A full week passed before I heard anything about my flying lessons. I was sitting outside on the steps inside my house working on a small doodle when Hiccup came in with a smile on his face.

"Enya, I think I've figured out a way to help you."

I immediately looked up from the paper I was drawing on. "Really?"

Hiccup nodded his head and told me to follow him. I stood up and followed him out the door. When we got outside, I saw Toothless sitting in front of our house.

"I have to practice my flying on Toothless?" I asked, starting to feel a little uneasy.

"Not yet." Hiccup said, getting into Toothless' saddle. "When you get more experience with flying on your own, you can start riding with Toothless. But right now he's just flying us to the academy.

"Sounds good to me." I said and got into my usual spot behind Hiccup. He hooked his metal leg into the stirrup and soon we were flying toward the dragon academy. I tried to keep my eyes opened and keep my eyes forward since I knew this would probably be lesson one when Hiccup started to teach me. But right now all I saw when I looked forward was the back of Hiccup's head so it wasn't exactly all the exciting. Plus I only managed to keep my eyes opened for about a minute before I started getting a sick feeling in my stomach and I had to shut my eyes again. Though, one whole minute could probably be a record for me.

Soon, I felt Toothless land and I opened my eyes. Hiccup and I got out of the saddle and I followed behind him and Toothless into the academy.

When I walked in, I saw Astrid, Fishlegs, Snotlout, and the twins standing in front of their dragons.

"This should be fun." I thought. I stood beside Hiccup and looked at them.

"Alright Enya, take your pick." Hiccup said, gesturing toward the group.

I looked over at my brother and raised an eyebrow. "Pick?"

He nodded his head. "See, every one of them has thought of a way to help you. And since a certain someone," Hiccup shot a glare over at Snotlout "kept making an argument that everyone else's ideas were horrible, I decided to let you pick who you want to help you first."

"Really?" I asked. I looked over at the group. I smirked and nodded my head. "I can deal with that."

"Great," Hiccup said "Just pick whichever dragon you want to start riding first."

I walked to the middle of the arena and crossed my arms. "Hmm…"

"Hey Enya?" I heard Tuffnut say and I looked over at him. "You know, you can ride my dragon anytime you want." He said chuckling.

"He's out." I thought, rolling my eyes. "No thanks Tuff. I've already ridden it once and it wasn't all that impressive."

He opened his mouth to say something but then closed it. I went back to looking at the dragons.
