Looking at the evidence presented, Carl did know something to say.

"As we can see, it seems this Anti-Kira is now reviving continuously.'

"But then" Mr. Wood continued. "Would he start to make the real judgement of whoever Kira is going to be seem useless?"

"Yes, I believe that is his plan, so people will be less scared of whoever Kira will be."

"But" Mikami continued. "Is there any pattern we can use?"

"Yes. We already deduced he is in Klampira, Japan. This pattern seems to indicate he is busy on weekdays, specifically. Perhaps, he has classes to go to. He also seems to have a 5 minute delay between reviving and the average starting time for schools, 8:00 A.M. There are no schools in Klampira, but the only school 5 minutes away from Klampira is the School of Kira."

"We figured this all out, but how can we put it to good use?"

"You will see now."

Carl pulled his chair over to a computer on the other side of the room. Everyone got up and saw what he was doing.

"You see," Carl started "A friend of mine who also happened to have better hacking skills than the people who work at national security made this program that allowed me to type in specific conditions and it will look up people who fit in all of this criteria. He gets all the information from the government, who holds it in many documents but all are digitized and located in the same place. We can put this criteria in:"

Lives in Klampira, Japan.

Goes to the School of Kira.

Is old enough to have a good understanding of the world.

"and then we hit ENTER,"

A loading bar appeared, then three results.

"and we have results."

Everyone gasped in wow.

"As we all know, not many people live in Klampira, mainly only top officials and people lucky enough, like me. And an even lower percentage of them goes to a school that tailored for people to learn about Kira. That is the reason why only three results came up."

Result One:

Carl Johnson

Age: 15

All criteria fit.

"My fake last name is the generic Johnson, my parents use it too. Don't ask why, at least one of you know why."

Mikami knew. Very, very well.

Carl pressed the NEXT RESULT button

Result Two:

Henry Corbart

Age: 16

All criteria fit.

Carl pressed the NEXT RESULT button. But before anyone could read anything, Mr. Wood and Carl were in shock by the picture.

"What bu-" Mr. Wood tried "He, he is-"

Carl looked even more confused. "Of all people, it must be someone I know"

It read:

Result Three:

Phillip Wood

Age: 14

All criteria fit.

PS. Also the creator of this program :)

Flip was just looking through his dad's folders, until he saw that even his dad had some restrictions to information.

"Alright" Flip said. "Its time to go take out the big guns."

Flip clicked on a bunch of programs he made himself, started typing lines of seemingly random text, and was given access to the email addressees and passwords of everyone who was a Circle member. He logged onto Mikami's email, to find that L's real last name was Lawliet

"Hmm. So he last name was Lawliet, and his first was just L. Alright." He was not going to bring L back to life just yet.

In the ghost world, L and Light were watching the meeting going on when L told Light that Matsuda was coming.

"Get this" L said. "Matsuda was a firm believer. He faked all what he was doing. He even said 'I would kill him or shoot him at least if he revealed he was Kira, but I would then hug him when everyone was gone'."

Right then, Matsuda came through the door.

"Hello, L! Hello Light!" Matsuda said.

"Here Matsuda." Light said. "Have a seat."

They then went on talking about random stuff and how they were doing until L revealed something.

"You see that guy sitting like I am right now?"

"Yeah" said Light.

"He is my nephew, Carl Lawliet"

Both Light and Matsuda gasped.

"Your nephew? Then, who is the parent of his that is your sibling?" Matsuda exclaimed.

"Amy Lawliet. I only have very vague memories of her and my younger than her older than me chaotically active brother, David Lawliet."

Well sure, that is interesting.
