Chapter 10- What!?

The next day was one that held a lot of drama both bad and good. Aria had got up and left the house extremely quickly after she got a text from Klaus saying they could meet up. Aria left Blaine a note that said-

Blaine,

I'm going to meet HIM, can you go check on Sam and Sasha.
I'll catch up with you soon.

Aria,
Xxxx

Then she left to meet Klaus in the grill.

When Aria entered the grill and she could practically smell the evil radiating from Klaus who was standing against the bar drinking what Aria assumed to be a glass of bourbon. Klaus spotted her and a devilish smile graced his lips as she approached the bar. Aria ordered a bottle of beer and turned to Klaus.

"You know love, I'm a little confused as to what you want from me after all these years." Klaus stated.

"I want to help you break the curse" Aria said and took a sip of her beer that had been placed in front of her.

"And why would that be?" Klaus questioned.

"I have something I want you to do for me once you're a hybrid" Aria said.

"And what, may I ask do you want me to do for you?" Klaus asked.

"I want you to turn my boyfriend" Aria said slowly. Klaus' face fell and he choked a little on his drink before looking at Aria with anger crossing his handsome features.

"What?" Klaus growled under his breath.

"Please Klaus, I know I have no right to ask you this after everything that happened between us but I'm happy for once in my life and I think you owe me that at least after what you did" Aria said sadly.

"You're right you have no right asking me for that" he muttered.

"Please Klaus, give me this and I promise to stay away forever" Aria pleaded with Klaus who looked far from giving her what she wanted.

"You'll run for him?" Klaus asked sighing.

"Yes and I wouldn't think twice about it...I love him" Aria said, looking Klaus right in the eye.

"You loved me too once" Klaus said.

"I did...but people change" Aria said and gently touched his hand.

"Fine I'll do it, I'll sent you and your witch details about what's going down tonight!" Klaus said coldly and ripped his hand out of Aria's grip before he left quickly.

Aria look at where he had been before pulling herself together and leaving the grill.

Blaine appeared in front of her before she got a chance to pull out her phone.

"What happened?" Blaine asked.

"He said he would do it" Aria said.

"That's good but why did you confront him on your own!?" Blaine asked as they started walking away from the grill.

"Because I wanted to do it alone and we both know that he wouldn't have even considered it if we both were there" Aria said but made sure to lower her voice in case any passer-Byers decided to ease drop.

"You could've been hurt" Blaine said.

"Blaine listen I'm fine, everything went well, stop worrying will ya?" Aria said smiling softly and looking at her worried friend.

"Okay fine but I can't help but worry when you don't tell me what you're up to." Blaine sighed and hugged Aria.

"You know I didn't mean to worry you on purpose" Aria said and pulled back.

"I know, sorry from doubting you" Blaine said and they carried on walking down the street again.

"Well at least I don't have to kick your sorry ass now" Aria said grinning.

"You wouldn't do that to moi?" Blaine joked.

"Nah of course not." Aria said and they both headed back to the empty Salvatore house or at least they thought it was empty.

Aria and Blaine were grabbing some clothes so they could stay at Sasha's until Sam could control the blood lust when he turns. What Aria and Blaine didn't expect was for Elijah to startle them.

"Aria Salvatore I presume." Elijah said.

"Em yes I'm Aria and you're Elijah, Klaus' brother." Aria stated and looked Elijah dead in the eye.

"I would like to offer you a piece of advice when dealing with my brother." Elijah said slowly.

"How do you know? Aria gasped.

"It's my business to know who my brother associates with." Elijah said.

"Then you'll know I've already talked to him and why I had to do it in the first place." Aria said.

"I understand you did it out of love and you have my word that your brothers won't find out about your double crossing them." Elijah said calmly.

"Thank you Elijah and I won't ask you to stop your vengeful plan against your brother but Klaus just needs someone he can trust fully without doubt" Aria said slowly.

"One thing about Niklaus is that he can't put his trust in anyone because of his stupid bid to find power quickly." Elijah said.

"He put his trust in me once, he could do the same for you again Elijah you just have to ask" Aria said.

"No he killed our family and for that he must pay" Elijah said and looked away.

"Okay have it your way but we're leaving now...I guess I'll see you at the sacrifice." Aria shrugged and grabbed her bag before her and Blaine head out into the night.

Damon and Klaus were in Alaric's apartment staring each other down. Damon looked angry and Klaus just looked amused.

"I've heard a lot about you...the over-protective, impulsive vampire that can seem to take a telling." Klaus said smirking.

"Well this impulsive vampire rescued your two sacrificial lambs...so to speak" Damon said thinking he was one step ahead of Klaus.

"Doesn't matter when you've been waiting as long as I've been to break this curse you always have a back up. Back up werewolf. Back up vampire." Klaus smirked devilishly.

"What? Who?" Damon questioned as shock made its way across his face. Klaus turned round and opened up his laptop to reveal a guy screaming in pain but Damon could make out who it was. Klaus saw he was still trying to figure out who the guy was.

"Here take a better look, mate!" Klaus said and threw his phone into Damon's hand because it was playing the same video as the laptop. Damon gasped as he saw the face of the werewolf.

"Sam!"

"Just wait until your sister finds out about this, I can see just now how fiery she will be" klaus said and took his phone out of Damon's hands and put it in his pocket. Damon ignore the statement about his sister and carried on questioning Klaus.

"What about your vampire?" Damon asked.

"Don't worry I've got that cover as well!" Klaus said and Damon's world went black as Klaus snapped his neck.

"Katerina!" Klaus shouted and Katherine appeared.

"Why don't you use him as the vampire?" Katherine asked as she was getting slightly worried about becoming the vampire sacrifice.

"He's impure and don't worry your pretty little head Katerina I have someone else in mind but you're going to help me get her" Klaus said smiling slightly and Katherine nodded dumbly.

Blaine and Aria arrived at Sasha's apartment only to find that Sam wasn't there.

"Where is he Sasha!?" Aria yelled.

"Klaus came and said that you had striked a deal with him and that you said Sam was to stay with him until he could turn him." Sasha said.

"I didn't say that! Oh my god what if he kills him to get back at me...we need to save him!" Aria said as she frantically paced the room.

"We'll get him back before anything happens to him" Blaine said and stood in front of her to stop her from pacing.

"We should go now!" Sasha said.

"Yeah we'll go to his apartment" Aria said and headed towards the door.

"No I know where the sacrifice will happen, we should head there and stop him!" Sasha said.

"You shouldn't have let him out of your sight!" Aria yelled at Sasha and Blaine made sure to hold her back.

"I'm sorry I won't forgive myself if he dies" Sasha said as tears escaped from her eyes.

"Well I won't forgive you either!" And with that Aria was gone with Blaine following close behind her. Sasha left the house herself and head to the site of the sacrifice know she didn't have much time before the moon fully rises and the ritual begins.

Dun dun dun! Guess I have to leave it there until next week...oh well I hope you enjoyed it anyway :)
