Normal P.O.V
Naru just looked dumbfounded at Mai for what she had just said. "What? There's no way? That girl disappeared after a month Gene and I meet her, those grownups told us she died." Naru said looking at Mai. "Oh and you believed them! HA! They were the ones that you guys stopped from hurting me and you're going to believe them when they said I'm dead! Mr. Shibuya you're much stupider than I thought!" Mai said laughing. "I still don't believe you!" Naru said, now standing up with his bangs covering his eyes. "Yesh, can you be any stingier." Mai said boringly "Look." Her eyes had a boring look to them. Naru looked up at Mai and saw coming out of one hand ice and fire just like that day, but smaller. Mai just stood there coolly smiling at Naru, "Believe me now." She said. Naru only nodded and sat down. "Not long after that day did the house get caught on fire. Killing my family, with only Zero and I escaping, the ones that were supposed to be killed in that fire. Of course, Zero and I quickly fled from the house and left England and headed to Japan. We stayed in an estate that was Zero's family estate, they never used it though, because Zero's family all died after my parents hired someone to kill them, leaving Zero, my parents took him in as their own, not knowing he was not normal, but had his father's blood of a vampire. Zero came down to the dungeon one day, not knowing I lived there, let only existed, he saw me and he showed me, he was a vampire too. My parents quickly discover this and made him live in the dungeon with me. When we moved to Japan we never felt more free, but Zero's mother showed up in sprit form, offering e the deal, and once I agreed I changed my name to Mai Taniyama, an orphan, not very smart, clueless, apparently had a mother till I was in middle school and she died, and a normal girl, not special in any way. Mr. Shibuya when you did that research on me, did you ever find any records of me when I was little?" Mai asked. "No." He said plainly. "Exactly, we buried those record as soon I changed my name." Mai said
Lin's P.O.V
'So, let me get this straight Mai is part of the Thomas clan? And she's the little girl Gene and Noll came home in daze, both saying they were in love? The little girl they both spent time with for a month or so outside all the time? How can Mai be capable of some much?' I thought. 'So Noll's first love was actually Mai, to begin with, and now she's his love now? Small world…..' I thought again
Mai's P.O.V
'This is getting boring watching their face expressions change. I thought it would be fun watching Naru's, but those got old too.' I thought. "Want to know anything else?" I say calmly. Ayako raised her hand. "Ayako." I said. "Since you're a, well you know, a vampire, do you drink blood?" she asked. I sighed, "Yes, Ayako, I do." I said closing my eyes. "How?" asked Monk. "Zero." I said looking at Zero. Everyone's eyes shifted to Zero. "What about the twin? Are they vampires too? If so, where do they drink their blood?" Monk asked, shooting a million questions at me. "Yes, they are too, they drink their blood from me." I said crossing my arms. "Anything else?" I said, everyone shook their heads. "Good I'm going to bed. Come on Zero." I said looking at the clock, seeing that it was already 9:30. "Wait Zero's going sleep with you guys?" Naru said with jealously burning in his eyes. 'Now this might be fun.' I thought grinning. "Yes, Zero always sleeps with me Mr. Shibuya, do you have a problem with it?" I ask. Naru just turned his head with a tint of pink on his cheek and said "No." "Okay, then, goodnight everyone, see you in the morning." 'Sadly' I thought. I said turned walking toward my bedroom. I went into my bedroom and saw Aidou and Akito spread across, Zero and I's bed I smiled. I put the blanket over them and asked Zero to grab me some pj's he nodded and threw them to me he changed into a pair of shorts, while I changed into my pj's. I saw Zero with a sad look on his face, I walked over to him a smiled and got on my tip toes and ruffled his hair. "Come on Zero cheer up, I always be here when you need me dead or alive, you know that." I finished and he grabbed my hand and pulled me into hug. "Please Mai, your all I have left. Please don't leave me alone." Zero said crying. "I'll never leave you alone, Zero." I said. We broke our hug and laid down next to Akito and Aidou, Zero puts his arms around my waist and quickly falls asleep. 'Poor Zero, you're so scared to be alone.' I thought and fell into a deep sleep.
Normal P.O.V (SPR team)
"Isn't it weird how close those two are just for being cousins?" Ayako said. Monk nods, and Naru is sitting there getting angry, wondering why they sleep together. That's HIS Mai and he doesn't like sharing what's his. Lin touches Naru's shoulder, Naru looks up at Lin and Lin just shook his head. Naru sighed "Okay everyone, go to bed, I want everyone up at 10:00 am sharp." Naru said walking to Akito and Aidou's room, Lin following short after.
Normal P.O.V (with Naru and Lin)

Naru and Lin got ready for bed and Lin already went to bed, Naru was about to go to bed, but just before he got into bed his foot hit something under Aidou's bed. Naru's curiosity got the best of him and he reached under and what he pulled out was surprised him, it was a scrapbook, that read 'Elizabeth's Scrapbook.' Naru opened the first picture to see a picture of a miniature Mai and a similar looking girl, but her hair was shorter, which Naru assumed was Mai's sister to her right, and a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes on her left, that must have been he brother. All three kids smiling brightly, like nothing could get them out of that mood. At the bottom it said 'Me, Cheyenne, and big brother Edgar' with glitter all over it. 'She must've been close to them along with Zero.' Naru thought. He turned the page and saw Mai, Cheyenne, Edgar, and Zero all wearing party hats and balloons all over at the bottom it said 'Me and nii-chan's birthday with Zero and Edgar. The next page was of Mai and Zero, Mai looking like she was forcing a smile, and at the bottom said 'the day Cheyenne and Edgar started to hate me.' 'Why did they start hating her?' Naru thought. He continued to flip through pages most of which were of Mai and Zero and Mai's smile started getting brighter again. Finally Naru stopped when he saw a picture, his eyes widen, it was a picture of him, Mai, and Gene all smiling and the bottom 'my best friends and protectors, I love them so much!' The next page was a picture that made Naru it was a picture of Mai kissing Naru on the cheek and Gene took a picture at the bottom said 'Noll my first love ' making Naru blush even more, he slammed the book shut and slid it under Aidou's bed and quickly asleep wondering how he was going to face Mai tomorrow reading that….
