The group were ready to head out to Ciela Gate via hidden path that Aoto knows, until Yosuke received a called from a friend...

"Chie...? Chie, is that you!?" He questioned deliriously.

"...! Y-Yosuke!?" Chie replied, with surprise, from the other end.

"Oh my god, Chie! You're okay!" Yosuke responded with exciting relief.

"Yeah, no thanks to you, dumbass!" Chie retorted, sounding angry.

Yosuke: "Huh...?"

"You guys have been missing for a week already. We had look for you everywhere and we even had to lie to your parents about you guys going on vacation without us!" She exclaimed. "What the hell were you guys thinking!?"

"Uhh..." Yosuke sweat-dropped, he couldn't bring up an answer.

"Wow... Your friend has a serious anger issue..." Aoto commented.

"That sounds like a girl, is she someone you know?" Doctor Gojo wondered.

"That's Chie-senpai? ... Oh boy..." Kanji sighed in a somewhat terrified demeanor.

Teddie: "Chie-chan! ... Wait, why does she sound scary..."

"So... Her name's Chie...?" Finnel mumbled, skeptically.

"... Hm? Kanji-kun? And Teddie? They're with you?" Chie mentioned. "Wait, is someone else with you? I can hear someone from your end."

"Hold on, I'll put it on speaker." Said Yosuke as pressed the speaker button on his phone. "Alright, it's on."

"Hello? Kanji-kun? Teddie? You guys okay?" Chie asked. "And who said I have anger issues!?" She added.

Aoto looked surprised, hearing Chie heard him. "...!"

"Huh... good ears..." Tatsumi muttered in amusement.

"Hey, focus, you dunce...!" Said Yosuke, returning to subject. "How did you get here? Where are you, exactly?" He questioned.

"You're the Dunce!" Chie retorted back. "Where the heck are you!? Me the others were looking for you guys!"

"Others? Wait, what do you mean 'the others'?" Questioned Yosuke, but a split second, he figure who she was talking about. "... Wait a minute, don't tell me Yukiko-san and the others..."

"Well, duh...! Me, Yukiko, Naoto-kun, and Rise-chan all agreed to look for you idiots!" Chie responded, annoyingly. "So where the hell are you guys?"

"Uuuhh..." Yosuke's jaw was hanging, knowing that the girls are here, too. Teddie and Kanji were just as dumbstruck as well.

"Pardon me..." Hikari Gojo intervened. "I'm Hikari Gojo. Your friends are in Eternus Shaft." He explained.

"Huh...? Oh..." Chie mumbled upon hearing the doctor's voice. "Um... I... don't know where that is... Heeheehee..."

"Yeah, obviously...! We never been here for long!" Yosuke grunted, in response. "So what about you? Is anyone else with you?"

"Just me and Yukiko." Chie replied. "I don't know where we are, either... Hang on, I'll go ask someone... Yukiko, hold the phone."

After some buffed noise, another voice appeared. "Yosuke-kun?"

The Persona users were surprise that Yukiko was on the other end, too.

Yosuke: "Yukiko-san?"

Teddie: "Yuki-chan!"

Kanji: "Whoa! Yukiko-senpai's here, too!?"

"Teddie! Kanji-kun! Oh, thank goodness you two are alright." Yukiko said with relief.

"Uh... yeah, sorry to make ya'll worried..." Kanji said.

"Yuki-chan, you are so caring!" Teddie replied.

Yosuke felt left out. "Ugh... at any case, do you know where you guys are? Any specific details that could direct us to you guys?"

"Um... I believe we're under a tree? A big one, I think..." Yukiko said, descriptively. "And there's a lot of gears... and a tram nearby... Oh, Chie's back. One moment..."

While the buffed sound was ringing around Aoto notice something related to her description. "A huge tree, gears, and a tram...? Wait a minute, th-that could mean...!"

"Ah hey, guys! Does a place called Ciela Gate mean anything to you? We're on Clockwork St." Chie explained. Which causes the everyone on Yosuke's side to have twice the exclamation marks on them.

Yosuke: "Holy Crap! Ciela Gate!?"

Chie: "Huh? What going on?"

"Th-that's where we're headed! That place is enemy territory!" Aoto exclaimed. "That place is dangerous if you guys don't keep a low profile!"

Chie: "Wh-what!?"

"Hey, you!" Said a deep-toned girl coming in to sound. "Who the hell are you talking to? And did I hear you say the name of that 'Yosuke' person?"

"That... intimidating deep voice..." Finnel uttered, sounding familiar.

"Huh...? Oh, that beefcake cross-dresser... wait, how do you know Yosuke?" She asked the crossdresser.

"Beef... cake...? *snicker* hahaha... AHAHAHAhahahhaha... She so beefy, she looks like Kanji... Nahahhahahahahah... Even a cute dress couldn't fit all that beef!" Yukiko continued to laugh out loud.

Kanji: "Beefcake...?"

Teddie: "Cross-dresser...? Don't we know someone who...?"

"Oh god, it can't be...!" Yosuke followed with a pained expression.

"C-Cross-dresser!? You little pricks! You two are in league with those freaks, are you!?" Said the familiar voice. "All units, over here! Seize them!" She ordered. Tapping feet filled the phone as everyone took a guess, knowing what's going on.

Chie: "Wh-What the!?"

"Chie! Chie, listen! That cross-dresser, her name's Mute, she and the Clustanian Army are serious trouble!" Yosuke explained, seriously. "You guys have to get out of there! Run!"

"B-But we just got surrounded. Ugh... Forget that! They're the one's picking the fight!" Chie retorted. "I'll call you back after I beat them up!"

"Chie! Wait! *click*." Chie hung up on them, leaving Yosuke and the others without any other response. "... That... idiot! What the hell! " Yosuke grunted.

"... Shit! That sounded like Butch!" Aoto followed. "Crap, this is bad..."

"We can't just idle here now, can we...?" Tatsumi asked with a stern expression.

"Yeah... let's get going..." Yosuke replied, with a worried expression. "Aoto, the secret passage?"

"Right, the passage is in Ciela Pathway. Let's go!" Aoto commanded. They all left in response with Aoto ahead.

While they proceed to the pathway, Aoto and the others were curious about the Persona user's friend from the other line.

Finnel: "So... that girl we were talking to is a friend of yours?"

Yosuke: "Yeah, Chie Satonaka. She's a classmate of mine at our school. A real steak-addict."

Kanji: "Chie-senpai can pack a punch when she fights. Especially her Kung-Fu."

Teddie: "Chie-chan can be really powerful when her beef is on the line."

Yosuke: "I wouldn't doubt Chie would give that Mute a hard time, that Carnivore would chew out all that beef out.

Aoto: "Heh... Carnivore..."

Tatsumi: "Still, if she's up against the entire platoon of the Clustanian army, she won't be able to last long."

Yosuke: "No kidding, I'm just as worried. We gotta hurry!"

Aoto: "Yeah. I can't wait to see you guys face the music. She must be very mad at you guys."

The Persona users sweat-dropped, knowing that fact.

Kanji: "... 'second thought, I'm ain't sure if I wanna see her right now..."

Yosuke: "... You and me both..."

Teddie: "Eh... heh... heh... er..."

Hikari Gojo: "Fascinating... Their expressions went 180*..."

(Afternoon) Ciela Pathway

Aoto lead the group down the path that leads into the city of Ciela Gate. "Okay... If we go through here, we'll get to Ciela Gate. To take the secret path, we have to follow this thin trail." He explained as he direct their attention to the ladder at the edge.

Teddie, however, was looking around rather anxiously and Yosuke caught wind of him. "What's is now, Ted? Shadows?" He asked.

"Hmm? No... it's just..." Teddie muttered. the bear look left and right seeing that this place looked familiar to him. "If I were to remem-bear correctly, This place must be the area where I landed..."

"Where you landed? This place where you fell from the sky as well?" Yosuke wondered. As to what happened to himself, he was still as confused why he was falling right out of the sky.

Teddie: "I'm beary sure this is the place... it was a terrible grizzly landing."

Hikari Gojo: "So you guys fell from the sky? I doubt there would be any structures to fall from, other than the tower..."

"Once we find our friends, that's the plan. If anything, it might lead us to a clue to how we got here in the first place." Yosuke mentioned. "That reminds me, Kanji what happened to you when you... fell into the TV..." He asked, turning to Kanji.

"... 'The hell are you making that face at me?" Kanji retorted, annoyingly. "Look, we we're about to look for you guys, but after I entered the TV, I was pretty much falling." He pondering his memories up till now.

"Falling, huh...?" Said Hikari Gojo

(Flashback, Few days back, Daytime) Tatsumi Textiles

"..." Kanji was feeling irritated because of Yosuke and Teddie's disappearance. "Dammit... where the hell did Senpai go...? And Ted..." He thought. He and the girls were looking around town for them, seeing if it was some outright prank. They all were planning to meet up at Junes to see what they found and as Kanji was packing up his stuff for the vacation trip. He began to carry his sack with all his sewing kit and supplies but all of a sudden he dropped his shield, then tried to catch it, but he tripped over a fan cable and stubbed his shin on the coffee table. "AAAHHHhhh! Shit, shit, shit...!" He grunted and hopped around and he then grabbed his weapon before he hoped onto on a pillow and slipped. As he lost his balance on one leg, Kanji fell backwards right into his family's big screen TV, thus, falling into the TV world with his stuff along with him. "Wh-Whoa!" He yelped as his whole self went into the TV.

His mother entered the room after Kanji dived into the TV. "Oh... Did he left already?" She wondered. Afterwards she returned to their textiles shop without knowing a thing...

(Present, Afternoon) Ciela Pathway

"... And after that, I fell near the place... Fallen Heaven place..." Kanji finished.

A brief pause, and they all sweat-dropped. "Geez... That was terrible..." Yosuke muttered.

"So right now, the towers your guy's only lead." Tatsumi added up.

"Seems that way..." Said Yosuke, wincing.

They soon arrive at Aoto's secret entrance were large rocks blocking most of it.

"This is the secret path to Ciela Gate?" Finnel Questioned. "It's almost completely blocked."

"Yep, a big quake hit this area, and it caved in, blocking part of it. We may be able to get by if we demolish the rocks." Aoto suggested. "It's kind of dangerous, but it's still better than trying to go through the gate, right?"

"You've been to this area before, Aoto? How do you know about this secret path?" Yosuke asked.

"... When I was a kid, I found this place and used it as my secret path." Aoto explained. "I was born in Ciela Gate."

"So, you're a registered resident of Ciela Gate?" Tatsumi guested.

"Well, yeah, but I hardly remember anything about my childhood. I left Ciela Gate about 10 years ago. I don't have many good memories about this place..." Aoto included.

Tatsumi: "Oh, sorry..."

"Don't worry, it was a long time ago." Reminded Aoto. Just then, the ground began to shake, and a terrible noise from above began. "...? What's that noise?"

Everyone looked up staring into the sky, seeing a fleet of battleships

Yosuke: "That's... a Clustanian battleship!?"

"There's a lot of them!" Teddie panicked at the sight of many.

"Shit... I was able to send a few off... but that's a shit load of them...!" Kanji grunted with a worried expression.

"There's an enormous amount of them... The Prome Wall must be wide open..." The Doctor muttered.

Yosuke: "The Prome Wall...?"

"Yes, it's a wall of plasma that separates Clustania and the lower land." The Doctor explained. "I've never seen such a large influx of soldiers come through the Prome Wall before. The enemy must be serious..."

"As Master told me, they have no intentions of keeping the peace treaty." Tatsumi reminded himself.

"... So what?" Aoto responded sternly and they all turned their heads to him. "I don't care what the Clustanians are up to... I'll protect Saki at all costs!" After he spoke his vow, another quake rumbled under their feet. "Huh? Agh, what now!?"

Just then, from the other side of the cliff, a separate battleship appeared pulling back with volley of fireballs raining upon it

"Now what is going on!?" Finnel yelled.

"A random battleship getting attack? Where are those fireballs come from?" Questioned Tatsumi.

"That's... Agneyastra... One of Chie's moves...!" Yosuke answered. "Oh geez, If she's using that, she'll burn up a lot of energy..."

As the battleship swivels, it retained its balance and charges up its main weapon. But just before it happens, a giant golden fist rammed itself into the barrel, exploding the weapon into smithereens. As to that, debris went flying everywhere, even to where Aoto and the others were.

"Oh shit! Move!" Aoto yelled. The debris shot down like a meteor directly at the rocks blocking the entrance, destroying the blockage revealing the passage clear of debris with the exception of the piece of the battleship's artillery in the middle. Everyone was awed by what just happened as they returned to the entrance. "What the..."

"I... don't believe it...!" Tatsumi stuttered. He then set his sights at the Battleship. "Did your friend do all that!?"

"Uhh..." Yosuke mumbled. Kanji and Teddie were as shocked as well. "That idiot...! That's gonna attract a lot of attention!" He grunted, realizing how their Persona's also attracts certain types of enemies.

"That ain't good, is it...?" Kanji wondered.

"At any rate, she gave us an opening without knowing..." The Doctor confirmed. "Let us hurry..."

But just after they nodded, heard another ringing. "Huh? Who's calling right now!?" Tatsumi questioned as he turned to Yosuke.

"That isn't mine." Yosuke replied.

"That ain't mine either." Kanji followed.

They all looked around until the ringing object fell on a bush near them. "Hey, that thing over there." Finnel told them pointing at object of interest. "Isn't this like your guy's cellphone?" She asked as she apporached the foliage.

"Hmm? Hey... That's... Ted, your cellphone!" Yosuke alerted Teddie.

"...? *gasp* My phone!" Teddie jumped as he aquired his phone back from Finnel. "Sweet honey, grizzley, mother! I miss you so!" He smothered his cellphone with relief.

"That's your telemo or... something?" Aoto asked. "Who's calling you?"

Teddie checked his recent calls upon Aoto's reponse. "Hmm... Yosuke... T-This is... Yuki-chan!?" He jumped. "It's beary recent, too!"

"Yukiko-san!?" Yosuke replied with surprise. "She's with Chie, right!?"

"Hey, that confirms that they came here lookin' for us!" Kanji added.

"We better hustle! This way!" Aoto ordered.

They finally proceed into the path.

Skit Topic: Tele-cella-mo

Tatsumi holds a Telemo, while the Persona users have these 'Cellphones' which made curious to Aoto.

Aoto: "Hey Yosuke, you got sec?"

Yosuke: "Aoto? What's up?"

Aoto: "I was wondering, what are those devices you guys call on those telemo's?"

Yosuke: "What? You mean these? They're called cellphones, where we're from.

Yosuke took out his cellphone while explaining.

Yosuke: "I guess you guys can say it's like your guy's telemo, or something."

Hikari Gojo: "So they're like Telemo's from your place of the sort?"

Tatsumi: "They're pretty much the same, probably 'cause they allow chatter from a distance."

Kanji: "I'm surprised we can even get reception from anywhere. Aren't phones connected to satellites or somethin'?"

Hikari Gojo: "Let's say the wave frequency of your cellphone is equivalent to our telemo's. It should have the same characteristics for as such."

Kanji: "I guess..."

Aoto: "I never thought those cellphones were different from ours. They look... unique..."

Teddie: That's because they can store numbers that our friends have. I have Yuki-chan, Nao-chan, Rise-chan..."

Yosuke: "Wh-what? H-Hey, wait a sec! How did you get Yukiko-san's Number!?"

Teddie: "All I did was ask Chie-chan and Yuki-chan. They needed my help a one point and they asked for my number. I was beary pleased!"

Yosuke: "You frick'n bear, no fair! Gimme your phone!"

Teddie: "No! You've lost the Amagi Challenge! Now it's my turn to take it!"

Yosuke tries to grab Teddie's phone while Teddie pushes him away.

Kanji: "Dude, it's just a phone number, lay off the bear."

Tatsumi: "And... the topic goes way off..."

Ciela Gate Reservoir

They continue through the secret passage, the sewers under Ciela Gate. Aoto was familiar to the surrounding even some of the monsters here posed little threat. They eventually stumble across a valve on the pipeline.

"Alright! I can still turn this valve." Said Aoto as he went up to it and checked it thoroughly.

Tatsumi: "What is this valve?"

"If you turn it, the direction of the flow of water changes." Aoto explained as he turned the valve clockwise. "When I was a kid, I would turn this to change the current and explore all over the place."

The water level on the left side went down as the right side rose. "I see. So, if we turn these valves, we'll be able to go to places we can't go to right now." The Doctor speculated.

Aoto: "Exactly."

"Awesome..." Yosuke commented as he dropped down. The water level splashing under his feet was at nearly at his sole of his sneakers. He looked down at his shoes and were devastated for some reason. "What the...? Aw man, I just bought these pair, recently, too..." He complained.

Seeing Yosuke complained, Kanji wonder what else that the sewers had. "Hey, don't sewers also have those wastewater, too?" He asked out loud. The question shocked Yosuke and caught everyone by surprise.

"Hmm...?" Doctor Gojo took the question and scanned the walls seeing a map that states it obviously. "Oh, it appears that Yosuke is in the wastewater... and it's the only path into the city..." He stated.

Yosuke frozed in shock, not noticing what went wrong. "Ahhhhhaahahaaa..." Yosuke whimpered.

"Oh... well, no point in complaining." Aoto told them as he went down the ladder. "Come on...!"

Yosuke: "Yeah... easy for you to say..."

Everyone followed except for Teddie and Finnel.

"What're you guys doing? Let's go!" Kanji demanded.

"I don't know... I mean... couldn't we find another path...?" Finnel stuttered.

"This is the only path we can take." Tatsumi reminded. "Don't tell me you two have a hygiene problem?"

"Uh... your concerns are duly noted..." Teddie replied. "I-I can't simply allow my poor beary fur to coat the reek on it..."

"Y-Yeah, why not use your persona's to carry us?" Finnel suggested.

"You know we can't do that! We'll get shadows on our back!" Yosuke annoyingly retorted. "*sigh* So what now? You want us to carry you guys?"

Finnel/Teddie: "...! Sure!"

Aoto: "Well that was quick..."

Finnel went down first as Yosuke approached her from below. Embarrassing to say Yosuke had something coming. "Uh, H-Hey don't look at my skirt, idiot!" Finnel yelled, beating her heel on Yosuke.

"Ow ow ow! Okay, okay! Geez..." Yosuke grunted as he turned around. He piggyback Finnel and brought her to the other side.

"Alright, come Ted- *Thud*" Kanji volunteered to carry Teddie in his costume, but instead of climbing down jumped off landed on him. "Oof! Wh-what!? Agh! Frickn' bear!" Kanji grunted as he launched him on the other side of the walkway, over the ladder, and smacked into the wall, face flat.

Finnel climbed up first along with men afterwards... only to see Teddie dazed from the impact.

Skit Topic: Energetic Childhood

Continuing through the sewers Finnel seemed impressed how Aoto found a path that no one usually uses.

Finnel: "The secret path to Ciela Gate... You found it when you were a kid, right?"

Aoto: "Hehehe. Are you impressed?"

Finnel: "I am. I can't believe there was such a thing in this town."

Kanji: "If the place... 'see ya' gate's a big city, they obviously have big sewers..."

Aoto: "True... And it's 'Ciela' Gate. People normally don't use it to get the city... Nobody from Clustania has really ever looked for this kind of path before, either."

Yosuke: "Yeah, it's a sewer that's too dark and there's a lot of monsters. If I were a kid, I'd never go into a place like this."

Aoto: "Yeah, but it looked like an uncharted cave, so I was fascinated as a kid. It was so thrilling!"

The three sweat-dropped from the comment...

Aoto: "Wouldn't it stimulate your adventurous mind? That unknown place I saw when I came through the cave... I still can't get over that feeling."

Finnel: "... I imagine you were a really powerful boy..."

Yosuke & Kanji: "Yeah..."

They continued through the Reservoir, clashing with the creatures that dwells within these sewers. They came to another valve and Aoto did his magic. Then came a sound of exploding bombs echoing deeper in.

"Hmm... what was that...?" Teddie wondered, podered with his teddy ears up front.

"Was that some pipes breaking down? Maybe Aoto must've broke something..." Tatsumi guessed.

"These pipes may be old and rusted, but it shouldn't make those kinds of sound." Aoto assured. Once he finished turning the valve all the way, the water has drained out to the other side, making their passage clear. But once they got up to the other side of the drain, the sounds of explosions got louder than usual. "Uh... Okay, that definitely does not sound like a pipe breaking..."

"H-Huh? I'm hearing voices now..." Teddie mentioned.

"... Yeah, I can hear'em, too..." Yosuke followed.

After some explosions, voices echoing across the sewers rang out louder, the more the group presses on.

"Halt! Stay where you are!" A female voice barked.

"Damn fiery roach... Surrender or else!" Another female voice ordered.

"I-I'm so sorry! I can't be caught just yet!" Replied a female's calmed voice.

"Hold it! Don't let her disappearing in the mist!" A female voice responded.

"That sounds like... like Clustanians!" Aoto thought out loud. "Why are they here!?"

"I don't believe that they're here for us. It sounds like they're chasing someone else." Doctor Gojo assumed.

"Tch! Damn, that girl in red's getting away!" Yelled a female voice.

After that, the sound of stomping on metal faded out, believing that the Clustanians chasing the target else where.

Yosuke: "Sound's like they're going somewhere else."

"But... didn't one of 'em said 'girl in red'?" Kanji wondered. "Yukiko-senpai was wearin' red, right?"

Both Teddie and Yosuke had a question mark and exclamation mark above their heads at the same time.

"... What!?" Yosuke jumped. "Ah crap! We gotta hurry!"

"We're coming Yuki-chan!" Teddie followed.

"H-Hey, wait up!" Kanji followed from behind, leaving Aoto and the others.

"Hey wait! Don't run ahead without us!" Aoto yelled to the Persona users.

"Well, that was just boo... We should hurry..." Tatsumi suggested.

Everyone follow the Persona users, but Finnel started to hear a high pitch noise ringing in her ears. "Hmm?" She wondered. But it hasn't bothered anyone, since nothing is explained, she left it uncheck. She picked the pace up, catching up to them.

They proceeded further in but instead of finding anyone, the area they entered in seemed rather foggy.

Tatsumi: "...? What's with this haze...? I can hardly see..."

"Is it because of those explosions?" Aoto guessed.

"If it were smoke from fire, we wouldn't be able to breath..." Hikari Gojo hypothesized. "This doesn't make any sense... why is the fog here in the sewers..."

Teddie: "Fog? Hmm..."

Finnel: "Haze? Fog?"

"Oh, the fog, here. Looks like the humid air that turns water into water vapor." The Doctor explained.

"I know what fog is. What I'm trying to saying is, what are you guys talking about?" Finnel stated. "'Cause I can see clearly."

"Now that's a mystery. The temperature's not that hot, either." Wondered Yosuke. However, it struck him with a realization to what Finnel said. "Hold on a sec, you can see through the fog?"

"Uhh... Yeah...? I'm serious, what's this fog you guys are-" Finnel's line of sentence was cut off from an explosion that was nearby. "W-Whoa! Huh!?"

Yosuke: "What the...? That was nearby!"

They've cut their discussion short and proceed to where the sound of the explosion occurred. They turned to a corner finding a group of three Clustanian Soldiers ganging up on a girl with black hair, on her knees. She has long eyelashes and black eyes, with long, straight black hair that is kept neat with her red hairband. She also wore a red uniform with the same design as the Persona users along with a pair of red reading glasses.

Girl in red: "..."

"Tch... we finally got you in a corner you red roach..." Said a Clustanian soldier, mockingly.

"You better submit, or we'll have to resort to brute force before we turn you in." The other Soldier threatened.

"I rather not want, please..." The girl in red groaned as she got back up into her battle stance with her fan in hand.

"Looks like this brat needs to be taught a lesson..." One of the soldier suggested. Though she saw a group coming towards them. "Huh... Hey, who's there!?"

The group finally came into range of vision of their foes, save for Finnel who saw the whole thing. "Huh...? They're Clustanians!" Tatsumi said with realization.

"You skunks! Don't even try to harm her!" Aoto barked.

The Persona user knew who the girl in read was. "Yukiko-san! Is that you!?" Yosuke said to her.

"! Yosuke-kun!" Yukiko said, spotting Yosuke and the others.

"Wha-! Damn reinforcements!?" Grunted a Clustanian soldier. She whipped out her hand and started her song magic.

"Ah! Heads up!" Aoto yelled, with everyone at their battle stance. But after a moment's pause, nothing seems to be happening. "... Uh..."

Yosuke: "... Is something supposed to happen?"

"H-Hey what are you waiting for!?" Asked the other Clustanian soldier.

"What the hell!? My Song Magic! I can't...!" The Clustanian grunted trying to weave song magic, but wasn't able to cast any...

Aoto: "Uh... What's going on... They can't produce song magic?"

As question mark appeared above their heads, Tatsumi, then heard a loud silent screech "... What is that sound...?"

As the Clustanians were trying to cast their song magic, there was no avail. "Kh, Dammit! This isn't good!" Another Soldier grunted as she tried to cast her song magic, no avail, though. They started to back away.

"What's wrong? Can't use your song magic properly?" Aoto questioned, mockingly.

Clustanian Soldier: "... Damn you..!"

Yosuke: "Come on, man. Was that necessary...?"

Just as Aoto and the rest of the guys were getting ready, Teddie sensed some shadows homing in to their location. "...!? Ah... Shadow alert! Shadow Alert!" He Panicked. "There's a whole lot of them!"

They all turned to Teddie just as the Clustanian soldiers were confused. "... Shadows...? What is that thing talking about...?"

The soldier then, felt some rumbling on the ground, then our heroes felt it as well. "An earthquake?" Finnel wondered.

With everyone looking around, Yukiko, at the corner, spots the source of the rumbling. Numerous Shadows converged towards them. "Everyone! Shadows coming from that way!" Yukiko pointed out.

The Clustanian turned to their left and terrified in shock. "Wh-Wh-What are those things!?" One of the Soldiers yelled.

"Dammit! We can't even use our song magic!" Another soldier included.

"Agh! We don't stand a chance in this state! We have to run! Retreat!" Ordered the third soldier. And all three of them ran, through the group and into the fog.

Finnel: "They're running away?"

While they all speculate on the soldiers in disappointment, Yosuke, Kanji, and Teddie tend to Yukiko's aid. "Yukiko-san, You all right!?" Yosuke asked.

"Yosuke-kun...!" Yukiko said with relief, and then turned her attention to her other friends. "Kanji-kun and Teddie! Your okay, too?"

Teddie: "Yuki-chan! I'm beary glad that you're alright!"

Kanji: "Sorry for bailin' on you guys..."

"It's okay..." Yukiko assured Kanji, and returned to the situation at hand. "Ah, everyone! The shadows are coming! Your glasses, hurry!"

"Our glasses?" Yosuke mentioned, recalling his glasses they used in the fog last year. He and Kanji quickly put their glasses on, seeing through the fog as if it wasn't there. "No way... the fog!?" He grunted.

"Why the hell's the fog here!?" Kanji Questioned as he widened his eye inside his shades. The fog that they were talking about was the one from the TV world where they needed their glasses to see clearly.

The Persona Users were leaving the others out of the loop. "What are you guys talking about? Do you know something about this 'fog'?"

"We'll sort this out later...!" Yosuke suggested. "For now, heads up!" He exclaimed as he, Kanji and Teddie went into their battle stance, readying for battle.

Aoto: "H-Huh?!"

*Time to Make History

There were a lot of shadows along the reservoir path with many types and shapes. Two beast shadows on point with a Phantom Master shadow behind them, along with a pair of magus shadow at the rear. There was more to follow, at the rear.

"Holy crap...! There's a lot of them...!" Yosuke twitched as he gaze upon the number of them.

"Damn... The hell were you guys doin'?" Kanji questioning Yukiko, still fatigue.

"Never mind that. Let's take care of the things!" Aoto retorted as he drew his weapon along with Tatsumi and Hikari Gojo.

Finnel has started to weave her song magic, but for some reason, she couldn't produce anything. "...?"

Aoto: "Finnel? What are you waiting for?!"

"M-My Song Magic...!" Finnel whined as she pressed her hand on her head. "Ngh... I... can't focus properly...!" She complained, rubbing her head.

Aoto: "What!?"

"What's going on? It's happening like it did with the Clustanian Soldiers..." The Doctor speculated.

"Tch...! Do what can Finnel! We'll keep them off of you!" Yosuke ordered as he took off along with Kanji and Aoto in the front.

They made a formation without thinking. Aoto and Kanji in front with Yosuke in the back between them. Tatsumi and Hikari Gojo followed up and Finnel in the back kept trying to weave her song magic somehow...

The beast shadows were closing in on them pouncing away. Aoto blocked the attack with his tool in his defense and struggle with its claws, while Kanji countered with his shield and went for the shadow's chains "Zio!" Kanji yelled as he emitted a painful shock along the metal chain to the shadow's collar.

Yosuke dashed between them both and went for the Phantom shadow. He jumped right at it lobbing a Garudyne at it. Alas, it missed and he fell down with the to Magus shadows eyeing their stored attacks a him. "Oh crap...!" He grunted went got back up.

"Senpai! I got it!" Said Kanji concerning for his friend's safety. He summoned Take-Mikazuchi and quickly reached the stunned the shadow by the chain, swinging the shadow like a chain and ball, swinging it into the Magus shadow in front of him, dissipating the beast shadow and throwing the Magus shadow into a downed stated.

"Well... damn...!" Aoto commented as he saw Kanji summon his persona. He then, pushed the shadow off of him and Tatsumi went in from the side and pinned the V-Board on the chain, dwindling the Beast shadow's movement.

"Aoto! Let me help!" Teddie said, summoning Kintoki-Douji. Aoto and Teddie combine their attacks, Aoto's new move, Death Scissors with Kintoki-Douki's energy. In a quick sequence, Teddie summons a block of ice and Aoto grabbed it with his tool in its shape of a claw. Aoto had the claw bit into the ice block as it made the actual weapon shape of a hammer.

"Alright!" Aoto boasted as he gripped the hammer-shape tool. He vertically swung away at the shadow, causing it spin around painfully until it became trapped within its own chains. "Time to pound the nail! Arctic Gavel!" Aoto then jumped in the air with the ice-made hammer and slammed it into shadow dissipating it along with the ice shattering off of Aoto's tool. "Whoa! Awesome!" Said Aoto with an amazed look.

"Still have a long way to go, Aoto!" Tatsumi replied, grabbing his weapon.

The Phantom Master shadow was moving fast around Yosuke as he used Magaru, throwing vacuum waves at it while the shadow was lobbing Agilao's, which Yosuke dodge away as well. He quickly notice a Magus shadow using its Mind Charge in order for major damage. Before the shadow could do so, Yosuke quickly reacted. "Gh... How about this...! Pyre bolt!" Yosuke quickly tosses a kunai but then fire enveloped on the throwing knife and then exploded on impact, causing the shadow to stagger and fall, leaving it vulnerable.

After that, he focus his attention back to the Phantom Master shadow whereas Hikari Gojo was shooting at it with Aoto and Tatsumi surrounding it on both sides. They both charged forth at the shadow from both sides, but the shadow, however, uses Agilao to pushing them back. "Guh... Damn, these things are tough...!" Aoto grunted. The shadow started to store a Agilao attack on Kanji as he was right in front of Finnel singing her song magic.

Yosuke: "Oh crap! Finnel!"

Kanji hear Yosuke saying her name which she was behind him. The shadow shot the agilao at Kanji, which he blocked it with his shield, taking the hit instead of dodging. "Oof... Tch, bastard...!" Kanji grunted as he shrugged the smoke off of himself.

"Jiraya!" Yosuke called out as he hopped over the shadow and kicked it over head. Jiraya appeared under Yosuke using a sonic punch on the shadow. Yosuke landed after that and lobbed a Garula, a strong vacuum wave staggering the shadow down, prompting Yosuke for an idea. "Ted, Kanji! Should we show 'em who's boss?!" He said, signalling them two for an All-Out Attack.

Teddie: "Gawr! It's time to get wild!"

Kanji: "I live for this part!"

"What are you guys talking about!?" Aoto begged the question with Hikari Gojo and Tatsumi wondering as well.

Teddie started of with Kintoki-Douji throwing a tomahawk at the three downed shadows exploding with the smoke in the air. Afterwards, the three Persona users charged into the smoke and made a beatdown the shadows, one for each. Comical sound effects were included, too.

"What the...? They just dashed in to the smoke...! What are they thinking?" Tatsumi Questioned.

"It's... one of our battle tactics. An All-Out attack." Yukiko answered, walking forward next to Finnel. "A better way to defeat our enemies all at a same time."

"Well that sounds dirty..." Aoto muttered. "Otherwise, a badass idea...!" He complimented with a daring expression.

The comical dust formed a skull and the shadows disappeared in place of the Persona users place as they cheered on a successful tactic. "Hell yeah! We beat the shit out of them!" Kanji state letting out a battle cry.

"Yeah! But there's still more to come...!" Teddie replied seeing another group of shadows heading in. An Avenger Knight up front, three Castle shadows behind it, and then they could see a Idol shadow at the rear.

"Agh... seriously!?"Yosuke complained. A second passed and a knight shadow, charged forward onto Yosuke. "Whoa, whoa, whoa!" Yosuke staggered back.

Aoto jumped in front of him and blocked the attack. "What the hell? There's more!?" Aoto grunted as he pushed the shadow back.

"If we keep this up, we'll be swarmed over...! This is so boo...!" Tatsumi followed, while dodging the ice that idol shadow was casting.

"And those shadows are sturdy how are we gonna get through...?" The doctor wondered.

The castle shadows counter-attacked with multiple lightning bolts shooting out of its turrets, raining down on them. "Wha-Whoa! Aw, come on! Lightning bolts!? Seriously!? AAAHHHH!" Yosuke yelled, rapidly, as he got shot from one of the bolts. Teddie was running around and still got shot.

"Whoa...! Shit!" Kanji grunted as he pulled up his shield blocking the lightning bolts, was not effective against him except for Yosuke and Teddie.

The non-Persona users were as hit as well with the three of them shooting over the field. They were struggling with these pattern of foes. "Damn... what should we do... it's like a giant wall..." Aoto muttered

They were at their wits end, until Yukiko stepped up and took action of her own. "Come! Konohana Sakuya!" Yukiko called out, whipping her fan out and striking it at her tarot card, summoning her Persona. Her Persona wore a pink and white battledress with a white heart on the chest, has, behind it, a set of feather-looking blades that are connected to the Persona's wrists on both arms, and a same colored visor adorned with matching pair of flowers accessories. "Mediarahan!" She spell casted. A white circle appeared under the six fighters, and lifts over them, rejuvenating their fatigue.

"What the... she's a Persona user!?" Aoto exclaimed, seeing her Persona for a first time.

"She's not a Reyvateil if you were gonna ask that!" Yosuke replied, getting up and then turn his attention to her. "Yukiko-san, you alright?"

"Yes... I'm alright..." Yukiko vaguely replied. She was looking terrible due to all the energy she possibly used.

Yosuke returned his sights on the shadows, thinking what to do next. "... Alright... we got second wind. Now still we have to take out this group now..." He thought. "If those shadows have lightning, I'll just have to blow it down!" Yosuke stated as he swiped a Garula at one of the Castle shadows. As it connected, the victim shadow fell on its back, proving to be difficult for it to stand up.

"The weakness is wind!" Teddie stated. "Blow 'em away!"

"Alright! Magaru!" Yosuke said, lobbing vacuum waves at his enemies. Multiple blasts at the castle shadows and they fell down as well.

Afterwards the Avenger knight charged forth towards Yosuke in retaliation, but Aoto intervened. "No you don't!" He yelled as he thrusts his weapon right at the shadow with a Twister attack, dissipating it.

Tatsumi: "One more to go...!"

"I got it!" Teddie replied raising his hand up with Kintoki-Douji behind him. "Bufudyne!" Teddie shouted out causing his persona to launched a special Tomahawk missile. When on impact, the missile exploded into sharp ice particles, causing the idol type shadow to fall into a downed state.

"Hell yeah, another chance!" Kanji notifying the others for another All-Out Attack.

"Let me join in!" Aoto replied. He, Tatsumi, and the Doctor, both out of reluctance of the idea joined in as well. "Let's give those things hell!" All six of the fighters charged forward towards the downed shadows, producing a huge clouded smoke, and the sound of their violent push against the shadows rang loudly, too. Afterward the comical dust that formed a skull subsided this group of shadow have been defeated. "Whoo... That felt good! What a rush! Aoto commented.

They were all relieved until Teddie broke a little more ice to their problems. "Uhh... On no! There's still more to come!" He panicked. Once they all heard Teddie, they all turned to where he was pointing. More shadows started to approach the group.

"What the hell!? It's like an army heading our way!" Yosuke grunted as he took a few steps back.

"This is so boo... We won't be able to last long, especially this fog..." Tatsumi groaned.

"Ngh... If this keeps up, we won't be able to get anywhere at this rate..." Doctor Gojo included inhis serious expression.

Aoto: "No... Saki...!"

As moral was started to fall, Yosuke thought of an idea by checking up with Finnel. "Finnel! How's it going with your song magic?" He asked.

"Nuugh... I'm... I'm almost at my limit...!" Finnel replied, struggling to concentrate singing her song magic. She started to lose it and the Mind Guardian's fire ball flew towards the shadow causing little damage.

Yosuke: "... Oh... this is bad...!

Yukiko stepped in posing in her battle stance. "I do not know what's happening, but let me help!" Yukiko intervened, as she summoned her persona. She applied Fire boost to herself as her persona looked like she's charging up for an attack. "... Everyone, move out the way, hurry!"

Everyone did as they were told, they all dived to the sides and Yukiko and her Persona unleashed. "Maragidyne!" A flame wave straight through the enemy line of shadows through the reservoir, deliberately defeating all of them in on strike, which to everyone's surprise.

Aoto: "Oh shit...!"

Yosuke: "That... ended fast..."

Kanji: "Yep..."

Teddie: "Yuki-chan's Beary powerful!"

Tatsumi was as shocked as to how Yukiko's fire magic was strong enough to wipe the enemy clean out of their path. He was impressed. "Wow, I never guess that she still packed some punch."

The Doctor replied with only speculating on the battle's conclusion.

No more shadows were appearing, the group was relieved the fight has ended.

"Dammit, that was just insane..." Aoto grunted. "Is everyone alright?"

Hikari Gojo: "I'm alright."

Tatsumi: "I'll manage."

"Yeah... I'm okay... I think...?" Finnel assured, in a dizzy condition. She seemed confused by what happened.

Yosuke check up on his friends, saying they're okay as well and huddled in on the next step.

"Yukiko, are you feeling okay." Yosuke asked to Yukiko.

"Ah yes, just a little breather and I'll manage for now." Yukiko replied. She then looked turned her sights on Aoto and the other unfamiliar friends. "Oh, and you guys are...?"

"I'm Aoto." He introduced. "And this is Doctor Hikari Gojo and Tatsumi."

Hikari Gojo: "Hello."

Tatsumi: "Hi."

"Oh... um... Nice to meet you all." Yukiko bowed. "I'm Yukiko. Yukiko Amagi. Thank you for watching over my friends."

"It's no problem. Heck, they've been a great help to us, too." Aoto replied.

"I see that your also a Persona user just like your friends, right?" Finnel asked sternly.

Yukiko: "Yes. It's nice to meet you too, um..."

"I'm Finnel." She introduced herself reluctantly.

"So... hey... Where's Chie-senpai? Wasn't she with you?" Kanji asked as he look around for Chie.

"... She... gave herself in for me to escape..." Yukiko answered, sadly. "She told me to find you guys..."

Teddie: "Chie-chan!?"

Exclamation marks popped over their heads, twice for the persona users. "Chie did what...!?" Yosuke tried to repeat, but took a guess what she meant. "Geez... that's so typical of her..."

"You mean to say that she turned herself in to the Clustanians!?" Aoto question.

Yukiko: "...? The... Who...?"

"You guys don't know who's your attackers are...?" Tatsumi questioned. Yukiko still looked confused.

"At any case, we're on our way to Ciela Gate ourselves." Hikari Gojo explained. "A friend of ours has been captured and we were going to rescue her. Are you able to help us?"

"Of course." Yukiko replied. "If anything, you helped my friends up till now. At least, if we can work together, we be able save both of them, right?"

They all nodded in agreement, they then turned to Teddie who was shifting his head around, looking at the lingering fog. "This is beary weird... why is the fog looming around." He wondered.

Yosuke and Kanji soon realized they were still actually in the fog after their shadow encounter. "Oh crap! The fog!" Yosuke jumped with realization. "Why is the hell's the fog here!?"

They looked up, wondering why the fog looming around, how the shadows were acting unusually intelligent. Aoto and they others were dumbfounded that they don't know a thing about what the Persona users were talking about.

"This fog?" Aoto repeated. "Do you guys know something about it?"

"Yeah, the shadows seemed to attack us for some reason..." Tatsumi added. "Does this fog have anything to do with you guys?"

The Persona users did sweat-dropped, since he answered correctly. "Um ... We do have a history about it..." Yukiko replied.

"It was some incident back home." Yosuke added. "But why's the fog here? We already dealt with that ordeal."

"It's bad enough that those Clustanians were having a hard time casting their song magic." Tatsumi mentioned. "That's a first..."

They all turned to Finnel, seeing that the fog affected her in a way. "Uh... What?" She asked dumbfoundedly with a question mark above her head.

"Were you feeling okay, Finnel?" Yosuke asked. "During that fight just now, did something happened to your song magic?"

"I don't know why..." Finnel replied sadly. "I couldn't sing well and I wasn't able to concentrate for some reason..."

"Couldn't concentrate?" Yosuke replied. "Could it be because of the fog we're in...?"

"Hey, I'm still in a loop, what are you talking about? What fog?" Finnel beg the question.

Everyone around Finnel has both a question mark and an exclamation mark on their heads confused by her statement.

"Ah... Finnel-san, you can see clearly through the fog!?" Yukiko questioned.

"Uh yeah. I'm not blind here." Finnel replied to Yukiko with a lazy tone. "It's just my song-"

"Hey, if we just sit here and dwindle our thumbs our friends are gonna get takin' away!" Kanji interrupted. "We gotta get movin' guys!"

Everyone just realized they were on the clock. "Huh...? Oh... Right! We're actually near the entrance! Let's go!" Aoto explained as he proceeded, unfortunately he smacked into wall without realizing it. "O-ow...!" He grunted, pressing the pain from his forehead.

Yukiko: "Uh...? Is he alright?"

Finnel: "He just ran into the wall..."

Yosuke thought of the fog that's affecting the non-persona users, with the exception of Finnel, and thought they could use something to see. "Maybe you should make a pair of glasses for them, Teddie." Yosuke suggested as He agree while they watch Aoto constantly running into walls and tripping.

When they left out of their enemy's sights, those Clustanian Soldiers that ran away were actually watching them fight and leave. "You have gotta be kidding me!" One of them grunted. "It's one thing that those masked creatures appeared, but those damn humans were able to defeat them!?"

"We can't even use our song magic!" Another complained. "This is bad, we won't be able to stand a chance against them!"

"With those things they can summon, it'll spell trouble for Clustania... We have to Report to Sgt. Mute!" The third soldier suggested.

"Forget her! She's completely unreliable, especially when we can't cast any of our song magic." Replied the first Soldier.

"Let's get out of here, first." The second soldier replied. "General Akane should hear about this...!"

Skit topic: Killer Moves and Persona usage.

They continued throught the reservoir, Yukiko was astonish by how Yosuke, Aoto, and the rest performed unique moves in battle.

Yukiko: "Wow, you guys were amazing!"

Yosuke: "Thanks, Yukiko-san. Though, I wasn't aware that we could unleash that stuff..."

Aoto: "I know, right? I never thought I was able to pull it off."

Yosuke: "Seriously, you grabbed a chunk of ice and slammed it hard like a hammer. Looks like you guys can combine your moves our Personas abilities."

Hikari Gojo: "Utilizing the power of your Personas into a powerful version. Interesting..."

Teddie: "I was like a savage beast when I mauled over those shadows!"

Tatsumi: "Weren't you cowering in a hiding spot when things got rough at one point?"

Teddie: "N-Nah uhh! I-I Don't know what you're talking about..."

Tatsumi: "Right..."

Yukiko: "But usually we had to use our personas at our daily bases... Me and Chie were getting tired all of a sudden."

Yosuke: "Oh, that! We've found out that using our personas makes us tired for some reason, so we had to cut back from it and improvise our fighting style..."

Kanji: "You forgettin' that it attracts shadows now... frickin' sucks..."

Yukiko: "Our personas attracts shadows...!? Maybe that explains how the fog appeared..."

The male Persona users had a exclamation mark above their head to that revelation at the exception to the others.

Aoto: "Hold on, you mean this fog appeared because of you guys?"

The Persona users responded with a sweat-drop.

Yosuke: "Guh... So it came back to haunt us..."

Kanji: "Well, if it's because of us, we'll have ta' fix this ourselves, yeah?"

Hikari Gojo: "We should look into this and assess the situation."

Everyone agreed and proceed through the Reservoir.

Ciela Gate

"... Sweet... We're finally out of the sewers..." Yosuke sighed.

"That's good... At least my clothes don't smell either." Finnel added.

But when they finally got to the exit, Aoto and the others saw the whole city covered with fog. "What the...!? The city... I can't see a thing...!"

"What's going on! The whole place is covered in the fog...!" Tatsumi followed.

While they complain in confusing, the doctor speculated, hearing screams echoing within the fog. "Something happening in the city and it doesn't sound good, either." He stated.

The Persona users with their glasses on and Finnel can see smoke and shadows running amok. "Please tell me I'm not the only one seeing this!" Finnel said in terror.

"Oh no...!" Teddie muttered. "This isn't right! The shadows are attacking everything!"

"You've gotta be kidding!" Yosuke replied but then turned to Finnel. "Wait a sec... Finnel, you can really see through the fog!?"

"I kept telling you guys that I'm not blind!" Finnel annoyingly retorted. "It's just... cloudy...?" She said looking up in the clouds.

Yosuke had a question mark on him. "So the fog doesn't affect you?"

"Hey, you guys can see through this fog?" Aoto asked the Persona users.

"Hell yeah! ... Well with these, actually..." Kanji answered, pointing at their glasses.

"Teddie made these glass just for this occasion." Yukiko replied. "We can see through the fog because of them."

"Really!?" Aoto exclaimed in astonishment. "Then you gotta make a pair for us, too!" He begged.

Before Teddie could reply the ground shook then, feeling that the shadow's assault in Ciela Gate's going to turn for the worst. "Ugh...! We won't have time to have Teddie making those glasses. You guys will have to stick with us for now!" Yosuke replied. They all nodded in agreement and followed the Persona users into town.

"Teddie, is there a way to get rid of this fog?" Tatsumi questioned, as they continued their way into the city.

"I'm not sure! The fog is connected to human thoughts and feeling we have to-" Just then, Teddie sensed something strange. "Whoa...! MY beary sense has just sky rocketed!" The bear exclaimed. "Sense something beary vicious!"

"What? What do you mean?" Aoto questioned. "Does it have something to do with this fog?"

"In a way, I guess..." Teddie replied and used his nose to pick it up its location. "I sense it in... that direction!" Teddie pointed out.

They all point their head to the direction. "Alright, then... Let's go!" Aoto stated as he dashed off, and then stubbed his shin on a nearby bench. "Gh... AGH...!" He then hopped around pressing the pain in.

"Aoto, Yosuke said to stick together..." Tatsumi reminded, as they all face-palmed themselves.

While they were at it, Teddie sensed shadows coming their way. "...! The shadows sense are tingling! They're closing in on us!" He stated.

"Then we'll have to beat the shit out of them, huh!?" Kanji suggested as he prepared himself. They proceeded cautiously as they battle their way through.

Skit topic: The Fog's effect, Human and Reyvateil

Yosuke and the others battled their way through the shadows they encountered. They also see Humans and Reyvateils fleeing and others fighting back at the shadows despite the fact that the Reyvateils are having a very hard time produce any song magic, which Aoto, his friends, and the Persona users joined in the fray. Whatever the reason why the Reyvateil couldn't produce any song magic properly, made our heroes figure that it relates to the fog.

Kanji: "Hey, aren't those Clustanian soldiers or somethin'? Why are they helpin' the people?"

Tatsumi: "Looks like some of them at least has a heart to help the citizens."

Hikari Gojo: "Not all of the Reyvateils are from Clustania. Half the Reyvateils of this towers usually lives quite well along with us."

Yosuke: "So it's like the 'Some are good and some are bad' theory?

Hikari Gojo: "You're correct."

Aoto: "But they can't sing their Song Magic any good. Is the fog affecting them?"

Hikari Gojo: "It looks like it. I also conducted a theory with Finnel's case, since, for some reason, she can see through the fog."

Teddie: "Filly-chan can see through the fog? That's amazing!"

Tatsumi: "So the point is...?"

Hikari Gojo: "The fog renders the humans of their sight, while it seems to only interfere with the Reyvateils line of concentration. The question about why this strange fog appeared is still up to question."

Yosuke: "Then the Reyvateils are literally mute inside the fog? That's a huge impact to them."

Teddie: "Then how come Filly-chan was able to produce any at all?"

Hikari Gojo: "Who could say right now? For now, we have to find the source of this fog and take care of it somehow."

Yosuke: "Yeah, let's get going."

Clockwork St.

As they arrived to the location to where Teddie pinpointed, it became a lot more foggier as they arrived even to the Persona users and their glasses. Yukiko scanned the area, seeing how familiar it is. "This place... Ah! This is where we fought that beefy cross-dresser!" She realized.

Yosuke: "Beefy...?"

"Well with all that muscles, you could easily tell that butch looks like a guy cross-dressing... I mean think about it." Aoto snickered.

Yukiko thought it through. She thought it funny and started to giggle, which led to her laughing out loud. "Ahhahahahaha...! There's no way he could *giggle* fit into to that small dress!" She stated as she continued to laugh.

"No kidding, I mean, if she wanted to work out so badly, at least she should wear something bigger, right?" Aoto replied.

"Pfft... ahahaahahahahahaaaa! Ohohoho... Yeah... She probably eaten a lot of meat! HAAhahahaha... *inhale* hahahaha ahahahaha ahhahahaha...!

"What the heck...?" Tatsumi mutteredly question . Finnel and Hikari Gojo were also expressing confusion upon Yukiko laughing weirdly.

Yosuke and Kanji sweat-dropped it started to get a little weird. "Yeah... Yukiko has this laughing fit. Even to the small joke..."

Finnel: "I see..."

Yukiko continued to laugh and stopped immediately when she remember something. "Wait... Aoto-san, did you say that he's actually a girl?

"Yeah." Aoto answered. "We fought Butch here and there a few times, even Yosuke provided a clarification to it."

Yukiko turn to Yosuke seeing him looking away with a dejected expression. "Did you have to bring that up...?" Yosuke muttered.

They finished their conversation and Teddie lead the group closer to the source. "...! We're getting close! This isn't any ordinary shadow!"

"Tch, as if we haven't tookin' anything on, bring 'em on!" Kanji declared, cracking his knuckles.

They delved into the fog and what next is that they were in was a small dome which the fog was so thick, that their glasses were a little foggier. "We're getting close, right?" Yosuke asked Teddie.

"Beary sure. The nose knows..." Teddie replied, diligently. "Though, I'll admit, this fog seems to be more concentrated around here... It's so thick, I won't be able to see clearly..."

"That's obvious, you don't have any of those special glasses on." Aoto reminded.

"I'll have you know that my eye lends are glasses themselves so I'm in the zone!" Teddie retorted, directing to the bear costume's eyes.

Teddie and Aoto were still bickering while Yosuke turned to Finnel for something. "Finnel, you can see through the fog, right? You see anything out of the ordinary?" He asked.

"There's a person over." She pointed, immediately. "She's looking shaken up." She added.

Everyone was dumbfounded to how Finnel was able to spot someone in the fog so fast. "Wh-whoa... That's impressive, Finnel-san!" Yukiko commented.

They followed Finnel to a girl, their age, on her knees and pressing her head so painfully, as to her look on her face, she was incredibly shaken, gritting her teeth, and distraught. "Hey... she doesn't look good..." She said, looking worried.

They all came up and tried to interact with her in her condition. "Are you okay, young lady? Are you feeling alright?" The Doctor asked.

"... W-Where is he...? M-My beloved... where did he go...?" She stuttered as she stood there, looking terrified.

"Beloved...? Was she lookin' for someone?" Kanji wondered.

"It's alright. Once we take care of this fog, we should be able to help you find him." The doctor consoles her, however she continued to mutter the same thing and including eyes and fingers were twitching.

"I don't think she's feeling alright... Maybe the fog is affecting her?" Yukiko pondered.

At any rate, this place is still dangerous." Tatsumi recalled. "With all these shadows roaming around, it isn't safe to be outside. Let's get in-"

Tatsumi's line of sentence was cut off when a group of Clustanian soldiers arrive on a foggy sight. "Hey you! You guys... from the wanted poster!" One of the soldier. "Are you guys responsible for this chaos!?"

The alerted heroes, excluding the on with the lens, looking all over for the speaker. "Huh!? Wh-who said that!?" Aoto questioned.

"Dude...! It's the Clustanian soldiers! They're talking to us!" Yosuke grunted as he whispered to him.

The Clustanian soldiers veered their eyes at Aoto with surprised expressions. "What the- that boy!? Tch... those wusses..." That soldier grunted returning to subject. "You guys are responsible for calling these creatures, weren't you!?" She questioned, loudly.

Yosuke: "Wh-What? No! We just got here! We were trying to find a way-"

"Don't deceive us!" The soldier interrupted. "You freaks can call upon those... those... things! You have to be responsible for this, you damned conjurers!"

Tatsumi: "Conjurers...?"

Yukiko: "I guess it's because we can call our personas..."

"What the hell!? The hell are you punks blamin' us for!? We didn't do jack shit and you guy just pin it on us!?" Kanji retorted.

The girl on her knees was staring at the soldiers for a while now with crazed eyes and bolted up between the stand off. "Y-You!" The girl barked. "Where did you take my beloved!?"

Aoto: "Hey, wait a sec!"

The soldier starred down at the girl with a rude demeanor. "And who are you?" Questioned another soldier. "Get out of our way you little bug."

"I SAID WHERE DID YOU TAKE HIM, YOU CLUSTANIAN BITCH!" The girl yelled very intensely, some sort of mist started to appear over her. It surprised both groups.

"Tch...! How are we supposed to know? Who ever you're talking about, he's probably dead for all I care." The soldier snickered.

The Clustanian's cold stare was pushing her down even more, causing her anger to fluctuate. "How... Dare you...!?"

"Um... hey... are you...?" Yosuke tried to asked her but what they saw her struggling with a headache of some sort.

"You... YOU... Grrraagh...!" The Girl grunted as a dark aura starts to engulfs her, causing her eyes to turn golden yellow.

Teddie then, sensed the objective in front of them. A shadow within the girl. "H-Huh!? Oh no!" Teddie jumped. "It's the shadow that's responsible for the fog!"

Exclamation marks rose upon our heroes heads. "Wha-what? The shadow's in that girl!?" Aoto repeated.

question marks on the Clustanian Soldier confused to the question. "Shadows... What?" Muttered one soldier.

The girl was struggling with her headache, but once the dark aura disappeared, she lowered her hands near her ears, but with an expressionless gaze. She then started to mutter random words and then the foggy patch appeared, above her and then a idol-looking being appeared swishing fog away with its long claw. It had a torn wedding gown on its head and a Priestess Mask as it emited the fog from it. "AAAAAHAAAAHAHHHHHH!" The girl yelled as her Mind Guardian swept away the soldiers. KO'ing them, instantly.

"Holy shit! What hell is that!?" Kanji shouted in shock.

"That's... must be her... Mind Guardian! But something is different..." Hikari Gojo speculated, as he observed the ongoing occurrence.

"Mind Guardian? Then she's a Reyvateil?" Tatsumi questioned.

But why is she able to sing in the fog when we can't!?" Finnel added. "Didn't you guys say that the fog is based on human emotions?"

Teddie took a good look at the mind guardian, but was stunned to see what it became. "It's the shadow! I think it's controlling that!" Teddie stated.

"H-Huh!? How is that even possible!?" Finnel responded with a terrified look to Teddie.

Aoto prepare for combat aside from not being able to see well in the fog. "Agh, we can figure out the details later, but now..." The Reyvateil glared at the Persona users and followed by her scary-looking Mind Guardian and it charged towards them. "... It's coming this way!"

Hikari Gojo: "...! Oh no!"

The shadowfied Mind Guardian launched a big ice blocks straight at the Heroes, with some of them off-guard. "Oh, crap...! Duck!" Yosuke yelled and so some did and a few weren't lucky. The ice blocks pushed away Kanji, Teddie, and Hikari Gojo away and slid backwards. "Kanji! Teddie!" He checked for their safety.

"Doc! Damn... where is he!?" Aoto question, blinded from the fog.

"They're okay!" Yukiko assure seeing them get up from the attack.

Kanji: "Dammit... That fricken' hurt...!"

Hikari Gojo: "Are you two alright?"

"I'm beary healthy, if you don't know..." Teddie replied.

As they got back up, the Reyvateil continues to sing with one part of the song in crude tone. Once she sung that part, the Mind Guardian lifts its hands up, creating a fog-like wall separating the groups into two. "What the hell!? Senpai!" Kanji called out to Yosuke and the others.

We're okay!" Yosuke replied as he watched Aoto and Tatsumi making his way to the out-of-control Reyvateil, but was unable to make contact with her due to her Mind Guardian blocking and lobbing its claws at him. "Geez, is this some sort of wall or something?" He thought out loud.

"Hang on, Senpai! Were comin'" Kanji responded. He and the Doctor look around for an opening.

It was very difficult for the Doctor to see through the fog. "This is going to prove to be difficult for us to get to them..." He muttered.

Teddie, however, was staring of into the fog in the opposite direction, sensing danger. "Ahh! Sh-Shadows! They're starting to gathering this direction!" He stated.

Kanji: "The hell!? Are you kiddin' me!?"

The situation was dire and thus, Doctor Gojo prepare for combat. "Yosuke, more shadows are coming this way! We'll take of them, help that girl" He requested as he assisted Kanji and Teddie.

Back with Yosuke's group, he heard the request, but sweat dropped pokerfaced expression. "Easier said than done... how are we supposed to help her...?" He silently replied as Aoto and Tatsumi were pushed back from the mind Guardian in their way.

"Kh... What the hell...!" Aoto grunted getting back into his battle stance.

"We can't get near her without her Mind Guardian interferes. How boo of this..." Tatsumi grunted.

The Mind Guardian rush towards them, going in for the kill, raising its claws above in an attempt to claw them severely.

Yosuke notice the attack coming. With Finnel behind him in an attempt to concentrate on her song magic, he immediately summoned Orpheus. It blocked one of the attacks but the other connected to the persona, inflicting pain on Yosuke. "Oww... dammit...!" He grunted, gripping his chest in pain.

Yosuke, are you okay?" Yukiko asked and then changed her subject. "... And is that a new persona?"

"Guh... T-talk later!" Yosuke replied painfully. He then slashed his tarot card on the Magician Arcana and called forth Jiraya, sonic punched the Mind Guardian as it was concentrating on Orpheus. As the Mind Guardian staggered, it affected the Reyvateil herself, leaving Yosuke with an idea. "The Mind Guardian! Uh... this is gonna be a long shot, but if we can destroy it, maybe we could destroy the shadow in her!"

"You sure about that? The Reyvateil's the one singing the song magic!" Aoto mentioned.

"Well, well can't get near her, so fighting against that Mind Guardian is our best bet..." Yosuke replied as he rushed towards the Mind Guardian, making consecutive slashes at it followed by tossing one of his blades in the air and using Agidyne in his open hand. The Mind Guardian retaliated with multiple slashes back at Yosuke and then a powerful attack sent him flying into the air. Yosuke took out few small throwing daggers while airborne with one of them connected with the foe.

A loud yell rang out from the Mind Guardian in agony, also inflicting pain on the posessed Reyvateil pressing hard on her headache. Yosuke's theory seems to work. "Whoa...! It actually work!" Aoto said, impressed. He, Yosuke, and Tatsumi proceeded to attack the Mind Guardian with their all. Yukiko assisted them using Dia on the boys as they got damage everynow and then.

Once near its limit, the Mind Guardian began to emit the fog in order strenghten its attack power for an upcoming attack. "...! I... don't like the looks of this...!" Yukiko said, warning for impact.

"Brace for impact!" Yosuke had Jiraya and Orpheus along with Yukiko's Persona, before Aoto, Tatsumi and Finnel, in a guard position and the Mind Guardian brought down raining orbs of energy, protecting them from harm.

After the shower, Yukiko healed her friends and they returned the favour of attacking the Mind Guardian. The Mind Guardian growled as it weaken, It made a barrier in defense, recovering its energy while the Reyvateil dropped to her knees, still in pain. "Great, we gotta break the barrier somehow..." Yosuke groaned.

"Finnel's song magic isn't even that strong in the fog and this is getting bad..." Tatsumi recalled. He looked around to see if anything could help, but when he saw Yukiko using Fire-based spells, it hit him. "Wait... If Yukio could combine her Persona with Finnel's magic, maybe... they could unleash an attack...?" He asked.

Aoto: "A... What? Would that even work!?"

As Aoto begged the Question, Tatsumi recalls something of use, an idea of the combination. "Yeah... Yeah, that can work! Miss Yukiko, you and Finnel support each other! Burn right through the fog!"

"Uh... okay...!" Yukiko nodded and turned to Finnel, trying to concentrate. "Finnel-san!"

Finnel: (Nodding)

Yukiko stood by Finnel side, summoning her Persona, Konohana Sakuya. The Persona surround itself with its flame while Finnel's Mind Guardian, Momoko, conjured a pair of fireballs to spin around Konohana Sakuya. As it started to spun diagonally, the persona then charged towards the shadowfied Mind Guardian like a phoenix. Once the attack connected, the Mind Guardian yelped in pain from the intense heat that approached in quickly. Yukiko's Persona retracted itself behind Yukiko for one more attack. "We'll finished you!" She stated as a sequence commenced.

Her Persona charge again, but with Momoko's fireballs circling around it, causing the Mind Guardian to stagger. This prompt Yukiko for the kill, with a pink orb in the place her Persona, burst brightly after the fireball came in contact with it, with petals surrounding the Mind Guardian. Yukiko took a graceful pose with Finnel moving at the rhythm with her hand in the air.

Yukiko: "Burning Petals..."

Finnel: "Blaze through with full splendor!

Petals and Blossoms encircled the Mind Guardian slashing at the barrier. Once it broke through it all the petals spontaneously combust into flames trapping it in a huge flame tornado, burning into the Mind Guardian with shadow in it.

Once the flame tornado disappeared, shadowfied Mind Guardian, floated down to the surface and fell to its knees, in defeat.

Aoto: "Holy crap...!"

Yosuke: "Combining Reyvateil's song magic with Persona...? That's literally packing a huge load of damage...!"

"And that's rap..." Tatsumi smirked. As the battle ended.

Once the fight ended, the shadow took off from the Mind Guardian and attempted to run. "...!? Hey, that thing's getting away!" Aoto shouted. But its escape attempt was cut short as Take-Mikazuchi pinned it from escaping, causing it to stop moving then it dissipates. They all turned their backs as they see Kanji rushing in to their aid, followed by Hikari Gojo and Teddie.

"Damn... Senpai! What just happened!?" Kanji asked, surprised.

"We should be asking you, Kanji." Yosuke replied. "Did the wall disappeared?"

"Yes. Whatever you guys did, the wall disappeared on its own." The Doctor explained. "When we came to help you guys, we saw something coming towards us and Kanji... I believe you know the rest..."

"We're all okay... I'm glad to see that..." Yukiko said, looking tired.

"No kidding, That was a serious attack you two pulled there." Aoto replied cheerfully. "Finnel, were you able... to..." He asked Finnel but she had a hand on her head, groaning in pain.

Finnel: "Ugh... my head... it's like it's going to explode..."

"Is Filly-chan gonna be alright?" Teddie asked, worried about her condition.

"Singing in the fog when any other Reyvateil couldn't? That sounds pretty much like a practical headache, to me." Said Yosuke.

When they all regroup the fog started to lift, disappearing into nothing, like it never appeared. "The fog... It's disappearing!? Yukiko said, as she looked around. The entire city was cleared of the fog for some reason.

Wondering what's going on, they turned to the Reyvateil in question on the ground, unconscious. "H-Hey... is she...?" Kanji muttered.

Doctor Gojo tended to the unconscious Reyvateil and gave her a quick check up.

Aoto: "So what's the verdict, Doc?"

"She's alright." The Doctor answered. "Now that the fog has disappeared, the Clustanian's may search the area for answers. Let's find a safe place for her to rest."

"I think I saw Inn around when I first came around, follow me!" Yukiko mentioned and she lead the group to he Inn.

(Evening) Gearison Inn

When they arrived, the Inn was packed with people, Human, Reyvateils, and Clustanians who couldn't understand what was going on. No one even took notice of the wanted Persona users as they were fixated on the fog. Aoto told them that the fog disappeared and the sky was clear enough to see the moon, giving the people a sigh of relief to everyone in the lobby. They were able to get a few rooms afterwards and the doctor then asked for privacy for the Reyvateil check up. They filled Yukiko in on what's been happening and she shared her story, too.

"Aw man, so you guys were worried about us...? Is that why you guys went into the TV?" Yosuke asked, in an worried expression.

"Yes." Yukiko replied. "We soon noticed that we were falling right out of the sky and the wind blew us apart. Naoto-kun and Rise-chan was sent flying somewhere else..."

Kanji: "N-Naoto..."

Teddie: "Rise-chan..."

The atmosphere among them was depressing, even Finnel coming back with a cup of water. "Looks like you guys got a lot on your plate..."

"... We wouldn't be in this mess if Yosuke waited for us..." Kanji mattered.

"Oh come on, Kanji, you fell on cord and tripped into the TV. Why are you complaining." Yosuke replied.

"What!? That's because we were worried about you!" Kanji retorted. "I know Teddie went in first, but you left before any of us said anything!"

"Yosuke-kun, Kanji-kun has a point." Yukiko pointed out. "We understand that Teddie is important to us, but you should of waited for us."

Yosuke down, wincing, since they have a point. "Yeah, sorry... I guess wasn't thinking clearly when I enter the TV..." He mention.

Aoto and the other were miraculously left out of the conversation, listening in on it. "... TV? Wait, So... how did you guys get here, anyways...?"

The Persona user forgot they were there, and had to explain their situation. "Ahh... well..." Yosuke stuttered as he and the others tried make up something that make sense. Until Kanji stepped in.

"Er... when we got these crazy-ass powers, we also gotten some thing that let's us enter the TV." He explained.

Finnel: "You mean your Persona?"

"Yes. When we acquired our personas this ability allowed us to traverse in a strange place." Yukiko added. "But it looked different when we entered this time..." She said, pondering.

A brief pause took hold, until Aoto summed up the facts. "Wait a sec, does that mean you guys are aliens from a different world!?" He stated.

They had exclamation marks above their heads and dumbfound looks on their face,. "H-Huh!? We're... now aliens...!?" Teddie replied in surprise.

"A different world...? That was an open question to us..." Yosuke said.

"If this is another world, then where are we...?" Yukiko asked.

"You're all in the world of Ar Ciel." Hikari Gojo stated, coming out of the room. "We're in the region of Sol Cluster and we reside near the Third Tower of Ar tonelico."

Yosuke: "Doc..."

Kanji: "Are tone nellicko? What...?"

"'Ar Tonelico'. At any case, You're all in the region of Sol Cluster and the giant tower from the distance is the Tower of Harvastasha. It also bears the name, Ar Tonelico." Hikari Gojo explained.

"Hmm... That would explain our theory of a different world. We never seen any land mass like these before." Yukiko theorized.

"Really? What's your guy's world like?" Aoto asked.

The prompting question made the Persona Users concerned, but it they thought of something of a hint. "Um... let me say this... We're above the clouds right? Is there any chance that anyone could go down to the surface of this world?"

"It's impossible. Not with the Sea of Death covering below." Tatsumi answered.

Teddie: "Sea of... Death?

"It's a massive cloud formation that covers our planet." Hikari Gojo stated as he check his glasses. "It's inhospitable and those who try to venture down into it, has never been heard from again."

The story turned grim to the Persona Users. "Uh... Wow..." Yosuke muttered. "It's been bad for a long while hasn't it...?"

"Yep... Heck, now that I think of it, I thought that fog was part of it..." Aoto wondered. "So what do you mean? Do you guys actually live in the Sea of Death?"

"Well we do live below the clouds," Yosuke replied. "On the surface and I'm pretty sure we don't have the Sea of Death where we're from." Everyone else was astonished that their world's surface was habitable. "We live in a town where not a lot of stuff is going on."

Finnel: "But... sill..."

"Anyways, how that girl doing?" Yosuke changed the subject. "With that shadow controlling her Mind Guardian, that must of did a number on the Reyvateil."

They all recalled the Reyvateil in the room in a bad condition. "Oh yeah, what's up with that? That fog caused the Reyvateils to go mute until it lifted, but how was she able to sing in the fog?" Questioned Aoto. The Persona Users weren't sure themselves since Reyvateils weren't as familiar to them.

"Reyvateil can clearly see through the fog, but greatly affects their song magic." Tatsumi added. "Since that shadow took hold of her..."

"She is a Third-Generation Reyvateil" The Doctor joined in. He explained about the halfbloods that were born from a human father and a reyvateil mother and that they're types of humans with reyvateil capabilities.

"So, in short, She's half Reyvateil...? I think this is starting to make sense..." Yosuke pondered, summing up facts that he encountered in this journey

Yukiko: "Yosuke-kun?"

"Let me put it like this..." Said Yosuke, starting his statement. "The shadows are made from human feelings and emotions, right? If that's the case, then maybe the shadow could manipulated the Reyvateil's human nature and then had her lose control of her senses. Thinking back at Fallen Heaven Peak, the shadow instantly took that soldier's mind and it turned him into the shadow." He theorized.

"A person turned into a shadow!?" Yukiko exclaimed shockingly.

"A lot has happened before you and the girls arrived, Yuki-chan. I still stutter from the thought about it 'bear-ing' to fruition..."

"So in other words, when she fell to dispair, the shadow took advantage of her mind and merge with her Mind Guardian into a monstrous form?" Tatsumi followed.

"And a reason why it's recommended that we don't use our Personas to often, especially near any town or any populated places, at least." Yosuke added.

Yukiko looked down with guilt. "... We used our Personas we fought that beefy crossdresser... We didn't know what would happened..." Yukiko mentioned, sadly.

"Ah, couldn't be helped." Kanji interjected. "You guys just got here and didn't know jack.

Yukiko: "Kanji-kun..."

"Yeah, please tell us that didn't hold back against butch didn't you?" Aoto asked, jokingly.

"... What's a butch?" Yukiko asked, which they all laughed.

"So... What now...?" Kanji asked. "We got into the city, now we hafta find where they're keepin' our friends."

"Fortunately, there weren't as many soldiers in the city when the fog appeared, so it seems relatively lax." Hikari Gojo speculated.

"Then we can walk around the city normally? That is until those soldiers comes around for questions." Tatsumi replied, making sure.

"But... how can we find them in this big city?" Finnel asked.

"I know she's been taken to the Moebius Factory." The Doctor assured. "I've been there before, so maybe I can guide us once we get there."

"Moebius Factory...? They're using that place as their headquarters, right?" Yukiko guessed.

Tatsumi: "I think the right word is operations center."

"But if it's their operations center, their security must be really tight." Remided Finnel.

"Don't worry about that. With what just happened, they're probably in a state of panic, so they're probably looking into the matter." The Doctor stated. "Though, I do know another secret path that leads from the palace gate, directly to the factory." He added.

Aoto: "Oh, there's another one? Doc, how do you know about that?"

"Actually, there's a friend of mine who works there. His name is Katene. He showed me the route before. He's such a helpful guy." He complemented. "If he's still safe, he'll be willing to help us find Saki."

"Great! Let's head in tomorrow. We might be up against those soldiers so it's better to get prep for a huge party." Aoto stated with a daring expression."Yosuke, while we make some stuff, why don't you dive in Finnel and work on the song magic some more?"

"You're now telling us to dive? Just like that?" Yosuke replied, questioningly. Finnel was just as dumbfounded as well.

Finnel reluctantly agreed to dive again and they both headed out. Yukiko caught interest what Aoto meant. "Dive...? What dive?" She asked, which made the boys conflicted about explaining.

Yosuke and Finnel made their way to the Dive Shop as the walkway was partially clear of the towns. Finnel was intrigue by who Yukiko is.

Finnel: "Um, Hey Yosuke? About Yukiko...

Yosuke: "Yukiko? Is something wrong with her?"

Finnel: "Just out of curiosity, What's she like?"

Yosuke: "That came outta nowhere... uh... She's smart, feminine, respectful, beautiful, and... oh, fair-skinned, too."

Finnel: "Oh... I see..."

Finnel had a disappointing look on her face.

Yosuke: "You're not jealous... are you?"

Finnel: "Wh-what!? No, you dummy! I just didn't know there would be someone like her where you guys are from..."

Yosuke: "What kind of assumption is that? There's a lot of them everywhere."

Finnel: "No, that isn't what I meant! I mean... you two know each other so well, right?

Yosuke: "... Yeah... We're friends, we even go to the same school, and I did take the Amagi challenge once."

Finnel: "The... Amagi Challenge...?"

Yosuke: "A contest at our school, Trying to ask her out on a date or something. I tried asking her once, but I couldn't get her to go out with me."

Finnel: "..."

Yosuke: "At any case, Chie seriously wouldn't agree to that, so we're just friends."

Finnel: "Right..."

Yosuke: "... You actually thought we had something going on, didn't you?"

Finnel: "What!? No! I...! Ah... I... sh-shut up, idiot..."

Finnel walk off, blushing.

Yosuke: "Hey! If I'm the idiot, why'd you ask me that question in the first place!?"

Ciela Gate, Dive Shop

Yosuke and Finnel arrived at the local Dive Shop and it looked the same like the one in Eternus Shaft. "I assumed the Dive shop here would be different than the one in Eternus..." He rubbed his chin, scanning around.

"You expect every Dive shops have decorations or something?" Finnel wisecracked.

"Thou idea is actually thy good one!" The Dive Shopkeeper replied, joining the conversation.

"Whoa, dude!" Yosuke stuttered. "Uh... We're here to dive...?"

They paid the fee to the Dive Shopkeeper who speaks in Archaic dialect. "Enjoyeth ye's dive!" He said as they both went into the pods.

Dive Sequence Activation, Finnel's Cosmosphere, Level 2

Initiate

Yosuke slowly opened his eyes, facing the Stonehenge. Whatever hit him the last time he dived into Finnel, didn't hit him. "The Stonehenge? Are we back at level 2?" He thought out loud.

"Yes, this is Level 2." Teppo arrived walking towards Yosuke. "By linking the cracks, you will be able to trespass into each persona's private zones."

"Oh, really? That's awesome Teppo! Good job!" Yosuke replied cheerfully.

"I only did what I'm supposed to do..." Teppo said, looking away. "It's the program's job."

"Alright then, I'll look for Finnel, right away." Said Yosuke. "Although, I think I already know where she is..."

"You can't do that." The appearing voice stated.

"What?" Yosuke wondered who said that, but when turned his head to the side, he instantly recognized that clown dressed up is Soma.

"You'll be out of this Cosmosphere shortly." Soma included.

"S-Soma!? Geez, that's quick!" Yosuke jumped with surprise.

"I've made it a policy to eliminate all factors that might prevent me from accomplishing missions. It's nothing personal." Soma stated at a low tone raising her scythe in a battle position.

"Tch! No way! I won't let you!" Yosuke responded as he was about to draw his weapons.

"Don't move!" Another voice responded immediately.

Yosuke: "Huh!?"

A laser beam flew right next to Soma like a bullet and they both jumped back

Soma: Whoa!

"Wh-what!?" Yosuke said, caught by surprise. He and Soma turned to who shot the beam.

"Long Range attack successful! I was only off by an inch." Said the attacker, Yurisica, confidently, walking into view.

"... Yurisica, you wench..." Soma growled.

"Too bad. This area is close to my territory, well within range of my ballistic missile, Haveli. A second one is ready to be fired. What do you want to do?" Yurisica asked

"I'll retreat for now. But next time we meet, I'll eliminate you from this world without giving you time to retaliate." Soma responded, disappearing again.

"Whew..." Yurisica exhaled with relief and turned her attention to Yosuke. "Are you alright!? Did you get hurt?"

"No... thank you." Yosuke replied getting up from the ground.

"Good. I'm Yurisica, lord of the Western Army territory. Pleased to meet you." Yurisica greeted.

"The Western... Army?" Yosuke repeated in a questionable tone.

"Exactly. The Western Army is in a fierce war against the invading Eastern Army." Yurisica explained. "... You got caught in one of our battles."

"I... see..." Yosuke said to himself. The whole atmosphere dramatically change the last time he was in Level 2. "Can I ask you a question? Do you know where Finnel is?" He asked.

"Oh, Finnel? She's in a cage in the dungeon." Yurisica replied.

"The cage? Oh, so that's where she is..." Yosuke muttered. "She's still over there...?"

"Yes, I think she believes someone is trying to kill her, but that's not the case." Yurisica assumed, looking out at the cosmosphere. "I'm guessing it's because... the people fighting here are Soma and I. We're fighting over the territories of this world."

"... Wait a minute! This is Finnel's Cosmosphere, right!?" Yosuke questioned. "You outsiders can't just stage a war without her permission!"

"Outsiders, huh...? That isn't actually accurate." The Nurse replied. "Besides, I heard Finnel decided to cede this world to us."

Yosuke: "Cede? Are you serious?"

"Yeah, of course. Not even Soma would trample over someone's world without their consent. That's why we're not aiming at Finnel anyway. I don't know why she's so scared..." Yurisica pondered. Yosuke looked as worried, so Yurisica thought of something. "Oh, I have a good idea. Would you please ask her if she wants to help my army when she comes out of the dungeon?" She requested. "We're kind of being pushed back... Of course, in return, I'll give her the power that I have. If she agrees, please bring her here to the Stonehenge. I'm counting on you." She added and headed off to her territory.

"Wait, what...? H-hey! Wait a sec!" Yosuke tried to reach the Nurse, but was gone before he knew it. "... Great, that wasn't even enough info for whether she's good or bad..." He groaned. "Anyway, I better go visit Finnel."

But just as before he left the Stonehenge, a train-looking robot artillery figure came along behind Yosuke as to his surprise. "I AM HAVELI. MY MASTER REQUESTED ME TO ACCOMPANY YOU."

"Uhh... okay...?" Yosuke replied, trying to relax. "Geez, is that... her Mind Guardian? That freaked me out..."

Level 2 Area: Purgatory

Before Yosuke entered the area, for some reason, a system message appeared before he arrived on the pillar. "Eh...?"

Unit Name: Finnel?

Attack Method: Heart Ripple Laser

Immune: Bombs. Weakness: Traumatic Abuse

The system message provided this data about Finnel, which is really weird. "Wha-What is this...?" He wondered.

"THAT IS A STATUS MENU. MY MASTER STATED THAT THIS IS THE INFORMATION OF THIS PERSON. AS FOR ALL UNITS OF THIS WARFARE, ALLY AND ENEMY." Haveli explained.

"Yeah... I'm not sure if that's really necessary..." Yosuke mumbled as he alone confronted Finnel at the cage, looking miserable.

"Ah, Yosuke!" Said Finnel, seeing Yosuke walking towards her.

"Hey Finnel." Yosuke greeted back. He looked all over the cage, seeing that nothing change the last time he was here. "I see that you haven't changed a bit."

Finnel: "Huh? What are you talking about?"

Yosuke was left confused, hearing that Finnel doesn't recall him being there in the first place, thus prompt Teppo to remind something to Yosuke. "Psst... Yosuke! You're the only one who remembers the past." Teppo mentioned. "Finnel and the other personae are all supposed to be strangers to you."

"Oh... I get it..." Yosuke confirmed. "So it really resets the whole experience and stuff... Hmm... no matter how I see it, it looks bad when she voluntarily puts herself in a cage." He thought.

Yosuke's pondering seems to concern Finnel. "Wh-What? Looked, I'm being chased by killers!" She remind Yosuke. "Well, more importantly, how do you know why I'm in here?"

"Oh... Er... I... I've been around, here and there...!" Yosuke ad-libbed. "I even heard the reason why you're in there. Someone wants to kill you, right?"

Finnel: "Uh, yeah...?"

"Well, You don't need to worry about that anymore!" Said Yosuke, getting Finnel's attention. "It turns out that you're not the target. The war out there is over the domains of this world." He explained.

Finnel: "... Are you... serious?"

"Yep. So, they're not even paying attention to you." Yosuke added. "Though, you went into that prison by yourself? Are you that timid?"

"Ah... hahaha... I guess you're right." Finnel stuttered. She had a obvious disappointing expression.

"... Aren't you happy? You just found out that you're not their target." Yosuke reminded her.

"Huh? Oh, sure, of course I'm glad!" Finnel bouncing back to a cheerful attitude. "Why wouldn't be in this kind of situation?"

"Okay then, come out of the cage already." Yosuke persisted with Haveli removing the lock, successfully. "Oh yeah, one of the army leaders told me she wanted you to help her." He added.

Finnel: "Me...?"

"Well, Yeah. You're not going anywhere by hiding in this prison, right? This is your chance to break out of your shell." Yosuke consoled Finnel. "If you succeed, maybe they'll give you your Cosmosphere back. I'll go with you, if you want."

"Umm... okay... I'll go..." Finnel reluctantly replied.

Finnel has left the cages and was directed to the destination that Yosuke pointed out. And then came the annoying little fairy. "Hmhm... this is a new plotline. I'm getting excited." Momoko snickered.

"Hm?" Yosuke turned to his right seeing Momoko unexpectedly and too up-close to him. "Whoa! Momoko, don't just suddenly pop up, like that!"

"Hey, don't be so mean. It's been a while since the last time I saw you." Momoko sadly replied.

"Yeah... right. Look, I have no intention of keeping you company, alright?" Yosuke told her, sternly

"Alright." Momoko assured. "Though, I wonder how long it's been since she first went into that prison by herself..."

Yosuke: "Wha... Was she in there for that long!?"

"Of course. Maybe since before she could even speak..." Momoko guessed, sarcastically. Of course, Yosuke gave a peeved expression to her and headed back to the Stonehenge.

Level 2 Area: The Stonehenge

They both returned to the Stonehenge where Yurisica was waiting. "There you are. I've been waiting for you." She said.

"Finnel look skeptical about the nurse in front of her. "...She's the one who needs my help?" She asked Yosuke.

Yosuke: "Yeah."

"It's nice to meet you. I'm Yurisica, a Cosmosphere resident." She greeted Finnel.

"Nice to meet you... So, what're you doing here?" Finnel questioned.

"As you could see. I must defeat the General of the Eastern Army, Soma, and restore peace to this world. I need your help to do that." Yurisica explained. "You may be unaware of it, but you have very attractive abilities for a battle unit. If you support my army, we can defeat Soma and bring peace to this world once again."

"But even if the world becomes peaceful, it's not mine..." Finnel depressingly replied.

"Oh, you won't be needing to worry about that. If you help me, you'll be able to travel anywhere you like in this world."

Finnel: "Really!?"

"Of course. If you can't walk around freely, how could you aid me?" Yurisica stated.

Yosuke: "That's Sweet! Isn't that great, Finnel?"

"... Yeah, okay. I guess I'll help you." Finnel agreed.

"Really? Great! If you join my team, it'll be like a Grand Dragon wielding Excalibur! Then, let's do some preparatory work." Said Yurisica with sparkles in her turned out there was something that Finnel needed to do before she could.

Yosuke: "Preparatory?"

"Yes. To fight on my team, Finnel must fuse with me. Without this fusion, she won't be able to have access to my world. Yurisica explained.

Finnel: "F-fure...?"

"Fuse or Fusion. It just means two segments, separated by cracks, will be repaired. Our Soulspaces will join, but our bodies will remain." Yurisica added.

"I guess that'll make this a little safer..." Yosuke pondered.

Finnel, though, wanted to say something. Wanting to know something first. "Wait... before that, there's something I want you to tell me. Why are you and Soma inside me?" She asked

"Hmm... I don't know any details, or the reason why we're in you. Anyway, this is as much as I can say: I'm here to fulfill a duty." Yurisica replied. "And that duty is to support you. I'll protect you, who carries our lives, and leads our Consensus to success."

Yosuke: "What does that mean?"

"I may sound like I know everything that's going on, but in fact, I don't know any of the details. There is one thing that I do know: Soma should not be left free to her own devices in this world. That is for sure. That's why I need your help now, Finnel." Yurisica explained.

Finnel: "... Okay, I understand."

Yurisica: "... Thank you."

"I don't know if the fusion will go well, but...I think it'll still be better than staying inside the cage forever." Finnel stated

Yosuke: "Well, yeah, of course."

"Then, let's start the fusion. When we fuse, our clothes will take themselves off, but don't worry."

Thus, exclamation marks popped above Yosuke and Finnel. Twice in fact. "What!? Our clothes will just come right off!?" Finnel exclaimed.

"Yes. When we fuse, we must have direct contact with each other's skin." Yurisica explained. "Then we'll intermingle."

"Wait... Th-That's...!" Yosuke started to sweat out bullets. "H-Holy Crap... Holy Crap! Is... is... is that what I think it is!?" He thought.

"T-Two girls?" Finnel stuttered.

Yosuke: "Yeah... that's definitely what I think it is...!"

"Of course, first of all, the components of our bodies are identical. Why are you hesitating now?" Yurisica wondered.

"I don't think that's what I'm worried about... Anyway... Yosuke should go somewhere..." Finnel turn Yosuke with his heads in the clouds, with his face as red. "Yosuke, what the heck are you thinking about! Get Lost!" She yelled as she pushed him away. She was literally flustered as well.

After Finnel kicked Yosuke out, he was disappointed not to see what's happening. "Aw... She kicked me out..."

"Are you pouting over such a trivial thing? Why don't we go back and watch?" Momoko asked as she appeared.

Yosuke: "What!? But Finnel told me..."

"Ah, who'll care? If you hide behind a rock or something, it'll be fine!" Momoko replied. "This is a super rare opportunity that you may never experience for the rest of your Cosmosphere travels!"

"Are you really her Mind Guardian?" Yosuke responded with a deadpan look. Anyways... I'm going for a walk..." He added as he approached the Stonehenge at a different route.

"Oh my... he's really is doing it...!" Momoko snickered.

Back at the Stonehenge Finnel and Yurisica was preparing for the Fusion.

"Is your heart ready? Yurisica asked as Finnel nodded. "Emotions, feelings and memories that you had before will bubble up into your mind. Calmly accept them as they come."

"Okay..." Finnel replied as Yurisica started the process, embracing her.

"Was yea ra exec FLIP_COSMOSPHERE." Yurisica spoked in a mysterious language as Finnel started to feel some sort of surge. "en chs yor, en pitod yor!"

Finnel: "Whoa...! Something's coming inside me!"

"It'll be alright. Don't reject it!" Yurisica assured as Finnel sight became all white after her scream.

Level 2 area: ?

Once Finnel opend her eyes, she found herself surrounded by a strange light, and then a voice rang out. "Please..." The child-like voice called out.

Finnel: "Huh...? What...? Who's there...!?"

"Please save us..." The voice pleaded. "I can't take it...anymore... I have no choice but to delete everything..."

"Who are you!? What are you talking about!?" Finnel questioned, looking around the empty space.

"But that is... Anyway...please. I need life... living energy... Can you save us...?" The voice requested.

Finnel: "Who? Me?"

The Voice: "Yes. Will you... save our lives?"

"I don't know if I can." Finnel replied. "This is so out of the blue."

"Don't worry... as long as you allow us to stay near you. Please... let me stay here..." The voice pleaded.

Finnel: "Yeah...okay. I think I can do that..."

…"... Thank you. I shall give you this for your troubles..." The voice responded.

"Wh-What...? AAAHH!" Finnel yelped as her sights went to static. What's going on!? Nnngghh!" She closed her eye, believing that the frightening static would go away. But once the sound of the static disappeared, she then opened her eyes to see a familiar sight. "... What the...?"

Before Finnel, she see her familiar town, which is really nerve racking to her. "No way...! My home?! Why am I... How..?" She thought. Finnel looked around until she saw a figure going around the building. Out of anything, there was no one else, no person hanging around, so she decided to pursue the kid.

She arrived into a nearby forest spotting the child sitting on the ground looking up into the sky. Wondering what he's doing, Finnel approached the child in question. "Um.. excuse me...?" She said.

"Hmm...? Hey, what's up?" The boy nodded his head, still looking away.

"That sounds like boy? What's kid like him doing here...?" Finnel thought seeing the unordinary. "Uh... who are you and why are you here? Clustania is an all Reyvateil-city so why...?" Finnel said nothing else when the kid stood up.

"Oh, come on, didn't you already knew?" The boy interruptedly replied. "I'm supposed to be some sort of exception. I thought you knew." He added when he turned his head partially, a vague sight of someone familiar struck Finnel as her sight faded to static once more.

"Wh-What!?" Finnel stuttered, then the static fade to white.

Level 2 Area: The Stonehenge

"Finnel!? Finnel! Hey, wake up!" Yosuke exclaimed as Finnel woke up slowly.

Finnel: H-Huh...?

"You suddenly collapsed. I was worried." Said Yosuke in a troubled expression.

"A large torrent of memories and feelings flooded into her mind. It overwhelmed her." Yurisica explained.

Yosuke: "I see..."

Finnel: "Yosuke? Why are you here?"

"Huh? I heard you screaming and then you were on the ground." Yosuke explained. It took a brief moment to looked down a Finnel's garments. "Whoa... she's fl- wait a sec, what am I thinking...!? Uh oh..."

"I told you to stay away! You idiot!" Finnel pushed Yosuke away, got up and made round-house kick in his face, sending him flying.

"Wha-Again!? *SMACK* Guah! WWWWHHHHYYYYY!" Yosuke yelled in mid-air and landed on the ground, unconscious.

While Yosuke's on the ground, Finnel was breathing heavily from embarrassment and her clothes eventually reappeared.

"Alright, you're one of us now. We can share this world together." Yurisica stated as her clothes reappeared on her as well.

Finnel: "Um..."

"I'm sure you have many questions, but first we have to defeat Soma. Will you come with me to the Western Army Fort?" Yurisica included.

Finnel accepted the offer and she and Yurisica dragged the dazed Yosuke to her base while he recovers from his concussion.

Level 2 Area: Western Army Fort

Yosuke eventually recovered and Yurisica led them both into the base's war room with a console that has a projecting screen. "So, what are you guys doing, exactly?" He asked specifically.

"I'll explain. My army has two units: Haveli, who performs long-range attacks, and me. To make matters worse, our third unit, Ho-ryo-ryo, was captured by Soma's Army." Yurisica explained as she swiped the console so the screen switches to Soma's units. "She has a mid-range attacker named Kabotatsu, a short-range unit named Meryl, and, of course, herself."

Yosuke: "Sounds like you guys have it rough..."

"Well, yes, but since Finnel has joined us, the situation has changed dramatically." Yurisica pointed out to Finnel.

"I don't know if I can be of much use..." Finnel replied in a depressing tone.

"It's fine. Your battle abilities were already tested in the status window." Yurisica stated as the same system message appeared before her with her abilities.

"Okay, why don't I help or something too?" Yosuke suggested, eagerly. "If this is Soma we're talking about, I'd like to personally get back at her."

Yurisica: "No. You can't fight."

Yosuke: "... Huh? Why not?"

"This issue must be resolved internally, with only the Cosmosphere's native residents." The Nurse reminded. "So, outsiders cannot intervene directly."

"So, then I've got no choice but to be a bystander?" Yosuke assumed. "But... I hafta do something to help..."

Yurisica gave it a thought and made an exception. "Oh! You can support us indirectly, of course. If you're willing to help, I have a favor to ask of you. Please maneuver the enemy units and order ours so there will be a path leading straight into Soma's base." She explained. Right now, all the spaces leading to the fortress are occupied. Clear them out. If you do, I can move forward to fight the final battle against Soma. Until then, I need to conserve my strength."

"Ah, I see. Sure, I can do that." Yosuke answered. "But now that I think of it... why're you fighting against Soma?"

"*sigh*... In short, because our ideologies conflict." Yurisica explained. "I wish for co-existence, but Soma just wants to occupy everything."

"So that means Soma wants to usurp Finnel's position?" Yosuke assumed.

"Long story short, yes. Therefore, Soma must be stopped as soon as possible." Yurisica replied/

Yosuke pondered for a bit and came to an answer. "Alright then. If that's the case, I'll give you guys a hand."

"Thank you. I give you permission to command my units. Handle the rest with tact and precision." Yurisica ordered.

Yosuke: "Right. Yes sir!"

With that, Yurisica gave Yosuke the map of the battlefield and Yosuke and Finnel headed outside of the fort with the map in his hand. The map explains the enemies and their weakness and with the units that the Western Army has so Yosuke took it upon himself to figure what he should do.

"Yurisica said that Ho-ryo-ryo is held captive at the frontier area... and the unit is... Koba...tatsu...?" Youske thought as stared at the unit. A petit witch with black long hair with the witch cap with stars all over it and it was riding on a pumpkin. "...? It looks to creative to be a Hyuma... Is it a Mind Guardian of Soma's?" He thought as he studied the attack methods and weakness. He started to sum up a strategy. "Let's go!" Yosuke told Finnel.

Finnel: "You have an idea?"

Level 2 Area: Frontier

They arrived at the frontier, a rocky field where one of the allied unit is being hostage by the enemy, Kobatatsu. "Mmm!"

"Huh... it's cute even in the description." Yosuke quietly commented. "Alright... what should I do...? Kabotatsu was vulnerable to lasers, so..." He pondered. He recalled that Finnel had an attack method that had "Laser" in it, so... "Okay Finnel, I'll leave this one to you!" Said Yosuke, giving her a thumbs up.

"What! Already? And... all by myself!?" Finnel exclaimed in confusion.

"Don't worry, You can do it. Yurisica has a lot of faith in you. Believe in yourself! In the meantime, I'll go rescue Ho-ryo-ryo." Yosuke explained.

"Okay... I'll try!" Finnel stated with her game face on. She charged in confronting the Mind Guardian. It lobbed bombs that took shape of little kittens and rain down upon Finnel. Miraculously, she was safe from harm due to a force field in front of her.

"Okay... I'm counting on you!" Replied Yosuke as he discreetly slipped by to the Hyuma's aid.

Yosuke arrived at the dungeon where the enemy was holding hostages, Yosuke later found the Hyuma in question. "Ah, Wait! If you get too close, Kabotatsu will bombard you!" Warned Ho-ryo-ryo.

"Oh, don't worry about that. Kabotatsu's fighting someone else right now. Here. Let's get you out of here while we still can!" Yosuke replied, untying the thread on the Hyuma. This one had bunny ears and a blue sweater and blue hair that pivots upright on both sides,

"A-alright! Thank you so much!" Ho-ryo-ryo said, breaking free.

Yosuke: "Don't mention it. Let's go!"

Yosuke and Ho-ryo-ryo escaped to the field where Finnel succeeded in defeating the Mind Guardian. "Yosuke! I defeated the enemy..." Finnel yelled out, exhaustedly.

"Alright, Finnel! Okay then, where to now..." Yosuke wondered as he pulled out the map. They were able to defeat an enemy and rescue one of their allies. The only targets that were left were the long range attacker at the Mountain Square and the leader up ahead. "Okay... Our won't be able to have any compromise, so let's take care of the enemy at the mountain place. Yosuke advised and he lead the group to the destination.

As they continued their way to their destination, Finnel seemed impressed by how Yosuke's getting into this very well.

Finnel: "I'm impressed that you can be a good leader, Yosuke."

Yosuke: "Oh, you think so? I assumed I was really good as the advisor-type."

Finnel: "But I insist! I never seen this side of you before."

Ho-ryo-ryo: "You were able to lead your best ally to fend against someone that bested me. That takes a lot of strategic moves to make!"

Yosuke: "I... Well... I learn from the best. I'm more of an ideas man, not an executive."

Finnel: "Well, if you say so... though, I don't mind playing second banana, okay?"

Finnel then walks off.

Yosuke: "Okay...? Wow, I make a good leader? I guess, be being stressed up like this, I have to step up a little..."

Finnel: "What are you doing Yosuke? Come on!"

Yosuke: "Uhh...!? Right! Right, coming!"

Level 2 Area: Mountain Square

They have reached the mountain top of the area where they find an enemy Hyuma, Meryl. A knight-outfitted Hyuma with black horns on her head with a red headband. "Enemy invasion detected within searchable range. Switching to Alert Status." Meryl stated in her monotone voice.

"Okay... What now...?" Yosuke muttered. He then, looked up its attack method and exploits. "So the hyuma's attack method is... Traumachinegun...? Wh-what is this... A Trauma... Machinegun...? I don't get it... Okay... Her weak point is... Sexy attacks?" Yosuke thought completely dumbfounded. He seemed very annoyed how the discription is descibed so rediculous. He even grits his teeth. "Wait... Ho-ryo-ryo's immuned so..." He turned to Ho-ryo-ryo. "Um... Okay Ho-ryo-ryo, I'll leave this one to you!"

"Y-yes, sir!" Ho-ryo-ryo responded, stepping up.

"Enemy detected! Attacking target immediately! Traumachinegun!" Meryl shouted as volleys of bolts rained down upon Ho-ryo-ryo. It however didn't had any affect due to a barrier enforcing Ho-ryo-ryo immunity to the attack. "...Oh!? M-My Traumachinegun!" She stuttered shockingly.

"I don't have any traumas, you idiot! Now it's my turn! You-Like-It-Hot Energy!" Ho-ryo-ryo yelled as she dive on Meryl in a suggestive position. "Hmhmm, you're a cute girl... I'll turn you into a woman tonight."

"Ahh! Please stop! I'm not immune to sexy things!" Meryl panicked, struggling to break free.

"Why!? Let's do something that'll make us feel good together." Ho-ryo-ryo replied as she made her move.

Once the battle was over, Meryl was on the ground passed out and crying a lake. Finnel was astonished as Youske was dumbfounded as he had a deadpan expression. "Did... you defeat her?" Yosuke asked.

"Yes! My supermove, You-Like-It-Hot Energy, was rather effective." Ho-ryo-ryo complemented.

Finnel: "... Amazing!"

"Yeah, but... won't that affect our reader's age rating?" Yosuke questioned.

"How rude! I'm gonna attack you with my You-Like-It-Hot Energy!" Ho-ryo-ryo retorted as she charged right at Yosuke, gripping on his stomach. Not even effective, due to their size differences.

"... Yeah, let's just get going... already..." Yosuke reminded as he picked up Meryl.

Yurisica had Haveli place itself on the mountain for the cover fire as she and the main group goes forth to the East Army Fort. "Very good, Yosuke. It seems allowing you to guide the battle, permits us to overcome any obstacle. Aren't I a genius?"

"I'm surprise I can actually put my own experience into this." Yosuke replied. "Alright, let's attack the enemy now!" He commanded.

Level 2 Area: Eastern Army Fort

Yosuke, Finnel and Yurisica in the lead, finally confronted Soma at the Fort with the clown herself waiting right in front of the entrance, expecting her foes. "Soma, we've creamed all your units. You're the only one left!" Yurisica stated.

"... You let Finnel become your ally? I didn't think you'd commit such a taboo." Soma replied, in a dark tone.

"Taboo...?" Yosuke wondered. "What are they talking about?"

"Oh, is that sour grapes? I always claimed that my goal was to co-exist with Finnel. I just acted on it today." Yurisica explained.

"Your whole existence itself has become one giant taboo. But until I catch you red-handed, I can't punish you. As you know, our Consensus forbids any form of intercourse with other beings." Soma stated. "You should know that. Once there is intercourse, there will also be sorrow... Because we are..."

"Shut up! I'll disprove that obsolete dogma myself then!" Yurisica interrupted, getting into her battle stance.

"Hold on, wait a minute. hat you guys are talking about...?" Yosuke tried to ask, trying to calm them down..

"Please stay quiet now, Yosuke!" Yurisica retorted. Yosuke responded and stepped back quietly. "I shouldn't have tried to negotiate with you. You're the Consensus' lap dog. You obey them, rather than human emotions."

"... Is that all you have to say before you die?" Soma threatened.

"So it seems... And... I'll remove you from this place." Yurisica stated as she whipped out bomb out of her pockets "Get ready! Smart Bomb!"

Bombs showered the clown as she dodge them all with some injuries "...Kh! It's my turn now..." Soma said, charging at the nurse.

Yurisica back stepped as she brought out more bomb with Soma attempting to strike at her. They were all over the place and Yosuke and Finnel could only spectate on the duel. "Whoa... this is actually intense!" Yosuke commented, seeing the two clashing attacks everywhere. One of the bombs was a little close to them and the spectators jumped by surprise.

"Y-Yosuke, this is scary...!" Finnel said, shivering.

"Geez... should I just stay neutral and observe or intervene...?" Yosuke wondered. With that Nurse and the Assassin clashing with each other so fiercely, he doubted that Yurisica didn't need any help at all. "Yeah... I don't think she needs any help, Finnel. Don't worry. I'll protect you at any cost." Yosuke said to Finnel.

Finnel: "Will you always be with me?"

"Of course! How can I leave you alone in this chaotic situation?" Yosuke added with a thumbs up.

Finnel: "... Th-Thank you, Yosuke."

While the battle was getting tiring Yurisica and Soma were breathing hard as they both were at a stalemate. "This is neverending..." Soma stated, breathing hard.

"Naturally. We're fighting against ourselves..." Yurisica replied, agreeing.

"... Then, I shall change my strategy." Soma responded, thinking of a new idea. She then bolted off to where the person, in topic, is.

Yurisica: "Where are you going!? Wait!"

Just then, in the room where Yosuke and Finnel were waiting at, Soma appeared before them, staring intensly at them.

Yosuke: Wha-Holy Crap! Soma!?"

"Unfortunately, I'm going to have to remove you from this place." Soma stated, darkly as she approached them both, slowly, with her scythe a the ready. The two staggered as they stepped back, Finnel behind Yosuke. "But don't fear, I won't kill you. It's more like... I'll repel you from this body."

"Tch, like hell you are! What makes you think it's fine for you get rid of anything in your way?!" Yosuke retorted, drawing his blades. "See, that's what I don't like about people like you! If you lay even one finger on her, I'll repel YOU from this world!"

"... Understood. Then, I'll stage your fall into the abyss." Soma replied as she lunged towards them. "Hah!"

Soma's scythe was upon Yosuke, but he still has the reflex to dodge. "Hmph, too slow!" He responded followed by striking back with his two blades.

"Tch! This can't be...!" Soma grunted as she jumped back.

Finnel: "Yosuke! Hang in there!"

"I may not be able to use my Personas, but I can still fight!" Yosuke told them. "Alright, it's my turn now! Ready for this!?" He questioned tossing his blades, high, in the air.

"What!?" Soma yelled as Yosuke threw a lot of kunais at her at a fast pace.

Once Yosuke finished throwing a number of kunais at Soma, he caught his falling blade and ran forward to the enemy. "I'll can't forgive anyone who hurts my friend and gets away with it! Raaahhhh!" Yosuke parried Soma's scythe away by slashing upwards while jumping into the air and then diving at her with a diving heel-kick. "This is...!" Yosuke thought and used the Arte: "Rising Talon!"

"Gwahhh...!" The move landed a critical hit and Soma was pressed down to ground as Yosuke jumped away and landed a finishing pose. The defeated Soma vanished into white dust, forcing Soma out of the Level 2 Soulspace.

Yosuke was looking tired from the fight, with a new move and defeating a dangerous foe without his Persona, he was beat, crouching down with relief.

"Yosuke! Hey are you okay?" Finnel asked, coming up to him.

"Yeah, I'm okay..." Yosuke sighed. "Man, that sorta did a number on me."

"... Such a tremendous display of affection. That was incredible, repelling Soma with one move." Yurisica commented.

Yosuke: "Y-yeah, no problem...!"

With Soma relived from the layer, Yurisica has finally made this level peaceful, allowing Finnel free access of this layer. With this, Yosuke and Finnel are able to benefit their trust in each other.

Soon enough, Yosuke heard a glass shatter with everything all grey and frozen simultaneously.

Thou art I... And I am thou...

"What the...? Wait, it happened before..." Yosuke thought, after the voice faded. Once everything turned back to color, wind started to blow on him. Like last time a Paradigm Shift has occured. "The Stonehenge... wait, does that mean...!

"Oh, congratulations. The Paradigm Shift is complete." Momoko stated as she floated nearby.

"Huh... So... that part were everything goes gray's supposed to happened...? I guess I can go with it..." Yosuke thought. "Alright, Great! I just hope this time, it's a legit Paradigm Shift."

"...? What are you talking about?" Momoko asked, confused.

Yosuke: "Uhh... nothing..."

They arrived at the Stonehenge as it was flashing bright as usual. Even Yurisica followed. "The power of your emotions is incredible. You must care deeply for her." Yurisica stated with awe, which made Finnel blush and Yosuke pop a exclamation mark.

Finnel: "Huh...!?"

"W-What!? No! I had my own reasons to get back at her, really!" Yosuke stated, feeling flustered.

"Hmhhmm. There's no point in lying. This is Finnel's Cosmosphere, remember?" Reminded Yurisica.

Yosuke: "Huh...? What do you mean?"

"Whatever you say at her subconscious level is delivered without distortion. Her Consensus, which perceives your true feelings, accepts you. That's how the Paradigm Shifts occur." The nurse explained.

Yosuke: "Consensus? Um... As in..."

"It is all of Finnel's collected feelings. The Finnel here is but a single part of her combined Consensus. Yosuke, your true feelings were captured by the Consensus. That is why the Paradigm Shifts have occurred." Yurisica explained.

Yosuke seems understand the big picture. "Oh... So you're saying that even if I lie, Finnel will know the truth?"

"My... you're a good listener." Yurisica replied. "More or less, though."

No matter what, Yosuke can only think about how it was like for him and his friends. "Eh... Fine... To be honest, I was desperate to protect Finnel. I wanted to protect her, no matter what."

Finnel: "... Yosuke..."

"I sorta know that painful feeling, I just didn't want Finnel to suffer like that." Said Yosuke in a sad expression.

"Hmph. Language is convenient. There are so many ways to express your feelings without describing them all in depth. It's a craft perfected throughout the long history of human communication." Yurisica chuckled.

"Hey, I'm just saying words. Why are you trying to make it sound so complex?" Yosuke questioned.

"Maybe. Let's proceed to the Paradigm Shift." Said the Nurse.

"Wait... Yurisica, you're coming with us?" Yosuke wondered.

"No. This is Finnel's world. So if you wish, I'll see you on the next level." Yurisica answered.

Finnel: "Uh-huh. Thanks..."

"Okay, let's get with the Paradigm Shifting!" Yosuke cheered. "This time's, for reals!"

"Ah! Thou has returned!" Greeted the Dive Shopkeeper as Yosuke and Finnel came out of the pods.

Yosuke stretched his arms, feeling how stiff his arms were as the Dive Shopkeeper claims that he was in there for a while now. "Well... that went well." He commented.

"Yosuke, you caused another Paradigm Shift!" Finnel said with excitement.

"Yeah, that I did." Yosuke replied. "You heard about it?"

"Of course!" Finnel agreed. "This time, my Paradigm Shift was..."

"Err... Cosmosphere Level 2." Yosuke answered vaguely.

"Oh, Level 2." Finnel's responded with cheery attitude then it died down. "Wait... didn't you cause a Paradigm Shift before?"

"Well, after a little glitch, I've achieved the second Paradigm Shift." Yosuke replied. "You remember that abnormality thing, right?"

"Oh... I see..." Finnel looked down, but immediately bounced back with a smile. "Anyway, it's another success!"

Yosuke: "Yeah. So, how do you feel now?"

"Hmm... I don't know what to say." Said Finnel as she began to ponder. "I'm sort of timid. Did you know that, Yosuke?"

Yosuke: "Yeah, I saw that side of you in the Cosmosphere."

"Oh... then this is all thanks to you." Finnel replied, comfortably. "I always imagined the worst outcomes and feared them. But if you'll be there to protect me, then..."

"Meh... It's all the random possibilities, we'll never know." Yosuke counseled. "Though, you gotta stop being so timid a lot."

"I promise." finnel assured. "Please always stay with me."

"No problem, I am your diving partner, after all." Yosuke replied back with a winking expression. "Anyway, we got a big day tomorrow, so let's head back to the others." He told Finnel.

"I await thy next visit." The Dive Shopkeeper said, waving goodbye to his customers

With that, they returned to the Inn, where their friends prep up for tomorrow. Saving Chie and Saki will not be an easy feat, especially since shadows prowl this profound world that the Persona user aren't familiar with.

(Next day, Daytime) ?

In a room of a facility, Chie was shifting around on an uncomfortable bed until she accidentaly fell on the hard floor. "Nnnggh... nngh! *THUD* Ugh, ow... wha...? Aw man... How did I get so tired...?" Chie muttered waking up, abruptly. "Uhh... where am I?" She wondered, half-asleep.

"Um... are you okay...?" Said her neigbor.

"Hm...?" Chie turned to the person and it was Saki coming up to her. "Oh, uh, yeah, I'm fine..." She replied, standing up. She looked around seeing that she was in a room with Saki and the only two uncomfortable beds. "Where am... I? I remember fighting that beefcake cross-dresser... and those giant flying things..." Chie recalled. But then she remember that she told Yukiko to find Yosuke. "...! Yukiko!"

Saki: "...!?"

"Uhh... That's right! We came into the TV world to find that idiot...!" Chie thought out loud. "... I hope Yukiko's okay..."

Saki: "Yu...kiko?"

Chie jumped back into focus, only to notice that Saki was around with her. "Oh, sorry. I was just talking to myself." Chie apologized. "If I may ask, where are we exactly?" She asked.

"Um... Saki believes that we're in a place called the 'Moebius Factory'. It's a large industrial complex in the City of Ciela Gate." Saki replied. Though, Chie gave her a skeptical look as she was still confused. "Um... did that help?"

"Ah, yeah! It did!" Chie replied, trying to cheer Saki up. "I guess we're still in the city, where ever it is... If I could get out of here, maybe I could find Yukiko..."

"Yukiko? Is she your important friend of yours?" Saki asked.

"Of course! She's my best friend that I ever have!" Chie answered vigorously. "*sigh* We and the others were trying to look for some idiots that disappeared on us and now we're in this strange city that me and Yukiko aren't familiar with." She grumbled.

"You and Yukiko are looking for your other friends?" Saki summing up.

"Oh yeah... When I find Yosuke, I am so gonna kick his ass!" Chie threatend as she was feeling annoyed.

"Yosuke...? Oh! I know him!" Saki responded. "Saki believes that he has the same problem as you!"

"Wha... Wait, you've seen him somewhere!?" Chie replied but took a brief moment to notice that she doesn't know the girl in front of her. "Oh... Hold a moment. Sorry, I didn't quite catch your name. I'm Chie Satonaka." She introduced herself.

"Ah, My name is Saki." Saki replied, cheerfully. "Saki is very pleased to meet you!"

The name struck Chie oddly, until she figured out a familiar person's name. "... Saki...? Wait, what!?"

A/N: And that's a rap for this chapter and over 20,000 words! I was going to finish this chapter after the battle in Ciela Gate, but "why not I add the Dive sequence?" I thought.

There's also a twist I like to add to this story, the "Fog" from Persona 4. It'll go like this: Assuming Persona 4's Fog is base on the Wave theory that's created from the human's resentment towards the Clustanians and creates the fog in specific places. I'm guessing they're based on uncontrollable Dynamic D-waves and Dynamic H-waves, or simply, waves that humans can produce.
The haywired waves within the fog renders the Reyvateils song magic down to its minimum strength, the damage percentage becomes exceedingly slow.

Saki and Finnel are still allowed to change personae, but cannot access their full potential due to the fog influence.

Because because the fog would be interfering with the Reyvateil's concentration, and thus she can't focus as well as she should into the feelings that make up her songs. And this would be even worse in the case of the heroines: since aside of breaking their focus this would also completely seal away their U-Wave linkage with the Wills of the Planet, they wouldn't be able of using the Purges or activating the Flipsphere.

Though the reason that Finnel could sing her song magice under such circumstances is because of her diving with a Persona User. As the Persona user and Reyvetail continues to dive together, it could grant the Reyvateil with more focus and better resistance against the fog's influence, and increases the original strength of the Reyvateil's song magic inside the fog.

And since the fog affects the humans the most, it shouldn't affect the Reyvateil's sight, since they don't have human nature or any instincts related.

Then there's the Third-Generation Reyvateils: Since they're part human that can connect to the tower, the shadows that devours the Third Gen. in topic's mind and utilizes it's human nature to create the fog. And since they're part Reyvateil, the fog that affects the other Reyvateils within the fog, will cause the interference between the Tower and the Reyvateil.

With their mind being attacked by the shadows, their feelings and emotions will start to spin out of control, causing them to emit the fog. And their Mind Guardian? May probably take form of something dangerous that includes a shadow's mask.
Like AT2's IPD Disease which isn't related to such, but instead based on the Third Gen's human mind.

I forgot to mention that the shadows inside the fog, will attack anything. Shadows outside the fogged areas will only attack the Persona users, since shadows inside the fog could only set their targeting patterns to anything that moves.

From the same pro researcher and other critics, I thank you for the help and look forward to the last part of this Phase. I cannot say how many more chapters that I'll make, but after I finish this phase I really am gonna go on Hiatus. There is another ideas that boggles my mind, but I assure you I will complete this story... even if it'll take more years than this... but any case... R&R.

During the night at Gearson Inn. While the fact that "Diving" was discussed to Yukiko, she was laughing really hard when she heard it as a wrong assumption. Other than that, they were all helping each other with prepping for tomorrow while Yosuke and Finnel were busy elsewhere.

Yukiko: "Ah... I see. So that's how diving works... Pfft... So it was a big misunderstanding... Hmhmhmh... hahaha...!"

Tatsumi: "Yes, now can I ask you to please stop laughing, it starting to get really annoying..."

Aoto: "Hey Kanji, what are you making?"

Kanji: "What? It's a sweater. I mean if raven-tail friends are gonna strip, they'll gonna need something to cover all that..."

Yukiko: "...! Kanji!"

Kanji: "Wh-What!? Seriously, you haven't seen them purge their clothes like that, believe me!"

Yukiko: I don't know what you're talking about, but you can't just talk about in front of a lady!"

Kanji: "Oh... uh...

Teddie: "Yuki-chan's right. To think you say such disgraceful words with a lady present!"

Yukiko: "Oh, don't forget that I can cook, too!"

Kanji and Teddie showed a terrified expression when Yukiko quoted her saying.
