"What's going through your head?"

Kagome glanced at the reflection of Jakotsu, then returned her attention outside. Looking out at the twenty-second floor view of Seoul, Korea. She glanced down at the notebook in her lap. Tidbits of information laid out neatly across five separate pages. "Who do you think will win her favor?"

"As a father figure, you mean." Jakotsu who hadn't been paying all that much attention to Kagome, looked up from a contract he was going over, thoughtfully considered the question. "...Taemin had taken quite the shine to her...but he may be too young. However, that may not be the way she sees it. I couldn't give you an answer to that, since I don't know how Naomi thinks. You on the other hand..."

"...yeah...I know my daughter...but something like this is over my head. How am I to choose her father for her. Her birth father didn't want anything to do with her, why would a celebrity singer?"

"...tch...you know exactly what to say to make someone hurt..." Jakotsu caught a glimpse of a flashing red light on his phone and lifted it up to see who was calling. "...oh?" He smiled, placing the phone to his ear, he answered. "Hey there, what are you up to?"

"..." Kagome turned and looked on curiously at Jakotsu who was smiling much like that of a school girl. She knew who it was. His male lover/friend/toy or his boyfriend. She called him a multitude of names, but none of which phased Jakotsu in the slightest.

"Right now?" He glanced at his watch and then turned his eyes to Kagome, almost pleadingly.

She waved him off and returned to watching the playbacks of last night and the present days activities between SHINee and her daughter. "Leave your keys to your office on the desk, I'll lock up when I'm done."

Jakotsu grinned, "I'll be right out." He ended the call with a happy laugh and pulled his office keys from his pocket. Picking up his desk phone, he dialed a number before speaking firmly to whoever was on the other side. "Give Miss. Higurashi a ride home tonight when she's ready to leave."

"Jakotsu, you don't need-"

He put the phone back on the receiver and raised a brow, "try and leave by midnight, my driver also has a life outside of chauffeuring me around...or so he'd like me to think he does."

Kagome sighed and watched her baby daddy leave with an extra skip in his step. She pressed play and continued watching the group on their first day out. She was happy, they were trying very hard to make Naomi happy, and it made Kagome at ease to know that these five were so attentive. Playful, sure...and yes, they were a bit mischievous with one another, but her daughter was happy, and she laughed while watching the exchanges.

The argument with Onew and Naomi over chicken had been a delight. Her daughter down right hated chicken. She knew why, naturally, but these boys weren't aware of the trauma that came from a chicken fight when she'd been only a two years old. She'd been so scared of the chickens back then, she refused to eat anything with chicken in it. On another note, Kagome was happy that Onew hadn't just accepted it. She wanted her daughter to grow from that experience, maybe she should indulge the idea of therapy...chicken was too popular...the poor girl would go into shock one day because of a chicken.

"Naomini...tell us about your mom."

Kagome frowned and tilted her head curiously. She could write a book on Key's overly suspicious persona. He clearly had multiple thoughts and opinions that he wanted to share and clarify. He also had no problem fishing for information from a three year old...soon to be four, of course. "...He knows something...or suspects something. Surely they all know by now, what it is they've signed up for...right?"

"Mama is pretty...and smart...she's fast...and strong...and she plays with sharp sticks and can shoot them really far!"

Laughing, she shook her head. What was she worried about. Even if Key was fishing for information, her daughter wasn't going to understand his questions in such a way that she'll be able to give him useful information.

Onew agrees apparently, since he was laughing at Key's failed attempt at extracting information from her daughter.

Onew had a unique personality. Kagome was charmed by him...watching him with her daughter, she felt that Naomi was safe. It was similar with Taemin, but not quite the same.

"...do you know if we'll meet her too?"

"Mama...is watching. Mama will come...not yet...but soon."

"...soon...but not quite yet. Be patient, Nao-chan...mama still needs to work through your special moments with your appa's. So far, you've had three...let's see how many others will come your way."

"Naomini, don't fall,"

Watching her daughter on the monkey bars, Kagome felt herself laugh at the thought of her daughter falling from those. She was quite the little chimp when it came to that playground. Truly, her daughter wouldn't let gravity get the best of her. Looking at her watch, she yawned and turned off the screen. "I'll start again in the morning, not much is left anyways." Grabbing her bag, she placed her journal inside and grabbed Jakotsu's key's off the desk. "...alright," she locked the door behind her and walked to the elevator. The few minutes it took to get to the ground floor, she found the chauffeur waiting patiently with a book in his hand. "Sorry to trouble you." She bowed politely.

"No trouble at all, this way." The man held open the door to the building and she followed. Never did it cross her mind, that a few more seconds, and the show would have gotten a lot more interesting.

Me: I'm so tired as of recently. I hope it's just a phase, but working at Skechers and JC Penney's, I don't think that will be the case. On that note...review, and let me know how I'm doing.
