Back at the Autobot base, everyone discusses Megatron's next move.
Bulkhead: Okay, if a little piece can reanimate an entire battlefield full of Cybertronian dead.
Wheeljack: But a big piece can reanimate an entire planet full of Cybertronian dead.
Tamaki: Optimus, what do you think will happen if those Zombie-bots get here?
Optimus Prime: Megatron will only have his undead forces eradicate the entire human race, since he can now control them.
Misaki: But you can't fight an entire army on your own; Dark Energon will only drain your strength if you're exposed to it for too long.
Jazz: It's not going to happen.
Arcee: We won't let it happen.
Optimus Prime: Now what we have witnessed, only made it more important than ever to defend your planet at any cost.
Bumblebee: Well, I think I know how he's going to to do it.
Everyone looks at Bumblebee.
Bumblebee: While I was gaurding Haruhi and Misaki, I found out that Megatron is using a Space Bridge, to send the Dark Energon to Cybertron.
Ratchet: By the All Spark.
Cliffjumper: That means that the Cons are several steps ahead of us.
Optimus Prime: Yes, but Bumblebee has provided the edge we need to advance of on the Decepticons.
Jazz: We also made some damage on the Nemesis, but the cons will just think of it as a set back.
Optimus Prime: We have little time.
Three days later, the Nemesis takes it's position in space.
Megatron: Is all ready for the Space Bridge?
Starscream: Yes, Master; despite the Autobot interference, we have managed to launch the Space Bridge.
Megatron: I want Optimus to witness this with his own eyes. We will draw his attention.
Starscream: At once, my liege.
Back at the Autobot base, Optimus and the rest of the Autobots are waiting for Megatron's next move.
Jazz: It's been three days since we've heard from the cons. What gives?
Optimus Prime: The Decepticons are being too quite yet again.
Drift: But it will not be too long.
Suddenly, the alarm goes off.
Ironhide: You were right again, Drift.
Bumblebee: Wheeljack, Ratchet, where are they?
Ratchet: It appears that they're in position.
Wheeljack: The Nemesis is located at the moon.
Honey: Is that where they're hiding it?
Hikaru: Can't you just bridge yourselves there?
Kyouya: They would if they could. They call it a "Ground Bridge", in which they can only bridge themselves anywhere on Earth.
Ratchet: Kyouya is correct; we do not have the resources nor the Energon necessary for such a task; also the Ground bridge has a limited range; strecthed all the way into orbit it's vortex could snap and scatter us to the stars.
Optimus Prime: Since Megatron is most likely already in transit; I'm afraid we must take that risk. Reaching the Space Bridge first is our only means of stopping him.
Jazz: Prime's right. We can't just sit on our metallic booties and not do anything.
Optimus Prime: Autobots prepare for departure.
Takumi: Looks like we'll be seeing you?
Drift nods at Takumi; Ratchet and Wheeljack prepares the Ground Bridge.
Haruhi: Be careful, Bee.
Bumblebee: Of course.
Hikaru: You think you're going to make it?
Sideswipe: I know we can.
Sunstreaker looks at Kaoru.
Kaoru: In case you don't come back, I'm sorry about Brawn.
Sunstreaker: ...
Ratchet: Optimus, if you leave me stranded on this planet with no way home, I will never forgive you.
Optimus Prime: Until we meet again, old friend. Autobots! Roll out!
All the Autobots except for Ratchet and Wheeljack transforms into their vehicle modes and drives towards the Ground Bridge; as they drive through the Space Bridge, Optimus gives the word to increase speed.
Optimus Prime: Maximum Overdrive!
The Ground Bridge opens and the twelve Autobots transforms back to their robot mode and lands upon the Space Bridge and they gravitize.
Optimus Prime: Autobots, transform and gravitize!
They gravitize onto the Space Bridge, as Bulkhead tries to keep his balance.
Jazz: Bulk! Don't look down, or up, or whereever.
Bulkhead nods. The Autobots turns around and they see the Nemesis approaching the Space Bridge.
Arcee: Megatron is packing enough Dark Energon to revive Cybertron's dead.
Prowl: Also we don't have the means to disable the Space Bridge; our only ticket home.
Optimus Prime: We cannot falter, Prowl. Nothing gets in or out.
The bots readies their weapons for battle; inside the Nemesis.
Megatron: Optimus Prime, you never disappoint me, unlike you, Starscream!
Starscream: No need for concern, Master. Soundwave is locked onto Cybertron's coordinates, under my instructions.
The Autobots stands their for a few minutes, and they noticed that the Decepticons aren't making a move.
Sunstreaker: What the hell are they waiting for?
Optimus zooms in onto the Nemesis and notices an sattelite dish is missing.
Optimus Prime: It appears that they have sustained serious damage on their intersteller navigation system.
Jazz: Bulk, isn't that your handy work?
Bulkhead: I did that during all the confusion.
Optimus Prime: Great job, Bulkhead; without the dish Megatron will not be able to aim the Space Bridge at Cybertron.
Back at Autobot base.
Tamaki: And that's a good thing, right?
Kyouya: The Decepticons will need an alternate way to reach Cybertron.
Ratchet: And where do you suppose that they will be able to find such a device?
Kyouya: It takes one Cybertronian sattelite to find your home planet; but it would take a bunch of Earth-based dishes to get a proper fix.
Optimus Prime: (VO) Good thinking, Kyouya. Can you hack into their systems?
Ratchet: Optimus, with all due respect, Kyouya may have the intellect to do such a task; but are you sure that it is wise to have one of this planet's natives to hack in a Cybertronian computer system?
Back at the Space Bridge.
Optimus Prime: We are out of options, Ratchet.
Bumblebee: Optimus, the cons are coming.
Optimus Prime: Autobots! Prepare for battle!
Back at the Autobot base, Kyouya is typing away on his laptop at lightning speed.
Shintani: Look at him go.
Honey: Kyou-chan has a nact for hacking. Right Takashi?
Mori: Yeah.
Tamaki: I have no doubt that he'll help save the world from the Decepticon menace.
Wheeljack: Don't be quick to celebrate yet.
Everyone looks at Wheeljack.
Wheeljack: Kyouya may be helping us out; but don't count out Soundwave.
Hikaru & Kaoru: Soundwave?
Haruhi: I think I've heard one of the Decepticons contacting him back on the ship.
Kyouya: (while typing) Soundwave is their cheif of survellience. You could say that he serves as the eyes and ears of the Decepticons.
Takumi: And of Megatron.
Ratchet: Kyouya is correct. Soundwave has loyally served alongside Megatron since the beginning; and Soundwave is a force to be reckoned with.
Back at the Space Bridge the Autobots has battled the Decepticon troops coming their way.
Drift: You have no honor, Decepticons!
Drift slashes through his opponents, cuttig them up like they were paper; the rest continued shooting, but Arcee gets hit by one of them.
Sideswipe: Arcee!
Arcee: I'm fine, Sideswipe. Don't stop!
Smokescreen: Bee, behind you!
Bumblebee turns and fires at the Vehicon soldier coming towards him. The Autobots slaughters the evil robots until only the Autobots are left standing. Back at the Autobot base Kyouya made it into the top secret military systems.
Kyouya: I'm in. And so are the Decepticons.
Misaki: How can you tell?
Kyouya: It's telling us. It appears that Soundwave has already made his way in.
Kyouya works his magic onto the site so as the cons could not bridge to Cybertron, but Soundwave was far from giving up.
Soundwave: Interference will not be tolerated.
Soundwave produces a virus into Kyouya's laptop causing it to crash.
Kyouya: Damn! Soundwave placed a virus inside my laptop. I did whatever I could.
Back at the Space Bridge. The Space Bridge opens the portal between the Earth's moon and Cybertron.
Ironhide: Well, now we have bigger problems.
Megatron rises as he holds a giant boulder of Dark Energon over his shoulders. He throws the giant piece into the Space Bridge; the Dark Energon piece makes it to Cybertronian soil as it raises an undead army of Terrorcons. Back at the Earth's moon.
Optimus Prime: Autobots, you must deactivate the Space Bridge, at any cost!
Jazz: What about you?
Optimus Prime: I will keep Megatron occupied. Nothing gets in nor out.
Jazz: You heard him, bots! Bee! Streaker! Swipe! Bulk! Arcee! With me! The rest of you wit Drift!
Drift: Let's go.
The Autobots spilts up as Optimus and Megatron prepares for their final showdown. Megatron transforms into his jet mode as he flies towards optimus; he transforms back into his robot mode.
Megatron: Optimus. You never did disappoint me.
Optimus Prime: Megtron, your reign of terror will be put to an end before it begins.
Megatron: (laughs) It is You that should be put to an end, Prime. Once I'm done with you, then Earth and your fellow Autobots will fall by my hands.
Optimus Prime: We will not have our conversation with the blades, and then we will see which of us is rightous in the eyes of history. One shall stand.
Megatron: And one shall fall.
Sorry this took so long. This was originally going to be final chapter of the Darkness Rises Arc, but it will be the next chapter. Well anyway, to be continued.
