And we are BACK! OW! Last time we had a trip home for our lost Rangers, thanks to the help of TenTen and Naruto, but now we have a new challenge ahead, and this one may or may not be the worst storm, with an even more calm before it. Their next job is to make it to GNR, but will they make it in one piece? And what of the fearless leader Reilly? Time to find out, Wastelanders! Let's go!

XxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXXXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxX;

Sighing, TenTen held the cold bag over her gauzed up wound. They had little in the way of Stimpaks, but the Rangers knew how to help a girl out. "Thanks. How do you even have cold things?"

Brick smiled and pointed to the hall. "Back in our bunking room, we got a fridge, works just fine with the solar generator it's hooked to. Though we always have to shift power from food to comms, not easy I tell ya."

Figuring that would be the best answer she would get, the brunette let it be. Looking to the unconscious Naruto, she sighed again. "He's hurt because of me. If I was better, if I wasn't so slow…" Butcher came in with another cold pack. "He going to be ok?"

Shrugging, the medic was nonchalant. "He's gone through worse, but even he isn't immortal. He'll be alright though, unsure for how much longer. Several years alone? He's pushed his luck."

After an hour, the doors opened and soon Donovan came rushing in. "She's back! She's looking a little worn, but she's walking!"

That got the Rangers to rush out with him. Didn't take long till they came back with Reilly, who wanted to speak to TenTen. "Well, looks like I was right to put my trust in you two. On behalf of the Rangers, everyone live and dead, we thank you. Though we may never get our boys back, we still run strong with the ones still here." Giving TenTen a salute, she smiled.

Standing on her own and saluting with her free arm, TenTen smiled back. "It was the right thing to do. Nothing to thank."

Groaning out a little, Naruto turned his head. "Keep it down Reilly. Injured still here." Though he grinned a small bit. "Glad to see things through for you. Try not to get stuck again, alright?"

Rolling her eyes, she pat his back. "Smart-ass. Thanks. You and your friend did right." Turning to her team, she got a debrief from them about what happened, and where they are at. Sighing a bit, Reilly wasn't happy. "We've only got a half-mission of ammo, our medicine is in decline, and we're down two men… Alright, we'll need a resupply. The Talons might have a recon base nearby, if we hit them without them catching wind, we can get enough to trade Rivet City."

Brick sighed, crossing her arms. "Whether we manage that or not isn't the question, the question is how bad is Anacostia?"

The station TenTen and Naruto came through. With a smile, the Vault Dweller answered. "Relatively safe, we cleared it of the Raiders there, and the Feral's from Museum Station might still be trapped there."

Reilly blinked a bit before asking TenTen. "And how do you know?"

Smiling brightly, TenTen answered proudly. "We came from Rivet to the Mall through Anacostia and Museum. We made sure to clear Anacostia, and the Ghouls of Underworld, specifically their doctor and scientist, wanted to recapture them. So it SHOULD be clear."

Reilly smiled and confirmed it. "Well, didn't think you guys came that way. Last I heard Naruto was in Megaton, fastest way from there to GNR is through Dupont and Georgetown. Though the more dangerous of the routes. Still, I came through Anacostia, it's safe. Though filled with corpses. Thanks for that by the way, made my way back here safe and sound. As for the Museum station, it's still not clear of Feral Ghouls, but I did lock them in."

Looking at each other, the Rangers shrugged and figured it was all coo. Butcher smiled. "If it's a safe trade route, seems we got our battle plan. Those Talons won't know what hit 'em, they need to regroup after the massacre outside."

After the Rangers went to plan out their attack, TenTen looked to Naruto. He was still resting, but it seemed still awake. "Got something to say to me?"

Grumbling a bit, Naruto shifted his head to look at her more clearly. "We can't stay too long. You're looking for your father and I promised to see it through. Just like you did for the Rangers. Who knows how long he's been there, if he's even still there. We should go as soon as I feel ready to walk."

Conflicting emotions for the brunette were clear. Even if he was keeping who he was a secret, maybe Shino was right. It takes time to trust, but all this time all he did was help her. Maybe instead of pushing him away because he never told her everything was naïve. There are too many people, in too huge a world, to know everything. She should stop thinking about a Vault life and how easy it was knowing everyone and all their dirty little secrets. "I have to ask, not wait till he finally spills it all."

Grabbing a chair and sitting near Naruto, she looked him straight in the eyes. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't be waiting for you to tell me everything. But It's not like I am wrong to want to know who I am putting my trust in. Naruto, what are you really? You say you were kicked out of the Brotherhood, yet you avoid them like the plague, and you have some sort of secret weapon so powerful it can be seen from GNR from miles away."

Sighing heavily, Naruto rolled his eyes. "The weapon… is not something I want getting out, so I suggest you drop it. As for my reasons avoiding the Brotherhood, it's… a complicated thing. See, when one abandons the Brotherhood, they become Outcasts. They are given their armor and enough food and water to survive for a few days, then sent off to survive on their own. Once you are Outcast, you're no longer welcome in their sight. If you come back, they will shoot you. There was a band of Outcasts, about fifty of them, who left, broke off because they believed in prioritizing Technology. They left because they thought Lyons had gone soft. I was kicked out for my inability to protect innocent lives, by prioritizing technology during my mission. So as an Outcast, all they must do is see my marked armor, and fire. So yeah, I avoid them, to survive."

She didn't understand why it was such an offense, and why it was punished so fiercely. But she would have to ask why later. "Get some rest, faster you heal faster we go." Standing and hoping to find her pack to grab something to drink, she ran into Donovan, who was apparently listening.

"Follow me." He turned and started down the hall. Following him, TenTen had a bad feeling about this. As they went into the inventory room, he closed the door. "He's scum. They all are. The Brotherhood, when they first got here, were put under duress, and after that stunt of trying to take back the capital from the Mutant threat, they hid inside their little base and regrouped, letting hundreds die in the crossfire they stirred up, angering the beasts. They recruit anyone who can hold a gun and points them at anything effected by radiation, meaning Ghouls even if they aren't feral. Though I seen a few of the more experienced soldiers hold their fire. The whole group is starting to become too big for their heads, and are looking for total control of the wastes. So far their war is staying in the Capital, but even their best can't cut through the entire swath of Mutant attacks. Many die in the crossfire, and even more die becoming those Mutants. I dealt with a mission once, where they were supposed to help save a mother and her three kids… Two of those kids were Ghouls, they weren't Feral, but they were skinny enough to pass for one. So what happened was one initiate killed them, and when the mother tried to stop him the other killed her. They claimed defense, but I know better, I was watching through my rifle. As soon as they took their helmets off to survey their actions, I shot them both in the head."

Hearing this, TenTen was shocked. She couldn't fathom what kind of monster would just do all that. Maybe it was a good thing Naruto was outcast, if he was not a part of such cruelty. Donovan continued, though. "And don't take Naruto for his word. He may say he didn't do anything wrong as a part of the Brotherhood, but I know them better. He's brutally efficient in combat, and won't hesitate if something comes for him. Heh, even dogs, as you said. Just watch yourself with him. As much as Reilly trusts him, I don't."

With al that said, he left her to absorb all that. Still rather weak, TenTen just sat against the wall and thought about it. So far as she knows, Naruto hasn't lied, only survived. Sure, he did kill dogs without remorse, but they did attack him, they were Raider dogs. But still, such cruelty and efficiency, as Donovan said. She would have to really see him, watch and learn. She would have to stop believing in everyone else and start trusting her own eyes. Thinking back to the Vault, she remembered the double faced attitude of those that suddenly turned on her, and those that shown their true selves when the time was dire. Looking at her pistol, she took a deep breath. "Amata…."

After a few more minutes, she stood and went to go get a drink. After finding some Nuka-Cola, she turned to see Reilly coming in with a chest. "TenTen, here." Setting down the box, Reilly smiled. "You helped us when we needed help, and for that I owe you a debt. As any Merc worth her salt, I pay back those debts. So I figured you would want something that might be better than Caps. So, I got two choices for ya. A minigun, as we got an extra and Eugene is still the best it can be, or some Armor."

The brunette Vault Dweller pat her armor a bit. "I've got some armor… but I don't think I can carry a Minigun yet."

Reilly puled the armor from the chest and opened up the chest. "Our armor is a bit different than standard Combat armor, or even the Talons armor." She was right, it had two steel plates, colored green, sandwiching chain mail and some fluff glued on. "It's got twice the protection, and keeps you warm when out and about." Putting it back together, Reilly presented it still. "So if a Minigun will only get you killed with it's weight, maybe this will be best."

She had a point. Taking the armor from the Mercenary leader, TenTen went and got changed. Keeping the plated skirt, TenTen slipped on the green armor, Naming her a Reilly's Ranger, and smiled as she felt it was slightly lighter than the other armor, although a little tighter. She was actually better equipped for what would come ahead.

It took about four hours, but finally Naruto was up and about. Finishing suiting up, he, Reilly and TenTen were in the comms room. "So, GNR bound. Gotta hand it to you blondie, you got a death wish if I ever seen one."

Scoffing playfully, Naruto stood from his seat. "Look who's talking." After a minute silence, Naruto sighed. "We've got out work cut out for us. Since the Brotherhood protect the GNR, I'm going to be forced to stay away. Meaning, as soon as we hit Chevy, I have to leave TenTen to go and talk to them."

Turning to the blonde, TenTen was curious. "So, how do we get back? Through the Mall?"

Groaning, Naruto rubbed his head. "Not so simple… We have two ways to go. We can either head through Anacostia, which Reilly backtracked through to get here, through Museum again, probably still filled with Ferals, and then through it to central. After that it's either Dupont station to Dupont circle, or freedom to Vernon. Or, we can go in reverse through the sewer, through Penn, into Freedom, to Vernon. And from Vernon we go through Metro Junction, and then to Chevy, or from Dupont the same thing from the other direction."

Seeing as Vernon was a cause of a lot of their problems at the moment, and she remembered they left Penn in a state of war, it wasn't much of a plan. "I think I'll vote Dupont…. I'd rather bypass the Ferals than go through more Mutants."

Reilly pulled in her vote. "I say you go through Museum to Vernon again. As you guys already went through there, it should be the safest path to Vernon, and you can just trek out to Metro Junction."

Naruto shrugged a bit. "Agreed… TenTen, Dupont is practically warzone alpha. The mall is the central point, but they all come to the Mall from Dupont, meaning we fight through a horde to get to Chevy that way. If they Prioritized the Metro Junction station when we left, it may be they geared up for another attack on the Mall, or just covering their bases. Seeing as we got the hell out of there, I am hoping it's option A. No reason to stay in Vernon if most their group is gone and their targets vanished."

Thinking on it, TenTen felt he was right. Though she was still rather ill with a headache and sluggish nature, due to Jet. She was really wanting some more to fend that off at the moment. Nodding, the Brunette agreed. "So, we have our stuff ready?"

With Reilly's confirmation, they got their gear sorted and they were escorted out. The Rangers offered to take them to Anacostia. Naruto shrugged it off though. "You have a resupply to plan, we can make it from here. Thanks again, Reilly. And sorry about Theo and Shino…"

With that, they were off. The two walked their way down the street, hearing the crazy man on the block spouting nonsense again. Finding their way into the Metro, as the sun was setting, the two navigated through the tunnels again. Seeing the still fresh corpses, rats starting to chew on them, they passed through to the locked door of Museum. Thankfully they were in luck, the station was cleared of the Ferals, any time between Reilly and their own passing it would seem. Heading back the same direction to Vernon, the two got to the door and waited for a moment.

Naruto decided to speak up. "Alright. This is where we find out if they went one way or the other. I didn't see them through here, so they must be heading through Metro. Maybe into Dupont, but we can't be sure. Stay close, and follow me through the darkness." With that, he opened the door and let TenTen lead.

Seeing nothing, the brunette cleared him to follow, but before she could go down the steps, Naruto stopped her. "Wait… I have a safer path…" Seeing him head down the tracks, she was curious as to know how he knew a safer way after already telling her the best route was ahead.

As they closed in on a wrecked metro train entrance, Naruto pulled a plank off a hidden door. "Usually I head through a place, scope the land, but seeing as we are already so close and we shouldn't cause a scene, heading through here will be our back way in. Last time I was at GNR, I was pinned by Mutants coming through Vernon, they chased me from Dupont. Before the next horde came through, I hid in a train for a day, and tried to find another way out. This was my way out."

That impressed TenTen, seeing as he was so resourceful she shouldn't have been but it was quite the way to find a path forward safely. Heading in and hiding the door once more, they slowly followed the darkened path. Though as they drew nearer to the main station, they were met with utter silence.

Thus, Naruto stopped them and felt very nervous. "I don't hear anything…. Not even footsteps, or even cockroaches. Nothing." As they headed through the middle between the trains and in low visibility, they found out why. There were dozens of bodies, some missing limbs, others missing heads, and all were dead and fresh. Raiders, Feral Ghouls, and even Mutants. This was a massacre.

Holding a cloth to her nose, as it smelled so bad, and trying not to feel nauseous, the brunette Vault Dweller looked to Naruto. "That's why… Guess we got lucky? Raiders finished them off."

Shaking his head and moving to a Mutants body, the blonde had other ideas. "It would take a hundred common Raiders to even fight off a dozen Mutants. We're not seeing that many bodies… No, this was caused by Laser fire, melted skin, see?"

Bringing up the light on his helmet, he showed his partner the burns in the Mutant. It was similar to the kind of burns from Naruto's rifle. "Wait.. but that can't be. Unless Raiders got Energy weapons?"

Looking around, Naruto felt even more nervous. "No. The aim was precise, key hits to the arms and head, the legs… This was professional. Besides, even if the Raiders did manage, where are they now? We have none alive here, even Feral Ghouls, meaning whoever did this has passed on instead of staying and regrouping. This had to be Brotherhood… And if Brotherhood are enforcing Chevy, it must mean they've been getting hit pretty bad there. Which would condone my theory of why the other Mutants didn't come up to us, and instead went to fight the Brotherhood."

Standing and heading forward, Naruto was getting antsy, muttering to himself. TenTen saw this and decided to ask. "What's wrong? This isn't anything we didn't foresee, you said they would be there and you'd have to stay behind."

Stopping suddenly, Naruto was still after a moment he sighed heavily in almost a growl. "There's only one squad trained to take back GNR if things get rough, and on short notice. Lyons Pride…"

That peaked her interest. "Lyon's Pride?"

Walking again, Naruto explained. "A squad of highly trained individuals, whenever a position is pinned or in trouble and they need help fast, the Pride are sent in. This just feels like them… And if it is, then the situation is worse than we thought… I may have to go against code, and try and help."

As they made it to the exit to the Metro, they found themselves going up into a roaring battlefield, as Mutants from the right were fighting laser blasts to the left. Running up, the two found a position and started firing into the Mutants, helping whoever it was defeat them. It didn't take long, however, as the Horde was torn apart by the flanking teams.

Seeing things were clear ahead for them, the two headed up to meet a couple Brotherhood who were sent to investigate. One of them seen Naruto. "Name and Rank Soldier."

Naruto took a deep breathe. "Stand down, we've got no time to chat here. How bad is the situation?"

As the two Brotherhood soldiers looked to each other, the taller man spoke. "Not good, a platoon of Mutants came through, we managed to cut them in half, and we're flanking them right now. Lyons will want to see you right away, You'll need to be verified before you can help. We don't want civilians dying."

The woman beside him scoffed. "Not gonna happen, We're too good to let you mess it up."

Going forward, Naruto and TenTen followed them to the front ally, where Naruto stopped dead in his tracks. "Lyons…."

TenTen looked to the blonde. "Isn't Lyons the leader of the group or something?"

Quietly explaining, Naruto tried to get the brunette to shush. "Elder Lyons is the leader of this entire chapter of Brotherhood, He's the entire groups head here in DC. He has a Daughter, and she leads the Pride now, it would seem. Let me do the talking."

Lyons came up, but as soon as she looked at the shoulder piece for Naruto, her rifle was up. "Outcast…. Thought you traitors all dressed in red nowadays. Come to sabotage the GNR building? Take over their radio signal?"

Taking his Helmet off, Naruto glared at the woman. "Put the weapon down, Sarah. I may have been cast out, but I am not an Outcast soldier."

The woman flinched, but took her own helmet off. Looking at the fellow blonde, as her own fell over her face a bit, Sarah Lyons spoke in a heated tone. "You shouldn't have come here, or anywhere near this outpost. Even if you lived this long without help, you've got no right even standing here in that armor."

Glaring harder, Naruto held a softer tone. "We're here for another reason entirely, but seeing as it means taking out the Mutant threat, I decided not to send TenTen here in alone. You can either accept our help, and after twenty-four hours let us go as per my Oath Pass, or shoot me here and explain to your father how you killed me on the spot in the middle of a crisis."

Staring at the man before her, Sarah clearly wasn't enjoying this situation. Huffing, she lowered her rifle. "Fine. Twenty-Four hours, help us take GNR, do your business, and leave."

Nodding, Naruto put his helmet back on and looked to TenTen. "Follow orders, and keep down when you can." Turning to Sarah, who put her own Helmet on, he nodded. "Lead on, Ma'am."

As the five near the metro's regrouped with the three ahead in the alley, the firing stopped on their end with a Gatling Laser from one soldier taking out the incoming Mutants. As he stopped firing he got back behind cover and the woman who was with Lyons and Naruto took the corner to cover them.

"All clear, Sentinel. Five Mutants released from their torment. The rest are keeping their heads down, it seems." As he spoke to Lyons, he looked to Naruto. "Who's this?"

Lyons shook her head. "An Outcast, or at least one that hasn't joined the traitors regiment. He's taking the 24 hour Oath, so don't be getting any ideas. He brought in a local too, so keep your eyes peeled."

Looking at the armor, the soldier hummed. "Well, if you say so."

Seeing their fallen, Lyons asked. "And Jennings? How is he, Captain?"

The captain sighed. "Negative. He's gone." As Lyons cursed, he had to know. "Name, soldier?" He was addressing Naruto.

The blonde nodded. "Come on Colvin, you were my best man. Can't recognize me from two feet in front of you?"

Hearing this, the soldier looked at Lyons. "Outcast, Ma'am? You can't mean…"

Pulling on his chest plate, Lyons brought him close. "He was cast out after his little stunt years ago, which makes him Outcast. Now get your trigger on the finger, and let's go, if you haven't lost your hearing then you know our men are still being hit. Now move!" Looking to the other woman in Power Armor, she started commanding their squad. "Reddin, do what Paladin Vargas says, and keep your mouth shut, got it? And grab Jennings Fat Man."

Seeing her haul the huge launcher up, TenTen had to know what this was. "What's a Fat Man?"

Naruto quickly explained. "It's a catapult, launches Miniature Nuclear Warheads. If they brought this along… Must mean they expect something big."

That was a scary thought, but Lyons was on point. "Local, you and Naruto cover our backs, let's move!"

With that, Colvin lead the group with Lyons behind him, the squad moving as fast as they could into the next building. As soon as they got into the open, the Mutants started opening fire. Keeping her Rifle handy, TenTen aimed, but missed her first shot and second, though Naruto picked up the slack with a couple from his, taking out the Mutant she was aiming for and another beside it. Seeing all the flashing lasers flying into the building, the brunette was having trouble seeing straight, her head was starting to ache.

Pulling her to the building cover, Naruto tried to keep her safe. "You ok? The effects still hitting you?"

Groaning and shaking her head clear, TenTen fought off the negative effects. "I'm fine, let's just go and kill these things!"

Colvin opened fire into the building, and after his gun heated up he stood back and let Vargas and Lyons in to finish. Following them in, Naruto and TenTen lead Redding through and helped take out another group on the second floor, Naruto cutting one's leg off with a few concentrated hits and letting TenTen, who switched to her Shotgun, blast his head off. Reloading, TenTen was starting to get a bit dizzy, but fought it off as she took out another Mutant's leg coming from side and as it fell stabbed it in the head with her bayonet. Firing the second shot to kill it, she hurried with the group as they fought the corner war, hitting any that moved into sight.

As they finally made it to the other side of the building, TenTen cleared her vision just long enough to see the large building, lit up in the dark, saying 'GNR' She was here, finally. After so much strife, she was finally where her father came to when he left.

Though in her stupor, she failed to realize they were still fighting, and was hit in the shoulder right between the pauldrons and chest plate, causing her to stagger. Naruto grabbed her arm and pulled her in. "What are you doing!?"

Groaning in pain, and hissing, the brunette tried to put pressure on the wound. "I got distracted… I'm, finally here, Naruto…"

He knew what she meant. "Yeah? Well you aren't there yet, now get up and fire!" As the squad fought and flanked the Mutant threat, it wasn't hard to finish them. As the main building had taken care of a few dozen, but the rest were taking cover. Thanks to Lyons group, they had no place to hide, and were promptly taken out. After the bloody swath was finished, and even the remaining few behind were taken out, the squad started moving up into the square.

Naruto took the time to get TenTen taken care of, helping her heal, the Stimpak closing the wound. Thankfully the bullet went right through. "There… Now, let's go see if your dad made it. We should leave as soon as possible to keep from hitting any more Mutant hordes on the way back."

Though as Reddin was firing into the air, Naruto felt the earth start shaking. TenTen felt it too, and almost lost her footing. "What was that? Am I still getting weaker? I've not taken any Jet for a whole day."

Naruto was frantic after the second shake. "No.. That ain't you.. That's something else… Something big… Only thing that big would be…"

Seemed Reddin and Vargas also felt it, and Reddin was heading to the old bus blocking the eat side. Just then, a huge pair of arms holding a much larger weapon smashed the truck, and caused it to explode, tossing Reddin across the ground, and the Power Armor's own mechanical gear broke and tried to correct, causing her to break her arm and both legs, all up till her head hit the ground and killed her outright with a snapped neck.

Though the horror of this death was only lost to half the remaining soldiers there, as the three times taller and twice as wide and bulkier Super Mutant stormed in, wearing armor from head to toe, his skin a much darker golden yellow. TenTen watched in horror at the whole spectacle, and was horrified by the Mutant. "What.. the fuck is THAT!?"

She got her answer as Lyons screamed. "BEHEMOTH! FIRE! FIRE! FIRE! NOW DAMNIT!" With that roaring order, the Behemoth roared in rage and started swinging for the fences, smashing the second floor guards and then almost flattening Vargas before roaring in rage as he was pelted with bullets. How effective they were seemed much less than anything the Brunette had seen, even her uncoordinated fire was hitting and not even making a dent, and she could swear she could see her bulets bounce off him.

Naruto was firing all he could, but he knew what had to be done to minimize any more casualties. Before he could, however, he saw TenTen just standing there, in horror, and shooting her pistol, trying to do anything, but the Mutant noticed her and used his giant weapon, a fire hydrant on a stick, and smacked her with it.

The Vault Dweller flew into the statue, back first, and fell to the ground flat and unable to stand. Racing to her, Naruto grabbed onto her and pulled her down the Metro entrance, which was cleared to the gate but much else. Laying her against the wall as the Behemoth took out the statue, the blond checked her over. "TenTen, come on, wake up, you have to be ok…"

Wheezing, her lungs feeling numb, her chest hurting like needles, TenTen could only hardly speak. "Chest….Chest…"

Pulling off the armor, Naruto felt gently along her chest, finding multiple ribs broken. "Cough for me, come on, just one will do." Forcing herself to cough, TenTen wheezed until she could barely breathe. Naruto quickly took her pack, seeing some destroyed medicine he found what he needed, injecting her with Morphine and then two Stimpaks. Already it was working, as the brunette could breathe, but it was weak and ragged, barely any oxygen, and she was starting to lose consciousness.

Taking off his helmet, Naruto sighed. Looking into her eyes, Naruto spoke softly. "Don't you go dying… We're so close to seeing Three Dog, and finding your father. Don't you dare die on me now. I'll be right back."

She could only watch as Naruto took his weird looking pistol and the silver box, taking out a red and weird looking bullet. Sliding it into the only hole in the gun in the back, Naruto started walking off. As he reached the top step he whistled loudly. "Come on you bastard! I'm right here!"

TenTen could only watch as her vision slowly failed, but she could clearly see Naruto raising his gun up. Apparently the Behemoth was trying to smash the front door of the building of GNR. As it walked up to Naruto, it rose it's giant weapon. Just then, TenTen could hear Lyons call for Naruto to get down, but it was too late.

What seemed like the end of Naruto, with only a weird pistol in hand, was a shocking revelation, when he pulled the trigger the gun fired a large red beam of light that took the entire head off the Behemoth, and the Mutant fell on it's side, and thus TenTen lost consciousness, seeing Naruto start walking back down to get her. In her mind, she knew he had revealed his secret weapon, and she was grateful for saving her life. Whatever reason Donovan had to hate him, she had only seen him do good. Brutal in combat, maybe, but she felt safe with him. That was her final thought, as Naruto was calling to her to wake up, before she was out like a light.
