"Do you remember the days when we were highly respected duellists?"

Weevil gave Rex a disbelieving look even as he sipped his cola and watched the preparations for the tournament going on around them.

"You know, the days before Yugi Mutou and Joey Wheeler showed up and stole the lime light?" Rex asked, still sore about the way that no one remembered his name when he'd been a big star a couple of years back.

"Yeah, well everything's going to be different this time." Weevil sniggered, thinking about the cards he'd added to his deck. "You're looking at the next King of Games."

"You? King of Games?" Rex spluttered, spraying cola everywhere, "You're never going to beat me! Not this time!"

"Me?" Weevil snorted, "You couldn't even beat a complete novice, you don't stand a chance against me!"

"Oh yeah?" Rex demanded, pulling on his Duel Disk, "Prove it!"
