Rhythmi: *Has a HUGE blush on her face* BAILEY!
IMN: Everyone we must (sadly) stop this romantic development and get on with the story.
Isaac: IMN I'm surprise that you stopped something like this! I think you've really matured-!
IMN: We can do this when Keith is here! Where's my camera?! I NEED TO RECORD THIS BEAUTIFUL MOMENT FOR FAN-GIRLS AND/OR BOYS EVERYWHERE! MUHAHAHAHAHA!

Chapter 11: THIEVES!
Rhythmi's Pov
It's been two day since Visiting Day and everything is back to normal. All the visiting relatives have gone back home but some stayed in the school for an extra day since they live in regions far away. I couldn't help but feel worried because it's a few minutes till class starts and there's no sign of my annoying childhood friend. Yep, Keith is not in class.
The funny thing about Keith is that even though he's a prankster he never misses class, especially a ranger class. Weird but true. Just then the door opened and Kate came in with a smile on her face.
"Hey Rhythmi, is Keith here yet? Remi wants me to give Keith a message." said Kate. I just looked at the empty desk that Keith normally sits.
"Sorry Kate, he isn't here yet." I said. Kate's smile faltered when I finished my sentence. I quickly panicked and sprouted the first thing that formed from my mouth.
"Don't worry Kate! I'm sure that he's over sleeping like usual! He'll be here before you can say 'Pikachu picks Pecha berries'!" I rambled trying to cheer one of my best friends. Kate just let out a small smile and went to sit at her desk. 'Keith, you moron, don't you dare make Kate upset because you're too lazy to come to class!' I thought while reading my romantic book in silence.
Class was starting and Keith still isn't here! I swear prodigy or not I'LL MURDER HIM! He is making Kate really upset, it's very unlike him. Just then Ms. April came in with a parcel in her hands. She walked to the front of the class and placed the parcel down before turning towards us.
"Everyone your attention, please. I have some great news today. Apparently Prof. Hastings is coming over to the school to see you all in a few days!" said Ms April. The whole class cheered except for Kate who looked down about Keith and as for me; I. Am. Freaking. OUT! Prof. Hastings is Keith's Grandfather, if Hastings finds out that Keith is missing then it won't be long before his parents find out and I'll get into BIG trouble! I'm even more freaked out because Prof. Hastings ALWAYS arrives earlier than expected.
"Anyway, today, as scheduled, the topic is teamwork between Rangers and Operators. This is very important to everyone because it is an Operator's job to help Rangers during missions. Without complete trust between both parties even the simplest mission would be disastrous. Rhythmi I would like you to be the Operator for the little exercise and for Kate to play the Ranger. This demonstration is specifically about how Operators and Rangers communicate with each other on a mission." said Ms. April.
She turned around and opened the parcel to reveal two red stylers. I could hear the class gasping with awe at the site of the two stylers in the teacher's hands.
"Usually Operators and Rangers contact each other with a feature called 'voicemail'. Since the school stylers don't have that feature Prof. Hastings lent us these from the Ranger Union for our demonstration today. Girls I would like you both to grab a styler and go to opposite ends of the room please." said Ms April. Kate and I both did as instructed.
"Rhyth, I'm really worried about Keith. He would have loved this." whispered Kate so only I could hear.
"I'm worried too." I whispered back. We said some random sentence here and there to show the class how the voicemail works. Suddenly the class door slammed open. I turned around to see Mr. Kincaid at the door and he was steaming mad.
"WHERE IS HE?!" screamed the hair-spray loving teacher before storming into class to look around.
"Mr. Kincaid, I'm teaching a class here. What seems to be the problem?" demanded Ms. April while glaring at the male teacher. Instead of answering Mr. Kincaid looked at Keith's empty desk and smirked.
"AHA! I KNEW IT! He isn't here! Definitely the master mind behind this horrid crime!" exclaimed Mr. Kincaid. I looked at Ms. April and she did NOT look happy about the fact she was ignored.
"Mr. Kincaid, what is the meaning of this? What are you talking about that involves Keith? Is it about running in the hallways or pulling pranks on you again?" asked Ms April. Mr. Kincaid stared at Ms. April before scowling at her.
"Keith Adams is believed to be the one who stole the school stylers last night!" exclaimed Mr. Kincaid. "WHAT?!" shouted Ms. April, Kate and I.
"Mr. Kincaid I know that you dislike Keith for pulling pranks on you but that doesn't mean you can blame him for a crime like this. Keith would never do that." I said to Mr. Kincaid. I don't care about my perfect record at the moment because NO-ONE disrespects my friends on my watch.
"Tell me Miss Heart if Keith didn't steal the stylers then why isn't he in class?" asked Mr Kincaid with a smirk. I became silent because I don't know where Keith is. Then I heard a slam and turned my head towards Kate who slammed her hands on her desk. She marched over to Mr. Kincaid and glared at him.
"You have no right to call Keith a criminal. Just because Keith isn't in class to defend himself, doesn't mean he's guilty. Aren't people innocent till proven guilty? If you jump straight to a conclusion then the criminal would be off on his merry way with the stylers and you would have punished an innocent person. If there is one person in this entire building who is guilty of anything it's you for drugging Fro awhile back. I don't care if you're a teacher, police or even Arceus himself but no-one should blame somebody until there is proof!" shouted Kate at the shell-shocked teacher and for a second I thought I saw Kate's eyes were pitch black instead of her icy blue eyes.
Mr. Kincaid came out of his shocked stated and glared at Kate. Everyone was quiet because of the tense atmosphere in the room. Mr. Kincaid finally smirked and crossed his arms.
"Alright, since you believe that Keith is so innocent then why don't you prove it? I'll give you one hour to find Keith, prove that he is innocent, capture the 'real' criminal and get back the stylers. If you complete this task then I'll let you and your little friends get away with any prank for a day and get a week out of school. If you don't succeed then I'll expel Keith and suspend you and anyone involved in your search for a month. Do we have a deal?" said Mr. Kincaid while stretching out his right hand to shake on the bet. Kate looked at the man who could make your nose stop working with determination in her eyes. Kate shook hands with him and said "You've got a deal." before walking out the door with me behind her.
"Kate, are you crazy?! You can't expect to do all of that in an hour. This is crazy!" I said trying to make Kate get out of this crazy bet. I want to help prove Keith is innocent too but doing all of that in one hour is nearly impossible with just the two of us.
"HEY LITTLE COUS!" shouted Kellyn jumping up on Kate with a smile on his face. Kate jumped up and instantly put her hands on her head for some reason in nanoseconds after Kellyn shouted. A few seconds later when she calmed down Kate turned and glared at her cousin.
"Kellyn, you almost gave me a heart attack! You almost made me you-know-what." hissed Kate.
"What are you guys talking about?" asked Isaac who came from behind Kellyn along with Mace and Rosie. Kate, Kellyn, Rosie and Mace looked at each other in fear for a second before looking at us like nothing was wrong. What are they hiding?
"Well, you see when Kate said 'you-know-what' she meant her...uh." said Mace while looking a little bit nervous.
"Hiccups! Big Sister gets a really bad case of the hiccups when she gets a huge scare. In fact it took Drew and I thirty minutes to get rid of them, right Kellyn?" Rosie said jokingly with a smile on her face but I could tell it was an act.
"Yeah, I remember now! Kate puts her hands on her head because one time she was scared so badly that she jumped, made Crawford throw up his text book in surprise and the book hit her head pretty hard. So she always covers her head as a reflex every time she's scared in case there is another flying book aimed at her head. Sorry about that Kate. I can be so stupid sometimes. Ha ha ha." said Kellyn with the same smile on his face as Rosie.
"Okay? Anyway what are you guys doing here?" I asked after trying to progress the story about Kate and her 'hiccups'.
"We're here to help look for Keith as well. I respect Mr. Kincaid's decisions at times but I believe that he shouldn't have blamed Keith as unjustly as he did." said Isaac with determination in his eyes. I secretly blushed at the sight of his determined side.
"But you guys will get suspended for a month if we don't find Keith in a hour." said Kate with worry.
"We're still helping you guys find that red-head idiot. He is our friend after all, he'd do the same for anyone of us if the roles were switched." said Mace waving off the fact she might get suspended. Everyone else nodded their heads at Mace's speech. I felt touched that the others would help us find Keith. I bet Keith finally don't feel so alone with everyone here as his friend.
"Alright fine let's do this, for Keith!" announced Kate before she put her hand out in front of her. Everyone put their hand on top of Kate's and said "For Keith!" Even after saying I couldn't help but think, 'What is Kate hiding from me?'
Kate's Pov
So the gang decided to split up to cover more ground. We split into two groups because Rhythmi and I still have the Ranger stylers for the voicemail feature demonstration. I went with Kellyn and Mace while Rhythmi went with Isaac and Rosie. Rhythmi's group decided to check upstairs for clues while my group decided to check downstairs. I thought that it would be best to check the scene of the crime aka the staff room first to get some ideas. So far everything seems normal except for the empty glass case where all the school stylers were.
"I'll go check the security footage to see who we're up against and what happened to Keith." said Mace before she went to the computer on Lamont's desk. I went to the glass case to see if there was anything that could be used to open the case. From the sunlight from the window I saw a faint outline of a perfectly cut circle in the side of the glass. I made a handle on the circle from 'Frost Breath' and pulled on it. I saw that in the outline of the circle there was one small shard of smooth metal.
"Hey guys, something's wrong. I tried to get the staff room's camera footage up but when I play over a certain time it blacks out. Someone switched off the camera to the staff room. Also from the hall's camera, it looks like Keith was there alright. He heard something when he went down pretty early this morning and entered the staff room. Other than that nothing else happened, Keith didn't come out after that." said Mace playing over the footage. I saw that Keith coming down the stairs wearing his uniform, he looked over at the staff room door and went in with caution but never came out. That's weird.
"If that's the case then maybe the thief came in the staff room without opening the window to set the alarm off." said a voice from the window. We turned our heads to see Chrom the Salamance on the other side of the window. Kellyn went to open the window and rubbed Chrom's head with affection.
"Chrom what are you doing here? You should be in the stables." said Kellyn. Suddenly Fro pops up from the floorboards and floated over to Chrom with glee.
"Chrom I found it! You were right, there is a passage!" sang Fro in joy.
"What is she talking about Chrom?" asked Mace with confusion.
"Around five in the morning I heard strange sounds coming from the staff room. When I went to check what it was everything was normal except the sytlers were gone. I knew something strange was going on so I got Fro to help me look for clues or maybe a passage that those people used to get into the building."said Chrom looking serious.
"Wait, what do you mean by 'those people'?" I asked with confusion.
"Kate, I could smell lots of different scents in this room that doesn't belong to anyone in the school. This isn't a one man job. I could smell at least six people in here beside you guys. The scents smelled too strange for ordinary humans. Also check this out." said Fro before she used 'Psychic'. Then a part of the floorboards near Lamont's desk rose up with Fro's 'Physic' and revealed a hole that it once covered.
"A secret passage?!" exclaimed Kellyn in shock. I quickly gave Mace the ranger styler to voicemail Rhythmi while I check out the hole. I saw that there was a layer metal underneath the floorboards but the edges of it was covered in some purple gunk. I used a weak 'Powder Snow' attack on some of the gunk. The snow dissolved quickly, the gunk was bubbling and dissolved more of the metal. 'This is from an 'Acid' attack. The thieves must have a poison type pokémon with them.' I thought before jumping in the hole.
When I landed I was in a large tunnel the width of Gyarados. I saw that there were parts of the tunnel covered in smashed rocks, some puddles, webs, claw marks and more of that purple gunk. It looked like a battle went on in here.
"What happened here? Was there a small argument gone wrong or something?" asked Kellyn before he jumped into the hole with Mace and Fro behind him.
From the corner of my eye I saw something green in one of the webs. I lifted up the web and saw a styler. I saw that there was a screen with a photo of Keith and I in front of the Pledge stone from a couple of days back when he told me about the camera function his grandfather put on his styler. I felt dread come over me and quickly grabbed the styler. I kept clicking the arrow that moves from picture to picture until I saw the most recent one. There was a dark human figure with his hand covered in a pink beam pointing at the camera.
"That's a 'Psybeam' attack. Why is that guy using a Psychic type move?!" exclaimed Mace in horror. I could feel a cold sweat coming down my neck when I realised what happened.
"These thieves aren't humans. They're Mewmans and they've got Keith." I said shocked and horrified at the thought of Keith getting hurt or killed by these Mewmans.
"Why would Mewmans want some old school stylers and Keith for?" asked Kellyn.
"You'd be surprised how much one styler costs on the black market even if it's a school one. Some companies would want any type of styler so they could make money or take over the world. Take the Go-Rock Squad a couple of years back for example. Also Keith is from a famous family so people could make lots of money for ransom." said Mace while rubbing her chin. I didn't think before I started running to the exit of the tunnel. I have to find Keith; I have to make sure he's safe!
I reached the end of the tunnel to see that I was behind the Pledge Stone in Ascension Square. I quickly put up my guard and walked out from behind the statue. Kellyn, Mace and Fro did the same as me and looked around the area for the thieves. From the corner of my eye I saw Keith lying on the far side of the field unconscious and he was wrapped in white string from a 'String Shot' attack.
"KEITH!" We all shouted as we ran to our red headed friend. I saw Keith opening his eyes when we shouted his name. His eyes shot open when he saw us and started struggling wildly. I saw that his mouth was covered by the 'String Shot' so I pulled it off him.
"Guys get away from me! It's a trap!" shouted Keith in panic. Just then I felt my body being pushed down my some force and I couldn't get up.
"Well, well, well. Look what the Meowth dragged in. Three more stupid humans and a Froslass." said a tall girl wearing a black hooded cape but by her boyish posture I could tell that she was a tom-boy.
"I can't believe that there are humans that are more idiotic than a certain someone we know." said a girl. She had an elegant posture and was wearing the same hooded cape as the first girl, she stood holding a fan with a Beautifly design.
"I know...HEY! Were you talking about me?!" said a bulky looking guy wearing the same cape, which now seemed like a uniform. Suddenly two small people within the group popped out from behind the boyish girl and looked at the arguing girl and boy.
"FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" cheered the small duo and I could tell that the girl and the boy were around twelve years old.
"Must we act like children in front of our prisoners?" asked a different girl in a monotone voice. She was taller than the twelve year old duo. She was standing sandwiched between a taller boy behind her and the duo on front. The taller guy appeared to hide behind her. 'Shy much?' Kellyn asked me via telepathy.
"Everyone focus! We have more of those damn humans coming. After we deal with them we'll take off, got it?" said a uniformed male standing on top of the Pledge Stone with perfect balance. I then started to hear voices coming from the tunnel, familiar voices. The thieves hid on either side of the tunnel entrance waiting for the people to come out like an ambush.
"Guys, I don't think it's a good idea to go through this tunnel with the thieves still running around." said a nervous female voice from within the tunnel.
"Mace voicemailed me about a tunnel where they thought the thieves were. We have to catch them and give them to Mr. Kincaid or Keith will get expelled!" said another female voice from the tunnel.
"We have to be fast and careful though. The thieves could be armed with weapons and the others might be in trouble." said a male voice. I froze when I realised who those voices belonged to. 'Rosie, Rhythmi, Isaac. Please don't come closer.' I begged in my mind.
I saw that Rosie, Ivy the Leafeon, Rhythmi and Isaac were walking to the exit of the tunnel then they saw us on the ground. They started running towards us until a 'String Shot' attack from the graceful looking woman wrapped them up like the way Keith was. The guy from on top of the Pledge Stone jumped down and landed perfectly onto his feet. He walked to Rhythmi first and crouched down in front of her. Rhythmi looked petrified as the guy stared at her. The hooded guy tilted Rhythmi's chin with his left hand and brought his face close.
"Hey leave her alone!" shouted Isaac to the leader. The guy instantly let go of Rhythmi's face and walked to where Isaac was. Instantly a pink sword with lots of inscriptions on it appeared in the guy's hands and the tip was pointed between Isaac's eyes. 'Where have I seen that sword before?' I thought while staring at the sword.
"You have some nerve to talk to me that way human." growled the guy and spat out 'human' like it was poison. "Forget about holding him hostage; just throw him in the ocean after I'm done. He reminds me too much of that man from years ago." ordered the guy before he lifted his sword up. I saw Rhythmi trying to wiggle towards Isaac to help him but she was held down by the tom-boyish girl's foot on her back. I watched horrified that one of my friends was about to get killed in front of me! I started to have flash-backs of memories that I wanted to forget of 'that day'.
"STOP IT!" "Run!" "Everyone get out now!" "We're trapped!" "BIG SISTEEEEERRRR!"
'No, I can't let that happen again! I won't lose the people I love again! Not again!' I thought as I felt my powers form inside me. I glared at the guy with the sword with hate and adrenaline coursing through my veins.
"GET THE HELL AWAY FROM MY FRIENDS!" I roared before releasing the strongest 'Ice-Beam' attack I'd ever done. The guy with the sword and his buddies saw the attack and jumped out of the way. Luckily Isaac, Rhythmi, Rosie and Ivy were low enough for the attack to miss them and hit the tunnel entrance. I noticed that the power that held me down was gone so I changed into my Mewman form, grabbed my ice cube and turned it into a scythe, ready to fight.
"K-Kate i-is that y-y-you?" stammered Rhythmi as she stared at me with shock along with Isaac. I heard the leader groaning while standing up from the ground. He got up and pointed his sword at me, also ready to fight me. I saw that his friends were ready to fight me as well judging from the fighting stances they were all in.
"Kellyn, get everyone out of here now." I said while glaring at the Mewmans that stole the stylers. Kellyn quickly used 'Dragon Claw' to cut Keith's binds, giving Keith back his styler and ran to the others using the same method on the binds. The gang ran up the stairs but Fro stayed with me glaring at the Mewmans.
"Just like old times huh?"Fro said. I smirked and nodded my head. Now that the others are at a safe distance, it's time to dance!
Meanwhile at the School-Normal Pov
All the students and staff (besides our favourite gang) were outside waiting for the arrival of one of the most famous people in Ranger History. It turns out that Prof. Hastings really wanted to see how his grandson was doing and couldn't wait a few more days to see him so he was visiting earlier than expected.
"Five minutes left until Keith is expelled." whispered Mr. Kincaid to himself before he got elbowed in the stomach by Ms. April. Then a man in his late seventies with a white beard, bushy moustache and eye brows approached. He was also wearing brown slacks, shoes and a lab coat.
"Tomas it's great to see you old friend." said Principal Lamont while shaking hands with his childhood friend.
"Great to see you too Lamont and I see we have many bright students just beaming with promise. Anyway where is Keith, I want to speak with him?" said Prof. Hastings. Lamont started to sweat and nervously looked at the teachers for help. Thankfully Ms. April came to the rescue.
"Well, you see Keith went off to do a job for Janice and he might take a while to finish-!" said Ms. April. "Grandpa, what are you doing here?!" As she was interrupted by the red-haired prodigy who was running towards the group with the gang behind him. Prof. Hastings hugged his grandson and smiled at him.
"Keith my boy, how are you? I haven't seen you for a long time. Are you still in that 'slow growth/non spurt' phase?" asked Prof Hastings with joy. Before anyone knew it Keith was pushing his grandfather towards the school doors while Mace, Rosie and Kellyn try to persuade the staff and students to go inside. Isaac and Rhythmi were standing still thinking deeply about something.
"I'm fine, I missed you and yep, still in that phase. Let's go inside because I heard a storm is coming and it sounds pretty bad." said Keith with a fake smile.
"A storm?" asked Kincaid suspiciously. "Yeah a huge storm from the east is heading our way. It sounded very bad from the news we heard from Mace's portable radio. We should get inside like, now!" said Kellyn with the same smile. Unexpectedly Prof. Hastings stamped his foot on the ground.
"I have been listening to the radio on my way from the Ranger Union and not once have I heard anything about a 'storm'. Keith Dazzle Adams what are you hiding?" questioned the professor. Just before Keith even came up with something there was a huge explosion behind the group. From the explosion came Fro being chased by a Scizor, a Mawile and a Gallade. Then a Nidoking, a Rhyperior and a Mismagius then came up the stairs blasting long-range attacks at Fro but failed because of Fro's speed.
Suddenly a Beautifly flew over Fro and hit her with a 'String-Shot' attack, tying up the poor Ice-type. The pokémon that were chasing her jumped to attack her but failed as Fro rolled away in the nick of time. She broke free from the binds with her 'Psychic' and blasted a large 'Shadow Ball' at the pokémon. Then behind her was an angry Suicune using 'Bite' on Fro's shoulder. It was super effective.
"WHAT IN HEAVEN'S NAME IS THIS?! Why are a Nidoking and a Beautifly in the Almia region when there should be none?! Why is the legendary pokémon, Suicune, here?!" exclaimed Prof. Hastings in shock just then another explosion happened which made Kate jump up and land in the middle of the court yard.
The small duo from earlier ran after her with their hands turning into silver glowing claws. They attacked Kate with 'Metal Claw' but Kate reflected them with the swings of her scythe. One of them came at her with an 'Iron Head' attack but Kate stopped it with a 'Frost Breath' attack that landed literally head on! The other came to try and hit Kate with an 'Iron Tail' attack but Kate grabbed it and swung the attacker around until she let go, letting the duo collide into each other. They were knocked out from the shear strength of the throw. Then the bulky figure unleashed a 'Poison Jab' attack behind Kate but she countered it with an 'Ice Punch' causing a burst of wind repulsing them back.
"What's going on here?!" "Who are they?!" "What the hell are they?!" exclaimed the students as they watched the battles of the pokémon and Mewmans before them. Prof. Hastings looked at the battles with shock and awe. Then a stray 'Shadow Ball' from the Mismagius was headed straight for the old man. Kellyn saw it, quickly turned into his Mewman form and hit the attack with 'Dragon Tail'.
"Mace, get everyone inside NOW!" shouted Kellyn while he whistled. Chrom came in seconds later, using 'Bite' against the Mismagius.
"You heard the Dragon; GET YOUR ASSES MOVING OR YOU'LL BECOME A GIANT SMEAR ON THE WALLS BY THEM OR BY ME!" shouted Mace and all the students and staff even Prof. Hastings ran inside from the scary Ranger/Mechanic-to-be. Keith, Mace, Isaac and Rhythmi were the only humans left outside. Rosie called Ivy and shouted to use the Leafeon's attacks to counter the stray attacks from the battle. Kellyn helped Ivy with the counter-attacks while Mace and Keith tried to capture the pokémon to calm them down. After Isaac and Rhythmi got over the shock they helped Rosie charge stylers and have aid anyone that was injured.
After one hour all of the thieves' pokémon were finished except for the Suicune and Gallade. The other thieves were down for the count as well except for the guy with the pink sword and the tom-boyish girl. Everyone was panting very hard from the intense battles but no-one let up.
The girl let out a powerful 'Hydro Cannon' at Kate but the Ice-type Mewman used 'Icicle Crash' a foot in front of her and the giant icicles acted as a barrier to the Water-type attack. Meanwhile the Suicune used 'Aurora Beam' and the Gallade used 'Focus Blast'. The rainbow coloured beam combined into the blue sphere, making the sphere three times bigger and glowing multiple colours. Chrom used 'Protect' to block the attack and the battle continued.
While Kate was battling the girl Keith and the others were having a hard time with the thieves' Gallade and Suicune. Keith and Mace were trying to capture the powerful Gallade but the pokémon was too strong for them.
"Damn it! This is almost impossible with our type of stylers! The only way to capture this guy is if he was held down!" shouted Mace with rage. Just then Chrom fell from the sky and crashed into the Psychic type with his body weight. The Gallade was trapped under the Dragon's weight.
"RELEASE ME YOU IMBECILIC DRAGON!" shouted the Gallade with anger while trying to get out from under Chrom's weight but failed. The humans stared at the scene with shock and surprise.
"That will work." said Mace as she easily captured the Gallade. The pokémon then became still and panted, just accepting defeat with open arms. Seconds later the girl landed a few feet in front of them with ice in the shape of a fist attached to the left side of her hood. The gang saw Kate covered in bruises and scratch marks from the one-on-eight battle of the Mewmans. The leader was a couple of feet behind her now defeated by the Ice Mewman. Keith ran and caught Kate before she collapsed from exhaustion.
"That was a pretty intense battle. You sure you're okay Kate?" asked Keith while holding on to the Ice Mewman. Kate just looked at the red-head in the eye and smiled.
"I'm just a little bit tired, Mewmans are really fast healers. I should be asking you that though. Those pokémon were super powerful like their masters." Kate said. Keith just laughed and let out a smile.
"It was hard capturing those seven pokémon with our stylers but we did it. No pro-"
"Wait seven?! What about the eighth one?!" exclaimed Kate with worry before they heard a scream of pain. It turns out the Suicune sneaked behind the gang and used 'Aurora Beam' on Mace's styler arm. The styler broke and Mace was clutching her arm.
"MACE!" shouted Kellyn with worry before Ivy used 'Energy Ball' at the legendary. The Suicune was thrown back a few feet but then had a glaring match with Fro, Ivy and Chrom; waiting for one of them to make a move.
"My...arm..." whimpered Mace as she held her styler arm in pain. There was blood going down her arm. Kellyn held Mace gently to make sure that the injury didn't worsen. While Rosie, Rhythmi and Isaac try to collect her broken styler and treat Mace's arm.
"That Suicune is strong for taking on a Grass type attack. It looks really angry. Also with that speed and those moves it would be hard to make it faint even if it's against Ivy." Kate said as she watched the three-on-one battle. The Suicune looked like it was winning because Fro's shoulder was bleeding, Chrom's wings and one of his legs were frozen and Ivy's left side was frozen as well.
"Wait a minute. Kate remembered the time in the kitchen when Fro was attacking us? We used your Mewman powers for Poké Assist to capture her!" Keith exclaimed.
"That was one time Keith! I don't know if I could do it again. Also Ice type moves have a disadvantage against Water." Kate shouted over the sounds of the battle in front of them.
"It would at least resist the 'Aurora Beam' or freeze the pokémon! We have to try Kate!" exclaimed Keith. Kate was thinking for a few seconds before looking at Keith with determination and nodded her head. Keith got into a capture position with Kate behind him holding his shoulders. Kate's birthmark shone under them and the capture disc had turned white and grown spikes.
"CAPTURE ON!" they shouted before releasing the white capture disc. It circled the legendary with great speed. As Keith predicted the 'Aurora Beam' was useless against the disc. Instead of damaging the disc it was just absorbed and made the disc stronger. The assist froze the Suicune a couple of times making the capture easier. Finally the capture was complete and the Suicune calmed down and exhaustion finally got to it. Unexpectedly the Suicune became a poof of smoke and a smaller version of the legendary replaced it.
"What just happened to Suicune?" asked Isaac shocked that a powerful legendary became a baby!
"I think we just fought a baby." Mace said with shock looking at the sleeping baby Suicune.
"Is it really possible for a legendary to have a baby?" asked Rhythmi.
"Actually it is. It's just not known to humans. In fact I met Lugia one time with his baby. Great kid." said Kellyn smiling recalling the memory. Rosie was treating Ivy's wounds from the fight until she saw the leader heading towards Kate and Keith.
"BIG SISTER, KEITH BEHIND YOU!" Rosie shouted in fear. The others turned to see the leader standing over them. Keith tried to tackle him but the guy just used 'Teleport' on Keith. The red-headed prodigy just ended up crashing into the ground next to the rest of the gang. Kate tried to use 'Ice Punch' on the guy but he caught her wrist and held her there.
"What's your name?" whispered the caped man. Kate stared at the man with confusion. The others just watch the scene worried for Kate's safety if they made a wrong move.
"My name is Kate Icecia. Why do you want to know my-?" before Kate knew it she was being hugged by the guy! The others were shocked beyond belief because one minute the guy was trying to kill them and now HE'S HUGGING KATE?!
"I can't believe it's you. I would never have recognised you if it wasn't for your birthmark. You changed so much Big Sister." whispered the guy. Kate stood still trying to process what the guy said. She quickly took off the hood to reveal a nineteen year old guy. The guy had shaggy silvery blue hair, pale skin, pale blue eyes and high cheek bones. Long story short; HE WAS GORGEOUS! Kate looked like she saw a ghost before she started to cry.
"Wes?" whispered Kate before the guy let out a smile.
IMN: CHAPTER 11 FINISHED! YAAAAAAAAY!
Keith: *Grabs IMN and glares at her* WHO THE HELL IS WES?!
Rhythmi: Keith don't scare the author!
Isaac: I'm also curious about this 'Wes' character.
IMN: You'll have to find out in the next chapter. ;P
Keith: TELL ME WHO HE IS NOW!
IMN: WIGGLE-PIGGLE!
Keith: Who the heck is Wiggle-Piggle?
*Suddenly a giant angry Dragonite appears behind IMN glaring at Keith*
Kellyn: You have a Dragonite?!
IMN: Yep and you thought that Snuggle-Buns is my only powerhouse pokémon? HA!
