Chapter 10

(Past)

Birds were chirping excitedly as the bright day starts up well, and a certain blunet stared at the city of Tokyo a slight sentimental feeling as he remembered where he still has his innocence before being plunged into the mafia. He had never gotten along with that disgusting human of a parent, and not to mention he was the one who sold him into becoming an Estraneo experiment.

But there's just one person he would never forget, even if it means everything.

Wakashima Nagi.

His half-sister.

Despite being half-related to each other, (sans their mother), Nagi was the best gift that he could ever have for his life. Nagi, to him, has been known to be the shy, sweet girl he has ever seen. Her personality intrigued him very much, and Nagi adores him very much to even respect him as an individual, unlike the rest of the world.

However, he didn't like the fact that his Nagi had recently turned chattier than usual, deeming it strange considering how his sister would normally shy herself away from anyone else and wouldn't open up so easily to him either. Heck, he still hasn't known her to the core yet. But he had seen her painting beautiful once, and he was afraid to touch it like it was brittle glass that could shatter with an ounce of sound.

He continued walking until he reached a stop, where he stared at the familiar house that Nagi has shown sometimes in their dreamland when he visited and played with her. The mansion apparently looked too monotone to his taste, and it was voided of the one important ingredient: Love and warmth. Mukuro gritted his teeth as he thought of his Nagi surviving to this gloomy area.

He hadn't wanted to meet her face to face and was prepared to walk off when a familiar voice spoke.

"Mukuro-Onii-sama?" Mukuro turned to see the shade of violet hair he had longed to touch in reality that was tied up to the most recognizable hair style. The siblings stared at each other as the silence began when another interrupted their meeting as she spoke.

"Ara? Chrome-chan? Do you know him?" The bell-like voice sounded innocent to Mukuro, but he couldn't be fooled with the adults with their schemes. But somehow, he has never heard of such a beautiful tone and having no ill-intentions to it was a new concept to him.

"Hai, Mama. Mukuro-Onii-sama…. (Nagi fidgeted and blushed even harder at that pronunciation, as Mukuro smirked at his cute younger sister's adorable shy side) is my precious brother." Nagi was very close to hiding her face as it blooms more shades of red than Mukuro could actually count. The woman, as Mukuro analyzed, has a petite slender figure that Mukuro had seen in fashion magazines once just before the accident.

She could be a famous model for all he knows.

"Ara? Is that so?" She gave a charming smile to Mukuro, but he wasn't disgusted with this smile. The smiles he had seen were disgusting and he had no respect for them, but this smile… it was of pure innocence that he had once wished to have it back but died down over the years. She was staring for quite a while then, and Mukuro couldn't help but to twitch his eye in annoyance.

His eye may have a weird feature that deems people to attract attention for it, and people would have called him a demon, but she reacted in the most expected way.

"Kyaa! So cute! Are you sure he's your brother? Well, of course, he is considering your hair styles and your similar features. And….." She hugged him tightly that some would have realized she was killing the young blunet off oxygen. Furthermore, she was praising the boy no less on his looks.

"Ma…. Mama….." Nagi looked back and forth between her mother and her brother, being worried. Mukuro pushed the woman away in annoyance.

"Nagi, who on earth is she?"

"She…. She's my adoptive mother, Onii-sama." Nagi shyly answered.

"Adoptive?" Mukuro arc a brow to the fact.

"Mama fought for my custody, seeing that I wasn't treated well there. Mama and Papa decided to change my name to Chrome so that I wouldn't be reminded of them. But if it's you…." Nagi bit her lips, and Mukuro almost faltered to the cute scene of his little sister if it wasn't for the fact that he needed that explanation badly. Her mother cuddled her lovingly as she asked.

"Mukuro-kun, seeing that I'm Chrome's mother, I would introduce myself. I'm Elena Spade." She smiled brightly.

Spade? That would mean…. "You're not supposed to be alive…" Elena giggled at the sentence.

"Of course, but some circumstances has made me and my husband unable to die."

"Onii-sama… How do you know all these?" Mukuro covered his eyes as he tried to find an explanation.

"Don't worry, Chrome-chan. Your Onii-chan is in it too." Nagi pouted with teary eyes.

"Onii-sama…" Oh crap….. She's going to cry. He widened his eyes as a tear fell. His instinct snapped as the brother complex decided to come.

But somewhere along the way, he hadn't had an idea how to stop her from crying.

"Chrome-chan, if papa sees your eyes red from crying, what would he think about it?" Chrome stop and thought momentary before deciding to stop. Papa was protective after all.

"Sorry Mama….." Elena patted her head and smiled when she remembered something.

"Mukuro-kun! Why not stay with us as your family?"

Mukuro frowned. He hadn't thought of staying anywhere near here. Elena continued. "We will be moving to the town of Namimori soon since I'm staying near one of my friends."

Chrome walked towards Mukuro shyly, hugging Mukuro's arm. And are those puppy dog eyes he's seeing!?

"Mukuro-Onii-sama? Please?" That core of innocence hit him hard, and he couldn't help not to refuse his little angel. He silently nodded his head, and Nagi softly, but excitedly squealed in happiness. Elena smiled brightly in response.

"Come with us! I'm sure you will get along with my husband very well!"

The females stared at the men as Mukuro and the man in front of him were furiously competing.

Competing for what? Well….. Anything.

"Kufufufu~"

"Nufufufu~" And they are now competing for their weird versions of their laughter. Nagi, preferably to be called Chrome looked back and forth in nervousness while Elena seemed so impressed with the two men.

Their illusions were of top notch, and Elena broke the silence between the female's corner. "Like father, like son?"

Elena couldn't be any wrong as the both acted in the same manner at the same time. Gosh… It was like seeing a clone that was specially made for them.

"Nufufufu~ Daemon Spade at your service." Daemon bowed in a courteous way that nobles would do. Well… The couple's considered nobles in their olden times.

"Kufufufu~ Mukuro Rokudo. Pleasure to meet you, First Generation Vongola Mist guardian." Mukuro smirked.

"Consider yourself a Spade, Mukuro."

Mukuro's eyes sharpened. "What?"

"Consider yourself as part of the family, Mukuro." Daemon mused.

"Why?" Mukuro will never find this amusing no matter the circumstances. Having a family is different; and choosing to trust the adults have proven to be an almost impossible task for the experimented boy at this age after what he has suffered.

"Chrome is part of the family, and family usually sticks together. I could have a male companion to spend my time with too." Daemon could imagine so much of stuff he could with the same gender that he couldn't do with the female counterparts.

"I refuse." Mukuro wasn't going to accept this so easily.

Chrome decided to intervene at the moment. "Mukuro-Onii-sama, why?" The waterworks were coming alive again as a tear dropped down from her cheek. Mukuro stoned at the scene along with Daemon.

Daemon knew how Mukuro was feeling since Elena had taught the same tricks to Chrome. He may have been with Elena for such a long time, but the waterworks seems to work on him Every, Single, Time.

Mukuro immediately gave in. "I give, I give. Nagi….. It doesn't fit your character if you keep crying like this. Onii-sama wouldn't be able to protect you if you always cry like that."

Chrome tilted her head. "Huh?"

"You should….." Mukuro gave her suggestions that were benefitting of a mist user (Years later, he would have realized he shouldn't teach too much to his beloved sadistic sister).

Elena smiled brightly at the newest mansion that they have in Namimori. Her boss decided that since they came together and being the bigger family, they were offered the smaller than regular mansion. But Chrome and Mukuro wasn't disappointed with the results. The mansion itself was nicely furnished and it spelled to them more of home than their previous location.

Daemon was equally satisfied of the building as its eccentric marks beautifully marked across the metal gates and the main door. All in all, it was almost the perfect version of a home and the couple was happy with it.

"Elena…" Elena turned to her husband. "Who is that friend of yours? He's not going to steal you away from me right?" Elena giggled at Daemon's imaginative skills.

"The he you're mentioning is actually a she. Don't worry! We're great friends! In fact, I'm meeting up with her later. She wouldn't mind if you come with me!"

Daemon thought about it carefully before nodding his head. It wouldn't hurt to know someone new, but it would certainly hurt more if they get close to anyone they meet.

"Mama?" Chrome's head poked out from her little hiding spot as she fidgeted. "Can I….. Follow you?"

Elena squealed at her daughter's shy nature. "Of course you can! Mukuro-kun, you too!"

Although there was no reply, there was a slight sound of 'Kufufufu' in the background signifying that he had heard it too.

"Then it's settled!"

"Ara, Elena-chan! Is that your husband right beside you?" Nana hugged her affectionately. Elena giggled.

"Yup. My precious husband, Daemon Spade. Daemon, this is Sawada Tachibana Nana."

Daemon raised his eye. "Sawada? That's Vongola Primo's surname. Are you related to the mafia?" Nana innocently stared as Elena nudged Daemon hard for asking such a question.

"Hm… You can consider my husband as a descendent of his, I guess. And maybe my adorable Tsu-kun too…" Nana rubbed her chin as she thought hard.

"Eh? Didn't you say that you have twins, Nana-chan?" Being a puzzling question, Nana could only smile with regret and loneliness.

"Nari… Isn't my 'son' anymore….."

Elena gasped. "But you gave birth to him!" Nana took up her cup and sipped before continuing.

"So did I to Tsu-kun. But he wouldn't let me see him after taking care of him for a year. And he abandoned his older son just so he needed to one with a powerful skill." Nana was ready to break if it wasn't for Daemon.

"I don't know what he's doing, but he shouldn't put Famiglia over family first. Even Vongola Primo would know of this concept even when he sleeps." Daemon gritted his teeth. Indeed, parents have been irresponsible with their actions that the children would suffer first, and many who just want a simple happy family had been destroyed for who they are and their difficulties.

Elena couldn't have children way back in the olden days, but she loved children to the point she fought for Chrome's custody. He had seen who Elena had cried for days to God that all she wanted was a child, and she could have one, but as small as their first and last child could be, it died before it could reach to adulthood.

Chrome and Mukuro was God-given children that Elena wanted the most in a child. It had reminded the couple of their personalities when they were younger; when Elena was much more shier and not out of the society of nobles yet and Daemon being more playful in his tricks, a free-spirit as to say.

"Nari may be more powerful in many senses, but Tsu-kun has one thing that differs from everyone else: His flames." Daemon stood up hastily, the chair toppling off to the ground.

"Flames?! He's too young to weld such things!" Nana seemed to be more shocked as she questioned.

"Elena-chan… He knows these kinds of things too?" Elena nervously laughed.

"Well… He isn't Giotto's Mist Guardian for nothing."

"Elena! We're not supposed to talk about this!" Daemon warned. He may have distant away from the Famiglia itself, but being Giotto's Guardian has been a fond memory.

"I know everything, Daemon-san. You and Elena-chan have tried to leave this world, didn't you?" Elena bit her lip as Daemon summoned his weapon, gritting his teeth.

"Who are you?" Those words were filled with poison, yet Nana could only smile painfully.

"I….."

"Mama!" Nana's words were interrupted as the fluffy ball of gravity defying brunet hair ran towards her and jumped on her. Having good reflexes, she caught the seven year old.

"Tsu-kun?" Running behind Tsuna were Hayato and Takeshi, trying to catch up with him.

"Mama, when are we going to buy that?" Tsuna gave one the most adorable set of puppy eyes, and Elena squealed at the amount of cuteness he could bring. Tsuna turned to Elena and smiled brightly. Nana gulped nervously, hoping that something could distract him.

"Aunt Elena!" He sprang up onto Elena and hugged while Elena patted him in return. But Tsuna did something strange as he climbed down from Elena and walked towards an empty area. He snapped his fingers, in which almost immediately the illusion dispersed. The couple was quite shocked to see Chrome and Mukuro when they just informed the two that they wanted to go off somewhere instead of following them.

Since when have they been here? The couple thought. Years of experience and yet they couldn't detect the flames?

The couple felt something wrong when Tsuna spoke. "She has the invisible power!"

Chrome shrank in fear as if someone found out something secretive about her.

"Tsu-kun, stop naming Alices on your own accord. You could scare someone out of their wits." Nana gave a knock on his head, leaving a pouting Tsuna to rub on his head.

Tsuna smiled as he walked towards Chrome. "Hell-"

"Stay away from me." Chrome softly spoke, and everyone could feel that she was getting quite agitated. Tsuna tilted his head.

"Why?" Tsuna reached out his hand to her when his hand was feeling cold. He stared his hand in astonishment, seeing that his hand was covered with ice. Hayato growled at Chrome while Takeshi frowned at the frozen hand of Tsuna's.

"Teme…." Hayato was going to take out his dynamites when the same frozen hand stopped him.

"Tsuna-sama…"

"It's alright, Hayato. She's just afraid that someone's going to take her away like those men in black, right? And this ice is different from them." Chrome widened her eyes. She hadn't told anyone that she was to be captured and brought to a different place. Whether it was good or bad, she couldn't trust her parents or friends on this, especially when she had been called a freak in her class.

Tsuna closed his eyes, concentrating as the ice melted away from his hand. "I'm an Alice user too!"

At that moment, something was swiftly thrown towards Tsuna, who dodged and pouted. "Stop throwing stuff at me, Mikan!"

The brunette came out of her hiding spot. "You shouldn't be reveal things you shouldn't have, you know. Now we need to explain more to the couple there." Tsuna turned to the adults, and bowed.

"Sorry Mama, Aunt Elena and…" Tsuna then knitted his brows, wondering about Daemon.

"Daemon Spade."

"Uncle Daemon." Tsuna noted. Daemon nodded as he continued to observe the brunet. Before he could take back his words, his mouth moved unconsciously.

"You look more like Primo's son than the Young Lion of Vongola's." Instead of a normal child's reaction, Tsuna turned to Nana.

"I look like Vongola Primo?" Tsuna thought about it for a moment and smiled brightly. "Really?! That man doesn't really take care of Mama, and if I look like him, I'm going to make Mama sad."

"That man?" Elena turned to Nana in confusion.

"He refuses to acknowledge him as his father, and I'm ending up doing the same thing as him since he doesn't like to hear his name." Nana shrugged; probably that's why she couldn't see him as her husband or a man anymore.

Tsuna closed his eyes once more and mist started forming around him. Something started to form on his hands, slowly taking its form. Tsuna was perspiring and bit his lip as he struggled to control.

Mukuro narrowed his eyes as the product finally finished. A trident? Why did he create two of them?

Tsuna smiled weakly as he passed the weapons to the siblings. His eyes shone a vibrant orange hue, keeping himself from losing conscious.

"Ne, if you are in deep trouble, please use the weapon in times of need. I got a feeling you might need it." Tsuna walked towards his mother unsteadily, before fainting on her.

"Tsu-kun!"

"Tsuna/ Tsuna-sama!" Hayato and Takeshi ran towards their sky.

"Nana-sama, what did…?" Hayato was interrupted by Nana.

"Tsu-kun wasn't supposed to use his Alices."

"What on earth is this power, Nana-chan?" Elena frowned.

"I need you to come with me, and I can tell you more about it. We're attracting too much of attention." The couple nodded since people are staring at them weirdly.

(Present)

As soon as Tsuna came back with the two newest members of the family, Namimori Academy had their newest event: Cake day.

Reborn had been puzzled when Fuuta de la Stella and Fon's student came back with him. It wasn't part of the plan, but he would want to have them into his student's Famiglia.

However, he got more important things to settle: Like the rich Espresso favored cake that was in front of him.

Gosh…. It was a cake that was definitely made from Heaven.

"How is it, Reborn-san?" Tsuna just finished clearing up the mess that he made in the kitchen, and he needed someone to try his cake.

"Hn." Tsuna smiled, knowing that the small indication was implying that he actually liked the cake. If he was younger, he could have poisoned the cake without knowing what he had done. Blame him or blame on his poison Alice.

Tsuna had taken pride on his desserts, and they were rewards for everyone, or blackmail, whichever that comes first. And he was thankful for this ability of his. Even Lambo would behave himself just to have those deserts. Thank goodness for the massive amount of cookies that was baked for every week, though it was still a mystery how those cookies were baked in such a short time.

Camellia and Elena may have been models, but that didn't stop them for eating those deliciously looking deserts. It has been a miracle how they could still maintain their figures.

"Really? That's all you could say?" Tsuna pouted, playfully dissatisfied.

"Then you should have tried Bianchi's cooking."

"Ah…. Hayato's sister. Hayato mentioned that her cooking is…." Tsuna paused for some dramatic effect. "Undesirable." More like disgusting. Tsuna continued in his head. He had seen pictures of her cooking, and sad to say, even an idiot would know that you couldn't eat anything weird, especially with living worms wiggling around the poisoned food. Or maybe he would have to teach Bianchi a certain course about disguising her food.

Reborn seemed to agree with Tsuna's choice of words as he had seen Bianchi sometimes failing on her job, but he had also seen how it managed to kill someone before. He took another bite of the delightful espresso cake, and slowly melted on his mouth.

"Well, at least I know that my baking skills still hasn't degraded at all, I could bake for the grand prize for tomorrow's Cake Day."

"You have to bake for the students?" Tsuna smiled brightly before narrowing his eyes, massaging his forehead.

"You have no idea how much people would be willing to do for my desserts, Reborn-san." Tsuna turned and started to walk around the Academy's kitchen to gather for ingredients again as Reborn pondered on his thoughts.

Like how hard could this be?

"Ah, Mr Louise!" Tsuna smiled as he shook hands with a famous entrepreneur from France.

"Mr Tsunayoshi, a pleasure to meet you and your delightful creations."

"Why thank you. I presume that you would want Secret Lover for your wife?" The man boisterously laughed.

"You still know me very well after we first met, Mr Tsunayoshi! Indeed, my anniversary with my beloved Sara is coming up. Tomorrow in fact!" The man spoke with a hint of remorse, since it was such a sudden plan after all.

Tsuna was unfazed by the difficulty as he cheerfully spoke. "Thankfully I baked one in advance! I was afraid that you would want it, so I baked it since you are one of our favorite customers and sponsors too!"

The man quickly lit up. "Really? You baked Secret Lover already? I thank you so much, Mr Tsunayoshi. And to sponsor for the famous Namimori Academy's a great honor! I hadn't seen my finances drop ever since I invested in this school."

Tsuna laughed gratefully. "Then I thank you for helping us in our school flourish then."

"No, it is my pleasure." The two shook hands. "Mr Louise, one of my council members will lead you to the cake and see you on your way out."

Tsuna smiled at Takeshi who nodded and lead the way. Reborn who has been hiding for some time, stumbled at the amount of clients they have on Cake Day. Mystified by the amount of cakes that had been appearing, Tsuna spoke to each and every one of them in a professional way. Ienari who has been hiding just behind the one way mirror, was plainly annoyed.

"Reborn, why are we here and looking at Dame-Tsuna doing his work?" Ienari sipped his tea that was given by one of the females. (And they look pretty good too.)

"You are here to learn how these things are worked in these areas." Taking a sip on his espresso, Reborn silently thanked for the heavenly bitter coffee.

"We are the Mafia, Reborn. We don't do stupid pleasure talks."

At the moment, Tsuna came in with his hand on his tie, unloosing his tie and sitting on one of the sofas.

"Well, I would be gladly to help Reborn-san on his tutoring materials on this topic, but Ienari…"

"Shut up!" Ienari intercepted his words. "You have no means to call me by my name, Dame-Tsuna!"

Tsuna narrowed his amber colored eyes as he stood up and walked to his twin. "I may not know about what's going on here, Sawada Ienari, but remember, lesson 1: Always respect your family members, even if they mean nothing to you. And right now, I'm on my verge on breaking lesson 1 because of your worthless attitude." He scowled.

Hayato who just came in had the sudden feeling to get out of the room or hide somewhere safe. An angry Mikan is one thing, but An angry Tsuna is on a whole new level of this-is-creepy. Facing Tsuna's wrath is as good as dying, and Ienari should be grateful that Tsuna's anger hasn't reached to the limit yet.

Ienari widened his eyes. Did he just…?

"And if you find this lesson on this pleasantries quite ridiculous for you, then find your own way out. Sink or swim, I don't care. Or send your worse option, I'll send you a shark out there for you to die. Heed my words, I'm not as nice as your tutor over there." Tsuna walked away as he adjusted his tie and Hayato without a word, opened the door for his Kaichou.

"Have a good day, Ienari, Reborn-san." As soon as the door closed, the pin drop silence came. It may have seem like it was just a normal lecture, but the pressure that hit on them was hard. Reborn had never met such high intensity pressure aura and he would even be sure that Tsuna wasn't just an ordinary person anymore.

He would make a perfect boss, but something tells him that something different would be going off course. He may not have the Vongola intuition, but his own intuition was good enough within expert standard.

Ienari gritted his teeth, but something inside of him started to flutter. Was that jealousy? But the feeling was much warmer, like…. Awe.

Ienari shook off his head mentally; Why would he look up to his disgusting brother anyway?

He had been the chosen one out of the two after all. But…

Has he really been chosen?

Cake Day had been swiftly done as much as the grand prize of the 1 foot tall multi-favored cake was given to the group of students while the 3 stories tall version of the same cake was given to everyone. Well, everyone in Namimori City is always welcome to join in these events.

Tsuna stood at the dark side of a corner, drinking what is considered illegal to a 15 year old. He would rather drink wine than to drink beer since beer always has that weird taste in his mouth.

"Omnivore, you shouldn't be drinking right now." Tsuna smiled at the rare visitation of his disciplinary President.

"Ara, Kyoya. Just let me have a breather by drinking, will you? I'll make it up to you." Kyoya stared at Tsuna.

"Hn." Tsuna smiled at the understanding feelings that Kyoya gave. Kyoya has always known what he has been thinking anyways.

"You know… I've always wondered why this always happens to me. The overwhelming jobs, the Famiglia, the council, and so much more. Ienari may still be my brother, but I wonder when… When will I betray the words family and stay with Famiglia? Or the day where I have to see Ienari's life slip off in front of me?" Tsuna stopped his mumbling for a moment, and drops of tears dropped down his face.

"I don't know when I could stop this…. this madness. I-I…" Tsuna widened his eyes as Kyoya pulled him towards himself.

"Just let it out, Sawada Tsunayoshi. Or you will never become the carnivore I want you to be." Tsuna didn't think twice on Kyoya's words as he let his heart out. Chrome and Genevra had created a sound-invisible barrier just before hand, so Tsuna was prepared to let out his heart.

Time seemed to pass by slowly as Tsuna cried and calmed himself down from the overwhelming stress.

"Thanks Kyoya. I need that."

"Hn." Kyoya decided to just leave the barrier, just in time for the end of event, where Tsuna would have to make his closing speech.

"… And now we would have the president of Namimori Academy, Sawada Tsunayoshi who will grace us with his closing speech."

"I thank you everyone for joining us for today. I hope you have enjoyed the cake which I and a few people (A half-truth) have baked. For those who have come far and wide to grace us with your presence, I thank you for joining us in one of our delightful event. I hope you would come back in another time." Tsuna bowed and gracefully stepped down the podium.

Just as he walked out of the spotlight, his phone rang in an unusual way. Not that it hasn't ring for a long time, but it was the Famiglia tone. He took the phone up to his ear, thinking of what could have happened to be such an emergency.

"Hello?"

"…." Tsuna's amber eyes shone a darker color of Orange, almost to the color of Midnight Red.

"I understand. Send me the relevant files. We're going to have a Famiglia meeting."

Being it a long table, Tsuna and Nana sat on the center of table while Mikan sat on the other side. Some of the members were not there since they have sworn to secrecy that they wouldn't show their faces. The second boss of Notte Fantasma has also been secretive in her own ways and only the older generation guardians and Tsuna's had seen her. Sitting on the longer sides of the table were all of their guardians, all silent on their own perspective seats.

Tsuna's eyes have been shining in the color of Midnight Red for the whole time, and the atmosphere was grave enough to even stop Takeshi from smiling.

"As Notte Fantasma's core members, we got a grave situation with Vongola." Nana announced as she closed her eyes so as not to worry everyone.

"A grave situation?" Wyatt questioned.

"Yes. And this consists of… The Vongola rings."

"What?" Ignazio muttered under his breath dangerously.

"But that's impossible! The candidate should have solved the problem with Vongola Blood!" Genevra wasn't satisfied with anything, especially when her precious counterparts are going to be involved.

"The rings rejected him." Tsuna murmured, temperature dropping a few degrees lower.

"Impossible!" Sakurai slammed the table as she shot up from her seat. "He was the perfect candidate for being Vongola Decimo!"

"But that's not what Giotto thinks. He could have rejected him because of his barbaric nature." Daemon mused, but anyone close to him would realize that he was clearly annoyed too.

"I would agree with Giotto if he's unfit to be the next Vongola, but we need to persuade him to accept the next Candidate. We can't have Tsuna-kun on both sides of the Famiglia! He'll break!" Elena spoke.

"Or we need to change his attitude." Nicola spoke with a monotone voice.

"More importantly, don't we have something more important to discuss?" Tsuna lifted his head from his hands, taking a clear look at everyone before making the announcement.

"The Varia's coming."

I'm glad somehow it's the holidays, even though it's running out faster than I thought...
