room. She froze, jumping and backing away when she looked at him clearly.
Kinda funny.
He would have laughed or something, if he wasn't irritated by her presence.
"Z-Zaraki Taicho?" Yuna murmured as she gazed at him with the most confused look on her face. "W-Where...?" She looked around the room again.
Rolling his eyes, he turned to head for the door, ignoring the woman as he stepped out and slid the door shut behind himself. The hell was wrong with her? She's supposed to do her fuckin' job and she falls asleep? Did Kyoraku send him a lazy subordinate? Looking up, he frowned when he saw those idiots with the ink run down the hallway. They were looking for the culprit who did the deed. They skidded to a halt when they saw him, all grinning nervously up at him.
"Zaraki Taicho, uh... we..." The man in the front cleared his throat before standing straight and giving a salute. "Did ya happen ta see Genjiro, sir?"
"No," Kenpachi's eyes trailed down to stare at the ink that dripped to the floor. "...Ya better clean that up."
They appeared almost confused until they looked down and jumped. They quickly started apologizing and saying that they would, gazing up at the man fearfully as he walked by. They quickly started whispering harshly with one another, blaming the other for angering the Taicho.
Kenpachi snorted when he heard them, looking up to see Yachiru run around the corner and turn her head to smile brightly at him before she hopped towards him. She jumped up, landing on his shoulder and turning around to hang off the edge with a grin. He grunted when she said her usual, 'Good morning, Ken-chan.' Not long, Ikkaku and Yumichika showed up, both greeting him a good morning, as well.
"I'm happy to inform you, Taicho," Yumichika smiled brightly, which made the Taicho huff lightly. "that our little assistant is almost finished with the paperwork."
"Really?" Ikkaku smirked. "How long 'til she's actually done?"
"I'd say about... three days?" Yumichika pursed his lips and looked up. "So you shouldn't worry any longer, Taicho."
"I'm not worried," Kenpachi frowned when he saw the two that befriended the woman walk around the corner. "Just annoyed."
Ikkaku quirked a brow. "Osamu!" He called out, seeing the blonde pause and look up with a frown. "The hell's on your face?!"
Satoshi frowned and touched his face, asking Fuyu what was on his face. The lithe man stared up at him before grinning. Though they both paused when they saw the Taicho's zanpakuto in his hand. Kenpachi frowned when they approached him, the taller of the two giving a grin(one Kenpachi couldn't take seriously with all those drawings on his face).
"Trainin', Taicho?" Satoshi asked, giving a wide smirk when the man agreed.
"May we join, Taicho?" Fuyu asked, opening his eyes to stare at the man with a smirk.
Kenpachi stared at the mismatched eyes with a scowl. "Do what ever ya want." He ignored them and walked past them, vaguely hearing them say they were going to get their zanpakuto.
Everyone was so friggin' annoying this morning.
Apparently I'm supposed to rewrite this because the plot is non-original, the humour is horrible, and the grammar is awful(which I'm quite aware of).
Uh-huh...
Fuuuuuck that.
Like I'm actually gonna listen to an anonymous reviewer! XD
And before all those "wonderful" flamers give "advice" actually... give me real advice instead of complaining, "This story is awful, rewrite it!" "How did this story get so many reviews?!" "The humour is bad!"
And if you flame again, hey! I wanted to roast some marshmallows, anyway! :D
Anyway, decided not to put Hijo in here! :3 'Cause someone says he has more originality in the other story, and I agree. X3 As much as I love the dude, I'm sorry, Hijo, you're staying in the other story. =D
