Regina had realized that it would still take a bit more from her to make Arthur kill his older brother. She had realized that, in the moment, he started to talk about running away. No, no Regina would get what she wanted and not what some pathetic king wanted. She was through running away from everything. Just after both had left her chamber, she started to stare at her own reflection in the mirror. Yes, she knew that she was good-looking, after all that was the only thing her mother ever had complimented her about. How many times had she tried to teach her about how to use her beauty as a weapon? And that was exactly what she would do now. She started to take off her dress before she walked off towards the door leading to her dressing chamber. She flipped through the dresses, throwing them over her shoulders one after another. She frowned as she realized that every single dress she possessed was either too cute or too sweet for her given propose. She wanted something that would make men drop dead at the pure sight of her. She snapped her finger letting a blood-red dress appear in her right hand. With another flick of her wrist the dress was fit perfectly on her body. Regina walked over to the mirror looking at herself again. An almost wicked grin appearing on her lips. She called for the maid asking her to excuse her for the royal dinner. There was no chance she would walk around like this in front of Leopold. He would immediately get suspicious. Instead, she snuck out the north entrance of the castle heading to the stables.

She saddled Rocinante and Hengroen. What she had planned couldn't be done here. It was too dangerous because little Snow just bump into them again and that would destroy her plans once again. Just as she finished preparing the horses Arthur came around the corner.

"Here you are," she said with a bright smile on her face.

"Where are we headed?" he smiled back at her, "after all it's going to be dark soon."

"Don't worry, I'll lead the way," she winked at him. "Would you be so kind and help a lady onto her horse?"

He nodded but as he walked around Rocinante to help her up his breath hitched. The whole time she was standing behind the horse, making it impossible for him to see more than her feet and her head. The sight that now greeted his eyes completely baffled him. He had never seen her wearing anything as spectacular as this piece of clothing. The blood-red dress was cut out dangerously low, not leaving a lot to his imagination. It took him a second to get himself back together. He lifted her up onto the horse trying not to stare at her too much.

Clearing his throat he jumped into his saddle, "So Milady, lead the way, I will be right behind you." With that said they started off into the forest, along the lake, until they reached the little clearing where they were almost two years before.

Regina slid of Rocinantes back. giving him a soft slap to his back. encouraging him to ride off into the meadow. Arthur had done the same with Hengroen. He let his eyes roam over her. How many night had he spent staring at the ceiling, thinking of her? Relentlessly thinking of her lips, her soft curls caressing her beautiful features and the way she smelled. All that wasted time he could have spent with her instead of leaving her with this bastard of a brother who kept beating her. No, instead of going to war with the lions, he should have gone and destroy his brother. He moved closer, mercilessly drawn to her. She was standing against a tree looking at him with a bright smile. He brushed his hands through her up done hair and pressed a kiss to her neck. She didn't duck out of his reach, giving him the courage to taste her again, tilting his head. His hands trailed down her sides to rest on her hips. Regina had thrown her head back slightly moving it to the side, to meet his lips. He traced his tongue along her bottom lip, she opened her mouth in response, a moan catching in the back of her throat as his tongue slid over hers. His kisses then started to trace back over her jaw to her neck, his teeth nipping at her delicate porcelain skin. One of his hands slowly moved back up, sliding into the plunging neckline of the dress, cupping and stroking one of her breasts. A soft moan left Regina's lips as she started to nip his earlobe. He wedged his right leg between her thighs. The friction of his leg made the heat shoot through her veins quickly reaching her center pushing her closer to the edge.

Regina pulled him into a passionate kiss, nipping at his bottom lip with her teeth, sucking it into her mouth. They both moved in search for something to hold onto. Arthur then pressed her against the tree trunk. She frowned as he stopped thumbing her nipple, but he kissed her again swallowing her frown. Her hands starting to undo his vest before she impatiently ripped his shirt causing the buttons to pop off the fabric. She grinned trailing her fingers along his muscular abdomen unbuttoning his trousers. She whimpered and arched her back as he started to trail soft kisses down to her breasts and took a nipple into his mouth teasing it through the dresses fabric. He pushed his already unbuttoned trousers down and stepping out of them. Not letting her go, out of fear she would suddenly change her mind. She lifted her left leg up to his hip. He grabbed her legs so she could wrap them around his waist. Regina wrapped her fingers around him, her grip was warm and firm, causing him to jerk his hips towards her. Choking out a small cry his mouth falling back to her neck. She fiddled at her dress, ripping the seam to make it more comfortable for herself. She wanted him, in fact she needed him. Her breath hitching and transforming into a moan as he pushed inside of her. Arthur groaned watching as her eyes widened. She bucked her hips into him when he didn't move and he answered with a slow thrust, sinking back into her. He reached out blindly between them, brushing against sensitive nerves.

"God, Arthur," she moaned digging her nails into his shoulder. It was like a tidal wave swelling inside of her, as he tilted his mouth up to kiss her, his tongue pushing through her lips, she snapped in two. Her eyes widened once again, pupils enlarged, shiny pools of jet black. Reginas mouth opened in a silent cry. Tightening the grip around her hips he pushed into her strongly, causing her muscles to clench around him. He came groaning, his face buried into her neck, his teeth digging into her skin.

After a couple of minutes he let her down, moving his hands still wandering over her body. They shared another long fierce kiss before she bent lifting his ripped shirt up from the forest ground.

"Sorry for ripping your shirt..." she said smirking.

"No worries, I have to many of them anyway" he whispered into her ears. Arthur started to dress while he watched Regina walking into the meadow. It was way past midnight and the full moon shone a bright light down to them. As he finally finished dressing he came over to Regina.

"What is your escape plan" he asked snaking his arms around her from behind.

"As much as I'd like to just run away, I can't," she said slowly wiggling out of his embrace to look him into the eyes.

"Why not? Regina you can't stay with him. He, eventually, will kill you."

"Trust me baby, he wont kill me," Regina tried to hide the anger that started to build up within her. This idiot really didn't get anything, did he? Would she have to spell it out for him? She immediately started to regret that she let it go so far. Damn him, she should have gotten rid of him before.

"Regina don't be naïve. Come back with me. Please, I won't force you but please. I can't bare seeing you like this," he took her back into a tight embrace. Regina couldn't stop her eyes from rolling. That's when it all fell into place, this actually was great. She would be able to defeat two flies at once.

How bad was it?

Keep up,... the next chapter will be back in the present and I'll introduce at least one new character.
