Author's Notes: Howdy! Can't tell you how happy I am to be out of Highschool! It was downright hellish trying to deal with graduation, but I'm going to the college I've always wanted to attend in the fall with a pretty stellar animation program, so things are looking up. As for this story, hopefully updates will be steadier. I'm about two chapters ahead right now.

Please review! Thanks as always!

Mira Nova and Jessie met them in the heavily guarded foyer. Buzz was still unnerved at seeing Jessie in an official Star Command uniform, but he tried to be positive when he approached the two. Mira crossed her arms, but she was still smiling, which was a good sign.

"I don't hate you, if that's what you're thinking… and that is what you're thinking…" she told him casually.

"You didn't have to stick your hand in my head to figure that out?" Buzz asked grinning.

"No. However, I've spent a lot of time with my dad lately. He's taught me a few tricks. Almost having your father killed gives you a new motivation to talk to him a little bit more, even if he is a little pigheaded sometimes," Mira said.

Buzz checked the compartment on his wrist showing him the time. "We'd better get to the meeting. Ok, listen up team. The Secretary of Defense has requested a response team to be present to not only provide insight on this mystery, but also deal with any threat that may arise. The fact that McNairy anticipates there will be trouble for us to neutralize means we must be especially on guard." He turned to XR. "Do we have access to a ship?"

XR went blank for a moment. "Looks like we're authorized… It's ship Number 95."

"Good. Report there and use the radar to keep track of the skies. If any unauthorized ship touches the atmosphere, if you have any reason to believe they have any intention of attacking, let me know immediately. Booster, you're going to be on patrol on the streets. The rest of us have information concerning Bo." He paused to look at Jessie. "Watch each others backs, and report anything via your communicator should we be separated. Let's move."

Thousands of strange alien senators filled up the seats in the humongous meeting hall. Mira, Jessie, Buzz and Woody had vip seats near the front. Buzz flipped open his communicator.

"You in place XR?" he said over the roar of side conversations occurring.

"Yup. And the skies are all clear," XR replied.

"What about you Booster?"

"No suspicious activity Buzz!" Booster exclaimed.

"Guess we just wait then…" Jessie said casually leaning back in her seat.

"I hope this isn't too long. It takes ages for them to just take role," Mira remarked doing the same.

"Don't let your guard down yet," Buzz said, but he also shifted his position to get slightly more comfortable in his chair.

Mira was absolutely right too. Taking account of each planet in the Galactic alliance was taking a ridiculous amount of time, and even Woody felt himself dozing off at times. When they finally concluded going through names, the president stood up behind the pulpit. He was large in stature with vibrant green scaly skin, but he had the general composition of a human. He pounded the gavel and wrestled furiously to get the attention of all the buzzing voices in the senate.

When he had finally managed to lower the noise, he pulled out a small clicker from his suit pocket.

"I'm sure you know why you've been called here today," he stated speaking into the large microphone. A large screen lowered, and the President pressed a button on his clicker. The first image was a still from the transmission that had been sent to Star Command. The president continued. "This message was sent to every planet affiliated with the Galactic Alliance in some form."

Woody turned to Buzz anxiously. "How many planets is that?" the cowboy whispered.

Buzz grimaced. "Millions…"

"The location of the Porcelain Cowgirl is being concealed for security purposes, but she is safe and protected. Now, the question now is who exactly are we dealing with…" The president said pressing the clicker again. The screen popped up with another image from the transmission with the silhouette of the speaker illuminated a bit. It revealed a bit of a snout and large ears."Although we have not been able to trace his voice, we have found a match to his species: He's Porcus."

A senator who had the face of a pig stood up immediately. "He is not at all affiliated with the Obleron Government!" he shouted looking slightly flustered. There was a murmur from the rest of the senators accusing him of acting suspicious.

The President once again pounded his gavel hard. "Calm down everyone! We are not pointing fingers at any nation!"

The pig senator sat down slowly.

"I refuse to let Star Command drop into a state of panic over this. We are going to calmly figure out what this gentleman wants and why. Anyone who has a problem with that can leave this instant!" the president shouted.

It was dead silent.

"Good, then we're at an understanding. As I was saying before, this Porcus claims that the Porcelain Cowgirl, AKA Bo Peep of Earth has committed crimes across the universe. Many of you will recall that she was in part responsible for the fall of the Cultist Stoneheart Mafur. She has not committed any crimes and as being an Earthling has hardly participated in travelling the universe. Our guy decided it'd be a good idea to hack into our systems just to tell a very weak lie."

Woody was feeling particularly bold and stood up. "Is he a part of the remnant bands created by Stoneheart?" he asked loudly.

"Oh yes, today we have with us a few personally involved with this issue who hopefully will be able to shed some light on the situation," the President said, gesturing to the four of them. "It's possible, but if he was he'd know we knew he was lying…"

"So what if the point wasn't to trick us into believing him?"

The hall went eerily silent.

"Are you suggesting that perhaps all he wanted to do was make us nervous?" the President asked uneasily.

"Sir, how easy is it to hack into Capital Planet's televising systems?" Buzz asked before Woody had a chance to respond.

"Near impossible. The system the message was broadcast on was the emergency alert station, which Rangers went to survey a little while ago. They found no trace of anything that would help us get any closer to figuring out what is going on."

"So he's a serious hacker. If he had slipped into Capital Planet's systems beforehand, he had to have known we wouldn't believe his accusations against Bo," Buzz concluded.

"Why is the girl important? Why is he targeting her?" a senator questioned. There was a general murmur from the other council members asking the same thing.

"Quiet everybody!" the President shouted while pounding his gavel. He shifted his focus again the to Buzz and the rest. "Do any of you know why someone would be targeting her? Out of revenge for Stoneheart?"

Woody looked a bit hesitant to share. "We don't know why, but Stoneheart was after her for her-"

Suddenly there was an empowering sound of crackling electricity coming from all directions. Everyone covered their ears and started to yell.

Buzz flipped open his wrist communicator and tried to shout over the sound. "Booster! XR! What's going on out there?"

The only response was the sound of static.
