"What happened in here?" Martin asked quickly and everyone else gasped.

The room was a mess! There were wrenches, hammers, and a few screwdrivers along with the one that had fallen scattered on the floor. A few of Aviva's little gadgets on one of the desks were electrocuted with sparks crackling from them and wouldn't work anymore. Jimmy's 'tasty-looking layered thing' that had been on the teleporting table, was knocked off and laid in a messy pile where it fell. One of the computers that Koki always uses was fizzling and the screen was flickering in and out from being off to showing a mix of a world map to showing a picture of an Iberian lynx.

Chris laid sprawled out on the floor on his left side where he had fallen before they had came inside the Tortuga. Martin quickly ran over to him in a fast but non-threatening speed before he knelled down beside him. Gently moving his hands under the lynx, he slowly lifted him up, but he wasn't awake anyways.

"Poor lynx." Martin looked at Chris sadly before walking to the room where he had first woken up in. When he finally situated Chris so that he would be comfortable and not on his hurt shoulder, he walked to the main room. Aviva, Koki, and Jimmy were cleaning up the mess on the floor.

"How did this stuff fall off of here?" Martin absently wondered out-loud while he picked up one of the hammers that had fallen.

"I don't know." Aviva looked around in confusion, "I never leave any of my tools laying too close to the edge encase something like this were to happen."

"Hmmmm..." Martin gazed over to were Chris had been laying at before beginning to pick up more tools and ruined invention pieces.

What they didn't know is that the whole incident was recorded when the screwdriver first fell off.

Chris slowly woke up to see that he was in a random room that was white so he figured that he was in the Tortuga. Trying to remember what happened the last few days, he remembered losing Berry to Donita, his brother shouting at him, and falling to the ground, but everything started to get fuzzy after that. Chris quickly stopped thinking of that and tried to get up when pain shot through his right shoulder and he looked down.

Paws? Fur? What is going on?

Standing on all fours, he got off of the pillow that he was laying on and limped over to the door that lead to the main room of the Tortuga which, fortunately, hadn't been closed. Stalking up to the middle of the Tortuga, he laid down to watch what the rest of the crew was doing. Koki was messing around with her broken screen that had yet to be fixed, Aviva was mindlessly working on fixing a new invention while staring off into space, and Jimmy was entering the room from the Tortuga pilot area. Martin was no where in sight.

"Poor Martin." Aviva sighed after a few minutes of silence.

"I know." Koki looked at Aviva before moving her eyes back to the computer, "He's been looking for Chris for five and a half days now! And he feels so guilty for pushing him."

What? I'm right here! Wait...Oh no! I was holding some Iberian fur when the button broke. Well, that means I won't be deactivating for awhile. They don't know that it's me! Now to get their attention.

" I just hope we find him soon or Martin will never forgive himself!" Aviva continued and Chris slowly walked up to her, "Martin won't stop looking for him and-woah!"

Chris nudged her leg before limping towards the front door.

"What is it?" Aviva strolled up to the door but didn't open it and Chris just stared at the door.

"Does he want outside?" Jimmy asked while leaning back in one of the hovering chairs.

"Sorry, but we can't let him out with that wound not healed." Koki stated while typing on the computer.

Chris tried to say something but all that came out was whining meows that the crew barely heard. Just barely.

"What's wrong?" Aviva looked from Chris, who was staring at the door, back to the other two in the room. Just then the door slid open and Martin marched into the room.

"Hey Martin! He's been staring at the door for the past few minutes and-MARTIN!" Aviva shouted out to Martin as Chris jumped past him and brokenly ran outside before disappearing into the forest.

"I'll go after him and you guys stay here." Martin shouted to the crew while sprinting out the door. Everyone else went over to the computer Koki was fixing.

"Come on...come on...come on..." Koki messed with the computer even more and it flickered back to life, "Got it."

Aviva and Jimmy were about to cheer for Koki when she spoke up.

"Guys, there's a new recording on the screen." She pulled something up and they saw the inside of the Tortuga. Chris was sitting on top of the table were Aviva had put him before they ran outside. They saw a screwdriver fall off the desk and Chris lose his balance then they saw him falling off of the table. They stood there in a daze until Koki realized something.

"Guys, it's not over yet."

There was a bright flash of green and the video stopped. They all looked at each other then at the screen and back again.

"That means..." Jimmy stated but Aviva beat him to it.

"Chris is that lynx!"

"We have to call Martin and warn him that the lynx that just got away is Chris!" Koki quickly pressed some buttons and soon Martin showed up on screen and he was in the forest.

"Martin!" Aviva shouted out to him and he quickly looked up at his screen on his CP.

"What?" He continued to move through the forest.

"The lynx that just escaped is..." Aviva looked over to her other two crew members before her voice softened, "Chris."

"What?" Martin began to become confused.

"Martin," Koki shouted at him, "Chris is the lynx you're chasing!"

Martin started sprinting even faster before his screen went black from ending the call.

"Where are you leading me, bro?" He questioned under his breath while jumping over a tree that fallen over. Seeing a shadow run into the vegetation, he decided to follow it.
