"I will be damned," cursed the girl in her mind, before slumped heavily on her bed and crying out her pain which is in her heart that have been nesting there since she was separated forcefully with him.

Chapter 11
A masked figure jumped from one tree to another in a middle of dark night. He moved silently, without making any sound as if he is a cat. Well, he is the black cat though. So of course he won't make any sound. He keeps jumping until he reach a tree which is the nearest to the big and tall building that is standing in the middle of the dark forest.
'So, this is the building huh,' he thought while observing his surrounding with a pair of keen crimson eyes. 'I hope I can save both of them.'
He could still clearly remembered, the night before, when a brunette haired girl barging in his bedroom. He was quite surprise actually, but fortunately, he got his composure back in no time. He sure as hell that the girl yesterday was Mikan, and the thought keeps budging him, until now.
Natsume let out a heavy sigh and put away his mind on Mikan for a while, trying to concentrate on what is he doing now.
He walked around the building, searching for the back door which is drawn on the map. He carefully watches his steps, not wanting to make any suspicious sounds which are bound to have him captured. When he reached his destination, he stared from his hiding place to the two guards who are standing in ready right in front of the back door, calculating their strength.
Luckily, Hotaru has given Natsume all the important information that Natsume's needs in the map. For example, how many guards in each part of the building and what are their alices. Like now, from what Natsume has read, one of the guards has electric Alice while the other is levitating Alice.
Natsume throws a couple of smoke bombs which contains a strong sleeping potion to the guards and activated his mask so he won't inhale the gas. As soon as the bomb touches the ground and emitted smoke everywhere, there are two thumping sound which clearly shows that the guards were fainting to the ground. Natsume quickly went out from his hiding place and slipped in easily to the building.
The inside of the building is quite dark, there is only a few dim lights which is attached to the concrete walls. Natsume quickly took a glance at his surrounding before broke into a run, searching for a certain room.
He didn't find it hard at all, searching for the room because the information is all there in the map. He wonders how Hotaru could gain that many of information.
Natsume stopped running and pressed his body to the wall when he has arrived right in front of the room. He tinkered with the door lock for a while and when he didn't succeed, he frowned in confusion.
'What the…? Why it can't be opened? Did Mikan put something on it?' thought Natsume, staring hard at the door's lock. Natsume tried to open the door once again but when it showed the same result as before, he started to melt the lock with his fire, slowly and without any sound.
The metal slowly melt and Natsume increase the heat, which make it into a pool of hot metal in no time. He pushed open the door and looked into the dark bedroom. He slipped inside without making any sound into the dark bedroom and started to approach the sleeping figure on the bed.
He carefully not to make any sound as he stared silently at the sleeping figure, finally figure out that instead having a long hair, the figure has a shoulder length hair.
'Strange, it's not usually for Imai to be wrong,' thought Natsume, frowning. 'Maybe I should just asked her where is Mikan's room. She is still a girl anyway, she won't stand a chance compare to me.'
Natsume shake the figure a little and when she is not moving, he burned the girl's sleeve with hot fire.
The figure groaned and opened her eyes in surprise. "What the..? Waah! My sleeve is burning!" shouted the figure, trying to put out the fire in panic.
Natsume rolled his eyes and waves his hand, putting out his fire.
"I-it's gone," said the figure with a clear relief.
Natsume made a swish move, trying to catch the figure's attention. The figure is quite sharp, she quickly turned her head and squinted her eyes a bit, trying to see more clearly, because the room is so dark. The only light is from the moon which is shining in from the window in the corner.
When she finally notices that someone or rather a man was inside her room, she jumped back in surprise and pointed accusingly.
"W-what.. are you doing here! Who are you?!" asked the trembling girl. Her voice sounded like someone who is being strangled.
'It's definitely not her,' thought Natsume, seeing the outline face of the figure and hearing the different pitch of voice. But… somehow she is sounded familiar, although she isn't Mikan.
"Who are you?! Tell me now before I called the guards!" demanded the girl. Its looks like the girl has recovered from her shock, and now she is standing proudly with challenging expression plastered on her face.
Natsume smirk lazily and slowly approaching the girl while the girl retreat back unconsciously with wariness in her eyes. "Do you, by any chance, know a girl named Mikan Sakura?" asked Natsume, didn't bother by the fact that the girl has just threatened him.
The girl narrowed her eyes in suspicion. "What do you want with her? She is not here."
"Nothing. Just want to know," answered Natsume, shrugging his shoulders. "Is this her bedroom?"
"You are another spawn sent from Hal to make her suffered right?" spat the girl in distaste, glaring hard at Natsume. "I know you have known that this is her bedroom. I won't let you do anything to harm her!"
Natsume lifted one of his eyebrows in surprise. He didn't expect to be treated like this. He knows that that Hal Kyosuke is a bastard, but by the look and how the girl spoke about him, it seems that Hal Kyosuke is more than a bastard. "I'm not one of his minions."
"Then who are you? What are you doing in the middle of the night in Mikan nee-chan room?" asked the girl fiercely.
'Nee-chan? So the girl is younger than Mikan, huh,' thought Natsume.
"Just tell me first where she is."
"No. You are way too suspicious," answered the girl, bluntly. "I'd rather called the guards!"
Natsume sighed. He conjured a small ball of fire in the palm of his hand to show the girl his power and stared at the girl in threatening look.
"Look, if you don't want to answer, I just have to force you," threatened Natsume, showing his ball of fire.
"Fire huh? I'm not scared!" retorted the girl. She lifted up her palm and conjured a ball of fire too, which make Natsume surprise.
'Well, this is going to be a troublesome one, since I didn't have other Alice,' thought Natsume, annoyed.
"I don't want to fight. I just want to know where is Mikan," said Natsume, blankly while putting out his fire.
The girl smirked mockingly. Her eyes can be seen glinting dangerously in the dimmed lighted room. "What do we have here? A coward fire caster huh? So lame."
Natsume growled. "Just tell me where she is."
The girl made a move with her hand and made a ring of fire around Natsume. Natsume was surprised, but he didn't show it, instead he just stared blankly at the girl. The girl frowned and took a step forward, finally letting the light from the fire touch every features of hers.
"So, you didn't get scared huh?" asked the girl, staring sharply at Natsume with piercing crimson eyes.
Natsume can't hold back his gasp, when he saw the girl's eyes. "Aoi?" muttered Natsume, softly.
Aoi was taken aback. She stared at Natsume in shock, or more precisely, stunned. How come he knows her name? He must be a stalker!
"Why do you know my name?" asked Aoi, slowly and carefully.
"You didn't remember me?" Natsume asked back, he can feel pain slowly crept to his heart.
Aoi looked confused as the ring of fire which is surrounded Natsume disappear. "Should I remember you?"
Natsume didn't know why, although he almost didn't know his little sister – he left her since she was still a little child anyway, so he barely known her – he still felt hurt seeing that she didn't remember him at all.
Natsume bangs covered his eyes. "Well, I supposed you really didn't recognize me then."
A guilt look passed on Aoi's face. "I'm sorry," said the girl softly. "I have jumbled memories when I first got here. Could you tell me who you are?"
"No need. You didn't remember anyway," answered Natsume, bitterly.
"Please, I beg you. I want to know you," pleaded Aoi. Strangely, she didn't feel intimidated or scared anymore, instead she felt safe now, safer than she has ever been.
"Do you want to come with me or stay in this organization?" asked Natsume, changing the topic. His voice is cold and emotionless.
Sadness swept on Aoi. She didn't know why, but she just feels really sad for not remembering the person who has the same eye color as her who is standing right before her. Somehow he felt familiar, but somehow he felt like a stranger either.
"Hey. Do you want to go or not?"
Aoi stared blankly at Natsume, her looks firm and strong. "I will go with you, if you tell me who you are and who I am to you."
Natsume sighed. He really didn't want to tell his little sister that he is her brother.
"I promised I would go with you without making any ruckus here," added Aoi.
Natsume stared at Aoi for a while, before finally muttered in low voice. "I'm Natsume Hyuuga."
"N-Natsume Hyuuga? The black cat?"
"Yes. Does that ring any bell in your head?" asked Natsume deadpanned, but inside, he was hopeful.
Aoi bit her lip before saying with soft and slowly. "I'm sorry, I just know that you are one of the top agents in Alice Academy."
Natsume felt another sharp feeling stabbed through his heart. "I have already told you. Now, come with me."
"What is my relationship with you?"
"None of your business."
"I just want to know," whined Aoi. She looked at Natsume with annoyance shown clearly in her eyes.
Natsume sighed again. "I'm your brother."
Aoi gasped. "Really? I have been wanting a big brother!"
Natsume rolled his eyes. This girl is unbelievable. "Just pack your things before the guards realized."
"Are you serious? You are my brother?" Aoi's eyes sparkling with hopes.
'My little sister is so gullible,' thought Natsume, rolling his eyes again.
"Yes. Now go pack before I leave you here alone."
"No! Please don't! I want to come with you!"
"Move fast then," commanded Natsume, starting to get annoyed.
Aoi quickly grabbed a quite large black bag and started to stuff her things inside it.
"How come Mikan isn't here?"
"Well, she goes on mission right now," answered Aoi while putting her clothes in the bag.
Natsume frowned. "Mission?"
"I will explain all about nee-chan later when we have arrived at a safe place."
Natsume slowly nodded in understanding and dejection, because he can't save Mikan now, while staring at his sister who is busy pacing back and forth while stuffing her stuff into a black backpack.
"Okay, done!" said Aoi, slung her backpack on one of her shoulders.
Natsume put out his fireball and walked quietly to the door. He stood there for a while, pressing his ear to the door to detect any suspicious sounds, before signaling Aoi to stand right beside him.
"We will run when we reached outside. Follow right behind me. Don't get lost," whispered Natsume, grabbed the handle of the door.
Aoi nodded. "Don't worry. I got used to this kind of situation, I have done many missions anyway."
Natsume gritted his teeth in fury. How dare that bastard make his little innocent sister do that sickening missions?!
"We won't go?" asked Aoi, staring up to Natsume in confusion.
Natsume took a deep breath to calm his raging emotion and push his thought aside. He should focus on how they would escape first.
"Come on," said Natsume, opening the door.
Natsume and Aoi quietly slipped outside the bedroom and when they have already checked there is no guard in the hall, they broke into a run.
Natsume lead the way, because he is the one who has the map, while Aoi, just like Natsume told her to, followed right behind him. They quickly reached the big gate of AAO headquarters in no time.
"Hey! What are you doing there?"
Aoi quickly pushed Natsume behind the tree and shoved a mask which is Natsume quickly wear, while she took another mask and wear it too.
"Hey, don't…"
"Relax. I can handle this. Just stay back there," whispered Aoi, staring coldly at the guards who were walking to her direction.
"But, you will…"
"I will call for your help if it's needed," cut Aoi, turned around and give a reassuring smile.
Natsume grunted. "Fine."
"What are you doing here?" asked one of the guards who have a bright flashlight on one of his hand.
"I'm going for mission. Can you open the door?" answered Aoi, dead-panned.
"Have you got permission?"
"Of course I have you dumb guard! If I didn't how come I could come here without being caught by Kyosuke-sama?" hissed Aoi in annoyance. "If you try with my patience one more time, I will burn you till there is no remain of you, even the ashes."
The guards shivered in fear, hearing Aoi's threatening. One of them quickly fished out some keys and opened the gate's controller.
"Hurry up before she burned us," whispered the other guard. His eyes darting back and forth, between Aoi and the gates in panic.
"I'm trying to be fast," answered the first guard, fumbling with the lock of the gate's controller.
"Do you want to be burned?" asked Aoi in low voice. Her eyes flashing dangerously.
"No, no! uhm.. I mean no please ma'am," answered the second guard, pressing one of the button, making the gates started to move open.
"Good. Now scram before my patience snap," growled Aoi.
"Y-yes Ma'am!" shouted both of the guards while running away as fast as they can.
"What a show, girl," commented Natsume in bored tone.
Aoi pouted, already back being herself. "Don't be so mean. I did shoo the guards away."
Natsume smirked inwardly, seeing the childish act from his little sister. "Fine. Good job then."
"Thank you….. nii-san," whispered Aoi, shyly.
Natsume stopped on his tracked. Completely stunned. He can't remember when is the last time he was being called that by his baby sister. Now, when he heard it again, it makes him felt so happy.
"Are you okay?" asked Aoi, looked worried.
"Come on. I will leave you if you slow," said Natsume, gaining back his composure while ignoring Aoi's question and started walking passes the open gate in long strides.
"Hey! Wait for me!" shouted Aoi, quickly catch up with Natsume. "My feet aren't as long as yours! It's not fair!"
"Since when life is fair?"
Aoi hit Natsume's shoulder playfully and glared at him. "Stop teasing me!"
"Make me."
Aoi pouted and walked away while stomping in anger. "I will go by myself then."
Natsume slightly smiled and caught up with her easily. "You will need me later."
Aoi huffed and glared at Natsume. "No! I can take care of myself you know!"
"Show me how."
"I can do missions!"
"You are not supposed to do that," replied Natsume darkly.
Aoi took a step back warily. Seeing Natsume emitted some dangerous aura. "Well, that's the point! I can take care of…"
Aoi didn't finished whatever she is going to say, as suddenly she squeaked and jumped in fright. She is clutching onto Natsume's clothes like she was hanging for her dear life.
"Spider!" She screamed.
Natsume smirked mockingly. "Look. Who said you didn't need me?"
"Okay, okay! I need you! Just get the spider away!"
Natsume burned the spider and his smirk changed into a victorious smirk. "So, still wanted to go by yourself?"
"No." Aoi answered in defeat while glaring hard at Natsume.
Natsume slightly grinned. "Come on then. This way."
Sorryyyy, I know this chapter is shorter than the chapter before .. I'm really sorry, but I can't help it! I'm in the middle of exam week! Hahaha I need to study to get good marks.. Because I'm in senior years waaaah T.T
