"Ja, it's decided then, our plan."

"Arigatou, Atobe-"

"Atobe! Yukimura!" Oshitari Yuushi busted in without manners. "Fuji's gone! No one saw him!"

Followed up almost immediately was a strong gust of wind that blew in the bedroom that belongs to Yukimura Seiichi. All of them could hear a soft voice speaking, as if he had lost all hope.

"Seiichi, gomen, but I don't want anyone else to be hurt... not when I'm broken. Sayonara."

Was the words that all three of them heard.

Yukimura instinctively looked towards the window and cried, "SYUU, DON'T LEAVE!"

But the wind came just as quickly as it was gone, and Oshitari kicked himself for not being able to hit Fuji Syuusuke a second time after the first.

"Yamero, Oshitari. Ore-sama couldn't do anything either."

"Tch."

Both were immediately silenced by a soft sniff, and turned to look at Yukimura, who has gotten onto both his knees.

Syuu, I knew you were on the edge as soon as Tezuka attacked us... You saw it as well didn't you, at the corner of your eyes... I know you inside out, and so do you... You should have known that it would be better to stick with me, stick with minna, and yet...

Yukimura yelled with all his might and frustration. It was a yell that reached to the skies, and a yell of loss, that the yeller had lost someone dear, someone close. Atobe and Oshitari kept quiet, so did the rest of them downstairs. All of them knew better not to trigger the Child of God.

The yell went for a straight minute before Yukimura broke down further and cried harder. He only noticed a familiar trickster kneeling in front of him and hugged hard.

Then came the words of comfort from Niou Masaharu, that the buchou of Rikkai needed to hear.

"Seiichi, we're still here. We'll work harder to get all three of them back, yakusoku da."

Rikkai's captain said nothing as the trickster hugged harder, as if he knew that Yukimura understood him.

"Atobe..." His voice was shaky from the crying. "Onegai... I can't lose anyone anymore..."

"Hmph, ore-sama will make sure of that, Yukimura. Makasete."

:~:

"Oi, Sae! Why didn't you return my Sink?"

"Gomen, Itt-chan, but I need a timeout."

Saeki, I need your help, it's an emergency.

Baka, Saeki Konjiroh thought to himself. Yukimura and Shiraishi should be the ones that you go to and ask for help.

"If it was trivial I wouldn't have come here by myself, Saeki." A figure suddenly materialised out of nowhere in front of Saeki.

Said guy took a step back in shock, "Fuji?! When did you..."

"Two weeks ago. Anyway," the tensai opened his eyes to reveal the blood red hue. "I came here to use that promise we did back then, ore wa honki desu."

"I want the details, but I don't think you're willing to tell-"

"Search me."

Saeki fell silent for a moment as he dived deep into his childhood friend's thoughts. "Okay, I understand now. Follow me."

:~:

Two teens walked side by side towards an unknown location. They didn't know where to go, so both had let their feet do their work. Neither of them said anything, until Shiruka broke the silence.

"Kentaku, what were we doing before we met Mizuki?"

"I don't know, what about you, Shiruka?"

'Somehow, I feel that everything is wrong."

Both of them walked up a hill and sat down on a patch of grass on the slope.

"Everything?"

"Everything Mizuki told us."

Shiruka looked to the skies, clouds of different forms came and went.

"From the fact that we're born vampires, that we hate the Fuji and Yukimira bloodlines and wishes them to die, and so on." Shiruka looked towards his brother for any reaction. "I think that Mizuki made everything up."

"I don't think so. Master is a generous man who saved us from confusion. We should follow his every order. He is our benefactor." Kentaku replied with a stoic face. As usual.

"Sou ka..."

Up on one of the trees, Yukimura was crying freely yet silently. Oshitari found where Tezuka and Sanada were and Mukahi was able to teleport them with their Charmer defences up.

However, they weren't expecting Yukimura to jump out of the shield and land directly in front of the turned pair.

"If you want to kill me, then do it..." Yukimura's face was hidden by his blue locks. But he could see both Tezuka and Sanada getting up and preparing to fight.

"Matte," Sanada put out his hand and blocked Tezuka from advancing. "He's mine, Kentaku."

Tezuka(Kentaku) nodded and stepped back, and Sanada immediately charged towards Yukimura. He swung his katana and missed the Child of God by a mile even though Yukimura just stood there.

"Come on, Sanada. Is this all you can do?" Yukimura's voice came out shakier, but that was to be expected. He was risking his life just to get Sanada back. And if it meant him dead, it would be worth.

Sanada(Shiruka) decided to stab him this time and his body stopped him right before the blade touched the body.

Naze? Why won't I hit him?!

Better yet,Why can't I hit him?

I can't lose... not to Yukimura...!

Sanada yelled and drove the katana straight into his body. He knew that even though that was what he wanted to do, his missed his original target.

He missed Yukimura's heart by mere millimetres.

"I'm glad, Genichirou. But I'm sorry it has to end this way,"

Sanada then realised that there was a dagger that struck through his chest, falling onto his knees just like Yukimura did.

"I'm sorry I had to end us, together." Yukimura finally looked up, his violet eyes shined with tears.

"I love you, Sanada Genichirou."

The buchou of Rikkai fell into Sanada's arms.

Why am I feeling such guilt? I thought I'm supposed to hate this man-

Tezuka ran forward immediately asking, "Shiruka! Daijoubu? We need treatment for you right-"

"I need to be alone. Go back home now and don't tell Mizuki a word. Close your mind." Sanada's cap prevented Tezuka(Kentaku) from seeing his emotions, but Tezuka could hear the pain from the way he gritted his teeth and spoke. "I killed Yukimura, now you have to kill Fuji without me. Now go!"

Tezuka swallowed his retort and ran back to Mizuki's hideout.

Sanada made sure Tezuka was out of range to hear him, then started to cry. "Seiichi... baka... why would you do such a thing to me?"

Flashback

"Seiichi, take this dagger. It's a special dagger that contains a copy of your memories. Whoever is stabbed by it will be able to access your memories until the moment you used the dagger. So be careful when you use it okay?"

"Hai, okaa-san!"

Present

"He loves you, and there's that."

Sanada barely has the strength to turn and saw a beautiful lady who was also a vampire.

"Yumiko desu. I'm Syuusuke's older sister. I had a premonition that I could be of help here. Let me tend to your injuries."

Yukimura POV

The Child of God fell through the skies and landed on a cloud for the second time in his life. This time, however, he doesn't have the power to bring himself up and greet his father.

"Otou-san, it's good to see you again." Yukimura said weakly.

"You have been very brave, Seiichi. To face your lover, who has been turned evil by your foes, is one, but to have the courage to use our family dagger on him was another."

Yukimura felt his body being lifted by an unknown power, and was thus able to sit upright. "But I lost hope, otou-san. I was desperate to get back the Genichirou that I know and love, and-"

"That was the driving motion to your actions, and that's what made you courageous." Kami-sama produced a lime orb and pushed it into Yukimura, who felt its power healing the wound in his chest.

"Because of your love, you were able to breakthrough Mizuki's darkness and evil to Sanada's heart, purifying it and thus bringing him back."

"Otou-san, will he... will Genichirou survive?" Yukimura was hesitant to ask. Death was something he knew was inevitable unless you played your cards right, but the current Yukimura was willing to sacrifice his own life to save his lover.

"Fuji's sister is currently with the both of you. She is abnormally skilled in her tarot reading and potion mastery. There is no doubt that she will be able to heal the both of you."

Hearing Syuusuke's name made Yukimura wonder what happened to his best friend. A single tear dropped from his cheek and he felt a hand wipe away that lone drop of tear.

"Otou-san..?"

"He will be fine. You will see him very soon, but he won't remember you."

Yukimura looked into his father's eyes in desperation, his mind racing a mile an hour.

"I will give you your Yips power back, you have proven to be a good leader even as a vampire. After tonight's events, guide your friends into making the correct decision. And get Syuusuke back, not just for you, but for another vampire."

Tezuka... Yukimura realised.

"Hai, otou-san. Arigatou. Ano, about that Vow..."

"You'll be able to communicate without losing your Yips again, don't worry."

Present

Yukimura struggled to open his eyes, and found himself in a very familiar bedroom. He got up with much effort and immediately realised that he was in Syuusuke's room.

Why am I here... Yukimura thought.

Right at that moment, the door opened to reveal Yumiko, Syuusuke's sister.

"How are you feeling, Yukimura? You healed miraculously, I must say. Surely Kami-sama had a hand in healing that wound of yours." She joked.

Yukimura smiled, "as a matter of fact, he did. But never mind about me, how's Genichirou?"

"He's healing at an above-average speed, that's for sure."

"Please take care of him. I need to talk to someone."

"Hai. I'll let Oshitari-kun that both of you are okay then."

Yumiko closes the door behind her.

Kurano-kun... Yukimura thought. Please give me answers on my doubts...

:~:

"So, we need to feed once per week?" Kawamura Takashi asked.

"If you feed off any magical being like Charmers or vampires, then you'll be able to hold out for two weeks." Shiraishi Kuranosuke answered.

"Shiraishi-san, there's so much you have to remember, how do you guys even manage?!" Kirihara Akaya lamented.

"Yamenasai, Kirihara-kun. Vampires are not humans, please do not forget that." Yagyuu Hiroshi pushed up his glasses.

"I would transform into someone but it's just not the right mood." Yuuji Hitoji sighed.

The last of the six vampires sat quietly, his mind racing. Echizen Ryoma sat away from the others ever since their turning. The others don't blame him, none of them was into the supernatural, and the sudden change in their lives would make any person want to distant themselves away from others.

Suddenly, Shiraishi disappeared completely. The others started to panic, but both Echizen and Kirihara said the same thing at the same time.

"One minute."

They both looked at each other in surprise, then smiled.

"Wanna bet who called him this time?"

"Mochiro, it will be Fuji-senpai." Echizen smirked.

"I'm putting my bet on Yukimura-buchou!" Kirihara disagreed.

The others looked at their kouhais and smiled. Despite everything that they went through, they are still themselves.

:~:

Shiraishi fell through an endless abyss yet again. However, he saw a golden hue takeover the white room containing a countdown timer starting from 60.

As he landed, someone walked up to him and reached out.

"I miss you, Kurano-kun." Yukimura Seiichi smiled.

"Seiichi," Shiraishi took his hand and stood, giving his sibling a big hug.

"Did Kami-sama give you something this time? You're pretty bold for stopping time, Seii."

"I passed His test, and besides, I need to ask you on something important. I don't think he will mind." Yukimura smiled for just a second, thinking about how close he felt with his real father, which still blew his mind that He is a god.

"It's about Tezuka and Sanada, ne?" Shiraishi smiled sadly. "I have been thinking about it, and there is only one way that I know of, well two."

"One is where the destined lovers of the vampires kiss, again, because apparently that's how Kami-sama wants it," Shiraishi continued, shaking his head.

"That will be impossible for Tezuka."

"Naze?" Shiraishi tensed and braced himself for anything bad that Yukimura was about to say. But rather than talking about it, he just turned, unable to face the Bible, and showed his memory to Shiraishi.

"I was planning with Atobe, then Syuu just, out of nowhere-" Yukimura was cut off by Shiraishi, who hugged the Rikkai buchou hard.

"Please tell me that's not true..." Shiraishi hugged harder, his voice muffled and shaky as he began to cry.

But Shiraishi was denied in silence as Yukimura started to tear up and cry, holding the Shitenhouji buchou close. The two of them eventually slid down onto the floor as their legs grew weak due to their emotions. Yukimura don't blame him; although all three of them shared the same bond, Fuji was the youngest and most delicate. To see him so broken naturally breaks the other two.

They sat there for a while in silence, enjoying each other's company. Shiraishi broke the hug first and wiped his face dry, "I still need to tell you the second method now, don't I?"

As soon as he said that, the golden hue vanishes and the timer immediately started to countdown from 60.

"The second method is to use a potion called Spring's Embrace. However, only very skilled potion masters are able to make them, and I don't know any potion masters."

35 seconds...

Yukimura was about to give up when he remembered his Father's words, and smiled.

27 seconds...

"Syuu's sister is abnormally skilled at potions, and I'm at their house right now."

"Then you may just be in luck, Seiichi." Shiraishi smiled back.

15 seconds...

The both of them hugged yet again, not wanting to leave each other.

"I'll get you back soon, Kurano-kun. I promise."

"You better get me back, get us back."

"Mhmm. Yakusoku da."

Both of them hugged each other until the timer hits 0. Then everything faded away.

:~:

Fuji-san, please come over here.

Yukimura thought with all his might.

As Yukimura got up with dizziness, Yumiko knocked thrice before entering the room.

"I heard your call, Yukimura."

"Do you... know how to make Spring's Embrace?" Yukimura hesitated before asking. The potion sounded very rare, and to make such a potion would require a lot.

"I do, and I have one potion left." Yumiko smiled. "Is there something wrong?"

"It's just that, it wasn't just Genichirou..."

"Don't worry, I foresaw this, so I made two. I had Sanada drink the potion in case your actions did not breakthrough." Yumiko motioned for Yukimura to follow her.

They left Syuusuke's room and into Yumiko's study. Other than Syuusuke and her mother, no one else in the family was allowed to enter, and Yukimura could see why.

It was a potion laboratory more than it being a study. Sure, there is a table for her to study actual knowledge on, but the precautions were taken so that she wouldn't have the trouble to keep hiding her stuff away.

Yumiko walked towards a glass case containing a sakura-coloured potion, with enough space to hold another. She took the small potion out and handed it to Yukimura.

"Be careful with this," Yumiko warned. "The user has to drink its entire contents for the potion to take effect. This kind of glass, however, is very sturdy, and any liquid contents will slide over without even a drop of it staying in. So make sure to not spill it, alright?"

"Arigatou, Fuji-"

"Call me Yumiko," she winked. "Syuusuke won't mind."

Yukimura smiled, and Yumiko continued, saying, "Genichirou is in Yuuta's bedroom; right beside Syuusuke's room."

Yukimura looked at her, then smiled as he realised her intentions.

"Honto ni arigatou, Yumiko. You really are like Syuusuke in some ways."

"Your welcome; it's why Yuuta can't stand both of us sometimes." Yumiko laughed, waving off Yukimura.

10 minutes later...

Sanada Genichirou stirred slightly, realising that he isn't in that cell anymore, and had a bandage wrapped around his chest. He tried to move but,

"Try not to move, Genichirou."

Sanada opened his eyes slightly to see a smiling Yukimura Seiichi looking back.

"S-Seiichi... how...?" Sanada smiled slightly.

You went to the hill," Yukimura's voice was getting shakier, and Sanada realised that he was about to cry.

"Don't cry, Seiichi. I'm here now, aren't I?"

That seem to trigger Yukimura, however, as the dam broke and he started to cry.

Sanada was about to ask why, but stopped to think about what Seiichi had went through these few days, and understood his feelings. So he decided to just comfort his lover instead of asking, patting his back as Yukimura cried into Sanada's arms.

Yukimura is strong, but is almost never seen without Sanada from the very beginning. Now that Sanada has seen Yukimura's memories, it was easy to understand why.

The Child of God has a fear of being alone (A/N: not canon), and once Yukimura has met Sanada, he felt an instant connection, and thus sticking to him whenever he can.

"Seiichi, isn't this the third day? Aren't you supposed to go and face those bastards?" Sanada grimaced, realising that he is a vampire as well, no thanks to Mizuki.

"It's 3p.m., Genichirou. The meeting time is 9p.m." Yukimura smiled through his tears. He moved up closer towards his lover; happy that they're reunited once more. "Yumiko let us have some alone time, so just stay with me, please."

"Mochiro. You did show me your memories after all, Yukimura Seiichi." Sanada smiled.

Yukimura glanced at his lover, his eyes show determination and belief. Despite his condition, he is still willing to fight for me, the Child of God thought, touched that Sanada showed such spirit.

"I will help you get back Kunimitsu, Seiichi. I promised, and Yumiko's potions are very effective." Sanada grasped his lover's hand, a determined look spread across his face.

"Then, we'll get back Syuusuke. For both you and Kunimitsu."

Tezuka ran away from Sanada, utterly confused at what he had just witnessed. He knew he had definitely saw Yukimura and Shiruka(Sanada) hugged or something similar, but he can't remember when, or how.

Shiruka's final line struck Tezuka hard. "Close your mind." He definitely do not want Mizuki to know what happened.

" Where did you and Sanada go?"

Speak of the devil, Mizuki Hajime stood in front of the entrance, looking half-awake.

"U-uhm," Tezuka stuttered. " We couldn't sleep so we took a stroll."

"Please don't go off without informing me next time." Mizuki yawned, and went back to sleep.

Thank Kami-sama for Mizuki not noticing that Shiruka wasn't there. And did he just say Sanada?

Tezuka went back to his room, completely bewildered at what he just experienced.

"That's because you're being lied to, Tezuka."

A similar form of Mizuki appeared in his room along with the other vampires, only that they were letting off a very familiar cerulean colour, but he can't ever seem to identify where he'd seen it.

"Who are you? You are definitely not Mizuki." Tezuka raised an eyebrow.

A similar form of Mizuki appeared in his room along with the other vampires, only that they were letting off a very familiar cerulean colour, but he can't pinpoint to where he'd seen it before.

"Shiraishi," the form that took the form of Mizuki greeted. "That's Yuuji, those two are Yagyuu and Kirihara. And the last two..."

"Kawamura, and Echizen." Tezuka said out of nowhere.

"Buchou..." Echizen, who wanted to avoid his captain's gaze, looked at him with a softened expression.

"How did you know?" Kawamura asked, evidently shocked like everyone else, and took the initiative to ask. "Unless ..."

"I do not know, it was a mere hunch." Tezuka was equally shocked, but quickly regained his composure.

"So, Shiraishi," Tezuka faced Mizuki's 'double'. "What am I being lied to about?"

"Everything about what you know." Shiraishi grimaced.

"Make yourself comfortable, you're in for a wild ride."

:~:

"This is irreversible, Fuji-"

"You know I only want them safe, Saeki. This is the best way."

"But-"

"Saeki."

"Hai, hai, it shall be done."

It is reversible, though, Saeki sighed inwardly. The methods just depend heavily on luck.

If Tezuka-kun and the others want Fuji Syuusuke back,

they will need all the luck they can get.

~8.30p.m.~

A group of teenagers were moving towards their destination stealthily despite having more than 10 people. Among them, Sanada and Yukimura were holding hands tightly, not wanting to let go of each other.

Within Sanada's pouch was Spring's Embrace. It was decided that he should be the one to administer the potion to his childhood friend. Yukimura was considered an enemy still, and Sanada was the only one who even has a chance to approach Tezuka.

The wind blew around them, and Yukimura's movements became slightly slower, which was noted by Sanada's concerned gaze.

"After being next to Syuu for a long time, the wind feels special to me..." Yukimura dipped his head down, tightening the grip on Sanada's hand.

"We'll get both of them back, Seiichi." Sanada smiled.

"Ah, you can count on us, Yukimura." Niou chimed in.

The group of Charmers and vampires (plus two Connected) reached the park, where many events took place.

"Yosh, minna. Take your places. If we want Fuji back, we must get back Tezuka with how the tensai would do." Atobe smirked, confident of their plan.

"Aid me as soon as you can, Seiichi. I believe in you." Sanada smiled at his lover, and shook his hand gently, signalling that they had to get ready.

"Be careful, Genichirou." Yukimura smiled briefly before getting into a strong and determined mindset.

Yukimura went to hide with the other Charmers, who were setting up their defences. Sanada stood exactly where he was left by Tezuka, sat down and took off his shirt, revealing the bandages that were around his chest.

I must do my best to get back Kunimitsu, not only for my sake, but for Seiichi, and Syuusuke. Sanada closed his eyes and began to meditate.

Soon, he detected several other vampires behind him, and grimaced at the dark aura emitted by them. One of them sped up and ran towards him.

"Shiruka! You're alive! But how-" Tezuka rushed to look at him, resulting in Sanada blocking his entire body from view of the other vampires.

"You should've come back, Sa- Shiruka-kun." Mizuki twirled a lock of silver hair.

"My goal was to eliminate Yukimura. It wouldn't matter to you if I died." Sanada shifted slightly. "Thankfully, I was able to acquire help from someone else."

"Oh? Who would do such a kind thing to bring you away from death, Shiruka?" Kite asked with interest, pushing up Yagyuu's glasses.

"Hmph," Sanada smirked. He stood up with a knife in his left hand, and dropped a glass bottle with his right.

Mizuki instantly recognised that kind of bottle, for having dabbled in potion-making before. "That's-"

Sanada looked directly into Mizuki's eyes.

"Yumiko helped me, and my name is Sanada."

A large wave of energy was released as the Charmers dropped their defences. Mizuki and the Higa vampires instantly screamed, as they were not prepared for an ambush. At the same time, they lost their sights and fell to the floor. Then another voice was heard.

"You made me lose my love, and my brother. Now it's really time to see you suffer."

Yukimura.

-Minutes before the attack occurred-

"Shiruka! You're alive! But how-" Tezuka rushed to look at him...

and was immediately forced to stay put by Sanada, who was holding a silver dagger to his chest.

Keep quiet, Tezuka. Sanada was reaching out for his comrade through telepathy. Drink the potion from my lap, and try not to move as well. Do not leave a single drop.

You need to know the truth.

Tezuka froze, in that slight moment, his memories began flashing in short periods, latching onto factors he deemed important.

"You being lied to, Tezuka." Mizuki- no, Shiraishi said.

"Buchou..." Echizen's softened expression.

"Your real name is Tezuka, captain of the Seigaku tennis club, vampire hunter. You are on Syuu- Fuji's side."

"We were forced out of our bodies; Mizuki-tachi died a month ago."

"If anyone calls you as Tezuka, find out about your true identity. Fuji won't want you to be forever left in the dark."

"You care a lot about Fuji, you're in a relationship with-"

And they were gone.

He didn't want to believe what Shiraishi said, but with everything that's happened, his curiosity got the better of him.

And now Tezuka is being forced to drink something by his own friend, who called him something else.

Sanada didn't call him Kentaku, he called him Tezuka.

Tezuka had no choice either way, it was to die by the hands of his comrade, or drink the potion.

And any sane person would choose the latter, no matter who the killer is.

Tezuka drank, making little movement with Sanada shifting slightly to block Tezuka as much as possible.

Then, he remembered everything within a flash.

He opened his mouth to talk, but Sanada glared at him and said, telepathically,

Okaeri, Kunimitsu. Don't move, we have promising backup.

Sanada stood up, "Hmph," he smirked.

"Yumiko helped me, and my name is Sanada."

Then everything went to hell.

~Present~

"Damn you all! All of you can go to hell!" Mizuki yelled in pain.

"Did you really think you stand a chance against ore-sama, ahn?" Atobe smirked.

Oshitari sighed, "There he goes again..."

"Well let's bring these guys back. It takes time to get the vampires out of their bodies and I'm getting impatient." Shishido groaned, while his passive junior tried to calm him down.

"There's no need for that."

The wind blew hard all around them, and a slender figure materialised before the fallen vampires.

"You bastards will pay for this." The hooded figure unsheathed a katana, its blade gleaming under the moonlight. He raised the katana straight up, and the sword started to gather energy.

"Moon-cleanser!" Atobe and Yukimura yelled in unison. The others looked at them in confusion, and Yukimura sighed, letting Atobe explain.

"As long as the moon is visible, the katana will gather the pure moonlight, and any slashes after that will result in purification of any kind the wieldier has in mind.

"But that katana is very rare. Ore-sama does not have one, of course, otherwise we would not have to worry. Only a few families have such katanas."

"But how and why..." Yukimura questioned out loud.

"That katana is mine."

Everyone turned to see Saeki Koujirou leaning against a tree.

Sanada blinked, "Then the person in front of the vampires is-"

"Syuusuke." Yukimura and Tezuka said.

Fuji Syuusuke then slashed the katana towards the direction of the vampires, who still could not move. And what everyone else saw next was eye opening.

The souls of the evil vampires left the bodies, despite desperately trying to stay inside. But with a second slash, the vampires were completely removed.

With a third and fourth slash, the original souls entered back to their bodies. Yukimura held back his powers, allowing the 6 of them to stand up.

"Syuu... where have you been?" Yukimura asked with a trembling voice.

"It's pointless, Seiichi." Shiraishi grimaced, checking his body and feeling alive again.

"What do you mean?" Tezuka asked, as Fuji walked past all of them towards Saeki.

"Like Shiraishi said, it's pointless, Yukimura-kun." Saeki sighed. "Syuusuke did this to himself, I owed him one."

He gave a 90-degree bow, before walking away from the park with Fuji.

"Matte, Syuusuke!" Tezuka yelled, feeling desperate.

Fuji turned around, showing his face to everyone for once.

"I do not know you, and my name is not Fuji."

Then he left, leaving everyone stunned.

"Seiichi, did you see his eyes?" Shiraishi asked.

"A-Ah," Yukimura held back his tears, unable to bring himself to admit the truth when it already happened.

"Ano, can we go back home?" Echizen's question broke through the tension.

"Y-Yea, you guys can go." Shiraishi blinked. "Just keep quiet about what happened these few days, ne?"

Kirihara gave a thumbs up, before leaving with the others.

When they were far enough, Tezuka asked Yukimura, "What of Syuusuke's eyes? Tell me, Seiichi!"

"Kunimitsu!" Sanada grabbed Tezuka's arm.

Yukimura couldn't say anything other than to cry. With the stunned duo, Shiraishi broke the uncomfortable silence by saying,

"Fuji went for a... mental wipe. He..." Shiraishi looked away, crystal tears falling off his face.

"He doesn't know us anymore."

Tezuka was shocked beyond words, and fell to his knees.

"His eyes..."

They all turned to Yukimura, whose tears are becoming bloody.

"His eyes were black... Syuu..." and only cried harder.

Sanada, being the only one who hasn't cried yet, spoke to Atobe. "We really appreciate your help, Hyotei. But now I believe we need to be left alone, sorry."

Atobe nodded with a grim look, and signalled his team to follow him away.

Leaving the four of them alone.

Sanada went to Tezuka and held his friend close, while Shiraishi hugged Yukimura, his tears becoming bloody as well.

Although they managed to get back the vampire hunters, none of them felt complete. Even with Shiraishi being the odd one out, no one felt complete without the tensai vampire, Fuji Syuusuke.

"We'll get him back."

The other three who were crying blood tears looked at Sanada. He'd brought Tezuka closer towards Yukimura and Shiraishi, and draped both his arms around Tezuka and his beloved Seiichi.

"I swear that I will get Syuusuke back, no matter what it takes." Sanada said, with determination etched all over his face despite crying bloody tears now.

"Me too," Yukimura smiled at his lover.

"Don't forget about us, ne Tezuka?" Shiraishi grinned.

"Hn," Tezuka nodded, and red lines began forming around all four of them.

"It is only the beginning, minna. Yudan sezu ni ikou."

The other three nodded, and got up to leave the place.

...

"Where are we going?"

"Syuusuke's house. Yumiko should know."

"Sure, I don't mind seeing her again."

"You have to see her, Sanada-kun, you still need to heal."

OWARIIIII
