Chapter Eleven

Raditz softly planted his feet on the sandy coastline of the island that belonged to the great martial arts master, Master Roshi, landing firmly from his high-speeded flight to the island. Upon landing, Raditz glanced up at the old man's home, which appeared to be built mostly out of wood. The entire wooden home was painted in a thick coat of hot pink colored paint, except for the roof of the small structure, which was painted with a much manlier red color along with the words, 'KAME HOUSE' written in the same shade of red along the front of the home, above the green door.

The young, long-haired Saiyan slowly advanced towards the home, ascending the small set of stairs until he came face-to-face with the green colored door. "Old man, I'm back and ready to begin my training!" Raditz shouted, alerting the Turtle Hermit of his presence as he repeatedly knocked his closed fist on the doorway.

A second later, the legendary master himself poked his head outside of his window, seeing the spiky haired warrior that was Raditz impatiently awaiting him to open the door. The Earthling then walked over to the front door, opening it to grant his student access to his home. "Well, it seems that my young Saiyan student has returned. I'm guessing that this means that you have finally finished your task Raditz. Where's that pretty blue-haired friend of yours?" The Turtle Hermit greeted, a smirk spreading across his face.

"She decided to go back to her own home while I trained with you," The Saiyan plainly answered, his tone a bit harsh as Roshi joked about Bulma. "Now… before we get started on our training, could I get a bite to eat?"

"Sure… there should be a few things in the fridge. Help yourself," The Turtle Hermit replied, with Raditz charging straight past him into the kitchen. Roshi heard a few loud sounds boom throughout the kitchen, and knowing that the sound did not sound like a good thing, did not even bother to ask the Saiyan what was happening. After a solid minute, Raditz suddenly walked out of the kitchen, his stomach satisfied for the moment after eating all of the food that he could find stored in the refrigerator.

"You're going to need a bit more groceries," The Saiyan managed to say between burps, patting his stomach in satisfaction. "Now, I didn't come here to talk… let's get my training started."

Before the Turtle Hermit could even respond to the Saiyan's impatience, the conversation between the two was suddenly interrupted as a baldheaded boy measuring much shorter than Raditz and about a head shorter than the Turtle Hermit revealed himself to the public, though in a bad way as he had tripped on his introduction, landing headfirst in the blazing, gritty sand settling around the beach of Roshi's island. To Raditz, it seemed that the boy had tried to make a dramatic entrance upon arrival, jumping off of the very manmade boat on which he had paddled to the Turtle Hermit's island upon, though somehow miscalculating his jump. Although Raditz had tried his best to suppress a round of laughter, he could not manage to hold it in… laughing purely at the boy's outstanding fail.

A little bit over a minute later, Master Roshi and the long-haired Saiyan, Raditz, managed to pull the boy's large head free from its sabulous prison. The boy wore a golden yellow shaolin monk outfit, with six scarred shaolin dots on his forehead, with his head being completely shaven like that of a monk's. Raditz was also not oblivious to the fact that the Earthling had no nose at all upon his face, something that was slightly creeping him out.

"Now that we've helped you, tell us who you are." Raditz demanded the short Human with a somewhat harsh tone in his voice.

"For your information," The boy answered, his voice emitting the same harsh tone as Raditz's. "My name is Krillin. I have traveled a great distance from the Orin Temple to train under the great Master Roshi, the legendary Turtle Hermit."

"Beat in squirt," Raditz threatened the boy, stepping a foot towards the Earthling. "The old man already has a much stronger and more promising student than the likes of you."

"Where is he then? Because it surely isn't you." The midget of an Earthling shot back, angering the Saiyan, which was something that he should have known better about doing.

"Raditz, calm down!" Master Roshi commanded his long-haired student, barely being able to hold the annoyed Saiyan back from inflicting his wrath onto the boy named Krillin.

"The boy does have a point Krillin," The old master began, confirming Raditz's words as well as emitting a frown upon Krillin's face. "I did promise to train him quite a while ago. And it has been a while since I have trained two students at the same time. I would prefer to take it slowly before I get back to that."

"Man… and here I was going to let you handle all of my reading materials though," The former monk, Krillin, smirked as a sinister smile eased upon his face, replacing his frown. The young warrior then accidently dropped his knapsack, causing an entire stash of dozens of dirty magazines to fall from his knapsack, directly in front of the perverted martial arts master's widened eyes.

The Turtle Hermit's eyes gazed the beautiful women on the covers of the book with pure admiration displayed, a slight river of blood leaking from his nose before he was quickly snapped by into the real world by a clearly unaffected Raditz. "Well, it appears that you have completed part one of being welcomed into the training of the Turtle Hermit…" He told Krillin, his own smirk surfacing upon his wrinkled, age face. "Now as for the next part, go out and seek me a beautiful woman to take out on a date."

"How exactly is that the task of a martial artist?" Krillin questioned the battle hardened mentor.

"Are you saying that you question the great Master Roshi? Do you want me to train you or not?" Roshi strictly shot back at the noseless Human.

"Fine," Krillin grunted in an irritated tone as he un-capsulized an aircraft of some sort. "But aren't you going to make him either come along with me or find a woman of his own for you?"

"I do not think that would be necessary," The hermit continued, answering Krillin's question. "Young Raditz here has already proven himself quite worthy of my training in his own way."

Krillin nodded, hopping into his newly spawned aircraft. "Fine, but rest assured… I will return shortly with your date Master Roshi." He said as he powered on the machine, causing the bit of sand around the device hurl into the sky, condensing into a thin cloud due to the sheer force emitting from the aircraft's wings.

As soon as the shaved Earthling's aircraft had vanished from view, Roshi turned to face Raditz. "That should give up about one or two hours. Now before we begin our training, I want to ask you a few questions if you don't mind."

"Fine, hurry up and ask on." The Saiyan responded with a nod. "Then we train."

"Okay," Roshi began, clearing his throat. "Why exactly do you want to learn from me?"

"Easy answer," Raditz plainly said. "I want to learn under you and learn any of your techniques that might prove to be beneficial to me in a fight."

"I was afraid that you would say something like that." Roshi sighed, looking away from the Saiyan. "We do not learn martial arts purely to pick fights, overpower an opponent, or to impress girls who will say, "Oh beefcake, you're so strong, I want you." Heh. I know that you understand what I mean by these words. We muster master the art of peace to the art of war. We achieve victory by the art of war, victory is own through strategy, strategy is derived from the art of peace. However if somebody wicked and evil threatens you or any good, purely innocent people with unethical and brute force, it is your duty to defend. Martial arts is strictly for defending the weak… those who are not able to defend themselves." The Earthling lectured, unknowingly striking a nerve within the Saiyan.

"Oh… so you mean like an entire fucking race of people that were massacred by an evil tyrant with an incredible display of strength and power just because of what they were? Because of their abilities, all but probably only three… if not less, of this species were mercilessly slaughtered!" Raditz growled, a tone of extreme bitterness overtaking his usually calm voice.

"Y-Yes… is there anything that you would like get off of your chest Raditz?" Roshi hesitantly questioned the Saiyan, feeling a bit bad for his choice of words.

"Like I've told you before… I'm the last of my race." Raditz said, lightly and once again calmly. "That Frieza being I told you about is still out there someone, destroying numerous races just as he eradicated mines. He rules most of the universe with an iron fist… and I just know that he's going to come across Earth someday. I have to be strong enough to put an end to him when he decides to!"

"Are you sure that it is possible?" Roshi wondered. "That being seems awfully strong… I mean being able to destroy entire planets."

"I am Raditz, a Saiyan Warrior." Raditz proudly exclaimed, a flame being sparked within his heart. "We are a warrior race that grows stronger with each and every battle! I will find him and put an end to his miserable life one day… even if it's the last thing I ever do. I will not allow what happened to my own planet and many more happen to this one… my new home. I'm become quite fond of life on Earth, having grown accustomed to it in the twelve years I've resided on this mudball."

"That's all that I wanted to hear." Roshi confirmed, nodding his head in agreement. "You have very good intentions for my training and it seems that it is very important for you to become stronger, so that you may possess the strength needed to protect those you love. I am able to sense that you have to potential to be one of this planet's strongest beings and if something as terrible as you explained to me is actually out there… watching, I'm going to do everything in my own power to make sure of it that you're ready if and when it decides to show its face here."

"Let's get started then," Raditz suggested to his master.

"It would be best if we wait just a bit longer. I have a feeling that our young friend, Krillin, shall return momentarily and then we must relocate to a much bigger island before we begin our training. There seems to be little to no room upon this little piece of land." Roshi responded, with the Saiyan shrugging.

"Fine then," Raditz exclaimed, walking into the elderly master's pink home. "I'm going to see if I can find anything else to eat and then I'll meditate until the globehead brat returns."

A little bit over an hour later, Krillin finally reappeared, returning to the elderly Master Roshi's island in his hovercraft. After a few failed attempts at bring the scrawny mentor the right woman for him, the shaven headed midget had finally brought for a match. This woman was a tall, yet skinny woman with her blue-violet colored hair wrapped in a red bow. She wore a pair of short shorts that went up to halfway up her thigh along with a lime green tank top. Although she wasn't as curvy and perfectly formed as Bulma happened to be, she was still blessed with quite an outstandingly breathtaking and perky body. The old Turtle Hermit let out a slight squeal upon observing the woman, immediately falling over in shock with a severe nose bleed. "This is Launch," Krillin introduced with a satisfied grin coming to life on her face.

"Very good work my boy," Roshi replied, cleaning up the bloodied mess of excitement on his face. "You may now train alongside Raditz under yours truly."

"Alright!" Krillin laughed, clearly excited and grateful over training under the legendary martial artist, Master Roshi.

"Shall we begin our first lesson then?" Master Roshi asked his students. "Launch, would you care to join the three of us?"

"I don't really fight," The girl lowly answered, a slight blush easing upon her face.

"Martial arts is actually good for numerous amounts of things," Roshi snickered. "It helps promote physical fitness as well as concentration."

"Okay, I do not see why not when you put it like that." Launch innocently smiled, giving in to the mentor's wishes.

"Now, before we start." The Turtle Hermit said, instantly racing into his home. A few minutes later, the elderly man came back out of his home with four different cardboard boxes, one for each of the participants. "We will need new training uniforms." The man smiled, pulling out four sets of nearly see-through black lingerie lined and laced with fluffy pink lace.

"There's no way in hell that I'm going to be caught wearing that," Raditz spat out, putting an end to the master's plans.

"But it gives you unrestrictive movement," Roshi lied, hoping to get Launch to agree to place on the underwear.

"I'm pretty sure my jumpsuit will be good enough," The boy tensely responded, taking off his armor and standing in just his sleeveless black jumpsuit. He was fully aware of the perverted Earthling's cleverly thought out plan and he had to admit… it was a pretty good plan but still, the warrior was not going to be caught dead wearing an outfit as feminine as the lingerie just so that the master could get a free show out of Launch's lovely and curvy body. It would put both his pride of race to shame if he did so much as to even think of placing the outfit upon his body.

"Fine," Roshi gave in, pouting. "The training gear is optional." He let out, walking over to where his other two trainees, Krillin and Launch, were awaiting, handing a pair to each of them. Leaning over to whisper into the bald monk's ear, Roshi pleaded, "Just wear it and back me up on this one."

"Okay, sounds good to me," Launch smiled, beginning to change into the outfit right in front of the public eye. Raditz half-closed both of his eyes, not wanting to get too good of a look the woman as she changed her attire. He still managed to catch beautiful glimpses of the milky white skinned Earthling female's soft breasts and nude body as she changed into the lingerie provided by Master Roshi, putting on a show for Krillin and the old master himself, who the Saiyan could see was currently greatly admiring the woman's bare body from a short distance.

Once Krillin, Master Roshi, and Launch had changed into Roshi's special training gear, the group of four began stretching, loosening up their bodies before they began to train. Raditz had insisted on only removing his body, choosing on wearing only his jumpsuit instead of changing into the feminine lingerie that Roshi had brought forth.

"Ahhchoo!" Launch let out, sneezing a few minutes into the workout. When the boys looked over at the woman, it appeared that the sneeze had completely changed Launch's appearance. Her blue-violet hair had shifted from its original color to completely blonde and it also seemed that her attitude changed to that of a much more harsh and severe one. "Ok boys! Haha! Who's idea was this? Think you can dress me up like a doll huh?" The newly transformed Launch growled in a fierce, fearless tone as she looked down at her revealing outfit. "Well, then please don't forget the accessory… this doll comes with its own MACHINE GUN!" The blonde let out, pulling a black submachine gun from out of nowhere, pointing the firearm directly at Master Roshi and his two students.

An instant later, Launch began unleashing his weapon upon the three guys, firing entire clips of bullets at the men as Krillin and Master Roshi frantically jumped around, avoiding injury. Raditz, on the other hand, did not bother moving out of the way of the speeding metal rounds, knowing that the firearm's shots could not do any serious damage to him. The Saiyan easily managed to speed up to the fearless blonde, swiping the gun out of her hands with only a single punch, which was packed with more than enough power to knock the submachine firearm hurling into the ocean.

"Hey, my precious gun! You're fucking dead-" Launch started to scream, reaching for another one of her guns. However, before she could do so, a small, plump bee brushed past her nose, causing the woman to sneeze once again, falling backwards as she reverted back into her innocent form. Raditz managed to catch the woman in his arms before she could hit the ground, a smirk appearing on his face as he helped to woman get back on her feet.

"Thanks a lot… I really appreciate it." Launch blushed, getting situated back onto her feet. "I have a rare personality disorder that makes me change whenever I sneeze… sorry about that." The girl explained, ruffling through her once again dark blue colored hair.

'Hmph,' Raditz thought to himself, watching Launch as he was reminded of the woman that had issued him his first kiss just the previous night. 'Feisty and a bit strong… just like Bulma.'

The next day, Master Roshi and his students had decided to pack up everything they own, relocating to much bigger island where the old Turtle Hermit insisted that they would all have much more room to train and spar. Master Roshi now stood outside with his two disciples, Raditz and Krillin. Launch had decided that she would not train alongside the trio, instead staying inside of the pink home of Roshi's performing the duties of a housewife, such as cooking meals for the four as well as cleaning whenever she could.

"Now, first things first… Krillin, have you had any type of previous training?" Master Roshi asked the smaller of his two trainees.

"Yes sir, I spent eight years training at the Orin Temple." Krillin responded, grinning a bit at his accomplishments.

"Ah… I am pleased by that." Master Roshi stated, turning to Raditz. "Raditz, I take it that you have been training under Gohan for at least the past twelve years?"

"Actually… I've been training for about sixteen or seventeen years. My father trained me, helping me learn most of the basics from the time I began walking up until the incident." Raditz corrected the elderly man.

"Great," Roshi continued. "First thing that we're going to do is test your speed. How fast you run can be a great indication of your strength and power. Krillin, I'd take it that you'd like to be the first to run this 100 meter dash,"

"Sure thing master!" Krillin said, a smug look on his face as he pierced over at Raditz. He slowly walked over to the starting line while Roshi and Raditz awaited him about a good one hundred meters away with a stopwatch in hands, "Prepare to be amazed."

"Go," The old mentor instructed.

Krillin quickly exerted all of his speed, racing towards the tree where his fellow student stood waiting for him. By the time he had reached the end, the short pupil was incredibly winded, panting for any and all of the air that he could muster up.

"9.4 seconds… not too bad." Roshi said, praising the first of his pupils. "Alright Raditz, you're up now."

Raditz did as instructed and line up directly behind the starting line, ready to prove his worth to Krillin and Roshi. Although he did not have on a loose fitting pair of sweats and a good ole tank top, the Saiyan was still pretty confident that he could clock in much quicker than Krillin with his tightly fitting jumpsuit.

"Go!" Roshi shouted once more, signaling Raditz to begin. Raditz quickly charged off, closing the distance between himself and the tree at an outstanding speed.

"Seven seconds flat," Roshi smiled, incredibly shocked by the boy's speed. He honestly knew that the boy had potential, but he was not fully aware of just how much he would possess. "Now, I bet that the two of you want to see how fast your old master can run this,"

"Not really… but you could still do it anyways." Raditz said, with a shrug of his shoulders. He was already aware of just how powerful the Turtle Hermit was, thanks to detecting the man's power level with his scouter.

Roshi quickly performed his 100 meter dash, finishing the race at exactly 5.6 seconds, leaving a stunned expression upon Krillin's face as the master swept past him.

"It's not much of a surprise that you're so stunned," Raditz smirked, watching as Krillin's eyes widen at the speed that the Turtle Hermit possessed. "Considering just how weak you are."

"I'll show you weak," Krillin harshly shot back, placing his boots firmly into the grass as he turned to face the Saiyan.

"Now, on to the next test," Roshi said, breaking the tension that was beginning to continually build up between Raditz and Krillin. The Earthling bent over to the ground, taking a small stone from a pile of rubble before he decided to write a weird symbol upon the surface of the rock. "This rock has the turtle kanji, Kame, on it. Your task is to find the stone." The master instructed, hurling the rock over a nearby cliff and into the tremendous jungle below it. "The one who brings the stone back to me will be served a nice warm dinner while the other will be left without a meal for the night. If neither of you have returned within thirty minutes, the both of you will just have to go without dinner for the rest of the night." The old mentor demanded before he walked into Kame House.

"Now… how will I be able to get down there?" Krillin loudly asked himself.

The Saiyan warrior ignored the cocky, yet clueless Human and raced over to the cliff, gracefully dove off of the edge of it. Using his ki to slow his descent, Raditz softly landed on the ground below, racing into the toppling trees ahead of him. There was no way that he about to allow some short, baldheaded monk win over the meal that he much surely needed more than the boy… both his Saiyan genetics as well as his vicious Saiyan appetite were not going to allow that to happen.

"Hey, wait up for me Raditz!" Krillin suddenly cried out as he began cautiously climbing down the rigid cliff, fully aware of the fact that he was already clearly at a disadvantage.

Several of minutes into the hunt for the stone bearing Roshi's signature kanji, Krillin finally happened to finish his descent from the cliff, his feet landing comfortably on the soft blades of grass bearing at the bottom of the cliff. Just as he was about to rush into the tropical jungle that Raditz had entered into minutes earlier, the extremely short Earthling glanced into the forest glades to see the last person he had wanted to encounter, Raditz. The Saiyan in mind was slowly walking towards his rival, the same stoic expression that he bared nearly all of the time engraved upon his emotionless face as Krillin saw that he was repeatedly tossing some sort of object into the air, catching it before it could hit the ground.

"Give up already?" The boy confidently smirked, his tone becoming somewhat cocky as he stared down his rival.

"Nope, I'm just finished with the old man's assignment." Raditz shrugged, the same smirk that Krillin had upon his face forming in place of the Saiyan's own mouth. "I've already found the stone." The Saiyan finished, mocking his opponent as he showed off the smooth stone on which the Turtle Hermit's Kame kanji had been sketched upon.

"That fast?" Krillin gulped in disbelief. "H-How? That's impossible!"

"Clearly it's possible… as well as easy," Raditz clearly responded. "All you had to do was pay attention to the precise area in which the stone landed after Roshi hurled it. Plus, this thing has that weird, elderly pervert scent upon it that the old man also has on him. Those two factors made this victory much too easy."

"I'm not throwing in the towel that easily!" Krillin let out, wanting to beat the Saiyan once and for all. "How about we have ourselves a little bit of a friendly spar for that stone?" The former monk suggested, getting into a fighting stance that had been taught to him years earlier, by the much stronger, older shaolin monks at the Orin Temple.

Raditz grinned at the request of a spar with his fellow, though baldheaded, student. Ever since the boy had arrived upon Master Roshi's Island the previous morning and had insulted him, thinking that he, himself, was the big deal and all, Raditz had wanted to lay an old-fashioned, nice beating upon the kid… just to scale back his cockiness and confidence. "Are you sure that you want to do that?" The Saiyan warned his would-be opponent for the final time, as he placed the white stone that he was carrying into the resourceful, reliable fur pouch hanging from his Power Pole's sheath before he got into his traditional fighting stance as well. "I hope you know that there's absolutely no way in hell that you could possibly beat me."

"We're just going to have to see about that then! I was trained by the monks… some of the greatest martial artists on the face of the planet." Krillin confidently smirked, thinking that defeating the long-haired Saiyan in a fair spar would prove much too easy. So what if Raditz had trained under his father… he had trained under dozens of shaolin warriors, martial artists known for their incredible strength. After he made short work of this long-haired guy, he wouldn't have to worry about another of the Saiyan's smart remarks splatting out from his opponent's mouth… hopefully.

Krillin's thoughts were then interrupted, disturbed as Raditz instantly charged towards the young monk, landing a powerful fist stiffly to the boy's jaw, snapping Krillin out of his daydreams. The Saiyan's opponent then stepped back before attempting to respond to Raditz's strike with his own, perfectly placed blow. Unfortunately for the bald martial artist, his opponent managed to easily speed out of the way of the clenched fist, evading any means of damage. Raditz then sped up to Krillin, sending a series of bicycle kicks directly to the boy's head before Krillin could do so much as blink. Before Krillin could open his eyes once again, he could feel his insides howling out because of the devastating amount of pain that was being inflicted upon him. Milliseconds before Krillin could even begin to think any of words the describe the experience, another one of Raditz's blows, this one a mighty jab to the chest, sent him flying back into a nearby tree, leaving a nasty splintering crack across the front of the enormous trunk belonging to the towering tree on impact.

"Darn… he's much stronger than I anticipated." Krillin frowned as he hit the tree trunk, hissing in agony as the pain flooded his body, caused strictly by the impact of both Raditz's fist as well as the large piece of lumber. "But I am not giving up." The Earthling added, picking himself back up from the grassy ground.

Krillin then dashed towards his opponent, hoping to go on the offensive against his Saiyan foe. The former monk closed the distance between himself and Raditz quite quickly, coming face-to-face with the long-haired warrior within seconds. The former monk then attacked with a flurry of both punches and kicks aimed specifically towards heavily damaging the Saiyan's muscular body. While some of the fast traveling strikes managed to slip through Raditz's defense, the Saiyan had managed to block the majority of Krillin's blows with his sturdy, reliant forearm, disallowing a good percentage of the Earthling's punches and kicks to connect to their intended target, him.

Before the onslaught of attacks courtesy of Krillin could continue further on, Raditz swiftly leaned his head out of the way of a stray kick's path, managing to grasp ahold of the martial artist's booted foot. The Saiyan then used his own physical strength to lift his opponent into the air with the help of the limb, before hurling the shaven headed Earthling back down to the grass with extreme force, flushing a completely new level of pain throughout the boy's already aching body.

Arising from the ground once again, Krillin mustered up the energy he needed to charge once more at Raditz, thrusting his gigantic, completely shaven head directly into the Saiyan's protected stomach. Upon contact, Krillin's headbutt inflicted much more damage and force needed to cause his opponent to cough up a bit of blood onto the grass, releasing the bodily fluids onto the dewy grass. In retaliation, Raditz suddenly recovered, sending a powerful knee accurately into the Earthling's clearly exposed jaw, bloodying his training mate's own mouth as well.

Honestly, the Saiyan had meant for the spar between the two to get so bloody and graphic… but Krillin was turning out to be a much stronger opponent that his personality would make one think. Raditz had never gotten the chance to scan the former monk and receive his power level, due to his scouter's power level calculating systems still happening to malfunction quite a bit. Though this mattered little to Raditz, seeing as a single night dedicated to repairing the device would easily solve his problems. Hopefully, this match would finally allow both he and Krillin to get some stress and anger over one another off of their chest and then… the two of them could at least try to form a friendship, seeing as they would have to see one another face-to-face each day for at least the next eight months. Getting along and being friends would result in a much cleaner, less stressful training period for both of them, and Raditz knew just that. But for the time being… Krillin was going down! Nobody could separate the Saiyan from his righteously deserved meal.

Krillin stumbled back to his feet, staggering a bit as he used a sturdy forearm to wipe the small trickle of blood slowly spewing from his mouth. The monk could not help but grin at his already grinning opponents. He could easily tell that the warrior, just like him, was having the time of his life sparring against him. This long-haired emotionless prick was actually a pretty competitive and tough opponent, something that Krillin barely happened to come across at the Orin Temple, being one of the strongest kids in his own age group. Originally… he had hated Raditz's guts because of the Saiyan's sheer attitude and smart remarks, but now… it seemed that hate was too harsh of a word to describe it. He was beginning to respect the boy as a martial artist, as well as a formidable foe. Though this bout between himself and Raditz would finally decide who happened to be the strongest of the two.

Putting his thoughts to the side for the time being, Krillin leapt towards Raditz, hoping to catch the boy off-guard, surprising him. However, once Krillin attempted to send out a fierce hook directly to the Saiyan's cheekbone, the Saiyan had somehow managed to anticipate his attack, meeting and blocking the power packed fist with only an open palm. Seeing his attack blocked, Krillin suddenly let out another blow in midair, this one an authoritative roundhouse kick intended strictly for the warrior's unharmed body. Raditz hissed as the monk's foot rammed into the side of his chiseled body, bruising up against a few of his protective ribs… a shower of pain flooding the Saiyan's body.

Looking up at his long-haired opponent, Krillin could see that the Saiyan was close to exhaustion, just as he was. Raditz had once again withstood another of Krillin's most forceful, strongest blows head-on… placing a look of astonishment upon the monk's face. Krillin could see that although Raditz's jumpsuit was a bit shredded, torn in the abdominal and chest areas, and his body battered, the Saiyan was still managing to emit a slight smile, even after being inflicted and inflicting a large array of damage. Something seemed a bit odd about this warrior… it was as if he lived for a decent challenge, for that any and all people that could actually manage to push him to and beyond the limits he had set for himself.

"I'm impressed," The Saiyan warrior smirked, a slight grin still painted upon his face as he stared Krillin down with his own, piercing black eyes. "Not that many people have been able to actually hurt me before… I haven't had a fight this good in a while."

With that, Raditz suddenly shot back at Krillin, throwing a fierce uppercut at the monk, easily managing to slip through the boy's defense before the closed fist rammed straight into Krillin's jaw with a great ton of his ki behind the blow. The attack had been fired at a speed so unreal and quick that Krillin did not have a single second to even think of blocking the blow, letting the strike easily penetrate his fighting stance and inflict a great deal of damage to his throbbing jaw. Not letting up for a single second, Raditz then followed up with another of his firmly placed jabs to the Earthling's face and just as Krillin went up to meet the blow with an open palm, the former monk was just a split second too late to realize that the attempted strike turned out to be nothing more than just a simple feint. Raditz's grin widened as he quickly rose his other hand to the boy's face, the palm of his muscular hand mere inches away from Krillin's trembling face. The next second, Raditz fired a relatively small, point-blank blast of ki directly into his fellow student's face, leaving several first degree burns etched upon the boy's large forehead.

Raditz quickly recovered from the blast, shooting his head up at Raditz in surprise, obviously stunned by the fact that his opponent possessed the ability to manipulate his inner energy. He had once heard of the rumors that the greatest of martial artists were able to do such things, such as the Orin Temple's most prized fighters. He had even once heard of the Turtle Hermit's incredible Kamehameha Wave… but the thought of the young martial artist before him harnessing the ability to use ki was impossible to say the least… despite the fact that he had just happened to witness it being done. Though Krillin just had to accept the fact the fighter could unleash his ki just a bit too late, once the small, clear blast of energy had struck his face head-on, feeling the force of the Saiyan's ki burning into his skin.

Raditz smirked as he slowly advanced towards his astonished opponent, Krillin. He hadn't actually tried to put much energy into the ki blast, just enough to knock his opponent back and daze him. The Saiyan suddenly arrived at the astonished, daze Human, managing to strike the boy with a swift chop to the neck, rendering his opponent completely unconscious before he could even know what even happened to hit him.

"Nighty night," Raditz laughed as he worked his way back to Kame House, the smooth stone on which Roshi had drawn upon clenched tightly in his firm hands. The knocked out Krillin was left sleeping on a patch of grass as Raditz continued towards the very place his dinner was now awaiting him.

Now for everyone's favorite ending: The Review and Response Show! (Note: I'm typing them just as they appear just so you guys know)

DbzReach: Make Goku get gravely injured and have Vegeta come to kill Raditz and them for being weak and make Goku x Bulma cause she likes the bad guys

Response: Who's to say that Goku doesn't get gravely injured? Also, I am trying to come up with a decent explanation of why Vegeta would come to Earth (if he even comes to Earth) and that is a pretty good reason… because they're weak. And Raditz's sort of a 'bad boy' isn't he? I honestly don't really see this story being Kakarot x Bulma, due to the age difference and many non-Vegeta x Bulma stories have that pairing.

trebeh: If you're not sold one way or another when it comes to the pairing of Raditz you could attempt having him have more than one romantic interest.

Response: I honestly do not know a thing about harems or how to write them. Raditz may be interested in a lot of girls but as the poll results state, his heart will be set on the winner of the poll.

SuperSaiyanKnight: I read plenty of Raditz fics and this seems to be another good and interesting one. Keep up the good work.

Response: Thanks, I really appreciate the support for this story!

EgyLynx: Hmm… Hello, Urf… Nice and intresting story of that time… Lets see… what heppan next?

Response:Thanks for the support… and stay tuned to see what happens next time!

jdboss1: cool raditz x bulma soung cool

when raditz came to earth and him saw bulma with gohon behind hur all I could think was and still she look better mum for gohon

Response: Thanks, I've also thought about what could happen if Bulma was Gohan's mom. Raditz has always been one of my favorite characters so I came up with this story to discuss what would happen if Raditz came to Earth.

jdboss1: COOOOL

Response: THAAAANKS

Invader Cole: First Raditz comes to earth story I found that doesn't bore me to death. You keep the power levels realistic, fights entertaining, and not scheming through or forgetting the DB saga. Which was a really fun saga that others would forget.

Now I do have some questions. I know you said the possible mates are Bulma and Launch. I would be fine with either one even though Raditz/Bulma would mean no Trunks and I sorta got attached to the couple. The question I have is if Raditz decided to mate with either of these two would it make a whole new person or will you reuse a character like Gohan or Trunks?

Next, you have probably heard this a million times already. Please know that I'm not asking you to change plans on the story. But I would like if anyone who isn't a saiyan doesn't become completely reliant on Raditz.

When Goku, if he does, come to earth. I predict Raditz won't kill him (I believe that Raditz will stay the stronger when they meet) instead keep him around or something. Eventually he will get a change of heart and marry Chi Chi.

Response: First off, thanks for all of the support and I will keep trying to retain a good story and improve with each chapter. I am also a fan of the first Dragon Ball saga, the Emperor Pilaf Saga seeing as it introduces us to everyone and helps us grow to love them!

As for your first question, Raditz's child(ren) will be completely new characters with different (though a bit similar) personalities to canon Saiyan hybrids. Their appearances will also be much different because of having different parents.

And I also hate how the Earthlings and Piccolo merely became so reliant and needing of the Saiyans to defeat the big threats and just grew incredibly weaker. I will not try to do that, giving the Earthlings their screen time and fights. I will not have Raditz have like a 2 billion power level and Tien have a 20 million or something like that. I plan on keeping the Earthlings useful throughout the story. And that's a possibility of what might happen on your last comments, I have given it a lot of thought as to how Kakarot will be introduced and you guys will just have to wait until it is typed out and shown to you all!
