Hi guys I finally got time and write this, so yeah
After the last meeting, England and both Norways had started on making the portal. Many other countries help and sadly many more countries from the other world came as well

In suspicion the Fem Nordics came to Fem England's house looking for fem Norway, and all four were sucked in to the other world world as well
A few more such as Male Taiwan and Fem Hong Kong get sucked in looking for Fem China
Now they're all stuck here and in hope of returning back as soon as possible before they all disappear with their home lands

Back in England's house~
It is now about 3 month of working, many test have failed, but they never give up, by now Fem Norway has collapse with the others and the task is getting rather difficult to achieve.
England sigh as he look over to the mirror in front of him "alright...just need to test it..."
Norway nods and continue to skim over the spell book. Once he found the right spell he handed over to England and stand back
England gland at the mirror and back to the book "well...here goes nothing..." With that, he began to read the spell very carefully, because the last time he tried this the mirror shattered into millions of pieces and they have to look for another mirror, which they found later, thanks to the Italian twins.
As the spell cast off, a magic circle started to form around the mirror and a bright glow filled the room. After a few seconds, the glow started to dim and the mirror was still there like nothing happen. "did it work?" Norway ask
"Well, let's try it" England walk closer to the mirror carefully touch the glass that seems rather liquidly. He examine it further as his palm made it to the other side "I think it wor..." But before he can finish, the mirror pulled him in sending him to the other side
"ENGLAND!" Norway walk closer but stopped knowing that the mirror will pull him as well 'oh well, I hope that takes him to their world' Norway pull a sheet over the mirror and walk out to inform the other
