Paige's POV
Today I'm meeting my cousin Carter and I'm holding Sky I want him to meet her. I wait for him by the train station and I see him walking up to me and I walk towards him and we hug.
''I missed you dude and whose baby is that?'' Carter said.
''I missed you too. This is my daughter Skyler and wow you look so different.'' I said.
''Daughter?'' Carter said.
''So what you want to do first?'' I said.
''Let's go eat cause I'm starving and you will explain to me.'' Carter said.
We go to Burger King to eat and I tell him what happen with my parents, he knows about my secret.
''I can't believe they did that to you.'' Carter said.
''I know, but I'm not worrying about them. But I have a daughter with my ex-girlfriend Brittany and my other ex-girlfriend Emily is pregnant.'' I said.
''Seriously? Come on I thought you was smart than that.'' Carter said.
''I know, but I'm trying to win back Emily, because I said stuff to her that was unfair and I didn't tell her about my daughter. But I have a job working in a super market.'' I said.
''That's good you stepping up to the plate. But I have to tell you something.'' Carter said.
''Yeah, what?'' I said.
''The army is sending me to Pakistan and I have to go tomorrow.'' Carter said and I become speechless.
''For how long?'' I said.
''Until they tell me and I wanted to come see you before I leave.'' Carter said.
''I don't want you to go.'' I said and Carter holds Sky and I take a picture with my phone.
''I know but I have to go. But the army does have some benefits it helps me to take care of my family.'' Carter said.
''That's good to know. But I will write letters to you.'' I said.
''That means a lot to me.'' Carter said and he tries to make Sky laugh.
''Wow she only has your eyes.'' Carter said.
''Yeah she looks like her mom more.'' I said.
''How she looks?'' Cater said.
''Brown hair and hazel eyes my height.'' I said.
We spend almost the whole day together and we had fun. When it was time to say bye it was hard and I started to cry. I go home and Mona's mom meets Sky and she holds Sky.
''I don't think she is your daughter.'' Mona said.
''Why not? The DNA said she is my daughter.'' I said.
''She doesn't look like you at all.'' Mona said.
''Yeah she does.'' I said.
''Girls stop fighting and Paige she needs to be changed.'' Mona's mom said.
I take Sky to the room and I change her diaper and start to make her bottle. I start to feed Sky and I start to think if I should join the army like Carter did, and I really have to be sure about it.
''Paige I'm sorry.'' Mona said.
''Its okay I'm not mad at you.'' I said.
''I want to see you happy.'' Mona said.
''I know and I want to see you happy to.'' I said and I text Emily.
To Emily: Can we meet to tomorrow night at my lake house at 8?
From Emily: ok I will see you tomorrow night.
Next night-
I went to the lake house I cleaned and I started to set up in a romantic way, I put flowers petals on the floor by the door way. I light up few candles and I bought food from The Grille. Then I go take a shower quickly before Emily comes and I look through my bag looking what to wear. I finally get dressed and I go to the living room and I wait for Emily. I hear a knock and I open the door and it's Emily.
''Hi Paige.'' Emily said.
''Hi Em, want something to drink?'' I said and she looks around.
''No. What you wanted to talk about?'' Emily said.
''Emily, I'm sorry for hurting you and everything I said and I wasn't thinking about your feelings. I'm really in love with you and I don't want to lose you and I hate myself for hurting you, I want to give you everything and anything you want. And even if you don't want me as a girlfriend, I will still be there for you and our baby. I love you Emily.'' I said and she looks away.
''I still love you but it really hurt me that you didn't tell me.'' Emily said.
''I didn't tell you because I was scared of how you will react. I thought if I told you and you will get mad then break up with me.'' I said.
''How do I know you are not hiding any more secrets?'' Emily said.
''I promise I'm not hiding any other secrets.'' I said.
''I'm scare you will hurt me again.'' Emily said.
''I won't hurt you again I promise and I will do anything to prove to you. I love you please give me one more chance.'' I said.
''I don't know I-I just don't want to get hurt.'' Emily said.
I plug my IPhone to the stereo and put a song called Stay, by Crywolf.
''This song is for you. Do want to dance?'' I said and I stick out my hand.
''Yeah.'' Emily said.

''That's good and I really want you to be happy.'' I said and Emily kiss me and I kiss her back. We stop kissing I hug her and she hides her face into my neck and I kiss her head.
''I don't want us to rush into anything.'' Emily said and we look at each.
''Wait what?'' I said.
''I'm giving you a second chance.'' Emily said.
''Really?'' I said surprised.
''Yes really.'' Emily said and we smile.
''Are you hungry? I tried to make it romantic for you not sure if you like it.'' I said.
''Yeah I'm hungry and I like what you did to the place.'' Emily said and she kiss my cheek.
We start to eat and I try to make her laugh with my lame jokes, and it worked but I'm still going to prove to her I won't hurt her.
''Can you stay the night?'' I said.
''Yeah I can and I forgive you.'' Emily said.
''Means a lot you said that. Do you want to meet Skyler? I know we just got back together.'' I said.
''Do you mean it?'' Emily said.
''Yeah I do, I mean if you want to meet her and I don't want to force you.'' I said.
''I will think about it.'' Emily said.
After we eat we go out and stand by the lake and throw rocks at the water. Splash water at each other and we laugh and Emily push me in the water, we both laugh. I get up and I try to hug her but she just gets away.
''I just want to hug you.'' I said walking closer to her.
''No you are trying to push me in the water.'' Emily said laughing.
''What? No I won't do that.'' I said laughing and Emily runs away and I go after her.
I catch up to her and I grab her and Emily tries to get away, we can't stop laughing and I try to take her close to the water.
''Paige let me go.'' Emily said laughing.
''What? I'm not doing anything.'' I said. Emily gets away she push me but I quickly grab her arm and both of us fall into the water.
''Not funny.'' Emily said and gets up.
''It was so funny.'' I said and I get up and she pushes me again.
''That's funny.'' Emily said and I get up.
''I'm cold let's go inside.'' I said.
''Yeah me too and I'm hungry.'' Emily said.
I lend Emily my clothes to wear and I change into dry clothes, then we go eat and we talk more. After we eat we go lay down on the sofa and I cover us with the blanket. Emily is laying on top of me and I have my arms around her, I start to play with her hair.
''I love you.'' Emily said.
''I love you too.'' I said. We stay like this until we fall asleep.
Next day-
Today I'm at Brittany's house and I really need to talk to her. I also bought food and clothes for Sky.
''I don't want Ben anywhere near Skyler.'' I said.
''He doesn't come and visit. He never met Skyler and I promise he won't be around her.'' Brittany said.
''I been thinking I want my girlfriend to meet Skyler.'' I said.
''Are you serious?'' Brittany said.
''Yeah I'm serious.'' I said.
''No she won't meet Skyler.'' Brittany said.
''Why?'' I said.
''Because I want to meet her first and I mean it.'' Brittany said.
''Let me talk to her first.'' I said.
''Good.'' Brittany said and I spend time Sky.
Emily's POV
I told my friends that Paige and I we are back together and they are happy for us. But lately I been thinking if I should meet Skyler and Paige told me she is almost three months old. But I haven't told my parents yet and I'm really scare how they will react and my mom notice I been feeling nauseous but I lie to her.
''I think we should tell my parents tonight.'' I said I'm with Paige at the park.
''Are you sure?'' Paige said.
''Yes I'm sure and you will be there?'' I said.
''Yeah I will be there.'' Paige said.
''I been thinking what you said and I want to meet Skyler.'' I said.
''Really? I don't want to make you uncomfortable.'' Paige said.
''I'm sure and I want to meet her.'' I said.
''I told Brittany about it and she wants to meet you.'' Paige said.
''Why?'' I said.
''She wants to meet you before you meet Skyler. And I told her I will talk to you first about it.'' Paige said.
''How long did you and Brittany date?'' I said.
''We dated for six months then we broke up and we didn't talk for months. During the break up she never told me she was pregnant, she told me after Skyler was born.'' Paige said.
''Did you love her?'' I said.
''No I wasn't in love with her but I do care about her. You are the first person I fell in love with. How you think your parents will react?'' Paige said.
''I'm not sure but I know they will be mad. Let's go tell them now.'' I said and she holds my hand.
''It will be okay.'' Paige said.
''I hope so.'' I said and we walk to my house.
We walk to my house holding hands and my hands are starting to sweat, my heart is beating fast. We go inside and my parents are not home and Paige makes me tea and everything goes through my mind right now. What if they kick me out and they will hate me forever, like what happen to Paige and she hasn't talked about it at all.
''Why are you crying?'' Paige said she wipes my tears away.
''I don't want my parents to hate me.'' I said she pulls me into a hug and I cry on her chest.
''They won't hate you I promise. We will get through anything together.'' Paige said still holding me.
I go wash my face in the bathroom and I dry my face, I look down and I touch my stomach. I really want to have a family with her but I never thought I get pregnant as a teenager. I go back downstairs and I kiss Paige. We stop and my parents just came into the house they look surprised that Paige is here with me holding hands.
''Emily, why is she here?'' My dad said.
''We have something to say?'' I said.
''What is it?'' My mom said.
''Paige and I we are dating and I'm in love with her.'' I said holding her hand tight.
''How did it start? We told you to stay away from her.'' My mom said.
''We been dating in secret and we love each other. She means a lot to me and she makes me happy. And I'm pregnant.'' I said in a low voice.
''What? Say it again.'' My dad said.
''I'm pregnant.'' I said and I feel scare right now.
''I'm confused. Who got you pregnant?'' My dad said.
''Me.'' Paige said.
''You are a girl.'' My dad said.
''I'm intersex, I was born with a penis but I'm still a girl. And I will do anything to help Emily and our baby I swear.'' Paige said.
''Can't believe this is happening.'' My mom said.
''You two are kids and still in high school. Do you have any idea how hard it is to raise a baby and how much it will cost.'' My dad said.
''I know it's hard and it will cost a lot. But I got part time job for now but I will get a better job to help with the costs. I won't leave her side and I'm in love with her, but please don't hate her. I told my parents about us and they hate me and kicked me out and I have a daughter with an ex-girlfriend. I know it doesn't look good but I will do anything to keep Emily and our baby happy.'' Paige said.
''We don't hate you Emily but we are furious at you. You two shouldn't have been smart about having safe sex.'' My dad said.
''What about your studies? Taking care of a baby it's a lot of work and time. What about swimming?'' My mom said.
''I know I have to quit the team but I want to keep our baby.'' I said.
''I will help Emily with anything she needs.'' Paige said.
''We are disappointed in you Emily we taught you better than this. We are not happy you are dating Paige.'' My mom said and I feel hurt and sad.
''Paige you should go home and Emily go to your room. Your mother and I we have to talk alone.'' My dad said.
I walk Paige to the door and she hugs me tight and kiss my head, I kiss her cheek and she leaves. After I took a shower and I go to my room and I start to cry. Everything will change and my parents will be disappointed in me for a long time and I don't know what to do now.
