The Falling Star and The Visitor

I woke up screaming because of the pain all over my body. I adjust my sight.

I was back on the guild. Levy and Fred are right, the pain is really killing me. I forced myself to stood up, I made a small gasp. Everything is destroyed Fred was lying unconscious on the ground while Levy was taking effort to stand up, both of them are badly wounded. Who would do this to them? Is Gray, Erza, Juvia and the other Fairy Tail members alright? The Guild was badly wrecked. Damn it what just happened!?

"Levy-chan!" I shouted getting her attention, she glanced upon me a drop of blood rushed down to her right side face.

"L-Lu-chan.." Levy manage to say.

She made a low squeak as her collar was grab and raised.

My eyes widen, I can't speak. My heart was beating loud, Its him.

No this is not him this is only the effect of the curse controlling him.

Not him Lucy.. Not him.

"Hey! Stop that.. Natsu"

Natsu turned his gaze to me, he was having a no reaction look, his eyes were glowing red, marks were almost covering his face. His spiky hair grew long down to his back. I was doing my best to take a step to reach him.

My heart just won't stop beating louder, its was like telling me to

'Lucy go and hug him!'

a feeling like I haven't seen him for a long time, like I damn missed him so much.

Ah! I don't anymore understand what my heart and my feelings thinks. Is that what really feels to fall in love to someone deep like this?

LUCY! WAKE UP!

You're in the middle of WORLD WAR III and you're thinking like that!? Is your pain in your body not enough to wake you!?

I shook my head.

Seriously that voice in my head is really pissing me.

"Natsu! Put her down" I said smugly. He yawns and looked at me with his bored look. I narrowed my eyes on him.

I'm so weak for falling in love to him.

"PUT HER DOWN!" I commanded displeasingly. He was still ignoring me, is he enjoying this!?

I put my palm on my face.

"DO IT ALREADY!" my body hurts from screaming.

He surprisingly obeyed raising both of his hands on the air, making Levy fall with a hurtful squeak.

"Levy-chan! Hang on!"

"L-Lu-chan, He's n-not the N-Natsu y-you know... Run" Levy manage to say before she blackens out.

Tch, I have traveled too long. I might have save her and Fred if I wasn't goofing around at the past. I turned my gaze back to Natsu his face was still emotionless. When I was inches away from him.

I pinched both of his cheeks.

"Bad Natsu! Hurting your2 ally is BAD you know!"

Natsu made a small squeak which I found adorable.

I quickly took of my fingers in his cheeks I shook them because I suddenly felt the heat, its like his face is on fire. His eyes widen.

"Well then, I'll see you later Natsu" I said having a wide grin on my face. I started to walk away.

I won't talk, I won't tell him what I feel, not now.

"Luce, wait.." He said as he grab my wrist. I felt a cold chill running down at my back, my eyes widen my cheeks are burning.

LUCY STOP THAT

I turned my gaze back to him.

"Y-ye-yes?" I said nervously his eyes are focusing on me.

So this moment is like uhm, a slow motion thing? I don't know which is more surprising, him suddenly grabbing me causing the world to stop or that he called me by my name? I pulled my hand back from his hold.

"I'm sorry Natsu, I have to do something important" I said and started running.

Don't look back Lucy (his looks are tempting you) Ignore the pain, keep running...

I have to go to Natsu and Happy's house, take that rainbow colored flower and speak those weird words the Queen or Natsu's mother told me. The consequence of this spell is that I might fall into somewhere but no, I don't care about that I just know that I have to save him.

"Lucy!" I snap my attention back.

I stopped running catching my breath I made a low scream.

Dang it this pain on my body is crazy.

I saw Erza looking at me worriedly her armor was wornout she was also wounded. I took a deep breath.

"Sorry Erza, gotta run" I glance at my back, and guess what I was being chased by evil creatures with long fangs and eyes that targeting me. Natsu must have sent them to catch me.. To kill me.

Erza reequipped.

"I'll handle this, do what you must" I nod.

Erza started to attack them.

Run for you life Lucy.

Resist the pain... For Natsu.

I was doing my best to dodge the attacks of those creatures at my back, When I arrived at Natsu's house I swiftly picked the flower placing it to a spot where the moonlight makes its rainbow color petals gleam. I ignored the howling and the loud footsteps outside, just concentrating my mind.

I kneel down closing my eyes while holding the flower in the moonlight. I spoke the words Queen Grandine had told me.

I opened my eyes and watched as the flower slowly vanishing leaving sparkling lights all over my skin.

Natsu really did took care of it don't he? does he even still remember that? He was like five or six years old at that time.

I startled I was already surrounded by those creatures.

I made a nervous smile and peace sign.

They growled at me (that was being mean, I'm trying to make peace here) they started to attack me.

My body started to glow in a bright light yellow color.

They were pretty amaze in my condition, what am I an entertainment? Then with a blink of an eye all of them started to vanish slowly. I looked above and the green blue colored fissure in the sky is starting to pull everyone in. I heard screams of people panicking. It was starting a little bit more then everything will go back to place, Natsu will finally be free to his curse.

I was still kneeling down as everything around we was being pulled into the sky, I can see Gray and Gajeel smiling at me before both of them fade. Then I saw him, he was standing in front of me crossing his arms. His spiky pink hair was back into his original position his marks on his face and arms are disappearing, his body was also glowing in the same light as me.

"Natsu.." I murmured, He smiled at me then slowly disappearing.

I was suddenly relieve it was hard to imagine that idiot arrogant person would actually smile at me.

After he disappeared, a young man appeared in front of me in the middle of destruction. The bright light on me was opposing his dark light. He was wearing a high collared black and tan robes with gold trim having a flowing black toga. He has a short raven colored hair, he has the same blazing red eyes like Natsu.

"Sacrificing your life to go back to time and save people what a considerate person you are" He smirked as I narrowed my eyes on him.

Its him the one who has been hunting me in my dreams the one who cursed Natsu.

Zeref

He squated in front of me lifting my chin up, his eyes were full of hatred and evil.

"The curse on that dear dragon slayer has not been fully removed as long as I'am alive it will be forever sealed on him, do you still have enough strength to defeat me?" He added.

"What is the cause of your hatred" I asked him.

His eyes widen from my sudden question he stood up smirking.

He crossed his arms as his eyes were still on me.

"You ruin everything dear, yet I see your personality interesting I let you go this time but the next time I see you that light surrounds you will be shared with my darkness" He smirked once more then started to walk away the dark light around him vanishes with him.

Finally! He finally left he was freakishly scaring me out. I can checked myself I was also starting to fade, I closed my eyes. That's the end of it I have reached my limits.

I manage to slowly open my left eye. I was falling, not just me I was falling with the stars around me, where I'am I don't even know anymore.

I can't scream, I can't move I was only feeling the pain. A tear drop poured as I fall, is this it? Is this my end? will I just die in a condition like this? I can't give up even if this pain is already paralyzing my body. My life won't end until I FULLY saved Natsu from his curse.

I won't die I'll keep on surviving.

"LUCE!"

I snapped back to reality.

I heard his voice calling me but where is he? I'm spinning around as I fall, I can't even shout his name.

"LUCE!"

I heard it again, Natsu! My eyes widen, He was running. He was finally here. What took you so long jerk.

I closed my eyes. I was terribly scared when Zeref appeared in front of me, I'm glad your finally here.

I slowly opened my eyes, Natsu was carrying me into his arms while pacing. His marks were already vanished. I stared at him, I felt my cheeks burning.

"OH, Luhssse! I'm your awake!"Happy said.

I made a low shriek.

"Hold on Luce.. Almost there" Natsu said, I glance upon him on eyed open.

He was in his pissed looked again.

"N-Natsu.."

"Sssh! You're still vulnerable to talk, tch I feel so annoyed because of you saving me and I can't stupidly find away to save you. You like breaking rules don't you."

Maybe his right I feel so desperately weak, I'm already feeling weary.

"Oi! Get a hold on yourself" Natsu said. I was breathing heavily. I smiled.

The pain is breaking me into pieces I can't stand it anymore.

"NATSU-NIII!"

I slowly turned my gaze and saw a young boy with dark violet like hair running frantically to us.

"Romeo-kun! Whats with the rush!?" Happy said. Natsu stopped walking.

"N-Na-Natsu-nii Its your-" Romeo's words were cut.

My eyes widen.

Sidled to him was a young girl which I think has the same age as him. She has a long dark blue hair that reaches down to her waist, she wears a elegant dress with two wavy stripes running across the dress and ending in small pointed edges at the bottom.

"ITS NICE TOO SEE YOU AGAIN... NATSU-NII AND HAPPY-KUN"

My jaw drop.

"W-wendy.." I turned my gaze back to Natsu.

OMG Natsu was also surprise. Nastu shook his head, he looked at the little girl called Wendy.

"Quick! I need your help, heal her!"

Natsu said agitatedly He squatted as Wendy nods putting her hands to me, I can say she has the same magic as the Queen,

wait.

Hmm the Queen..

OH GOSH, SHE'S THE LITTLE SISTER OF NATSU!?

"Ara, Ara you caused so much trouble Young Prince" I turned my gaze as a white exceed appearing at the back of Wendy.

Happy's eyes widen.

"OH, CARLA! Your here too!" Happy said.

"Of course we came here to do your 'supposed to be' mission" Carla said smugly.

"Eh? Mission?" The white exceed put her paw on hear making a 'Tss' sound.

"You're suppose to bring the Young Prince back don't you remember that?" Carla sighed. "Both of you shouldn't even joining in that guild stupid cat!" she added.

"Carla, enough you're mission is bringing us back right? Well let me tell you this straight" Natsu narrowed his eyes on the white exceed, while Carla glared his eyes on him.

"I won't go back there" Natsu said.

"OKAY ALL HEALED" Wendy said, how can she heal of that pain in just minutes no seconds.

Natsu helped me to stand both of us are staring each other.

"I'll carry you at my back, you're still vulnerable to move" He turned around, waiting me to climb to his back.

I was..

I was speechless, I was madly blushing dang it.

"Oi, stop looking like that blond wolf! You look scary you know"

"WHAT DID YOU SAY!"

"Tch, you're annoying" Natsu replied.

I rolled my eyes, yep his back to his 'NORMAL' self (the arrogant attitude) does he even remember what he said to me when he was young?

He was like..

'Onee-san, Marry me..." Oh, gosh he was so truly adorable back then, I wonder..

"Uhm, Natsu do you remember that small plant I gave you?" He gaze upon me raising his eye brow.

"Huh? What are you talking about? And why would you give me a plant, Luce your acting strange"

I pouted. He turned his gaze back to Wendy.

"Did you fully heal her?" Natsu asked.

"Of course I did!" Wendy replied.

I swear I want to throw him in the ocean or let him freeze to death in Snowy Village (more like North Pole) Urghh! His annoying! I want to tie him in the middle of the sea!

"Prince Natsu and Happy I need to talk to both of you right now!" Carla said dragging them both at the same time.

"Wait! Carla.. Luce is still there! Wait!"

"Shut up! Both of you need to be disciplined!" Carla replied.

"Waaaa! Lushee help me!" Happy begged.

Natsu looked at me pleading me to help him Happy also. I sarcastically smiled to both of them waving my hand.

"Good luck!"

I can hear Natsu's 'tss' sound.

Hahahahaha!

"Uhm, I'm sorry for the attitude of Natsu-nii and Carla" I turned my gaze to Wendy she was bowing her head to me.

"Ah. No! I don't mind" I said "Even if your brother is an idiot"

"What?"

"I mean I'm Lucy Heartfillia, Nice to meet you Wendy" I said and smiled I shook her hand.

"Uhm, Wendy, what do you want to Natsu?" I asked. Wendy sighed.

"Actually, Lucy-san can I make a deal to you?" Wendy ask as she shyly scratched the back of her head.

"What is it?"

"I tell you everything I know If..."

Okay here comes the 'If' thing... I gulp.

"If.. You became first place in tomorrow's contest" Wendy giggled. I raised my eye brow. "Tomorrow will be the festival right? The contest about tomorrow was already posted everywhere"

Hmm, I see I wonder what kind of contest is that.

"Please! Lucy-san" Wendy started looking at me with her puppy eyes. I sighed in defeat.

"Wendy, why do you want me to become the first place is it okay if I became second-"

"Lucy-san, I have reasons" Wendy looked down, feeling rejected.

"Okay where do we sign up!" She made a small gasp and looked at me with a gleaming grin on her face. Wendy swiftly dragged me into the guild were the registration is, unbelievable she just barge in there.

Just great Lucy

I guess I don't have any choice, Lucy what did you end up doing again?

First you were falling in the sky and now you made a deal to the young sister of the arrogant Prince. Oh really Lucy!

[The Day Of The Competition]

"GOOD MORNING LUCY-SAN!" Wendy greeted with a wide grin on her face.

"Good morning, has Happy and Nastu came?" I ask.

Seriously Lucy early in the morning and you're asking about.

Wendy giggled.

"Hey stop that"

"Oh, sorry Lucy-san, nope Carla is still talking to them"

Oh I see, but, I have to deal with my own problems too.

"Welcome Contestants!"

The white haired mage greeted.

"I Mirajane Strauss will be your MC for this contest, for our first judge is no other than the guild Master Makarov the second judge will be former winner and the grandson of the guild master Laxus Dreyar" The crowd cheered more loud and I got more nervous than ever.

I glance upon the contestants, It was Juvia Cana,

and Fred? Why would he join here?

"Oh, Laxus-san watch me!" Fred murmured. Oh I see...

And what the heck GAJEEL is also joining!?

I put my palm on my face I don't know if I can win anymore.

Mira explained the rules. The first round will be horse racing, but racing with a selected costume. I picked a piece of paper in the glass bowl to determine what kind of costume I will wear.

"Hmm, Bride gown.. The heck"

"OH LUCY-SAN! Your lucky for picking that" I startled, Wendy just popped out grinning her face to me, what does she mean lucky?

After I dressed I went my way and pick the horse I will use, I look like a run away bride!

While sitting at the horse I glance at the other contestants Gajeel was wearing a magician costume Cana was wearing a school uniform,

"I have to resist this Lucy! I need to manage this! Ohhh I can't wait for the third round" Cana said eyeing on me.

"Whats with the third round?" I asked her, she flutter her eyes and winked on me.

I felt uneasy on that.

Fred was wearing a cowboy costume which he find it uncomfortable while Juvia was looking at me with her eyes saying..

"Love Rival"

I gulp.

Juvia was wearing a Grim Reaper's costume. I found her scarier than ever.

BANG

The was the sound of the gun signing us to begin. I can hear Wendy cheering me.

I have confidence in this round, I'm all about running. I finished the race not knowing what rank I'am.

I rushed to the dressing room looking for Erza.

The second round was a talent portion, I was wearing a pink gown and Cancer was the one who fixed my hair. For the talent portion I planned to perform a drama on stage, Erza agreed but I don't know why up until now she's not here I'm getting goosebumps.

Gajeel is the first one to perform he was wearing his white long sleeve shirt white pants white hat and a rock star glasses. He started singing, my jaw drop Levy was also there wearing a bunny costume I can see her embarrass face.

I think the crowd preferred Levy than Gajeel

"Go Levy-chan" I murmured and giggled.

The next one is Fred.

Is he reading a story or singing I don't now the crowd was also confuse on what Fred was saying. I can see Laxus yawning.

I once again searched the back stage.

"Erza where are you!"

huhu.. She's still nowhere to be found.

Juvia is on the stage with Gray both of them are having a duet and Gray sounded like a drunk person. Juvia was clinging to him than ever.

Cana performed a dance number which I can see the crowd cheering for her.

"Lucy, your up next" Mira said.

I pouted. ERZA is still not here...

OOOH I'm freaking out! Calm down Lucy! Erza will appear.

I took a deep breath.

"Last but not the least LUCY HEARTFILLIA" The crowd cheered.

"NO NO NO! I'm not ready yet MIRA!" I pleaded.

Mira smiled to me I gulp my legs are shaking.

The curtain moved revealing me at the spotlight.

"He-he.." Everyone was silence waiting for me to do my act.

Gosh I'm freaking out, Dang it! Where is ERZA!? Somebody help me.

"Uh Lucy you can perform now" Master Makrov said. I manage to smile at him.

The heck what am I going to do? I can see Wendy giving all her hopes to me. Uhhhh what to do!? I gulp once again.

"I- I-I.."

The piano started to play. Another spotlight lightens revealing Happy playing the piano. When the blue cat notice me he winked.

"I din't expect to find you here Luce..."

My eyes widen.

"N-n-n-Natsu?" I said as my voice is trembling.He smirked.

He grab my hand putting it to his shoulder and the other one on his hand. He placed his left hand on my waist.

I want to ask him.

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING HERE!?

But I can't I'm speechless he was wearing an elegant suit which matches his eyes. I'm falling further in love my legs are shaking almost made me trip while both of us are dancing. The crowd was silent pleased and at the same time surprise for Natsu's sudden appearance.

"W-Wh-why a-are y-you here?" I asked stammering my words.

He smiled at me that made my jaw drop and shiver.

"Because you are obviously here. I go wherever you go Luce."

Okay here he goes again.

You think you can fool me with your cheesy lines! Idiot you just came here to escape to Carla.

I want to say that too but I can't say anything Its like I'm out of my league. Happy was playing the piano perfectly and everything is just.. Like the world stops once again.

"Depending on Natsu again" I can hear Lisanna whispering.

Its true though, without him I don't know what might happen.

I gulp and glance on Natsu once again his onyx eyes was focusing on me causing me to stiffen my move, I can't breath my cheeks are madly burning.

My hearts keeps beating faster.

No!

Stop this Lucy! you can't forever depend on him. Wake up! Wake up!

Girl just enjoy this! My inner self said.

I turned my gaze to the crowd, bowing my head I din't waited for Happy to finish I just ran off the stage entering the dressing room.

I took off the pink gown and changed back into my normal clothes.

On the third round I was trying my best to avoid Natsu's gaze.

phew.

"The last one stands win!" Mira continued. I shook my head I wasn't properly listening.

"Wait! Whats with the third round again?"

All the contestants were sitting and on the table each of us are given a glass of liquor.

"Means you have to drink all of this Bunny-chan until you win"

"WHAT!?"

All of this!? like how can I all do this!?

"GO FOR IT LUCY-SAN!" Wendy cheered "GOOD LUCK LUSHEE!" followed by Happy. I pouted I gave a quick glance to Natsu who was staring at me with his annoyed look. I sighed I made it this far I won't ask Natsu for help I will do this on my own.

"T- Thats it I'm ou-" Gajeel drop the glass and his head was on the table he started to snore.

Juvia and Fred was out Cana and I were once who are fighting now.

"A-amazing L-Lucy" I started at Cana and smiled.

"I-*hiccups* want to fly under the sea" then I started to laugh then drinking the one glass of beer straight.

My sight was already spinning, I'm already have the feeling that sooner or later I'm going to vomit but..

"I won't *hiccups* give u-up!"

After drinking a few more..

"THE WINNER IS LUCY HEARTFILLIA!"

I stood up!

My head aches. The world is spinning around.

"That's all *hiccups* folks"

I made another laugh, and after that I don' t know what happen.

Happy's POV

"Lushee! You're so noisy!" I shouted to her while she was being carried by Natsu at his back.

"shut*hiccups* up cat!" she laughs again and repeated the same song she was singing, she sounded like Fred.

"Luce, why din't you ask me to help you on that round" Natsu said smugly. Lucy vomited on his side."AH! Dang it, blond wolf stop that! Thats what you get for not asking my help" Lucy glared her eyes on Natsu.

"Lucy, don't want to rely on Natsu-kun"

And now her voice changed again, now she sounded like a preschooler.

"Natsu-kun don't want Lucy always relying on him" Natsu's annoyed face changed.

"Idiot, I like you more when your relying on me"

Lucy was already sleeping on his back.

I made a sadistic laugh.

"HE Liiiiiikeees her!"

"Shut up" Natsu replied.

"Ah, Natsu-nii I'm still here" Natsu startled.

Wendy was counting the cash prize at the contest.

"W-wendy! How did you, more importantly why did you let Lucy into this stupid contest on the first place" Natsu said more annoyed than ever.

"Because we had a deal, if she wins I will tell her the reason why me and Carla are went here"

Oh, I see so that 'mission' was the reason, I wish you luck Lucy.
