Chapter 10
I fought my captor with wild intensity; wriggling and screaming and pounding on his back, but to no avail. He had my legs tightly pinned.
There was then a resounding shockwave and the area fell silent. The black robed man threw me to the ground and I glared up at him only to spot a snake made up of clouds curling through a skull shaped cloud. The cloaked men vanished and my fight diminished.
Seeing nothing else to do I stood up, determined my location and made my way back to the Weasley camp. With everything now relatively calm I hugged Fred goodnight and went back to sleep.

"How are we getting to Kings Cross station tomorrow?" Harry asked.
"We're taking a muggle taxi my dear," Mrs. Weasley answered kindly.
I glanced between them and Fred. " I can take you in my Tardis," I offered immediately.
Mrs. Weasley looked a bit lost, but understood enough that I was offering a means of transportation. "That would be lovely dear."
I grinned and clapped my hands excitedly, "Well that settles that."
The next morning everyone hurriedly packed the rest of their things and piled them out front. I suppressed a grin as I undid the chain holding the Tardis. I set the Tardis on the ground and set it to its regular size. I opened the door and invited everyone in. They all piled in with the exception of Mr. Weasley who had left on business with a "mad-eye" something or other.
Once settled and past all the praising and admiring I started up the controls. It was a bit shaky, but we soon zipped over and landed just outside the station. Everyone piled out and then began loading their luggage onto carts. I followed suit as soon as I shrunk my Tardis back down to the size of a charm and had it hanging around my neck once more.
We made our way to platform 9 3/4.
"I wish I was going to Hogwarts this year."
"Why?" Fred asked his older brother.
"Obviously something interesting is going to happen," I snorted.
"Thank you captain obvious," Fred snapped sarcastically.
"You're welcome lieutenant sarcasm," I giggled in return.
"It's almost eleven! Hurry!" Mrs. Weasley snapped rushing us through the wall while looking at her pocket watch.
We loaded our things and said our farewells in record time. We boarded the train with seconds to spare.
Fred, George, and I split from the others and went to find Lee who had apparently saved us a compartment.
Greeting Lee the boys sat down and automatically began discussing the World Cup.
I grew bored quickly and pulled a book out of my pocket.
Halfway through the book George snapped me back into the present. "What are you reading?" He asked peeking over my shoulder.
I sat up from where I had been slouching and showed him the cover, "Dealing with Dragons by Patricia Wrede. Would you like me to read it out loud?"
The guys glanced at each other then back over at me, where I was giving them excited puppy-dog eyes.
They shrugged. "Sure," said George.
"Why not," added Lee.
I flipped back to the beginning and began reading to the boys. While reading I could hear their chuckles and amused comments and it made me smile.
When my voice started to strain Fred took the book and began reading. We did this the rest of the train ride, only stopping to change into our robes. When we stopped I was forced to put my book in my pocket as it was raining heavily outside.
We rushes to the waiting carriages, which were being pulled by skeletal, demonic looking horses. I didn't look at them too long.
The ride was short and sweet and we all ran into the castle and into the dining hall, naturally sorting ourselves into our tables.
Glancing over the teachers table I noticed a new face, a new teacher. He was a lean man with spiked up brown hair. His attire consisted of a blue pinstripe suit, with a large tan trench coat over the top.
He had an air about him that I immediately picked up on. TIMELORD. His eyes were also a lot older than the rest of him and I instantly knew who he was.
"Glad to see you doing well Dad," I snorted to myself.
"What!" Fred asked from beside me.
"Nothing," I shook my head.
He looked as if he wanted to press the matter, but changed his mind.
Eventually McGonagal brought the soaking first years and the sorting hat and the long process began.
Finally the feast began and my stomach gave an appreciative growl as I stacked my plate with amazing looking and smelling food.
With the feast finished Dumbledore rose, silencing the room. He then went off with his opening speech. Within his speech he spoke about the Triwizard tournament. Whatever that was it sparked loud chatter with all the students. Silenced again Dumbledore spoke.
"We are also glad to announce that Professor Moody will be teaching Defense against the Dark arts this year." A dozen hands clapped pitifully around the room while everyone scanned the room for the professor.
"We would also like to announce the offer of a new class this year: Muggle History. Which will be taught by Professor Smith." Dumbledore gestured to Dad and he stood up.
"He's rather attractive," Lavender commented giggling with the girl next to her.
I sighed. "You're not his type," I commented. She harrumphed then ignored everything else I said.
Dumbledore continued on with his speech, cutting right through our conversation.
A while later he concluded and we were sent to bed. "Hey Fred you should take muggle history with me!" I smiled latching onto his arm.
He thought for a second as we walked though the commons room, "Sure."
He draped his arm over my shoulder pulling me close as I chirped out an excited, "Yay!"
