One of the soldiers yelled, "They're over there! Let's go!"

Ozai looked in the direction of the voice. "Let's go, Zuko. They're coming."

Zuko stood up. "He was your brother! He's dead and you don't even care!"

Ozai turned to face Zuko. There were tears in his eyes. "I do care, Zuko. But if we want to live much longer, we need to leave. Those people are coming and they will kill us. We can't be sentimental now. We have to move."

Zuko nodded reluctantly. The prince and the Fire Lord turned around the corner and ran straight into Lee and Elsa.

Elsa almost fell into the ash, but Lee caught her before she hit the ground. Lee steadied her, then looked at Zuko and Ozai. "I found them," he said.

"Good," she replied. Then she heard the guns. "What's going on?" She asked.

"Some guys in black uniforms came after us with guns. They're almost here." Zuko answered.

"Oh. Yay." Said Elsa.

Zuko noticed Katara laying on a rock. "Is that...?"

"Yes," Lee answered. He looked Zuko in the eye, like he was waiting for Zuko to recognize him. Suddenly Zuko's eyes widened.

"Sokka," Zuko said. "But...you're old! No offense." He added quickly. Zuko gestured to the ash and broken buildings around them "How did you survive this?"

"Same as you and your dad. We weren't here when it happened." Lee explained.

They had stood around too long. The soldiers rounded the corner and aimed their guns at the four of them and Katara. The leader stepped forward. "Oh look, you found some friends. Now you can all die together." He looked at Elsa, who was trying to hide behind a rock. "What do we have here? Agent X?" He laughed. He put his gun away and walked toward her. "Do you know what happens when you touch this ash?" He asked.

Elsa's eyes glowed red. Her armor had turned black. She stood up and drew her sword. "Why do you think I haven't touched it yet?"

The soldier kept advancing. "Come on, now. Put your sword away and no one will get hurt."

Her eyes flashed even brighter red. "No!" She screamed, and she charged. The soldier disarmed her almost instantly and knocked her to the ground. She was stunned for a few seconds. She looked around, horrified. All of a sudden she started screaming and sobbing. She shape-shifted into different people. A shop keep, a lady, a young boy. All of them wore Earth Kingdom clothes.

Lee rushed to her and picked her up. She was still screaming. He laid her on the rock beside Katara. He drew a boomerang and turned to the soldiers. "What did you do to her?" He demended.

The soldier who had shoved her down grinned evily and said, "She can see all the people who burned, everything how it used to be. That's her specialty, you know. Timelines. She sees their past. It's tearing her mind apart."

As Elsa hit the ground, she knew what was coming. She had seen IDLE use similar tactics against rouge agents, and she had seen the results. But all her experience couldn't prepare her. For a few seconds, the shock of so many timelines at once paralyzed her. But then she saw them. She looked around, seeing the lives of hundreds: Proud parents congratulating their children, a group of women arguing over a dress, an old man selling tea. Even then, they were happily living their lives. She tried to close her eyes; she didn't want to see what was coming. She knew it was useless, the images were inside her head. So she looked up, just in time to see the laser hit the atmosphere.

She screamed as she watched thousands of innocent people burn. Windows shattered from the force of the impact. Within moments, all life had been destroyed. Elsa thought that the torture was over, that she had seen the ending of this nightmare. She couldn't have been more wrong. The pain, the fear, the horror of every human being multiplied itself with every moment. Then, she heard someone screaming in the distance; it never stopped, never seemed to die down. As she wondered who could scream for so long, she realized it was her own voice.

Elsa tried to stop, but nothing she did would take away the horror of what she was seeing. She bent down and scooped up a handful of ash, sensing each individual grain, each persons last thought. Elsa had stopped screaming, and was sobbing uncontrollably.

'If I ever escape this nightmare,' she thought, 'I'll never work with IDLE again. This whole time I thought we were helping people. But this isn't helping. This is murder.' She stumbled through the ruins, searching for anyone who might still be alive. 'No,' she checked herself. 'This is in my head. No one survived, not then, and not now.' But that didn't keep her from looking. She searched for what seemed like hours, but she knew it could have been anything from seconds to years. Just when she was about to give up, she heard them. It wasn't much, just a cough. But it was enough to let her know that someone was out there. She spun around, and then she noticed it. It was a small hut made of rocks, and it blended in almost perfectly with its surroundings. From a distance, it looked like just another now-empty hut, but as Elsa stepped closer she noticed some differences. There wasn't any windows, for starters. The walls had no mortar, nothing to keep it together.

'Earthbenders.'

Yaaaay! It actually ended on a semi-happy note! -Not Sarcasm.
