I'm Afraid I Love You
Hello my loves, we have reached chapter 11 and we are no way near the half mark of this story. Aren't you excited? because I know I am. You'll be very happy with what I have in store for this story. But you will have to wait and see to read for yourself. Let's get this story on the road.
Chapter 11: Welcome to the Western Fortess
I don't own Inuyasha but I do lay claim on Sesshomaru.

"Feh, how much longer is it to this damn castle wench?" Inuyasha fumed.
"If I were you half breed I would watch my tongue and show your respect to Victoria hime." One of the main guard's stated.
"Hiro. Leave the hanyou be. He will be shown respect as a guest for now. But if father saids otherwise then do as you please. Also, prince Inuyasha, I would prefer it you would show me some respect." Victoria said with a smile.
"Feh, whatever. I just wanted to know how much longer?" Inuyasha said
"Do not fret. For we have arrived. My father will be most eager to meet a son of the Toga Inutashio." Victoria exclaimed.
All eight characters waited until the massive doors open to reveal an out standing castle. One Kikyo and Inuyasha have never seen before. It's whole structure was amazing really. It was an old european style.( like in the Elizabeth movie; I'm horrible at explaining things like this.) As they approached the doors of the castle it was swung open by a huge figure.
"Daughter, I see you have brought some guests. One of the living and one not. Why are they here?" The mysterious man questioned.
"I do not know why they are in our lands father but I thought that you would like to meet a son of the general dog." Victoria exclaimed.
"A half breed no less." The man stated.
"Yeah, what of it?" Inuyasha angrily said.
"Hm...Come we shall discuss this further inside." So without another word the man turned around and went in.
The group followed him without question but half way reaching there destination the soliders left until they were called upon once more. The others walked into a dark lit room. All the curtains were black and closed. At the very end of the room there were three chairs. Each meant for royalty. The largest was black with a silver bluish tint that was fit for a king. The other two chairs were the same color as the first but had a more womanly touch to it. But if you were to take a closer look at the chairs you could see the second chairs was never put into use.
"Now I must apologize for not properly introducing myself. My name is Lord Atsuku of the Southern lands. I am a shadow kitsune. But I prefer being called Lord Atsu." Atsu said finally introducing himself.
Lord Atsu was dressed just Sesshomaru except his robes were the color of ash that silver foxes running along the arms and bottom of the pants. His hair is black with bluish tints to them and was spiked up. His stone cold eyes were a sky blue with specks of mint green in them. Victoria looked almost exactly like her father except her eyes were periwinkle and her hair that was color of magenta was cut into a bob. Victoria had a bronze tan to her body and you could tell that she was fighter and not some damsel. She also had split bangs and in the middle of her and lord Atsu forehead layed a purple sphere but Victoria had a black lightening bolt under it.
"Now son of the late great dog general, why are you in my lands?" Lord Atsu questioned.
But before Inuyasha or Kikyo had the chance to even open their mouths, the door burst opened and a women looking just like Victoria waltzed into the room.
"Father forgive my intrusion but I heard we had some guests and I just had to see who it was." The young woman announced.
"You two please excuse my youngest pup. She can be a little over dramatic sometimes. Her name is Viper." Lord Atsu said a little peeved.
Viper was the twin of Victoria and the last of lord Atsu's children. Viper had half of her hair put up into a ponytail and the rest curled all the way to back. She also had bangs that covered her left eye. Viper's symbol was exactly like Victoria. The only difference between the two was that Viper's hair was black and magenta.
"Do you not understand how to be a lady sister of mine?" Victoria asked completely out of boredom.
In return Viper just smirked before replying, "I may be a princess but that doesn't mean I have to act like one everyday. Besides that's more of your forte not mine. I prefer the wild than a cage."
"Enough you two. I am trying to seek some answers here." Lord Atsu inqured.
"Feh, why should I tell you anyway? We weren't going to stay." Inuyasha said as he crossed his arms.
"You are right. You don't have to tell me but I always did prefer toturing people to get what I wanted. Should I kill that pathetic creature by your side?" Lord Atsu asked as her slowly approached the couple.
"Lord Atsu, we meant no disrespect when entering your lands without permission. We were simply seeking refuge that is all." Kikyo coldly stated.
"What exactly were you running from that sent you in my lands?" Lord Atsu questioned as he stared at Kikyo.
"We were not sent here. We ran here by chance from our incident. Our ex-pack has exiled us. They were manipulated by their alpha bitch to turn on there alpha male." Kikyo easily lied.
"Hm. I see...well then I shall call a maid to show you to a room and then retrieve you once dinner commences." Lord Atsu said as he summoned a maid.
"You called milord?" A servant asked as she bowed to him.
"Yes Amina, will you show these two to a room and then retrieve them for dinner." Lord Atsu explained.
"As you wish. Now will you two please follow me?" The maid said.
Kikyo and Inuyasha both followed the maid out. When three were fully out of ear shot they became the topic of the subject once more.
"So, father what do you think?" Victoria asked as she walked over to her father.
"I believe these two will be a great help in getting what I desire. I believe we should start up the process of our plans." Lord Atsu said actually smiling.
"Well I for one don't like or trust that dead miko. She lied right through her teeth and seems like a master of manipulation. I think she needs to be set straight before she tries to get nosy." Viper announced a little pissed.
"I agree my daughter. Hm, I shall have a talk with her without the mutt around. Do you wish to attend?" He looked expectantly at his daughters.
"As much as I would love to that creature shit her pants I can't. My pets need to be fed. I can't have them eating our help again." Viper answered as her father laughed.
"I will accompany you father. I want to see more into their heads and because I have nothing else to do." Victoria stated.
"Oh, I can tell already this is going to very amusing. I can't wait to see the looks of all the other lords. Especially my dear brother-in-law of north." Atsu exclaimed as he wrapped his arms around his twin daughters as they departed from the room.

"Land, we have arrived." Sesshomaru said as he started to land in front of an open field.
"Um? Sesshomaru-sama, there is nothing here." Sango said as she looked around.
"You're wrong Sango. I can just feel the immence power of the force field. It's here." Kagome said as she reached her hand out to touch the force field.
"Miko, if you do not wish to thrown from where you stand? Then I would stop my approach. Only those with the blood from the house of the moon may touch this." Sesshomaru said as he put his palm on the field and added a little geiki.
The group watched in astonishment as the force field slowly disappeared only to reveal a huge catle in a mountain. The castle stood about 10 feet tall which didn't include the soliders and servants barracks. The castle was surrounded by a 15 foot wall which seperated at different parts. The front of the castle was surrounded by what seemed to be 20 yards of grass and flowers. As for the castle itself it was white with few marble designs in the stone. But that wasn't what astounded the group of misfits, it was the statue of a huge inu youkai howling over a panther on the roof.
"If you are done gawking at this Sesshomaru's home then follow me. As for you Jaken, I want to you to take Ah-Un to the stables and then meet me in my studies after dinner." Sesshomaru demanded as he walked away.
"Of course milord." Jaken said as he rushed to his masters bidding.
"This Sesshomaru, must warn you that there is constuction going on still. So I will have you set in the west wing for now. But I do not want you to roam around without a guide. Nor do I want you to leave your rooms unless it is to come to dinner or sit in the garden." Sesshomaru explained as looked mainly at Kagome as he summoned a maid.
"It is a pleasure to see my lord once more. How may this Lina assist you?" A blonde headed tiger youkai asked never once looking up.
"Hn, show my guests to their repective rooms in the west wing. I would like the monk in the first room and across from him the slayer. Next put the children on opposite sides of Rin's room and as for the miko place her next to mine. That will be all for now. This Shesshomaru shall see you all at dinner." Sesshomaru stated as he disappeared into another room.
"Please follow me as I show you to your rooms. If you do not mind could you please tell me your names?" Lina asked as she finally looked up.
"Yes, the monk name is Miroku, the slayer is Sango, the kit is Shippo, the dragon is Pyro, and I'm Kgaome." Kagome said as she pointed to each person.
"Thank you. Now please follow me. Also I will retrieve you all for dinner once it commences so as you wait please take your time to freshen up." Lina announced as she led the group up a flight of stairs and towards the western part of the castle.
Lina led them all to their room before departing herself. When Kagome walked to her room she walked straight to the balcony that was connected to it.
"Well Kagome welcome to the Western fortess." Kagome said not noticing Sesshomaru staring at her from his balcony.
'Welcome indeed miko.'

Well my sweets here's your third chapter within three days. I plan on adding an extra youkai attribute to Sango and Miroku when they change so please give some suggestions and I'll add the ones I find most interesting.
