Disclaimer: I do not own Minecraft. I do not own the YouTubers either. I do, however, the time pearl and RITFAS.

Hey guys. Again, sorry for the delay. I don't really have much to say either, except that I hope you like this chapter.

Constructive criticism is appreciated!

This was unquestionably wierd. Mitch could accept that there were three of him here, but could not progress into his head the existence of two Herobrines. A ghostly duo that was trying to maintain the time alter.

"What's happening?" Mitch could hear his younger self murmur. After a pause, the younger BajanCanadian added, "I...I don't even know anymore. Should I ask?"

"It's a long story." The older Mitch quickly glanced his bright eyes to his younger self. "Can't explain now." BajanCanadian figured he would never explain anything to his younger self, since it was indeed a long story. Right now, he had to get out of here. Away from the Herobrines.

He returned his focus on the Herobrine that was approaching them with a pickaxe. As quickly as he could, he placed a TNT block on the floor and put his RITFAS into his right hand. But before he ignited a flame onto the TNT, he felt a swinging force hit him to the right of his flat chin. He let out a small shout of pain as agony exploded on his face. He had forgotten how strong pain was ever since he had been freed from possession.

Mitch fell onto the grass with a thud. He lifted up his head and rubbed where he was hit with his right hand. He spotted the present Herobrine, who was smirking back. Herobrine had definitely hit Mitch with that damn pickaxe. To stop him from time travelling to escape. Then Mitch's frustration to Herobrine was replaced by realization. He stopped rubbing his chin and looked at his now empty hand. Then he got up and looked to his left. He spotted his RITFAS lying in front of the past Herobrine's feet. Seemed like past Herobrine did not travel back in time yet. The ghost picked up Mitch's RITFAS. Crap, now Herobrine had both Mitch's RITFAS and his own, deeper-in-the-past RITFAS. That meant that Mitch could not travel back in time anymore.

The past Herobrine smirked. "Nice try."

Mitch felt a scowl form on his face. His Hunger Games instinct told him to pull his shiny diamond sword out, which he did. Even through he loathed the sword, it was his only weapon. He charged at past Herobrine, aiming his diamond sword at Herobrine's abdomen. However, when the blade made contact with Herobrine, it bounced off of the ghost, bringing Mitch in motion with it. Mitch gasped as he felt himself blown and shoved back by an invisible force and onto the ground again.

"Wait, what?!" Mitch exclaimed, looking at Herobrine with confusion, not anger. The ghost with the two RITFAS's just chuckled as a response.

"Don't you remember, Mitch?" BajanCanadian's haunted sword answered for its creator. "I am specifically enchanted to harm all but Herobrine, past or future."

Damn it, Mitch thought to himself. Then he let out another gasp when he felt the time shock shudder on his shoulder as a hand grabbed him. Mitch was lifted up from the ground, dropping his sword along the way. He was turned around and met the bright white glare of present-day Herobrine.

"The sword is right." The ghost snickered. "Whatever you do will be pointless. You can't stop us and the time alter."

Then Herobrine flung Mitch to a tree. BajanCanadian closed his eyes shut and let out a painful wail when his back slammed against the tree's hard, unforgiving blocks. The strong throw had drained two whole hearts out of his health, though Mitch felt like it was his whole life.

Mitch forced his eyes to open as he grimaced. His blurry vision cleared and he saw his confused younger self watching him, present-day Herobrine looking down and sneering at him, and past-day Herobrine still by his TNT block.

Past-day Herobrine began to smirked. "Now, if you would excuse me, I have something to undo. See you later in my perfect past, BC." Mitch watched Herobrine as he tucked one of the two RITFAS's into his pocket. Then, the ghost brought the remaining RITFAS closer to the TNT block, ready to ignite it. Mitch felt his heart quicken and tighten as he watched the upcoming failure approach.

But, before Herobrine ignited the explosive block, something flashed behind the ghost. Two hands - swiftly out of nowhere - grabbed Herobrine's arm that had the RITFAS. Herobrine gasped sharply and looked down at his arm. He began to shake his arm, as if attempting to free it from the hands. However, the hands seemed to have an iron grip. Mitch also shifted his glance down to Herobrine's grabbed arm. His tight fear was loosened, but it was not relieved and freed yet. With his slowed-down heart, Mitch raised an eyebrow up.

Then Herobrine and Mitch turned their gazes away from the ghostly legend's arm and to the owner of the grasping hands. The owner of those hands was a player figure still shrouded by the trees' shadows. However, two bright white orbs on the figure's face - which was shaking disapprovingly - were the only clear physical features of the obscured newcomer.

Then, the stranger took a step closer to the now somewhat-captured Herobrine, out of the shadow's safety. Mitch heard himself, the two Herobrine, and even his younger self gasp in unison when the newcomer revealed his face. It was BC. This time's BC though? The one who whispered "don't do this" and could had attacked Seto's house with his sword and mobs?

"You?!" Snapped the Herobrine that BC grasped. BC did not respond and instead let go of Herobrine's arm with one hand snatched the RITFAS out of Herobrine's hand, as quickly as BC's own hands had grabbed onto Herobrine.

"No! Enough!" Herobrine shouted. Mitch watched as Herobrine finally used his free hand to jab BC in the face. BC hissed, released Herobrine's arm completely and stumbled back, but with the RITFAS still in his hand. BC quickly recovered, tucked the RITFAS into his black hoodie, and put his arms up in the air, and bent his knees into a fighting position. Mitch automatically recognized the stance as his own stance. The one he used in the Hunger Games when he only had his fists as his weapon.

"Stop, BC!" Herobrine demanded. "I command you to stop!" BC was about to punch Herobrine's face, but stopped midway. BC gritted his teeth as his raised arm began to shake and slowly lower down. Then Mitch's alternate self blinked and narrowed his eyes. His arm suddenly stopped shuddering.

"No." BC growled menacingly. Then he swiftly struck at Herobrine's stomach. Herobrine softly groaned in pain and anger and bent down, clearly showing that he did not expect that. Hell, Mitch did not expect that either. BajanCanadian saw that with his mouth wide open and his eyes widened. This could not be this time's BC. Last time he saw BC, BC had been cowardly attempting to stop the time alter. But now Herobrine Number Two did not seemed hesitant to fight his master. If the ghost that was going against Herobrine was that same BC, then how did he suddenly change his attitude? Why did he change his attitude?

Then, BC went behind Herobrine again and brought his left elbow strongly down Herobrine's exposed back. Then, using his right fist, he punched at Herobrine's left stomach area. Herobrine did not let out a groan of pain, but a sharp growl of irritation.

"You can't beat me with just you fists, rebel!" Herobrine snapped. After that, suddenly, the spectating Mitch sensed the second Herobrine - who had been besides younger Mitch - charging into the fight. The present-day Herobrine quicky grabbed BC and pulled him off his past self.

BC was thrown to the ground, right next to younger Mitch. The older Mitch scrambled onto his feet at approached BC. He also saw that younger Mitch stepped closer to their ghostly alternate self.

"What the..." Young Mitch trailed off. Older Mitch could say the same thing if he was not questioning BC's sudden change of attitude in the fight. Then, Mitch jumped back when BC suddenly sat up straight. BC turned his bright gaze to the two Herobrine's.

"I've always wanted to do that to you, bitch!" He retorted, a grin wide on his face. The older Mitch turned his attention back at the two Herobrine's. Past Herobrine was still crouching down slightly, rubbing where BC had punched him while present-day Herobrine remained motionless but intimidating. Both ghosts, however, wore confident, evil smiles as they glared back.

"Like we've already warned your little past self." Past Herobrine smoothly growled. "You can't stop the time alter or us." Then the ghost shifted his sinister white gaze to the TNT block. He reached into his inventory. Then the arrogant look on his face was replaced with confusion. He searched his inventory again, but more panicked.

"Looking for this?" Mitch heard a voice snap. He turned around to the source of the voice. It was BC...with two RITFAS's. He had both of the time flint and steels! That meant Herobrine could not travel back in time!

"I snatched it out of your inventory when I punched what you deserved." BC exclaimed. So now he's cocky? Mitch thought to himself. For someone who had seen a lot of strange things lately, he kind of found it hard to believe that he and BC were the same. Anyways, BC must had taken Mitch's RITFAS after snatching Herobrine's. He did not complain. After all, that left Herobrine powerless with time.

BC tucked the two RITFAS's into his black hoodie and looked at the two Mitch's. "Wow, I did not expect this." He began. Did he meant Mitch travelling to this time to stop younger Mitch from igniting the time alter? Well, Mitch himself was surprised by BC's presence too, especially with his new assertive side.

"I thought I was alone with this," BC continued. "But looks like it's three against two now."

"Wait, what?" Mitch heard his younger self utter. "What the hell are you guys talking about? Explain things, please!"

"We have to stop the time alter by fighting the Herobrine's!" BC replied quickly. "Just help us if you want to get your old life back."

"What? Fight Herobrine! Two Herobrine's?! Are you crazy, dood?!"

"It's the only way! The time pearl and time travelling were the traps to the time alter all along!" BC reduced his voice to a whisper, probably so the Herobrine's could not eavesdrop. "The Herobrine's are behind the time alter and we can't let them rewrite time again. Mitch," BC leaned his head closer to the younger BajanCanadian, narrowing his white gaze. "Help us stall Herobrine by fighting with us. If we fight them for some time, we'll miss the time alter's trigger - you travelling back in time - and everything will go back to normal. We'll all get our old life back."

The older Mitch found himself nodding in agreement of BC's plan. Sure, it was going to be more frustrating than Mitch's original plan of simply convincing his younger self to turn back, but this new plan could still work. Fighting against the recovery of the time alter was as good as avoiding it. Plus, it was three Hunger Games champions against two ex-miners. Plus, even though Mitch's only weapon - the enchanted sword that was still left on the ground - could not harm Herobrine, he and BC had Herobrine's powers - teleportation, strength, and who knew what else. This could not be too difficult, right?

Mitch turned his gaze to his younger self, who was looking at the ground now, brown eyes narrowed in thoughts. Then, younger Mitch looked up to both BC and older Mitch and nodded. "Let's do this." He answered, a smirk forming on his face.

"Yeah!" The older Mitch added, finally saying something to his other selves. This earned him a look of approval from both.

Then, all three of them got up and turned to face the two Herobrine's. Mitch had expected them to remain were they were, still dumbfounded by BC's sneaky attack. But instead, his eyes widened when he saw one of the Herobrine's charging at him with a furious battle cry. Mitch gasped and shrank back until Herobrine pushed and pinned Mitch to the ground. Mitch grimaced at the time shock that exploded at where Herobrine had pushed him. He struggled to keep his eyes open, focusing them on Herobrine's face, every bit of emotion matching the expression of a disturbed wolf.

Mitch lifted his legs up, aiming his feet at Herobrine's stomach. He pushed them up, shoving Herobrine with them. Mitch scrambled onto his feet and looked at Herobrine, now on the ground, but with even more anger on his face. Mitch quickly turned his attention away from Herobrine to see the others. He saw BC dodging punches being delivered by past-Herobrine. Behind the ghost, younger Mitch silently came up and, using his plain diamond sword, sliced Herobrine's green shirt. Herobrine turned his attention away from BC and began chasing younger Mitch. Mitch noticed there was some eagerness in his younger self's face.

"Oh, baby! This is actually fun!" He could hear him cheer. It was probably that neglected mini-game energy that sparked that enthusiasm, Mitch assumed. However, he quickly stopped his thoughts and turned his attention back to the Herobrine he was fighting. He clenched his bare fists and narrowed his bright eyes. Herobrine had recovered and was already in a fighting stance, but had not made a step forward. Mitch noticed that the hate on Herobrine's face lessen, but decided not to question it. Mitch inhaled a breath and then charged at Herobrine, a fist ready to punch into Herobrine's haunting face.

Suddenly, Mitch noticed one of Herobrine's fists open and snap its fingers. Then white light formed and encased around Herobrine. Mitch's eyes widened in confusion, but continued to charge forward. The white light on Herobrine faded away, taking Herobrine with it. Mitch then gasped and tried to skid into a halt. However, he could not stop and ended up slamming into a tree.

"Ow! Shit!" Mitch swore, pain from the collision exploding on him. He took a few steps back, recovering from the impact. He continued to walk back until he dmped into someone. He gasped by the time shock suddenly biting him and turned around, seeing Herobrine smirking back.

"The joys of teleporting, huh?" Herobrine chuckled. Then the ghost flashed a punch right into BajanCanadian's face. One heart of health was blasted off of him as Mitch was sent flying back, with an aftertaste of the gruesome time shock. Then half-a-heart joined the other lost heart when Mitch landed roughly on the ground. Mitch slowly pushed himself up to a sitting position. He quickly looked back down, to the right of his legs. He spat out the mushy feeling he felt in his mouth when Herobrine had hit him. A bloody tooth flew out of his mouth and towards the grass. It quickly disintegrated once it touched the grass. Bloodshed and broken teeth did not last long exposed to air. They would despawn faster than a player could regenerate hearts, even with OP potions of regeneration.

"Herobrine may not be a gifted fighter like you, but he still has the strength to defeat you." Mitch, wiping his mouth, turned his head to the left. His bright eyes fell onto his shiny, annoying sword laying on the ground.

A amused chuckle made Mitch throw his attention back to Herobrine, who was towering three blocks in front of him.

"Once again, the sword is right." The ghost said. Then he began to charge towards BajanCanadian, as if ready to attack again. Mitch's eyes widened. His mind paralyzed tight in fear...and then cranked up again with a plan. Without another thought, Mitch quickly looked back at the enchanted diamond sword and grabbed it. Then Mitch lied down on his back again, holding to sword in front of his body with both hands.

"Wait! What are you doing?!" He heard the sword shrill. But Mitch did not budge. And Herobrine did not stop.

Herobrine jumped when he was close enough to Mitch. Minecraft seemed to lag down in slow motion as Herobrine hovered over Mitch, aiming another fist at his face. Then Mitch moved quicker, shifting the sword's position above his face. Mitch then let his fear take over his confident cleverness, shutting his eyes tight and gritting his teeth.

Then, he felt both of his hands jiggle at the sudden motion of his sword shaking. The sound of a metal bang and Herobrine's gasp forced BajanCanadian to open his eyes again. He was able to see, just in time, a shocked Herobrine being pushed roughly away from Mitch by an invisible force. Then the ghost landed on the ground with a oof!

Mitch immediately jumped back onto his feet, looking down at Herobrine. He grinned, feeling his missing tooth already replaced through regeneration. It worked! He knew that the enchanted sword could not attack Herobrine and just reflected the attack. But with Mitch's back already against the ground, the only person that the sword could bounce back was Herobrine himself in open-air!

"Unbelievable!" He felt the sword hum angrily in his hands. "You rotten player!" For the first time ever, the sword's remark made Mitch smile even more. Right now, he was even expecting the sword to break into a swearing fit.

Mitch brought his full attention back to Herobrine. The ghost was getting up. Herobrine's white eyes narrowed and a grudging scowl formed on his face.

"Two can play it that game." Herobrine growled. "Well, in this case, more than two. Herobrine!" The ghost turned to look at the present-day Herobrine, who was nearby with BC. Present-day Herobrine was grasping on BC's white shirt, holding BC up in the air, aiming a fist at the Benja's face. Present-day Herobrine looked up at the call of his past-self, an eyebrow raised up and lips tight.

"Show Mitch our time alter's little reward." Past Herobrine said. That made present-day Herobrine start to smile deviously. He released BC, who collapsed down to the ground with an "oof!" With his hands now free, present-day Herobrine lifted them up into the air, palms open and facing towards the night sky. The ghost spun his hands around, as if he was summoning something.

Then a growl - slow, low, and contained with a deadly threat - sent a chill up Mitch's back. BajanCanadian slowly turned around to the source of the sound. All his ears lead his eyes to were trees and darkness.

Then he took a tense step back when four zombies emerged from the darkness. The mobs limped towards BajanCanadian. Mitch relaxed his tight muscles, feeling stupid that he had jumped over four silly, pathetic zombies. He gripped onto his dumbfounded sword and walked toward the zombies. Seeing no reason to waste his Hunger Games skills, he simply swung his sword at one of the zombies. That zombies was knocked down, but another zombie suddenly pounced on BajanCanadian. Mitch gasped as that zombie landed a strong punch at his shoulder. BajanCanadian stumbled back, his mind cleaned empty by the zombie's strength. That was a normal zombie and it punched like a pro!? How?!

Mitch raised his sword up, pointing it at the zombies, who were all starting to surround him. He could hear the two Herobrine's chuckling. Mitch could see why. If he saw a Hunger Games champion reduced to a helpless n00b by a few zombies, he would had laughed too. But his mission had not been filled with laughs.

"Die!" Mitch heard one of his other versions shout. Then he spotted his younger self jumping behind one of the zombies. Young Mitch stabbed his diamond sword through the zombie's stomach. That usually would have killed a zombie or greatly weaken it. Instead, the stabbed zombie looked down at its new wound and then slowly turned its blank gaze to younger Mitch, who had his eyes widened in confusion. The zombie then took a step forward, slipping out of the sword's point. It turned around to face younger Mitch and slapped its limp arms against the player. Younger BajanCanadian let out a yelp as he was slammed against a tree.

Older Mitch, watching the fight in silence, then jumped in surprise when he felt dry, cold hands grab his shoulders. He struggled to turn around and slice his sword against two zombies holding him. Once he did that though, the zombies did not take the step back. Mitch noticed that one of them were about to bite him. He quickly located its body and kicked it with all of his strength. That zombie was knocked to the ground, releasing Mitch's shoulder. Then the BajanCanadian stabbed his sword at the other zombie's neck. The zombie let out a gurgling sound but did not budge. Mitch scowled, pulled the sword out of the zombie, and continued hitting it several times until it finally collapsed dead.

BajanCanadian whipped around and saw younger Mitch, along with BC, finishing the last of the zombies. Once the last zombie faded to red and then nothingness and rotten flesh, the two bent down on their knees, panting.

"There are plenty more where that came from!" Mitch heard one of the Herobrine's exclaim. "BC, hand over the two RITFAS's and I probably won't sent in the stronger, more merciless ones." Mitch immediately figured that Herobrine was not bluffing. But giving Herobrine the RITFAS's meant giving him permission to recreate the time alter. And that was not an option for Benja. Hopefully, BC thought of the same thing.

"...no." BC uttered, no emotion in his voice. Music in Mitch's ears. "You can bring in as many mobs as you want, but we'll keep fighting until we miss the time alter." Nasty scowls formed on the faces of the two Herobrine's.

"So be it." One of them muttered menacingly. "But our force will win. You just paid more than you needed to." Present-day Herobrine raised his hand and performed his summoning gesture again. Mitch took that as his cue to raise his sword up again, ready for another unpredictable fight. As much as he hated the sword, he really needed it for the upcoming wave of zombies. He really did not want to die in this serious battle.

"Brace yourselves, doods." He heard BC whisper. "These mobs have freaking OP strength."

"You don't say?" Younger Mitch commented.

"...it's all my fault." BC muttered. "Ever since Herobrine took control of me, he ordered me to train the hostile mobs in better PVPing. And they getstronger everyday with constant training." Mitch turned around to look at BC. One of his eyebrows raised in disbelief. At the same time though, it made sense. Herobrine said he specifically wanted Mitch for his fearful benefit. More powerful mobs must have been one of fear boosters for players.

"...so thaaaaaaat's why that villager said that zombies became more hostile." Young Mitch suddenly exclaimed.

"But-But when the mobs attacked Seto's house, I fought them easily." Older Mitch argued. "They didn't seem powerful. Someone explain that."

"What are the hell are you talking about? I never raided Seto? But...anyways, Herobrine had allowed me to have my own mob army, but I led the weakest ones. These strong mobs follow Herobrine's orders. He even was more power on my army than me. If I summon my army right now, Herobrine will just turn them against us. So, just saying that to answer your question."

Finally, Mitch spotted the second wave of zombies emerge from the forest's shadows. The three Benja's began to fight once more. Mitch noticed, by the time he finally killed his first zombie, that these mobs were stronger than the previous ones, taking more effort to defeat. These mobs were not a weak joke anymore. They were business. And as long as the BajanCanadians did not give in to Herobrine, there were plenty of more.

"I hate this." Mitch growled as he struggled with his fifth zombie, who had him pinned to the ground. Honestly, he was surprised that it was still night. In one of his moment to breathe, he had glanced up and found to his surprise that the moon had barely moved!

"Me too." He heard BC respond. "But we have to keep going!" He was right, but Mitch could hear the irritation in his other self's tone.

Finally, taking a deep breath, Mitch heaved his opponent away, sending it tumbling to the ground. Mitch quickly got up, approached the undead enemy, and stabbed his sword into its chest, ending its life. Then he pulled his sword out and looked at BC, who was nearby, slicing a skeleton in half. Skeletons had joined their zombie comrades recently. Mitch felt that Herobrine would summon more mobs soon. He dreaded for that moment to come. His hunger was halfway drained out and he had not gotten the time to ask his younger self for some food. With that, he could not react quickly nor regenerate his already low health. He was on his toes now, weakly. For some reason, mobs did not time shock Mitch like what players and the protoytype players did, and Mitch was glad that they did not. If mobs did time shock him, he would had surrendered very earlier.

"What's with you?" Mitch asked BC as they fought more zombies together. This was a question that had been itching the back of his mind for a while.

"What?" BC replied dumbfounded.

"You're so...changing." Mitch explained. "First, you were trying to warn our younger self to turn back, but you didn't really meant it. Now, not only are you fighting, you're leading us. What's with the sudden assertiveness?"

BC sighed. "When I first tried to stop younger Mitch, I was...afraid." Mitch almost looked at his other self, but keep his focus on his new zombie opponent. Honestly, he was bewildered. BC - no, his alternate-present self - was afraid? Afraid of what though?

"What?" was all Mitch could utter in awe.

"Ever since Herobrine gained control over me, he decided everything for me. I was actually becoming the puppet that he wanted. I was slowly going to the point were I couldn't think for myself. One thing that did prevent me to become a completely mindless servant was the time alter. I still can't believe how trying to stop it was just benefitting it. It scarred me for life. I couldn't stop thinking about it, and the memories of my defeat are the only thing the support my consciousness now. But, when I do have a choice - like when I was next that tree warning our younger self - I was afraid of my decision. Like the time alter, what if the next time I try to do something helpful, I end up screwing it again?

"Now, Herobrine's possession controls me less, but it can still take over when Herobrine commands me. Like what he tried to do when I first went against hm to get the RITFAS. It took everything to resist his power. Anyways, Herobrine was nearby when I first saw our younger self. I was afraid that he would spot me, and then he would double-assure the time alter's trigger. That was why I hesitated on my first warning. Luckily, it never became that case.

"But, when you showed up, going straight to the point, you reminded me of who I used to be. I had no idea how you came here, but I knew you wanted to stop the time alter like me. That was when I found my Hunger Games spirit again and then jumped into this situation. And here we are."

After Mitch killed his zombie opponent, he finally looked his alternate self. Instead of confusion and surprise, something rare shined in Mitch's blank eyes. Admiration. Alternate Mitch had a point. This guy was wise even though he used to be cowardly. Even though the time alter had scarred Mitch's confidence, BC had learned from it.

"Even though what we're doing right now is soooooo against my new moral, you should really consider more of your actions." Alternate Mitch concluded. "Sure, Herobrine and the time alter freaking screwed our minds, but...it was actually a bit of a lesson, when you think of it in retrospect and a bigger picture."

Mitch felt a smile filled with pride form on his face. He was not really a critical thinker, but maybe in the future...if there was a free one...he could push his brain a little bit farther. His alternate self's words had found there place in Mitch's brain. From now on, he would try even harder to prevent his plans from backfiring again.

Starting with this task: stop the time alter trigger.

With a nod of respect, Mitch resumed back to fighting the mobs. Bring it. Herobrine could summon the Enderdragon itself, but Mitch would not stop stalling the time alter. He knew that his alternate and younger selves would too. Pretty soon, time would rewrite itself in Mitch's favor as long as they kept their heads up.

...But when will that happen?

So many kills later, Mitch stabbed his sword into a zombie's stomach. He pulled it out, but before he could strike again, Mitch's teeth tightened and he winced as he felt a sharp pain explode on his shoulder. He quickly glanced at the arrow pierced deep in his arm. Then Mitch was suddenly shoved off his feet. He stumbled down, dropping his sword, and looked up to see his zombie opponent towering over him.

Suddenly, Mitch saw his younger self flash behind the zombie and swing his sword at the zombie's side. It did not kill him, but the zombie did turned around to face the younger Benja. Using that time, the older BajanCanadian got up, grabbed his sword again, and hit the zombie. His younger self then added another hit. Older Mitch finished the zombie with a stab into its abdomen.

"GG!" Younger BajanCanadian cheered as the defeated undead enemy collapsed. He raised his empty hand in the air. The older Benja high-fived it, and felt an electric shock zap his palm. The two BajanCandians drew back the hands, hissing in pain.

"Arg! Bad idea! That hurt!" The older Mitch spat. Even though they were the same, he and his younger self were from different time periods. That lead to shocks when touched. With the zombies and skeletons not able to shock him, he had forgotten about those time shocks.

BajanCanadian was snapped out of his pain when he felt an arrow zip pass him and penetrate into his younger self's chest. Young Mitch staggered back and winced. The older Mitch turned around and saw a skeleton preparing another arrow, aiming at them. But before the arrow was released, Mitch's alternate self teleported behind the mob and grabbed both of its arms. He and the now distracted mob began to wrestle as the other two BajanCanadians moved onto their next monster.

Mitch was in the middle of a tense fight between him and a zombie when a white flash suddenly zapped before his eyes. BajanCanadian gasped and stumbled, lowering his sword that was prepared to slice the zombie's head off. He groaned, looked down, and placed a hand on his forehead. The white flash had faded away, but now, Mitch felt...odd. He felt heat rushing through his body as well as a huge migraine.

He forced himself to look up and stop his eyes from shutting tight. He first noticed the zombie he was fighting was shrinking back, as if from pain. It also seemed that the other monsters were doing the same thing. He turned his reluctant gaze around and they landed on the two Herobrine's. He had forgotten about their presence since they had not interacted in the fight for a while. However, they seemed unfazed and do not even notice their minions' distress.

Mitch searched for his other two selves. Even though he was on the same boat as them, he was surprised by how they seemed to be in pain too, like him. The younger BajanCanadian had both of his hands on his head and eyes shut tight. BC, however, looked way worse. In fact, Mitch saw him going onto his knees and painfully screaming, his hands clawing at his temples.

The sight of his other selves reminded BajanCanadian of his own pain. The warm feeling he had now felt hotter. That mysterious feeling slithered into his mind now, increasing his migraine. Mitch shut his eyes tight, begging for the aching pain to go away. This agony was unbearable...and yet familiar.

...And then suddenly, the hot pain vanished all at once.

Mitch slowly opened his eyes and removed his hand from his head. He was about to take a sigh of relief until he sensed his zombie opponent ready to strike. He steeled up, readied his sword, and swiped his weapon at his undead opponent. BajanCanadian took a step back in surprise when the zombie simply died after his attack. Hey? What happened to OP mobs? Mitch wondered. He quickly brushed that thought away and turned to his next opponent: another zombie. Before his new enemy had a chance to attack, BajanCanadian successfully landed two sword hits on the monster. Like his other fallen teammate, the zombie immediately collapsed lifeless, again surprising Mitch.

Mitch looked around to see that all of Herobrine's monster army looked weak now. But why? How?

Then BajanCanadian perked up when he suddenly sensed something slightly weighing down on him. His bright eyes trailed down to his inventory. He realized that something had appeared in his almost empty inventory. He immediately recognized the rusty red flint and steel that somehow spawned into his possession. Mitch tucked away his diamond sword and pulled the RITFAS out of his black hoodie. All he did was stare at it, questions spawning in his mind. His alternate self had both of the RITFAS'. How did it suddenly ended up in his own inventory. He should probably tell BC about this.

Mitch looked around to search for his alternate self. However, after a few rounds of searching, the only other version of himself was the younger Mitch. He could not spot the black hoodie or the bright white eyes of his other alternate self anywhere. Where the hell did he disappear to?

"Get to it, my monsters!" He heard Herobrine command. "There are just two of them and many of you!"

BajanCanadian turned and looked at Herobrine as if the ghost had just grown a hairy mustache.

"What's he talking about?" He heard his younger self say. He also heard him coming to his side with the sound of a sword clashing into bones. "They're three of us." Younger Mitch continued. "You, me, and...where's BC?"

"I don't know." The older Mitch replied, turning his gaze to his younger self, who was finishing off his skeleton opponent swiftly. "But, I found this in my inventory." Mitch presented the RITFAS to his younger self, who quickly looked at it before fighting another skeleton. "BC had this in his inventory, but now, I suddenly have it. And BC's disappeared. Do you have any idea of what happened?"

"Don't ask me." Younger Mitch snorted. "I still have no idea what the hell I'm doing here with you."

"I know how you feel." Older Mitch commented. "Oh god, this is so - " He stopped and perked up when a huge realization took over his mind.

Time had altered. RITFAS being misplaced. BC disappearing. The zombies and skeletons weakening. They were all connected. They all happened because of a time alter. A new one that Mitch created.

Mitch came into the present by travelling out of the past. By doing so, he escaped from Herobrine's dictatorship over him. And with no Mitch as Herobrine's servant to stay and grow in the past...

That ceased BC's existence in the present. There was no Herobrine-Number-Two to follow Herobrine and experience time passing by. Without BC, the mobs weakened because their training disappeared with BajanCanadian's alternate self. Also, without BC, no one would have snatched the RITFAS's. That must be why RITFAS was in Mitch's inventory!

Time had altered. Was that why he felt that sudden migrain, heat, and white flash? He knew it felt familiar...just like what happened when he went to bed! The night when the time alter's presence came to be!

Mitch then realized another thing.

If his rebellious time travel to the present had taken affect, then that meant another time alter was coming soon!

The one he and his other two selves had been fighting time for: the cancellation of Herobrine's time alter! The undoing of the very first time alter had to come soon! Mitch and his younger self just need to stay strong for just a little more and then BajanCanadian would be Herobrine-free!

Mitch's heart leapt. All the pain and annoyance he had gained from fighting Herobrine's army had suddenly vaporized. He was about to tell his younger self about the great news, but then paused in another realization. He immediately caged in all of his positivity and sent his brain to work.

No, don't get too excited now. Mitch told himself, remembering his alternate self's word. "Consider you actions." Think ahead...

BajanCanadian remembered how the recent time alter placed RITFAS back into his inventory. If his RITFAS was back in his possession, then that meant...

The player looked back at the two Herobrine's. They had not question the recent change in time for some reason. Why was he and his younger self aware of the recent time alter while the Herobrine's were not? Even so, BajanCanadian knew that Herobrine had something as a result of the new time alter.

Mitch continued to watch the two ghosts while still being aware of the approaching monsters. Finally, one of the Herobrine's looked down at himself, raising an eyebrow and his cocky smile replaced with a flat mouth.

"What the?" Mitch could hear Herobrine murmur. Then, Herobrine pulled out a flint and steel out of his inventory and stared at it. This was what Mitch had feared, but expected. BC had two RITFAS's - one from Mitch and the other from Herobrine. If Mitch had gotten his returned, then the same was for Herobrine. And that meant one thing.

Herobrine could now continue with his task, to undo Mitch's own change in the fabric of time. It was no longer worth waiting for Mitch's second time alter to undo Herobrine's alter, for the ghost would just rearrange time back into his image.

No...Mitch would not let that happened. He promised himself that he would not fail stopping the time alter. He knew that he and BC were the same, but he was going to keep his promise for his wise, alternate self.

Mitch's PVPing instinct now ran through his veins. He dropped his useless diamond sword, tucked away his own RITFAS, and charged at the Herobrine with the other RITFAS. Herobrine looked up just in time and swiftly stepped aside. Mitch skidded into a halt after passing the two ghosts, turned on his heels, and growled at them. The Herobrine's smirks returned.

"Give up. Accept the fate I've given you." The Herobrine with the RITFAS said. Then, he placed a TNT block down, and ignited it with RITFAS.

"No!" Mitch cried out, raising a hand.

The TNT exploded, forming a cloud of white and gray smoke with some dull red dots. The cloud of smoke disappeared, taking Herobrine with it.

Present-day Herobrine narrowed his eyes at Mitch, forcing his smirk out even more. "Let's just have a little fun together before my past self makes things right again." Herobrine swiftly advanced forward to BajanCanadian, aiming a punch at his face. Mitch quickly dodged, turned around Herobrine and took a few steps back, joining his younger self's side again.

"What?!" He heard his younger self say. "OK, can you guys really stop making this confusing." A pang of negativity stabbed older Mitch. He did not have to explain anything to his younger self now, for it would be useless once Herobrine remames his time alter.

...Unless Mitch did not give up. And that was definitely going to happen.

He had his own RITFAS. He could go back and undo Herobrine's time alter again! Only this time, he would be smarter. He would not fall into Herobrine's trickery anymore. He would not fail himself. Yes, he would outsmart Herobrine. He would -

Mitch's eyes widened. He hated being pessimistic, but he stood no chance again Herobrine. This battle with two of him and three of himself had dragged out long enough. Plus, it was not worth it. And Mitch's plan to go after Herobrine was pointless too. He took his alternate self's advice to double-check his plan. Mitch could not go after Herobrine. He figured that Herobrine was right with one thing: no matter how hard Mitch would try, he could not stop the time alter. If Mitch interrupted Herobrine's plan, the monster would just do what he had done in this forest. He would just use RITFAS and start over his attempt again. And again. And again.

So BajanCanadian needed a plan B. A smarter and easier plan that did not involve directly challenging Herobrine...

...That was when a new idea spawned in his brain.

...What if he stopped Herobrine from making time-travelling possible in the first place?

It was an insane idea, but it could work!

Herobrine wanted to rewrite the time alter, so Mitch assumed that the ghostly legend would go that deep in time to his younger days. So, Mitch would not be interefered by the ghost with that task. And if Mitch ceased time-travelling, then he would stop all of Herobrine's motivation and efforts of his plan. If Herobrine somehow did not question the time alter with BC's disappearance, then he would not notice Mitch destroying RITFAS's history. As a result, if Mitch suceeded, not only would he stop the time alter before it even happens, he would stop the ghost's ambition to reattempt it, for he would not remember it.

That will be it then. Mitch was going to have to chop the head off the snake.

And fast.

I hate and love this chapter...

One more chapter left and this story is done! This chapter actually felt a bit slow and random (bad random D:) to me, but it was fun to write. Let me know if anything confused you guys. I hoped you enjoyed and see you later!

Constructive criticism is appreciated!
